I'm not sure how to properly put into words what a great decision it was to hire Emma for our April 2023 wedding. If you've looked at her work, you already know it's stunning, so I'll speak more more to some of the things you can't see from her portfolio. We did an engagement session with her prior to our wedding, and it was immediately clear we'd made the right choice. Emma is sweet, personable, and lovely to be around - we genuinely enjoyed our 2 hour engagement shoot and had a blast because she is great at putting people at ease (even if you're camera-shy). She directed us just enough so that we'd know what to do (and wouldn't look awkward), but our photos didn't turn out looking like they were super posed or staged, which I loved. I also appreciated that she sent a super detailed (around 80 pages I believe) guide ahead of our wedding and engagement shoot with advice on what to wear, how to prepare for our engagement/wedding photos, planning advice, etc. For our wedding, she took the time to meet with my now-husband and I around 3 months out to ensure she had all of the details. (Which honestly felt more like we were grabbing coffee with a friend.) She created an incredibly thorough timeline (working around our desire to not have a first look) to ensure we'd have plenty of time on our wedding day to get the photos we wanted. On our wedding day, she was such a calming presence. The area of our venue where we wanted to do the father/daughter first look was unavailable due to renovations (despite having been told otherwise by the venue) and Emma quickly came up with a new location that was equally as beautiful. When my mom requested an extra portrait with extended family that wasn't originally on our list, she was so gracious and made it happen. All of that and we are, of course, also just OBSESSED with our photos - they are stunning. Emma did an incredible job capturing the happy tears, laughter, dancing, joy, and sheer emotion of our day. My husband and I have already agreed that when we eventually need family portraits, Emma will be the first and only person we call. :) -

I'm over the moon, ecstatic, still on cloud nine that I found Emma as my wedding photographer! I can't tell enough people how great she was to work with and how much we loved her. She made things seem so easy and smooth. My husband and I had never done professional photos in the past and she made us feel like total models. She helped with poses, guided on where to look, where to hold, everything. Anytime I'm in the Bradenton/Tampa area, Emma will always be our photographer. Hands down the best! -

If you choose Emma for your photographer, you will absolutely never regret it. I have been a wedding photographer for 13yrs so was very picky who I wanted to photograph my special wedding day. Emma and her husband are a fabulous team, professional, creative and absolutely understand how to capture the perfect beauty of your forever memories! Emma is the photographer you want to have at your wedding or any event because she is a magician at photography. She has a passion and loves photography and it shows. We hired Emma for our wedding and the pictures were beyond what I imagined, the day of our wedding rained all day and it was very cloudy and dark. Emma made the pictures look AMAZING! You couldn’t even tell it rained. Absolutely in love with her work. She went above and beyond on every aspect from communication, professionalism, quality of pictures, personality, all of it. We are very happy. -

We have loved every part of working with Emma through the Engagement photo set in 2019 to our small Rona wedding last December 2020.
She is amazing at making these photo shoots comfortable and enjoyable bringing out these awesome photos.
Super excited to work with her again this December for a larger destination wedding party! -

All-around Wonderful
Emma was truly wonderful to work with. As we were looking at our beautiful wedding album together, months after our ceremony, my husband and I were struck by how long the relationship with your wedding photographer really spans--almost a full year--and how important that person/team is.
From beginning to end, we felt like we were in good hands with ECC, and Emma's excellent communication not only made our direct experience with her delightful, it also helped make everything better related to the overall planning process. Emma was super organized and very warm, calm, and patient with us during the actual photography. It was a gift to work with such a thoughtful and professional photographer and we couldn't be happier with the way our pictures turned out. You can tell Emma is totally in her element--she is creative, artistic, and genuinely loves weddings--she made us feel celebrated and we couldn't recommend her more highly! -
