Emily (and Kyle!) were the best photographers we could’ve ever hoped for. They brought versatility and flexibility and fun to our engagement shoot and our wedding day. Their compositions were fantastic, they were game to try all of our odd ideas (like trying out stop motion!), and they gave us so much time in multiple places (engagement in NYC, wedding in Virginia). But beyond all of that, they were such great and pleasant people. We’ve got to manufacture more major life events just so we can have them photograph those, too. We can’t recommend them enough! -

We truly could not have asked for a better photographer for our wedding. Emily was an absolute angel in every way. She and Kyle were not only incredibly professional, but also warm, kind, and so easy to work with. From the moment they arrived, they were on top of every detail—communicating seamlessly with our other vendors and making everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
What stood out the most was how generous and thoughtful they were throughout the entire day. Their calming presence made us feel completely at ease, and they were so willing to collaborate and make sure every moment we wanted was beautifully captured.
Our photos are absolutely stunning—we’ve already looked through them countless times and will continue to cherish them for the rest of our lives. When I think back to my wedding day, I will always remember Emily and Kyle, not just for their talent, but for who they are as people. We are beyond grateful -

We had the most amazing experience working with Emily and Kyle. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful! Emily somehow managed to capture who we are as people and the magic we felt on our wedding day. Emily and Kyle have a true gift and are extremely talented. And while they're the best photographers, they're somehow even better people, which doesn't seem like it should be possible given how amazing their work is, but somehow it is. They are kind, caring, sweet, calm, patient, and your biggest cheerleaders. They kept everything stress free and fun! They put me, a type A perfectionist, and my husband, a man who hates having his picture taken, at complete ease. They put up with all the personalities in our family and wedding party, ensured we captured every moment that was important to us, and were extremely organized. Our wedding day would have felt completely different, if we had different photographers, even if everything else remained the same and we were given the same photos. When planning your wedding, you don't realize that you spend essentially the entire day with your photographers. They are with you from the moment you put your dress on, to the first time your husband sees you in that dress, to when you say I do, to your first dance, to your last dance, to your grand exit. It is soooo important that your wedding photographer is someone you gel with and who will make you feel amazing in each of those important moments. Emily and Kyle are those people! Saying thank you, just doesn't seem like enough. -

Absolutely amazing
Where do I even start?!
I met Emily and Kyle a few years back when they were the photographers at a wedding I was in. I immediately fell in love with their work and knew I wanted them to photograph my wedding someday. Flash forward a few years later, Emily and Kyle photographed my engagement session and wedding day which both turned out amazing.
Emily and Kyle made all of my wedding day dreams come true! They captured so many amazing photos all while making the day fun and completely stress free. You can tell that they are both passionate about what they do. They put a lot of thought and work into capturing the most perfect photos and ensure you have a great time while doing so. Every bride needs someone like Emily on their wedding day! She went above and beyond her role as a photographer to help guide me and make sure everything was going smoothly throughout the day. Emily and Kyle are two of the most genuine people I have ever met which made the day 100 times better. They have such happy and amazing personalities that made a huge impact on the day, our guests LOVED them. We were extremely blessed to have them as our photographers. Now my husband and I have endless photos to look back on to re-live one of the best days of our lives! I could go on and on.. I cannot recommend Emily Kane Photography enough. -

Emily is wonderful
Emily was absolutely incredible to work with. We planned a last minute backyard wedding when our big celebration was postponed due to COVID, and I reached out to Emily the week before. She was super responsive and was so wonderful to work with us on such late notice. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and was great at giving direction for poses and locations. The final photos are absolutely magical. Emily was an absolute joy to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! -

We've worked with Emily and Kyle for 3 years to plan our domestic-destination wedding in PA (we live in Massachusetts). They were one of the first vendors we found and we hit the jackpot. Emily recommended lots of local vendors, advocated for me to try to have my ceremony at the public library (no luck, lol), and even took our engagement photos in Massachusetts during a weekend trip with Kyle. The photos were incredible and captured our relationship perfectly, but that's not even the best part of working with Emily Kane Photography. More recently, due to COVID, we have had to postpone our original event and then cancel our backup plan due to the AirBnB we rented being sold. Not only has EKP been extremely flexible and generous with their time, Emily has also been super supportive and kind as my wedding(s) fell apart. Now that we only have 12 guests coming to our wedding this fall, I can't imagine spending my day with anyone else and trust Emily and Kyle completely to help us remember our wedding. -

Emily and Kyle are so easy to work with!! They made our wedding day feel so smooth - every photo we asked for was considered and/or taken, and we have SO many photos to choose from. The mix of the "classic" shots along with the candidness and artistic views of the event was awesome to have captured. We were so happy to work with Emily and Kyle and would do it again in a heart beat! -

I don't think words can describe how amazing our experience has been with Emily and Kyle. They are just amazing people and amazing photographers. They have gone above and beyond for us and our wedding, even making the trip from PA to NYC for our engagement photos. Emily was so fast to respond to my emails and texts and so helpful with her answers and input. The day of our wedding went so smoothly and I know they played a huge part in that. On top of all of that, they take the most amazing photos! Our engagement pictures are incredible and capture us as a couple so well. Working with them was just so natural and I really can't wait to see the rest of our wedding pictures because I know they'll be great! 5 stars! -

Amber Sent on 01/08/2013Emily and Lauren captured our special day on December 15, 2012. We could not have asked for anything more. They both had bubbly personalities and paid very close attention to detail,as well as always being in the right place at the right time.
Emily had asked if there was anything/anyone I wanted to make sure to get a photo of. She got one of the best photos of my grandmother that I have ever seen. Thank you so much!! They went above and beyond to get the pictures I had requested to have taken.
Many of the guests commented on how wonderful these two were and how they were able to blend in and catch our friends and loved ones true colors. We were so blessed to have you be apart of our day.

Lindsay Sent on 10/31/2012We were so very lucky to have connected with Emily about being our photographer for our September 2 wedding. Emily was always gracious, responsive, and easy to work with. She traveled over two hours to scope out our wedding venue for inspiration and offered us a complimentary "engagement" shoot so we would have photos to include in our rehearsal dinner invites. Her contract process is pain free and straight forward, no hidden fees or expensive photo package requirements, and she even customized a package for us to meet our needs for the day.
She makes life really easy after the shoot by promptly posting photos online in an easy to share format. I felt comfortable reviewing ideas with her in person and via email. She provided practical and professional insights on the best way to capture shots/moments prior to the day. She helped us feel comfortable by providing lots of direction both before and during the wedding!
Together, Emily and Lauren are an incredible team and I felt confident they were capturing all the important moments of our wedding. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend their work to other brides to be. -

The images that she captured of our wedding day are incredible; it was so hard to narrow down our favorites because there were so many that we loved! It is easy to see that she loves what she is doing - her positive attitude, professionalism, and creativity are just a few of the many reasons that I would recommend her to anyone getting married.
