Book The Gramercy Now

When we first were selecting vendors, we knew we wanted to go with EMG since they had worked with our venue a number of times (and it's a very unique space). We were recommended The Gramercy, as we wanted a hybrid option. There wasn't much online when we first booked, but so glad we chose them. We literally spent the entire night on the dance floor - to the point where I, the bride, was eating my wedding cake on the dance floor because I didn't want to sit down. They kept the party going. Everyone ages 8 to 80 was up and moving. The guitarist was an amazing add, and so many guests complimented us on this. Could not recommend them enough. We understand they are pricey, but from our experience, worth it.
We also had the guitarist during the ceremony, cocktail hour; photobooth and uplighting - all great.

10/10 - need to host another party to work with the team again

the dancefloor never. stopped. seriously, our guests did not leave! we had a 9months pregnant guest and she was on the dancefloor all night! Our team was incredible: we had a host: the amazing incredible fabulous roderick, dj, drums & sax players and they ROCKED all night long. the communication and collaboration along the way was second to none - so professional, organized, and tech-forward. trust me, book with EMG.

EMG is the best at what they do. We are so glad we were able to work with them for our big day and couldn't imagine anyone else being there to entertain our guests. Everyone had a blast and the music and uplight was on point! Highly recommend!

EMG was everything that we wanted for our wedding and more! They have such an awesome system for choosing your music and timeline which made everything so organized and fun to plan. I will admit that I was a little nervous that our DJ wouldn't use our selections but Javier more than exceeded our expectations. Not only did he pay careful attention to the choices we had made, he accommodated several last minute changes and most importantly, made our event a blast! I honestly can't think of any way they could have been better!

EMG was an amazing company to work with! They have a great system in place where you can list the songs and types of songs you want played and even create a do not play list. Based on your song selection they find the right dj for your event. I couldn't be any happier with the company and the amazing dj that played at our wedding. Music is a huge part of tone of your wedding and our wedding was one big fun party thanks to EMG!

Wow!! EMG was PERFECT!
Our experience with working with EMG was a joy from start to finish. We had a destination wedding and the communication process was flawless! They checked in on us and also our venue to make sure everything was running smoothly.
We really loved their online portal and how organized it was!! It definitely made creating our time line and song requests a breeze.
As for day of our wedding, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! EMG played a MAJOR part in our event running so well. Everything from the value, up lighting, music, touch screen, professionalism, and organization, was PERFECT. We highly recommend the Touch screen, it makes the event more interactive and the guests LOVED IT!!
Words cannot express how AWESOME EMG was from the 1st day we met with them to our wedding day.
We continue to get compliments on how much fun everyone had and how much they loved all the music that was played.
Overall we would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Their energy, kindness, creativity, and experience made them a crucial piece to our wedding, and know they can do the same for you!!

What can I say…. Working with Javier Montes and his team was a great experience. They were on top of everything so that we had nothing but the best the day of our wedding. We are so happy to have chosen EMG for our wedding reception. Family members gifted us a band and other musical entertainment and the DJ knew just how to incorporate it with his music.

Incredible! Our DJ kept the dance floor full all night! He played our style of music and everyone loved it. EMG also did lighting for our wedding and it was the perfect addition to add dimension to the room. Great company, wonderful staff and talented DJs!

Much love for the EMG Entertainment Company! Right from the start, we were warmly greeted by all the staff and truly felt comfortable with every member of the team. During the meeting with Rebecca we were freely able to express our opinion without the sense of feeling rushed, and tailor the wedding according to our own taste! They really do listen and take in all your considerations and even suggest recommendations on certain points based on their extensive experience in the wedding industry. They really knew how to personalize our wedding to fit our diverse cultures. We also had a gorgeous monogram that Javier helped us design, a percussionist who played at our wedding, and romantic lighting throughout our ceremony and reception. Javier Montes along with Kenny really made our wedding night an unforgettable experience and showed the crowd the real Miami definition of fun! EMG is a great company to meet all your entertainment needs with such great staff. I definitely recommend them to anybody that’s looking for superb service and a wedding night to remember! Thank you.

EMG was fantastic !!!! Rebecca Wu the Client Experience Manager is fantastic!!! There was not a moment that i needed to talk to her and she was not available and there was not one email that she did not answer within minutes. They are so into details and they really take care of their customers! Our lighting and music was GREAT!!!! Our DJ was Emilio and he was awesome !!!

Adrian and the team at EMG were awesome to work with. They were recommended by our wedding planner and florist, Debra Franklin of Once Upon a Lily. Adrian helped coordinate our music from afar, as we live in NYC. He paired us with an amazing DJ that kept our entire wedding party dancing all night. Loved EMG and can't wait to use them for our next party in Miami!

The music was absolutely amazing. My touchscreen DJ booth was a hit amongst all the guests. The DJ was friendly and included everyone in our special day. Best DJ company out there!

DJ Connection get the rare high marks from us for they adapted quickly and presented a level of flexibility that simply made the event shine. We kept our wedding extremely simple and as a result it had escaped in our conversations with the DJ the event was a wedding. From our angle it did not materially change what we had asked of them, but we forgot one minot detail - The ceremony. We had a harpist for the ceremony. Due to a misunderstanding the day of the rehearsal the DJ had already set up their equipment immediately in the line of vision for the ceremony and the guests. In speaking with them and our Wedding Coordinator they managed a time and a space where they could store the equipment and install it in time for the ceremony. Thanks Adrian for making it look easier than it probably was. One less thing for us to worry about.

Eliseo was the DJ for our day and he was nothing short of PHENOMENAL. Simply a nice guy who on the spot came up to us right after the ceremony and went on to very skillfully and briefly discuss what we needed to do. He got a feel for the crowd and simply make it work. You know you had a great DJ when a month later you hear a song on the radio and you remember where it was played in your wedding and when guests keep talking about how much fun they had. Out wedding day is memorable and Eliseo and DJ Connection is part of what made that possible. Thank You!

Let me tell you we were not easy customers, but this vendor always went out of your way to keep us happy and get us what we wanted. Our DJ Adrian was the best! Not only did he have everyone on the dance flower at our reception but he also did our ceremony and it was flawless. We also got the up lighting, pin shots, globo, dancing under the stars, and touch screen DJ booth (which was incredible and make a huge impact with our guest) and everything was perfect. They are the best of the best!

LOVED my DJ! I had Adrian who I had the pleasure of working with from the start and he was awesome. Our DJ was live the entire time. We had people on the dance floor from the beginning to the end and everyone is still talking about how much fun they had. They also provided wireless uplighting that looked amazing! Having the DJ connection at my wedding was a great experience. The music was so good that we didn't want it to stop. The dance floor was not empty, not even for one song throughout the entire night! They executed the schedule of the evening with absolutely perfect timing. They made my event even better than I could imagine. Let the DJ connection (EMG) make suggestions for your event and trust them! They know what they are doing!

EMG DJ Connection was one the best of my vendor experiences. They gave us software to help us select the music we wanted and did not want at our wedding. They were very helpful prior to the wedding in getting all the details right. They also did the uplighting for my venue and did a spectacular job of setting a beautiful atmosphere for pictures. Kenny was our DJ and he was awesome. My wedding was small but he managed to keep the dance floor busy all night.

This is a professional DJ company which provided an excellent service to my bride and I. The MC was professional and kept me and my bride advised of all the items in the itinerary. He guided us through the process. At the end of the night my family wanted a specific type of music played and the DJ and he was able to locate the music. He played it for my family and they enjoyed every minute of it.

We couldn't have picked a better DJ for my daughter's wedding reception. Very professional, excellent service. Kenny and Adrian were fabulous and made it an extraordinary fun party. The dj was amazing from beginning to end! Kept the crowd moving and pumped the whole entire night! DJ connection was included in my package with Fetes and Events and they truly did a great job! They have many different services and upgrades that you could do. One of the upgrades we did was to add the bongos for the hora loca! We paid for only one hour but when we arrived to our reception the dj told us that the bongos would be there throughout the whole wedding at no additional cost! They also have a website in which you could add songs that are a must at your wedding!

The DJ connection was the best choice i made for my wedding. We never stopped dancing and the lighting looked amazing the room. they were very reliable and very helpdul during the planning process. i highly recomend them.

There were many people and vendors who helped make our November 4th wedding at the Miami Tower one to remember. However, the KEY to our AMAZING wedding was the DJ. DJ Kenny from DJ Connection went above any beyond our expectations that night and put on a SHOW! We gave him a simple idea of what music genre and what type of guests we had and he did the rest of the art. I asked for one request, and that was to keep guests on dance floor at ALL times and WOW did he deliver. We had guests from 15 yr olds to 90 yr olds,
Cubans, Dominicans, White, Black, Indian, basically the UNITED NATIONS at our party and EVERYONE had the time of their lives. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the DJ Connection to any one. You will feel the confidence the minute you walk in the door and meet with Javier (the owner). The DJ Connection is DJing on a WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL! Thank you very much Kenny for making our night 1 to remember! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on any1 else!

We contracted the DJ Connection for our daughters wedding. Once our daughter and Son in law met with Javier they said it is definetely the best DJ for their wedding. He listened to what they wanted and worked with them prior to the wedding. Even though they lived away from Miami, Javier made it easy for them as if they were sitting in his office the whole time while working out all the details for the reception. We recommend The DJ Connection and can truly tell you that everyone is still talking about the music and the wedding and it was 2 years ago. Not one person was sitting down the whole night, that is when you know you have hired the right company to entertain your guest.

DJ connection was amazing. Their staff is attentive, punctual, and professional. Their client management site is great in allowing you to put a very personal touch on every musical aspect of the wedding. Our party was phenomenal and our guests had an amazing time thanks in large part to Dj Connection. I would highly recommend them for anyone throwing a party and especially a wedding.

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. Josh was friendly, professional, and knew just how to keep the party going!! He was spot on with what we had envisioned for the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Cocktail and dinner music were just the right tempo and once the party got started, it lasted all night! We had to kick people out at the end! Josh also did a great time making sure the music was what WE wanted and the timeline was strictly followed. The DJ Connection simply cannot be touched - their online music database allows couples to choose music and I LOVED their Must Play/Play if Possible/Do Not Play options! I've used DJs before where I have requested certain songs be played and not be played, only to have my requests simply ignored during the party! This company makes sure you are in control of the music. Loved it!!! Do not go anywhere else!

I ended up choosing The DJ Connection!!!! Most amazing DJ's in Miami!! Listened to all the details we wanted, were so helpful and patient in decisions we needed to make. They went out of their way to make our wedding feel so special and unique and thats exactly how we felt. A little pricey but if music is # 1 for you and your husband then they are the right choice!!

Our DJ Kenny kept our wedding dance floor full - he played our "must have" songs and incorporated a little Miami flare music too. It was perfect as we are not from Miami and this was a destination wedding. Just added to the day! Very easy to book and their online DJ program lets you plan your day exactly as you want it.

They have a great database system that allows you do to pick all your songs and make any special notes in regards to it (any shout outs). The database system also allows you to create a wedding timeline with all the specific songs, a DO NOT PLAY playlist, and any special songs that you need!!

I would highly recommend The DJ Connection not only to future brides and grooms but to any one throwing any kind of event. The staff at The DJ Connection not only were professional but really aim to please their clients and make the event fabulous. They were really willing to take our vision and enhance it. We used DJC not only for our reception but also for our ceremony music, uplighting of the ceremony site, uplighting of the reception site and we hired a percussionist from them. I first heard of them at my sister's wedding so once I started planning my wedding, there was no question in my mind of what DJ I wanted! The music was amazing and everyone danced all night!
Jason also did the music for our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. Everything was timed perfectly! Super happy with the turnout!
He was there early to make sure everything would be perfect for our big day! Definitely went out of his way for that. :)

Call me the scatterbrained bride but I forgot to submit the songs I wanted for the reception. My DJ, Josh, called me and made sure that I took care of it. Thankfully they were able to accommodate all my requests and played all the songs that were important to us. Did I forget to mention that it was the best party we could've asked for? We had the pleasure of using the DJ Connection for our August 7th wedding and we couldn't be happier that we booked them! Michael Feria was our DJ and he did an amazing job. The dance floor was packed all night and guests couldn't stop raving about how great the music was. There was really something for everyone! Our wedding planner even told us that he was the best DJ she had ever heard...and she does a lot of weddings. We also booked a percussionist through them and he was fabulous. I am so glad we decided to use the DJ Connection for our wedding. All of the staff were extremely professional and personable. They provided beautiful uplighting around the room and "dancing under the stars" which just added more magic to the moment of our first dance! The online planning system allowed us to make sure we got the right songs in the right places, and gave us a great expectation of how the night would flow. Everything went perfectly! They adapted to changes in our bridal party and schedule so smoothly and many of our guests commented on how great the music was. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Javier and Michael were a dream to work with. Not only did they provide DJ services but also provided a percussionist and equipment (speakers, etc) at the last minute. They went above and beyond what they needed to do for us on our wedding and our guests could not have enjoyed the night any more because of them! We still get compliments about how good the DJ was!!! The one thing a friend told me that makes a wedding great is a GOOD DJ. and the DJ Connection is not good, they are freakin' amazing! Thanks Michael and Javier for an amazing evening. The Dj, was amazing!!!! We where so happy with him. He listened to everything we had requested.... i told him the music i did not want to hear on my wedding day (80's,90's) and the music that was a must play and he respected my choices and played really good and fun music... my guest had a party!!! And they still talk about it.
The price was good compared to other dj's and he was very professional too also very flexible to our changes without any problems.
We will definitely book him again so our next event.

The DJ connection did an AWESOME job at our wedding. We gave them a few songs that were "musts" for the party and gave them ideas of the type of music we wanted. That was enough for them to createa fun-filled-dance-til-you-can't-no-more feeling at the reception. All our guests commented on how fun the party was because the music was amazing from A to Z. I would recommend them 200% any day... In addition, i changed my mind about some of the songs we wanted a day before the wedding and it was no problem. The staff acommodated me without a problem. I can't comment on cost as their service was part of an all inclusive package... but regardless, they are soooooo worth the money. Book them - you will be glad you did!!!

I learned of this vendor by attending a friends wedding, so I booked him. He was great!! I was very impressed. He's taken DJ'ing to a professional level and you see this when you visit his office. Having the DJ Connection at my wedding was an invaluable experience. Michael, the manager, helped me with the process of choosing songs, and making sure i had all varieties heard on my special night. My MC, Javi really got the crowd going AT ALL TIMES and always made sure to keep the party alive. My daughter's birthday party was great. The dj was dressed very professional, was here an hour before the party to set up and make sure everything was in working order. Our wedding reception was the absolutely the best party we have ever been togo figure, we were the Bride and Groom! A DJ can make or break your party. The DJ Connection rocked our wedding reception! Not only was the staff friendly and professional but they completely went out of their way to make sure our day was Picture Perfect. Make sure to check out their interactive website; once you are a customer, The DJ Connection will create your own website where you can select and manage your music selection for your party. I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone who really wants to make their party a "WOW" event.

Special Note for the Brides: Make sure you make white fufu sneakers to wear during your reception. (Trust me; youll remember me while youre dancing the night away)

Special Note to the Grooms: Make sure to purchase an extra hour at the reception. (Yes, the music is that good)

Amazing service. They kept all my guest dancing all night. The lighting was beautiful it really made the room look great. DJ ACQUA was great couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a professional DJ service, thats also affordable.

The wedding was absolutely perfect! Anytime I attend an event, be it a wedding, birthday party, anniversary, etc., the only thing that stays with me after the party is, 'was the food and liquor good' and 'WAS THE MUSIC GOOD'! Without good food and/or liquor people do not loosen up and without good MUSIC the vibe is just boring and stagnant. I was fortunate enough to have GREAT food and EXCEPTIONAL music! Alexander and Javier did a wonderful job! They were extremely professional and very organized. Our wedding was a complete FIESTA! Everyone was on the dance floor; old, young, teens, and everyone in between. There was such a party atmosphere that we decided to not stop the dancing for the traditional wedding activities such as the bouquet and garter toss! We could not believe how everyone was having such a good time on the dance floor all night long! I would have no qualms whatsoever referring The DJ Connection to anyone. Thank you so much and I will definitely contact you if we have another event.

We used the DJ Connection for our Girl Scout Event/ Dance Party. I really liked that you can go to their site and select music for the event with play and do not play lists. Dj arrived with plenty of time for setup, started exactly on time and finished excatly on time. We brought a lot of our own music, and the DJ also added much of his own. Everything on the play list was played. Everything was kept respectable and professional, a concern since we has many small girls and their families at the event. Would definately use them again without hesitation.

The Dj Connection was amazing. They did a fabulous job, were proffessioal and were very detailed oriented. Our guest are still telling my husband and I how great the music and lights were. Also, the photo montage was great. It truly added a special touch to the evening. Thanks for all your hard work and efforts. We hope to use you again in the future.

EMG DJ services were a HIT at my recent wedding!

They are extremely professional but-- most importantly-- it's evident that they listen to the needs/wants of the bride and groom.

EMG beautifully executed a purely instrumental/classical ceremony, then seamlessly transitioned to the lounge-type cocktail we wished for and, finally, DJd a non-stop dance party at the reception. Floor was packed to the very end, and the crowd wouldn't dissipate until the lights were turned on!
