Food was incredible and affordable, communication was quick and helpful, the venue looked beautiful! Emery's staff was very friendly and professional, they even brought my husband and I hor dourves while we were taking photos outside of the venue during cocktail hour, we were so happy to enjoy their delicious small bites. Everything was beyond great for our winter wedding at The Towers thanks to Emery's. I highly recommend working with them for weddings or other events!

Best, ever
We chose Emerys to cater our wedding after several interviews and tastings during the planning process. They FAR exceeded our expectations. Their planning process was extremely thorough, and they made sure to address every detail. On the day of, their setup process was efficient, and the attending staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food itself was incredible - we went with their filet, chicken cordon bleu, and lobster ravioli. The portions were larger than anything I’ve seen at a wedding, the quality was excellent, and their pricing was more than fair compared to other companies. So many of our guests exclaimed about how great the food was, and texts are still flooding in days afterwards. THANK YOU, Emerys, for everything!

Roger Williams Botanical Center, 90 Guests, June 2025. Emery's was great to work with for our wedding (dinner, dessert, rentals, setup, cleanup, and day-of coordinator) and we would definitely recommend them. Elizabeth was fantastic and helped walk us through meal choices and our day-of itinerary. She made everything easy to understand and was very responsive to emails, and happy to provide advice and recommendations whenever needed. They were very accommodating with our limited tasting appointment availability, since we were planning from out of state. About six weeks ahead of the wedding they reached out to finalize all the details with us. They gave us multiple opportunities to adjust our plans between our initial choices and the six-week mark, and were great about facilitating a last-minute ceremony location change from outdoor to indoor due to weather.
On the day, they were timely with setup and even picked up our cake for us since they partner with our bakery (Sin Desserts in Providence). Talia was a fantastic day-of coordinator, kept things on schedule, calm, friendly, well prepared, and even fixed a wedding dress bustle issue we ran into! Throughout the reception, the catering staff were very attentive to us, making sure we were always taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, and we felt that the prices were very reasonable. It was exactly as agreed upon and they served everyone in a timely manner for our plated dinner. Efficient with cleanup. Would highly recommend working with them!

Excellent Wedding Experience
My wife and I used Emery’s Catering for our wedding at The Providence G. They were one of the venue’s preferred caterers and we liked what we saw from them at The G’s Wedding Expo. The experience was absolutely fantastic. Not only did Emery’s provide the best tasting wedding dinner that I’ve ever been served, but they set up all of our reception decor perfectly and provided extremely professional service. So many compliments!
We used Emery's catering for our wedding in April 2025 and it was AMAZING! To this day, we continue to get compliments regarding the taste of the food as well as the service. Liz was great to work with and so responsive in answering all of our questions along the way. Catering Review
I had the pleasure of having Emery’s cater our wedding at The Providence G pub on 10/11/24. From first booking Emery’s until the very end, Liz was professional and communicative. She was very quick to answer any questions I had via email, and was a joy to talk to when we had our tasting. On the day of our wedding Liz and her team put out all my decor (I would like to think I had a moderate amount, probably about 5-6 bins of stuff). The ballroom looked beyond stunning when I first saw it. I am still waiting on the ballroom details picture from my photographer but everything I had purchased looked amazing. When it came to the food, we ordered the Filet, the salmon, chicken cordon blue and stuffed shells for our guests. The food was warm, and so good. I had multiple guests say it was some of the best wedding food they ever had. Also I was SO happy we did the late night snack of the french fries. I do not know how they kept them so fresh, but the fries were crispy, and all of the sauces and spices to put on them was my favorite. At the end of the night Liz offered me and my husband packed up meals just in case we did not eat enough. The staff at Emery’s was great accommodating my guests with allergies, and gluten sensitivity. When it came time for the dessert to be served her staff brought the gluten free cupcakes I ordered directly to my gluten free guests so they weren’t mistakenly taken as regular dessert. Not only was Emery’s food amazing, but also they have a really great price point. The only way we were about to have our wedding at The G was because of their affordable prices.With some of the other caterers on the G’s list, we would have been out of budget. I am so glad with our choices, and would book Liz and her team over and over again.

Emery's was so easy to work with from start to finish. Elizabeth was a fantastic liaison for us and quickly responded to any request we had - especially as when we started the planning process we had not yet moved to Rhode Island and had to do most planning by phone/email. Emerys was fantastic. We worked with Liz who went above and beyond! The Emery's team was kind, attentive, professional, and helped us execute an incredibly special day.
All of our guests can't stop raving about how absolutely delicious the food was and we have heard from so many people who said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The team also did an incredible job with the drinks and kept everything running smoothly. We had about 170 guests and I was worried about long lines at the bar and having guests wait for awhile, but this didn't happen once during the night.
From the moment we booked Emery's as our caterer Liz helped us organize our day of schedule and provided valuable insights when we were selecting our food and drink packages. We are so thankful for everything they did to make our day seamless and stress free for us and our guests!

June 2024 Newport Wedding w/ Emerys
Emerys was great to work with for our June 2024 Newport RI wedding! They are way more cost efficient than some of the other catering companies in Newport, and the food is REALLY good! They gave us a tasting, did family style service for us as a special request, and accommodated a late-in-planning venue change for us very seamlessly. They were flexible on the headcount of our wedding, did not overcharge for silly things/hide costs until the last minute, and they made working with some of our other vendors like florals/decor etc smooth and easy, handling all the communciations. Liz is the best, very responsive over email and easy to talk to! We would highly recommend Emerys!

Great food & rentals from Emery's!
We had a great experience working with Emery's! Elizabeth was super helpful and well prepared for all our meetings. We really appreciated that the service included catering and rentals. Our wedding was outdoors in the summer, and Emery's took care of the tent, tables, chairs, etc. The set up timeline was a little tight, but the Emery's staff did an amazing job getting everything ready, and the presentation was beautiful! The food was great, and many of our guests told us how tasty it was! We liked that there were many meal, serving and pricing options. They were very accommodating with dietary restrictions and allergies, and they provided booster seats for the kids. We also found Emery's to be a lot more affordable than the other options. November 2023 Wedding - Providence
We were planning a wedding from afar (we live in AZ, but we were planning a RI wedding), and Emery's made the process seamless. It was great working with them, and we felt very confident with the process as it was unfolding and leading up to the event. They were also able to accommodate a lot of dietary restrictions that our guests had. In terms of the day of the event, everything went smoothly too. They arrived on time, the food was great, and the staff was courteous and professional. If we ever have a need for another caterer, we'll definitely look to Emery's!

We had our wedding at The Conjuring House, which presented some challenges for the catering company, but they were great to work with and everything was great. The staff was friendly and humorous about the haunted location. Food was awesome and everything went smoothly. There are no words to describe how happy my wife and I am right now. The group that Emery's Catering sent to work our daughters wedding are the best!. Attentive to everyone's needs, extremely professional and yet somehow we didn't even know they were there. We had 150 guests in attendance and the food was beyond good, everything from the green beans to the filets and chicken were cooked to perfection. Still trying to figure out how the chef cooked 130+ Filets perfectly, the bartenders were engaging, funny and made sure we all had a great night without overserving anyone and the group of servers that worked the tables were all fantastic I cant say enough about them and the whole Emery's Team. I didn't hear one complaint from anyone that attended about anything. The Five Bridge Inn recommended Emery's Catering to us and what a recommendation that turned out to be. They made my daughters dream wedding into a reality! 100% would recommend!

Our experience with Emery's from start to finish was phenomanal. Our wedding at The Towers was as perfect as we could imagine. All through the process they were responsive and flexible so we could do exactly what we wanted, and they supported our vision in every way. Magical Evening!
We cannot say enough about the level of professionalism displayed by the Emery's team, especially Liz! Everything from start to finish was high quality. Our guest are still talking about the hors d'oeuvres and dinner! We highly recommend the scallops, clam chowder shooters, Chilean Sea Bass, and Short Ribs! Great Food, Great Service
Emery's was great to work with throughout our planning process, as well as during the day of our wedding. They were very responsive as we were choosing our food options, and the food itself was incredible- everyone was raving about it! Emery's also helped to set up the decor for our wedding, and everything looked amazing. We can't speak highly enough of our experience!

Working with Emery’s catering was amazing! My wife and I really appreciated their flexibility to make changes quickly at short notices. The planning was made easy due to their knowledge of the industry. The food portions were generous and big! The food tasted amazing. An elegant & simple wedding
Our wedding was magical at the RW botanical Garden, and Emery’s played a big part of it. Elizabeth is very responsive to answered all my questions. She was organized and proactive. My guests loved the food and they were picky eaters too! We dropped off our decorations and the staffs set up the venue beautifully! I definitely recommend this cater company to my family and friends!

Great Food, Smooth Day!
Emery was one of our favorite vendors to work with! Liz was great and answered my many questions between the time we booked them and our wedding last week. We made a few tweaks because our ceremony was short and we skipped a lot of traditions. Emery was so accommodating to all of them, and made the day seamless. Liz was unfortunately sick the day of the wedding, but we were thrilled to work with our stand-in day-of-coordinator, Rebecca. She kept the day running smoothly and we didn't have to think about a thing.
Our wedding was ten days ago, and we are STILL getting compliments on the food they served! We went with the chicken pesto alfredo, soyaki-glazed steak tips, roasted potatoes, and green beans. It was amazing at the tasting, and was the exact same quality on our wedding day.
I would absolutely work with Emery again for our catering needs. Their food is high quality and staff extremely professional!

Emery's catered my wedding this past weekend and to say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Liz was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, made recommendations, and offered assistance with our centerpieces and other decorations. Perfection on our day!
We worked with Liz at Emery’s and she was incredible. I emailed her with questions non stop and she always made us feel like we were the only ones they were working with even though we know it was an incredibly busy summer! Everything look absolutely perfect. The food was also the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding. Many of our guests made a point to come up to us and say how good the food was and how everything looked like paradise. We had our wedding at the Roger Williams Botanical Center and it was more than perfect.

They were so detail oriented in the lead up to the event, and so reassuring to work with - I had no doubt everything would go smoothly. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was! I cannot say enough good things about Emery's!! They made sure that our 6/3/22 wedding at the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center ran perfectly. Our guests all raved about the food, which was delicious - everyone especially loved the mac and cheese shooter appetizers and the soft pretzels as a late-night snack! Several of our guests had food allergies or dietary restrictions which Emery's was able to accommodate with no problems. The service was also impeccable - the staff was friendly, attentive, and kind, keeping things running smoothly without being pushy. They frequently checked on my husband and I throughout the night, and brought us a plate of our appetizers without being asked. Liz also made the planning process extremely easy, despite us having to postpone twice due to the pandemic. We were a bit disorganized in the weeks prior to the wedding and made several last-minute decisions and changes, all of which Liz handled easily, as well as coordinating with our other vendors. She really helped us execute our vision while providing helpful suggestions about the layout of the venue and timeline of the event. On the day of, the team set up all of our rented and DIY elements perfectly, then broke them down and repacked everything securely at the end of the night. Their pricing is also extremely reasonable compared to other caterers in the region, without sacrificing anything in quality or service. We are so grateful to Emery's for helping us make our dream wedding happen and highly recommend them to other couples!

It was a pleasure working with Emery’s for our wedding! They always responded quickly and made sure they had all the information that they would need! They made any changes as we changed our mind to our menu that we requested (multiple changes without any complaints)! They were very accommodating for different diet needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free) and offered recommendations based on their experience. The staff at the wedding was so kind and organized. They set up our venue beautifully and did a wonderful job breaking down at the end of the night. I felt calm and confident that everything would go well when working with Emery’s. Price was very reasonable and food was delicious!!! I would highly recommend working with them!

Working with Emery’s was incredible! They were so accommodating and insightful about what would be needed. They made sure we had everything we wanted, from soup to nuts (literally)! The food was DELICIOUS! I have a very food-focused family, and everyone was impressed! Additionally, we wanted to have a vegetarian wedding and they really worked with us to make sure we’d find meals that everyone would enjoy (and they did!). We worked with Liz, who was so sweet and efficient in making sure all of our requests were met. Liz helped us make our event work in a non-traditional wedding venue and even scoped out the location beforehand to make sure that we would have everything we needed. Liz was so great on the day of the wedding as well! She effectively coordinated a quick setup and was always right where you needed her to facilitate all of the timely transitions of guests throughout the evening. Liz also helped us with some (very) last-minute changes to the menu and some additional COVID safety precautions which she handled with efficiency and grace which made for some especially well-fed and safe guests! All of the staff was so professional and friendly, and everything came out perfectly! We cannot thank Liz and everyone at Emery’s enough! We would 110% recommend Emery's Catering to any couple looking to have a fantastic event! They were amazing!

High Quality Food And Service
The event coordinator, Elizabeth, was in constant contact with us and very easy to talk to. She was honest and flexible during the whole planning process. The staff kept checking with my husband and I during the night to make sure we had plenty food and drink, which meant a lot when your running around trying to talk to everyone.
Our guests have not stopped raving about the food served at our wedding: claiming "its the best food at a wedding they have ever had." Our meals were even catered to gluten and dairy allergies. Not only was if delicious but the price was uncomparible. We obviously were careful on selections and guest numbers, but all in all, a steal. Would highly recommend!

Great food and services for wedding day
We worked with Liz as we were an April 2020 wedding that was postponed to March 2022. She was very helpful with helping us plan pre-postponement and with all the reschedules. Our guests enjoyed the food. The donut stand for the post wedding was a hit at the wedding. The linens provided also added to our wedding decor and vibe. They were recommended with our venue and did a great job on the day of the wedding, all the planning and execution that day paid off and we were more than satisfied with the result. Emery's was everything we could have hoped for and more!! From start to finish, Liz from Emery's was incredible. She was professional, responsive, and helpful. When emailing with her, she always got back to us right away and answered all the questions we had. When we met with her, she really took the time to help us out and ease any anxiety we had about the day of! Then came the day and it couldn't have been any more perfect. Rebecca was there with us on the day of and she kept everything running smoothly and bent over backwards to make sure things were perfect. Dinner came out in a timely manner, staff was professional, and everything was DELICIOUS!! Guests raved about the food and also raved about how smoothly everything went. Beyond all expectations on all accounts
I hired Emery's for my daughter's wedding, and this was the best decision I could have ever made. To say Emery's, and Liz in particular, was fantastic would be a massive understatement. Quality, presentation, timeliness, and cost were all delivered, and there were details that we didn't even expect which raised the bar to an unmatched level. On top of that, we had Liz, who I first met at a wedding show and is a top tier "rock star" of the industry. Liz is the epidemy of professional, who has mastered forming personal relationships and can created calm in the most stressful of situations. I have already booked Emery's for my 2nd daughter's wedding next year. Thank you Liz, and thank you Emery's.

Simply the BEST
How do I even begin?
I don't know how an experience could have gone better than mine did with Emery’s catering and specifically, Elizabeth.
So first off, we were looking for something that wasn't going to break our bank (180 person wedding), but also was going to be delicious (eating is my passion, so this was very important). After reading the reviews on here and also getting personal recommendations from venues (all listing Emery's as their top choice to work with), we knew Emery’s was the only way to go.
I am beyond exastic that we did. The hors dourves were unbelievable (I can't choose my favorite, but my little brother had to interrupt one of the speeches to grab the last sesame chicken that was on our table), and the entrees were so good (and impressively portioned) that I wish I added an extra inch of breathing room in my dress!
And last but not least, the amazing staff. Elizabeth was honestly just the best person to work with. You'll see it here a lot but I'll echo everyone else's opinion because I can't say it enough. She was the most accommodating and easy-going person to work with. She had to deal with how clueless my husband and I were about wedding decisions and finer details (linens!), and was so patient, helpful and had a good sense of humor throughout the process. She made the day such a seamless event and her personal touches were amazing (she greeted my husband and I with a tray of hors dourves and my drinks were always full). The bartenders were also so amazing, funny, and kind. We loved everyone!!!!
All in all, a 20/10. We may just have another wedding so we can book them again :)

Liz and the team at Emery’s were amazing! We booked Emery’s well before our 2020 wedding and then had to reschedule to 2021 and Emery’s was so flexible with us. I’ve heard of a lot of issues people have had with rescheduling and i’m so thankful to have Emery’s and have none of those issues!! Liz is wonderful to work with. Liz was amazing! She answered all our questions and was very responsive to emails. She was happy and fun to be around for our meetings. On the day of the wedding, Liz and her team got the job done! They were very helpful and friendly, especially when I had an unhappy guest move her seat in the middle of dinner.

Liz helped me throughout the entire planning process and was always so quick to respond to my emails, even if it were at 10 pm on a Saturday. Excellent Caterer
Due to COVID, my husband and I had to quickly re-plan our July wedding, downsizing our guest list and moving the celebration to our backyard. In short notice, Elizabeth and the Emery's team helped to put together an amazing day for us. They took care of organizing the rentals, menu, set up, break down, and more. It took so much stress out of having our wedding in our backyard and it turned out to be the most perfect day. In addition to that the food was excellent, staff was professional, the local bar was a hit, and everything from the tent to the tables looked beautiful. I highly recommend Emery's!

Liz went above and beyond for us. We recently had to cancel our event due to Coronavirus and Emery’s was just fantastic. Liz was responsive and thoughtful during the planning and many emails, and the food at our tasting was top notch, for a great price.

The best wedding food anyone had ever had
We ended up going with Emery's because out of every caterer we contacted, they were the most responsive and had the best food reviews. We booked our wedding with them before trying the food confident with our choice based soley on the reviews and we were not disappointed. A lot of our guests were firefighters and food snobs so good food was one of the most important wedding details for us. After we chose our menu we went in and sampled the food and they were some of the best dishes we have had--restaurant or otherwise. The portions were so huge we could not believe it. On our wedding day, the portions were no smaller than the tasting and so many guests commented on how amazing the food was. That is probably one of the biggest compliments we hear about our day even months later--the food was the best food anyone had ever had at any wedding and the portions were HUGE. Everyone commented on how they usually leave weddings hungry but many could barely finish their plate or it was hard to make room for dessert. Everyone here was professional and wonderfual leading up to and on our wedding day. On top of the amazing food, they helped with linens, setup and breakdown of decorations saving us so much time and stress of looking for other vendors to do those things. If you're looking for a caterer with amazing food, generous portions, and with a team who will make sure your day is seamless then look no further.

Choose emery's
My wedding experience with Emery's was everything you would want in a wedding caterer. The menu had a variety of choices with something for everyone and the prices are affordable. Liz was so friendly and easy to work with. She made a sometimes frustrating process as simple as it can be. The wedding day staff were professional and helped make our special day perfect, everything from the food to the set up, we did not have to worry about a thing. I can't say enough good things about Emery's.

Wonderful Wedding Experience
We had a significant amount of guests tell us this was the best wedding food they had ever had. My now husband and I went with the Promenade dinner package. We also rented everything from the linens to the tents through Emery which made it VERY easy having all of that as one payment to keep track of. We highly recommend choosing this caterer for your event.

We loved working with Emery's from the start. They were great at listening to what our idea was, suggesting and advising, and the quality of the service and food was top notch! Friends at our wedding kept saying: "by far, hands down, the best food we've ever had at a wedding!" Elizabeth was so great! Even the day of, we had last minute plans due to weather and Elizabeth and her staff were more than happy and willing to accommodate the change! Delicious, caring and perfect!
We went with Emery's to cater our Wedding at The Towers in Narragansett, RI and it was one of the easiest decisions (and best) we made while planning. Aughtum and her team at Emery's went above and beyond to make our day possible and special. The food was absolutely amazing to say the least; our friends and family could not believe how incredible the food tasted and how it was served and arranged (donut wall). And the best part was that everything was customizable- my husband got everything he wanted when it came to food and drink. Aughtum took the time to know us and helped make our vision possible the day of. We cannot say enough good things about Emery's and we plan to use them for all and any other events!

Perfect Wedding Day Thanks for Emery's!
Elizabeth from Emery’s was amazing to work with. She was my #1 resource for all of my wedding planning questions. She had all of the answers and plenty of suggestions when I needed them. I always felt like she was being 100% honest with us and gave me her best suggestions. The staff was amazing on the wedding day. I wish I could remember more about our day (you’ll learn that you kind of black out a little)- but I do remember how professional, caring, and thoughtful the Emery’s staff was. At any moment we could turn and find an Emery’s staff member to ask a question or they were checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The food was nothing short of amazing and they even saved us a little plate of cocktail hour snacks for us to enjoy once we sat down! We would 100% recommend Emery’s Catering to anyone in the New England area!

I highly recommend Emery's to anyone planning a wedding! Elizabeth was great to work with right from the very start! She always answered emails and questions within 24 hours. She had advice when needed. The day of the wedding everyone from Emerys was so attentive and everything was put together so perfectly! Instead of labeling everything and creating mock setups, we left it up to Elizabeth and her team to decide what to do with the decor and signs. The room looked amazing, it was truly everything we could of ever asked for and more. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the wait staff and bartenders, several guests even said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!

The food was excellent (especially the brisket, mashed potatoes, & mac & cheese). All our guests commented on how great the food was! Hard working & personalized service, amazing food!
Emery's Catering was perfect for us! We wanted a different feel than the normal "chicken or fish" that you get at most weddings. We wanted to cater to our audience and make it more like you're getting ready for a concert, mingling, getting rid of the stuffy "I'm sitting at table 8" vibe. Liz at Emery's and her staff worked with us to stick to our budget and create a menu that worked for us, and their service helped make our reception amazing! Liz was very responsive, worked with us when changes needed to happen (even a few weeks before with a few guests dropping out) and we got nothing but raving reviews of the food and service on the day from our guests! From the day we went to go test the food up to the day of at the wedding when they put all the effort in setting up, cooking, serving and cleaning, they did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a hard working, cost effective caterer that will work with your wants and needs to make your wedding perfect!

Awesome wedding experience
My husband and I had an AWESOME experience with Emery's who just catered our wedding a few weekends ago at the Botanical Center at Roger Williams Park. We worked with Liz who was absolutely fantastic, she was easy going and very efficient- detail oriented and very prompt with answers and direction to my many questions. I worked with Elizabeth from Emery's and she was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful with offering her advice and tips when I was undecided with something! I was amazed by how quickly she responded back to my questions and concerns and how well she provided the answers to them. She was very flexible with working with our budget and the food we wanted our guests to eat!
The day of my wedding, they exceeded my expectations! Not only did they set up everything perfectly, but the service and food was exceptional! I was so worried about the guests having complaints about the food, but everyone has instead provided compliments about how good the food was!! :-)
My original DJ did not show up and the staff from Emery's jumped in immediately to get another one asap! I could not ask for a better experience from Emery's. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family whenever they're in need of a catering service! I can't wait until my next event when I need a caterer, because I would definitely use them again! Thank you everyone from Emery's that helped make my wedding special! :-)
