We worked with Emerald Invitations from the beginning with our Save the Date magnets and our Wedding Shower sign. We got a beautiful signature cocktail menu and the most unique train ticket formal wedding invitations you've ever seen! We got so many compliments on the invitations and it was so much fun to tweak the designs to fit our Japan theme.
Our seating chart was a beautiful gold framed mirror with all our guests' names hand written in gorgeous calligraphy and our families adored this special keepsake of the wedding day.
We will definitely be seeing these fine folks again for our next life event! Thank you for making our wedding so special! ♡

We used Emerald Invitations for our wedding invitations, table place cards, wedding detail door hangers, mirror calligraphy, and dessert signage for our October 2025 wedding. Throughout the entire process for each item, Mike and his team were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We received consistent updates on our items, and they were quick to incorporate any changes we had in the designs through multiple iterations. They were patient in addressing all our questions and also made helpful suggestions on formatting and design considerations. Mike was quick to send us samples in the mail to help us review and finalize decisions when we couldn't preview some in person. They were also very quick and timely with the final product delivery. Chris, Mike and Julie are a dream team! Myself and my mother worked with the team for my Save the Date and Wedding Invitations. They are extremely accommodating, sending multiple mockups and printing multiple different versions of the invite to make sure we were happy. They were so patient with all our requests and changes, all while providing advice along the way. They made this process stress free, and as a bride, juggling SO much, I can't thank them enough for that time! I stumbled upon Emerald at a Wedding Expo. It was the busiest booth in the show. I grabbed a business card and went home overwhelmed with all the info. After looking online and then being blown off with other vendors, I gave a call to Emerald. They were responsive, professional and easy to work with. I ordered my wedding invitations from Emerald Invitations and it was the best decision I made! Everyone I worked with was fabulous, patient, and so accommodating. The best thing about them is they have an actual store you can go to and browse, and pick and choose what you'd like with actual visuals. You know how it is nowadays, nothing looks like the online picture. Having the chance to actually see different invitations in person is so important. They customized my invitation and they came out BEAUTIFUL! I got so many compliments on them and they were reasonably priced too! Picking wedding vendors can be so difficult, but this was one of the easiest choices I made. They had an attention to detail that was so exceptional, I wasn't worried in the slightest. My invitations came out exactly how the example was pictured and I have referred everyone I know to Emerald. If you want a trust worthy vendor, with exceptional prices and products, this is your place!

Fantastic Invitation Vendor!
I met Emerald Invitations at a wedding show in Providence. I liked how they're local and I wanted to see everything in the shop. They had a private appointment setup for us, working with our schedule. We were honest about budget constraints, and they were great about showing us what we could afford vs. upgrades, etc. Once we chose a design, they worked with us via email on how the details on the invitation would appear. They didn't order anything until I was certain of the look. They came out fantastic! We did a one piece foldout.
A few months later I ordered custom napkins for the wedding, which I also was extremely happy with! I would highly recommend them.

They saved us so much headache!
We absolutely loved designing our invitations with Chris and Julie, we had so much fun and creative control when making them. There was no shortage of choices, but Chris helped us execute our vision with the most complementary fonts and colors. Julie was always so quick to respond when we had questions and needed to make changes to our invitation list. We made an impromptu decision to have name cards printed for our head table (I couldn't bring myself to do one more DIY) and Emerald Invitations had them drawn up and printed within a week of our request. I would absolutely recommend their services if you are looking to elevate the look of your invitations for your wedding.

Like so many others Covid messed with us and our planning. Emerald Invitations rolled with each change we made over multiple date changes, number of invitees, and just having to wait on us while we waited on the venue. We found them originally at a wedding expo and i appreciated they had a range of invite options on display that really showcased their range. When we finally got to go down to start picking our design I was a little over my head and Julie was very helpful and patient with me. She helped pick the right colors that wouldn't clash and definitely knew her audience by pointing out the glittery paper background for me. Highly recommend them and can't thank them enough

Amazing Acrylic Artwork
For our wedding, we had a small (65), elegant, coastal, and intimate vibe. The invitations really captured the feel of our wedding. Emerald Invitations was amazing! In a world of online options it was a blessing to find a shop that allowed you to come in and look through hundreds of options by hand. My wedding invitations were something I wanted to see in person because the choices are overwhelming. Walking into Emerald Invitations, I was shocked to find not only a wide variety of invitation options but also decor, signage, cocktail napkins, favors and more. They are beyond helpful in designing every single details as you want it and work with you to create your vision. The quality is unparalleled and we received compliments from all of our guests when we mailed them. They were flexible with turnaround time and adjustments. Emerald Invitations, from the very beginning of our wedding planning, has been terrific. They listened to our wants, helped us pick out the invitations that we liked, and sent proofs within a few days. I changed my “vision” several times, and the crew at Emerald was always quick to respond, helpful and professional. Once we got the invitations, the quality was beautiful… beyond what I could have imagined! I realized I hadn’t ordered enough, and within a few days, they had the new batch in hand. We always had an acrylic welcome sign made by the folks at Emerald, with the same helpfulness, quality, -‘d professionalism. I cannot recommend Emerald Invitations enough. Julie executed everything quickly and perfectly! From our very first visit with Mike just to take a look at what they had to offer, we knew we were in good hands. It makes such a difference it go in and physically see, feel and get a vision for your save the dates, invitations, etc. We used their services for everything possible, including welcome signs, table numbers, seating chart/name cards, etc. They also offered great bundle deals for us the more we added! I loved my Save the Dates! The display at the shop is so helpful to see ideas. Mike guided me towards a postcard and Julie took my vision and created something unique. Later, when I had to postpone my wedding, Julie offered to create a ‘change of date’ card free of charge. Eventually, I sent out my formal invitations and received so many compliments!!! Julie was easy to work with and I can’t say enough about her kindness as well as professionalism!

The staff over at Emerald Invitations is nothing short of perfection. They really took the time to help us create an invitation that matched the aesthetic of our venue without the price tag :) I also wanted to use as little paper as possible, so Chris and Julie suggested that we use an information business card to direct guests to our website. Incredible invitations and people
I cannot recommend this invitation company more. They are so wonderful to work with (especially during covid when everything was messy). They respond quickly to what you want to change about the invitation and the prices are so much more reasonable than would have been with an online service.

My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Emerald Invitations. From the initial appointment to the day we picked up our invites and name cards, they were incredibly kind and responsive. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID, and they offered us postcards at no charge to let our guests know of the change. Their store is full of wonderful examples, and they work with you on putting together your perfect invitation. We couldn’t be happier, and we can’t wait to work on our “Thank you” cards with them.

Wedding Invitations
Started with Emerald pre-pandemic. The staff could not have been more helpful. Invitations were exactly what we wanted. Many complements on the beautiful invitations. They also did table cards and church programs. All were coordinated in color and paper. Most important was the quick response we received always. That’s so important during this process. The calligrapher, who shares the shop is also wonderful. Don’t look anywhere else. Everything we purchased was perfect

Quality Invitations
They have quality invitations and will work with your budget, my fiancé and I had a certain look we wanted for our invites that we could not find online so we went to their shop and were able to browse hundreds of samples. They were never pushy and helped make suggestions and worked with us on tweaking things to fit our budget. They were very responsive and our invitations were absolutely beautiful, I will be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone. Easy to work with
We initially heard of Emerald Invitations while at a wedding expo. Invitations was one of the last things on our list that we still needed to do. After looking at all of the samples they had on display we wanted to meet with them and get more information.
We went in person to their office in Quincy, MA and they had so many different things to look at! I started describing what we were looking for and they were able to pull some specific samples. They told us that we could combine different things off of the invitations to make it exactly how we wanted them. When we left the meeting we had quotes for several different options we had been looking at and felt no pressure from them in securing something before we left. My Husband and I were able to make our decision pretty easily after the meeting to hire Emerald Invitations.
We ended up getting invitations, information cards, and place cards through them.
We worked with Julie to finalize the details and coloring for our invitations. She then mailed us a sample so we could see what we had. After we got the sample it was so easy to make the final adjustments to make them perfect,
The place cards were so easy once we had our invitations picked out, Julie was able to match the paper, font and colors that we had used.
We highly recommend using Emerald Invitations!

Mike and Julie at Emerald are amazing! We started a little late with going to choose our invitations, but they made sure everything was ready in a timely fashion. I loved going to the store and browsing all the different styles, colors, etc., it was so much fun. They had my perfect color and everything came out beautiful. We also did cocktail napkins and table numbers from them as well. I would highly recommend them for a personal touch and great quality.

Beautiful Designs
When I went to Emerald Invitation they had so many options to choose from. Julie and Chris were very easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. When I got my sample invitation I ended up not liking the design I originally choose. Julie was nice and accommodating. She let me come down to look at other options and let me switch my invitation for something else. I was coming close to my timeline of sending the invites out when I changed my mind about the design but Julie got them done quick and I got them out on time. I can’t thank them enough for their sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Emerald Invitations went above and beyond for my wedding. They created a handmade save the date for the vision I wanted and listened to me when I wanted to change things. They also went out of their way to track down the invitations I wanted that were discontinued and were able to get them. I couldn't have been more happy how professional and helpful they were.
