Emerald City Photo Booth was very professional and flexible in providing the entertainment for our wedding reception. The Photo Booth itself looks very new and clean, plus the photos were great quality too. After the event Chad gave us a USB drive of all the pictures right on the spot - which we thought was pretty cool. We worked with many different vendor contacts in planning our reception, but Chad was by far the most professional out of all of them. He was very responsible and prompt in all his responses. We couldn't have picked a better photo booth provider!

The best! Our guests had so much fun with Emerald City Photo Booth. We've received many compliments on the experience overall, as well as the staff. Prior to the wedding, working Chad was really great. He makes sure everything is just the way you want it to be. Whether it's the backdrop choice, the type of props, style of booth...so many options, and Chad is sure to have it just right. You can even get a guestbook made of all of your guests photos. So amazing and such a fun thing to go back and look on. Highly, highly recommend using ECPB!

Chad was very responsive from the beginning and answered all of our emails, questions in a timely manner. We had seen photo booths at a few other weddings and wanted to have one for ours. It was exactly what we were looking for. The booth was set up on time and Chad took the time to send some custom examples for logos to go on our photo strips. Would highly recommend. It was a great value, especially in comparison to some of the other prices we were quoted from other vendors in the area. One of the best investments we made for our wedding as the guests thoroughly enjoyed it.

The photobooth and props were a big hit, we don't regret at all spending the money now for knowing our family and friends had such a good time with this and having so many photos of everyone that we can look back on for the rest of our lives. FYI our guestbook was our guests photos from the photobooth and a personal message stuck onto a 12x12 scrapbook paper put in a binder. Just wanted to share in case someone needs help with what to do with the photo's.

Chad from Emerald City was beyond awesome. Despite me hardly even seeing the guy, he was on time, professional, very responsive in emailing me and response time was extremely quick. I booked this way in advance and nearing our wedding kept getting emails from other photo booth companies. They wanted a ton more money. I was never worried about Chad showing up or anything and I'm glad I didn't, he was awesome. Thank you so much!!

My wedding took place this past weekend and I truly couldn't have worked with a better photo booth team! Chad from Emerald City Photo Booth was great at communicating with me to get the exact logo and background we were looking for as well as the perfect backdrop! The set-up occurred quickly and without any intrusion on the decorating happening around them. The team managing the booth was upbeat, fun, and extremely helpful when my Fiance (now Husband!) and I took pictures they would hold them to the side for us so we could continue to mingle and take more pics! Our Scrapbook was given to us at the end of the night with a thumb drive attached and was super fun to flip through the next day! I honestly can't sing their praises enough! We had the free standing photo booth and would absolutely book them again for another event! Thank you all again for making our night a huge success!

We always knew that we wanted a photo booth at our wedding, and Emerald City Photo Booth was everything we wanted! They were also less expensive than a lot of the other photo booth companies we looked at in Seattle, which was appreciated so we could spend our money on other things. Chad was also super responsive which we loved. Highly recommended!

I would recommend Emerald City Photo Booth any time! This was a great addition to our event and we appreciate so much that we got a good price for a four hour service. Most booths only give two and that doesn't give much time for a large group. We love the photos and highly recommend the package with the USB drive, then you get all the pics for your memory book! :) Great value and wonderful person to work with! :)

I hired Emerald City Photo Booth for my wedding and it was awesome!! I wanted something fun and different for my wedding and this was it. All of my guests had a blast getting there pictures taken with all of the great props Emerald provided. The staff was so helpful with everything I will diffentily be using them again.

This is such a wonderful idea for a wedding. My guests could not get enough of the pictures and fun costume ideas. Service was top notch and we absolutly loved the memory book that was made with the extra pics. I will recommend to everyone that they rent one of these for any of there events. It was the biggest hit of our wedding hands down. Chad and Val were so personable and more like guests than a vendor. It was worth every penny. Thank you..

Emerald Cit Booth was quick responding to any questions I had before the wedding. He supplied a large variety of props that the guests could use or not use. He was professional and efficient. The guests were very comfortable with him in creating a special guest book for the bride and groom. We had multiple choices of photo albums to choose from ahead of time. The photos came out quickly and we had no lines. Yet, everyone was able to use the photo booth multiple times. The guests loved having a photo strip to take home with them as a remembrance of the wedding. Immediately afterwards the bride and groom received an USB drive of all the photos. It was special and fun!

Emerald City helped entertain our guests at our wedding reception - Major crowd pleaser! All of my guests LOVED the photo booth and even better, at the end of the event I received an awesome scrapbook of all the photos, which I've flipped through a hundred times! Such a great way to make the night memorable!! Emerald City was fun and friendly with the guests, and were a great addition to a perfect event! I will definitely work with them again!

Emerald City was amazing. All of our guests had a great time and my younger daughter (age 4) spent about a third of the reception at the booth. We have a great pic of the very patient attendant with her all dressed up. Super service and very flexable, at the bride's request ( I am MOB) we changed the service time by 1/2 hour the day before the event.

Chad was so great at our wedding. They have the best photo booth. Your guest have so many options. They can do both color and black and white and even post straight to Facebook from the booth. My favorite part is that the pictures print up very quickly, I think it was like 30 seconds. People loved it and got to take pictures home with them. And we got a flash drive of all the pictures that night! I was so much fun looking through all of them. Our guest are still talking about it.

Quick to respond with quotes and information this vendor was prompt and professional! Highly recommend if you want a photobooth to hire emerald city! Amazing service and we got all our photos on a zip drive the same night along with the album! Also an email right away with the link to all our guests photos. Great service! Highly recommend!!!

Emerald City did a wonderful job at our wedding! All of our guests had a blast with the party booth! We loved the option of having black and white as well as a personalized logo, and videos! The scrapbook was personalized and decorated, and well-looked after by the staff all night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very flexible. We loved the experience and will be recommending them to everyone we know!

Chad and his team provided an amazing service for our special day. The use of the booth was super easy and our guests had a blast with the props and photos. Emerald City Photobooths were absolutely amazing! Getting in contact with Chad was super easy and he explained all of the packages, pricing, and everything very well. I was sold pretty quick cause I could tell they really knew what they were doing. A week prior to the wedding he confirmed everything too which was greatly appreciative. The day of the wedding seeing the set up was amazing! Worth every penny. All of my guests had a blast and got to walk away with a photo to keep, or 20 haha. Plus we got an extra copy for our guests to put in our guestbook. I never had to worry about anything. Chad and his coworkers are extremely professional, kind, and know what they're doing. Don't look elsewhere for a photobooth. The red backdrop in my opinion is the best! So glad we choose them!

Our photo booth was a hit! Chad was super responsive and clear the entire process. Everyone had a blast and loved the photos! The best touch was that they can get texted to your phone as well as printed. I would absolutely recommend them! Worth every penny for everyone to be entertained!

We worked with Emerald City Photo Booth for our wedding on May 11 at Laurel Creek Manor and we weren't disappointed! The photo booth was one of the biggest hits at our wedding and the photo strip scrapbook was definitely one of our favorite takeaways! Chad and the photo booth assistant were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Chad even went above and beyond by working with us to get props that fit our theme!

We definitely recommend Emerald City Photo Booth and would absolutely encourage you rent from them for your event!

Chad is the best! He and his team were so helpful and brought so many fun elements to making the photo booth enjoyable for us and our guest. So many options and packages to chose from! He even let us bring in a few of our own props. Photos turned out great, loved the backdrop, and we loved the special touch that our guests could leave us a video message at the end of their photos. Our guests had so much fun I think some people were in the photo booth all night! Chad was so responsive and easy to work with during all the planning. Would definitely recommend Chad and his team! Chad was awesome to work with. He was responsive and professional. The entire transaction was easy. His pricing is by far the most competitive. He dropped off and picked up the booth according to what we were doing, I found him to be very flexible. It was a total hit at our wedding!

Chad was amazing! He called me back within an hour of my quote request, gave me all the package options and was extremely attentive with every question I had. He showed up early to set up and I had nothing but INCREDIBLY positive reactions from all of our guests.
The props he had were super fun and he even printed out multiple copies of photo strips for large groups that took pictures. If you're on the fence about whether or not to hire a photobooth, do it and use Emerald City Photobooth. It was seriously a blast and going through all the pictures guests left for us (including the thumb drive he included at no additional charge of full strips and all of the individual shots) after the wedding. I would hire him again and again, everything was perfect!

We hired Emerald City Photo Booth for our wedding in December, and were really glad with our decision to work with them. This was one of the best things we decided to have at the wedding! It was such a hit and we kept a copy for ourselves to make a little photo book. They're great memories from our wedding. We used Chad as the photo booth vendor at our wedding in Seattle and everything was perfect from start to finish. The whole team is super professional and everything was on time, and worked great. We opted to get the guest book/ scrapbook option with our photo booth and by the end of the night Chad had already put it together, the book was beautiful, and our photos were uploaded to a USB. Photo quality was great and print time was super fast. Would definitely recommend.

Chad was an absolutely incredible vendor to work with. From the very beginning where he provided flexibility in his service. He assisted in creating a custom logo that our guests raved about. He and his staff also provided exceptional service during the hours of operation! The Photo Booth never seemed empty and everyone always had a smile on their face going in and coming out. Our daughter wanted a photo booth at her wedding. I googled and found a few but went with Emerald City Photo Booth due to good reviews, great communication and flexibility. I live in Oklahoma and to plan a wedding from out of state wasn't easy so finding vendors that you instantly connect with made planning my daughters wedding that more easy. Chad and his team were perfect. They brought the photobooth and all of the props, were friendly and courteous to guests, and even stayed a little bit longer than arranged to let the parents get some pictures in. He was easy to work with and super responsive. They have cool features like if you have a wedding hashtag you can print Instagram/Facebook photos with that hashtag directly at the photobooth. You get a copy of all of the guests photos, and you also get a digital album to share with your guests afterwards. Couldn't be happier with choosing Emerald City Photobooth!

Chad and his crew were amazing. Communication before the wedding was spot on I didn't have to stress. Super friendly and made the decision making easy. Hos crew showed up on time and got things set up. They were super friendly and joined in the fun. Everyone had a blast with them. Would highly recommend them for anyone that wants to add some extra fun to their event.

Emerald City Photo Booth was a hit at our wedding at the Washington Athletic Club! We had an amazing time and our guests loved every minute of it. We got the package with the scrapbook which was so fun! Chad and his colleague had the scrapbook put together for us by the end of the night so we were able to look through it the next day. So awesome! Chad was great to work with from the beginning. He is professional, friendly and super accommodating. I let him know I didn't want any cheesy props and he totally agreed with me and on the day of the wedding the prop table was awesome! He really put my mind to ease and I was able to not worry about the photo booth logistics one bit the day of the wedding. He even made a custom logo for us to go on the photo strips!

Chad was amazing from the beginning! I called him two weeks before my wedding and he was available even on such short notice. Chad made our Cinco De Mayo wedding a great success, everyone loved the prop box and being able to take home their own photos, the best part is I get to keep every picture from our day. Chad from Emerald City Photobooth was great to work with and all of our guests LOVED our hard-sided photobooth. The booth gave our guests the option to print in color or black and white. Chad saved a copy of every strip for us, and we got a USB drive with all the photos. PLUS, the props were a total hit that led to some pretty hilarious photos! Lastly, they were very flexible, and customized a package for us and gave us a truly great deal. Would definitely recommend!

I was a little hesitant when my daughter suggested a photo booth for her wedding, but it was the biggest hit at the reception, after the bride and groom. Everyone LOVED IT!! It was so unique and fun. There was costumes to dress up in, accessories, and tons of laughter. The photo's themselves were awesome and extremely quick. No waiting around or having to come back later to pick them up. Within 8 seconds after stepping out of the booth, we had our pictures. This was one of the most memorable weddings I have been a part of. Keep up the awesome work Chad, it's the best!!

Chad and Kristin were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Chad responded my e-mails very promptly and Kristin did an excellent job of making sure we had a copy of each set of photos taken. They were very flexible in moving their location at the last minute and all the guests greatly enjoyed the photo booth pictures! Emerald City was a wonderful vendor to work with. Everything about their process was easy and professional. Their service was top-notch and I would recommend them to any bride looking for a photo booth.

Once I contacted the company, they were very prompt in their communication and their payment/contract process was very easy. They came to set up on time and the photo booth looked awesome. The prop choices they had were also really great.

Our guest book/scrap book turned out amazing!

Based on the package we selected, we also got the photos on a USB and were also emailed a link to the photos online.

I'm so glad we went with Emerald City for our wedding. They were the best!

So glad we used this business for our wedding .The guests really enjoyed the photos to take home and we loved seeing them after the wedding. It defnitely added to the fun at the reception. Chad was so amazing! He was quick to set up, super friendly to all of the guests (but also blended in seamlessly), helped the kids (as young as 2!) use the photo booth, was so flexible with the kids running around with his props (the cutest glasses frames) and so much more. I had contemplated not getting a photo booth, but for my Asian family who doesn’t dance this gave them a reason to get out of their seats. It was worth every penny. I now have pictures of my super serious father with cupcake glasses posing with my grandma. Priceless. Also, he stayed even during cleanup and invited my groom and I to take pictures because we hadn’t had time during the reception. Really a thoughtful guy who seemed to care about the memories and the smiles. I would book him again in a heartbeat.

Such a memorable part of our wedding

Emerald City Photobooth was amazing to work with! Chad was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, and kept us in the loop with everything. There was no question he left unanswered :) On the day of, he arrived early, set everything up, and made sure everyone had a great time! Our guests had so much fun with the props. Photos looked great, no technical issues or anything; Chad was also very quick to provide us with our digital photos, etc. Would def recommend!

Emerald city photo booth was amazing! I highly recommend to anyone! We got the package that includes a guest book with everyone's photos and it is just so cute! Better than your average guest book; everyone's photos are so silly! They were friendly and well priced, as well as responsive to emails when we had questions. AMAZING! Not only did my guests have a complete blasts taking pictures all night long but I did as well!

Chad was amazing and helped all the guests to really get excited and have a fabulous time.

The photos all turned out exactly how I wanted them.I really love them so much and received so many complements on how fun it was and how nice the Chad was.

Hiring Emerald City was one of the best investments of the entire wedding. Not only did we take home a scrapbook with these great images, but the second strip of photos served as a "favor" that our guests kept. Not only that, but all of the photos are now available online.

Chad at Emerald City was incredibly easy to work with, responsive, and uncomplicated. With all of the other wedding details and logistics, it was a huge relief that Emerald City just asked a couple of questions regarding our preferences and pretty much managed themselves. We set it all up over just a few emails. They were extremely professional at the wedding but also a lot of fun and definitely not uptight with our crazy crew.

Once the announcement was made that the photo booth was closing, everyone gathered there to get in before the booth closed. Chad stayed late to accommodate everyone and was extremely flexible. And continued to have a great attitude.

Overall, I would say incredible customer service and value. I would recommend Emerald City to anyone planning a wedding or any other event, for that matter. HUGE thank you to Emerald City!

Our guests LOVED this photo booth! The photo booth itself was one of the best I've ever used: printing and cutting double strips and giving guests a choice between black and white or color prints. Chad of Emerald City Photo Booth was a quick and courteous communicator, friendly, professional and positive. The booth kept our wedding guests entertained and the props provided made it even more fun. I would choose this vendor again a million times over. If you're looking for a photo booth in Washington state, your search is over! :-)

I would recommend this photo booth to anyone! They were very professional on time and they even stayed an extra 45 minutes due to an emergency we had during our wedding! They were wonderful and even received our photo album and flash drive that night to review all the photos the next morning which was awesome! The quality of the photo booth and the pictures were absolutely fantastic and if you're looking for the old-school type of photo booth this is the place to rent !!! A+++++++

Chad was the best to work with! I was graduating from college and trying to plan a wedding. Needless to say I had a budget. I gave Chad my budget and he did everything possible to get me what I wanted while staying in my budget! He even ran the photo booth at my wedding so he could save me some money. I cannot express how grateful I am for all that he did for us! He was great about communication and was extremely professional! Guestbook Bliss!

We went with the Gold Package and absolutely adored the book that was made by our friends and family. We took it with us on our honeymoon and we were able too look through all the photos from our night. If you go with ECPB make sure you get the book with your package.

Chad (the owner) of Emerald City Photobooth is personal, attentive, and professional. Having a photobooth at your wedding makes for a great activity for family and friends to participate in, and the the video message feature is a easy and fun way for guests to leave personalized messages for the bride and groom. With our package we got a fun personalized photo book with copies of the photo stripes as well as a USB thumb drive with copies of ALL the pictures taken at the event. Couldn't recommend Emerald City Photobooth enough! Such a fun and worthwhile investment for our wedding day!

Emerald City Photo Booth was absolutely amazing at our wedding on 8-18-18. I had contacted the owner Chad a couple months ago and he was already booked on our wedding day but he made it work for us and he stopped by our venue (on his way out to the other place he was booked for that day) and got our photo booth set up and then his wife came and worked the photo booth for us! She too was absolutely wonderful and at the end of the night when I asked if they could stay an hour longer she happily made it work and I couldn’t have been more thankful!! Along with that, when it came time for me to select the back drop for our “open air” photo booth they didn’t have quite what I wanted so I sent Chad a link to the backdrop I wanted and I was about to purchase it and I was just asking him what size I should buy (8x8 versus 10x10) and he went ahead and purchased it for us saying that it was no problem and he’ll be able to use it for his business in the long run. Oh and also at the end of the night after, our send off, chads wife (who was running our photo booth I feel horrible because I didn’t catch her name) found my sister-my maid of honor- and made sure to hand her all the copies of the photo strips from that night along with the flash drive that contained all of the digital copies of every single photo that was taken!! They just went above and beyond and I would recommend this photo booth to absolutely everyone!!!!

It was a different concept from your normal photo booth and it was great to have the old fashioned strips without the enclosed box. If you considering a photobooth for your wedding, I would encourage you to do so. It works as a great activity at the wedding and it gives you some very fun mementos for guests and for you. I think props are a must! Also having a scrapbook there is a great touch too.

I would highly recommend Emerald City Photobooth. Chad was wonderful to work with and very flexible in the package we created and his set up. He is very responsive and was set on making sure I got what I wanted/needed.

I was connected to Emerald City Photo booth through a friend who knows the owner, Chad. He gave me all the necessary information I needed and answered any questions I had about the booth. He also designed a great logo for us to use on the photo strips, which was very helpful. He arrived on time to set up the booth and, while there were a few technical difficulties with turning it on, we were able to reach him quickly and he came back right away to ensure it was working properly. It was up and ready by the time the reception was in full swing. I received MANY comments about how fun and easy to use the booth was and that there was a great variety of props to use. Chad also provided me a link to my photos within just a few days, which was WONDERFUL! I would definitely recommend Emerald City Photobooth for any event!
