Andrea was AWESOME to work with!! She was recommended to us by a coworker and I’m super grateful we were able to work with her. Our honeymoon took place right in the thick of covid and Andrea made everything so easy! I didn’t have to worry about changes in flights or anything with testing requirements, she took care of everything for us so we were able to enjoy our honeymoon! She is absolutely amazing and we are saving for another trip 😉 never planning any trips without her help ever again! -

Barcelo maya palace
My husband’s and I had an amazing time visiting Rivera maya , at the Barcelo maya palace . Planning was very easy with Andrea, she had everything organized and even booked dinners for us! We ran into a few people who tried booking reservations when they arrived but the restaurants were all booked out so we appreciate Andrea for setting up reservations for us before even arriving! The resort is beautiful and have tons of things to do for couples or even families. They even have a photographer who goes around and ask if you would like pictures done for an amazing price! My husband brought around $500 usd, and that was enough for the both of us with tipping, buying stuff from the stores, go karting , and buying our honey moon pictures! Overall our experience here was amazing and I plan on booking my next trip with Andrea as well!Embrace the Journey Travel's reply:

Andrea Cassidy with the Journey Travel agency was amazing to work with. She was so helpful throughout our entire process! When we weren’t sure about an answer she gave us all of the necessary information plus more needed to make our Honeymoon perfect! She even set up a photo shoot on the beach for us. Prior to our trip she sent out a Canva presentation specifically designated for our trip to Jamaica! Any questions we had there were answers on there! She was always checking in with us to make sure everything was all set to go before our honeymoon! Honeymoon Planning Made Easy!
Our travel agent, Andrea, was a true dream to work with! This was my husband and I’s first trip out of the country and she made sure that every question we had was answered and she was there every step of the planning process. We loved how knowledgeable she was of our destination and knew all the best excursions! She maintained wonderful communication with us during the whole planning process from start to finish! We had a phenomenal experience working with Andrea who helped us plan the honeymoon of our dreams! She diligently worked hard to find an affordable yet luxurious resort in our price range. She considered all of our desires that we were hoping to find for our honeymoon and she did an excellent job at meeting all that we were looking for. With how stressful it is planning a wedding, Andrea made the planning A THOUSAND times easier! She was quick to respond to all of our questions, provided us with many different options that best fit our desires and even helped us schedule excursions. She arranged all of our flights, transportation and also was so kind and got us a small gift and beverage for our arrival in Mexico. Andrea planned my sister’s honeymoon as well, which is how we found out about her. We couldn’t have done this planning without her. We highly recommend her to help with scheduling your honeymoon or any nice getaway vacation. We hope to have her plan another vacation for us in the future! -

Embrace The Journey Travel - May 2022, Hard Rock Riviera Maya
We worked with Andrea Cassidy from Embrace the Journey Travel for our destination wedding at Hard Rock Riviera Maya in May 2022. Andrea was amazing to work with for the entire process, from helping us pick the country, then area, then resort all the way through helping each of our 33 guests pick their package, shuttle service, and flights. She had detailed documents for us prior to leaving and included a video so we had no problems once we were there. Any time we had questions, she was extremely to respond and help. I can’t wait to work with her again for our next trip! -

Andrea is amazing!
Having Andrea as our travel agent was the best decision we made (besides getting married of course). She was there every step of the way, answered my many questions quickly, and made sure all my guests were taken care of. One of our guests had a flight cancellation and she was right on top of it-getting things figured out right away. All of my guests were so happy with her! We will certainly be using her in our future travels. -

Andrea is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and super fun to work with. We were pretty set on Aruba prior to talking to her but she talked us into St Lucia which was the best decision we’ve ever made!! We enjoyed it so much that we are of trying to plan our next trip with her! She truly made planning our honeymoon fun and easy which is exactly what you need as a bride! We can’t thank her enough! -

Wonderful 30th Wedding Anniversary Vacation
Andrea provided excellent support during our anniversary trip planning helping to provide excellent options based on our preferences. Once we decided on a location Andrea helped make the make the reservations, bookings, and other travel details very easy. Most important she helped make our 30th wedding anniversary one of our most memorable experiences! We will definitely work with Andrea with all future vacation/travel plans. -

We had Andrea plan a surprise anniversary trip for us. We told her the places we’d be open to going and the things we like to do. She took that and planned an amazing 20th Anniversary trip to Hawaii for us! We found out one week before our trip where we would be headed!! We loved EVERY second we were there and every excursion she planned. I loved not having to worry about taxi transfers and excursion pickups because she had everything taken care of printed out for us. We had one excursion that while we were there had an issue, I called and Andrea took care of it all and we were good to go! We 100% will have her book for us again! -
