    Great hotel! Would use again!

    We used the Embassy Suites in Dubln as home base for our wedding, and we loved it! Guests loved it too--they have happy hour each night for 2 hours with complimentary drinks and snacks, and a great breakfast each morning. The rooms are nice, and were perfect for getting ready in the morning with my bridal party as well. Would highly recommend!

    Our family loves staying at Embassy Suites for the clean, quality rooms, and the breakfast buffet and happy hour. The planning team was quick to respond to any question via e-mail. Their service made me very comfortable and confident that everything would run smoothly. They offered a room block for wedding guests and reported regularly on who had booked so that I could contact family as needed. The only thing I had to watch for was the door gift. Each guest was to be offered a gift from us upon check in- planning staff had it all organized but desk staff we not as attentive to this detail.

    From the moment I contacted Nicole Duncan at the Embassy Suites - Dublin, I was impressed by her kindness, passion and willingness to accommodate as many requests we had for our big day. Not only was Nicole wonderful to work with, but the rest of the staff at the Embassy Suites was equally kind and went out of their way to make sure our experience was unforgettable. I truly appreciate everything that the Embassy Suites contributed to make my day an amazing beginning to a happily every after!

    Overall, our experience was very good. I did not totally understand how the blocking of rooms worked and a handful of our guests were told there was no vacancy when the block became full before we were able to replenish it.

    Nicole was amazing to work with and we were so pleased with choosing Embassy Suites Dublin for our wedding reception. The entire sales team and banquet staff were so helpful and great with all of our questions. I would recommend booking your event here!

    Be willing to look at all options and offer options of your own to see if they can accommodate. We wanted a pasta buffet but this wasn't one of their primary options offered for buffet but they made it work and their food is amazing! We also wanted late night snacks and gave us plenty of options, but again ask for something specific to see if they can do it. Nicole was such a pleasure to work with and we had a great experience from the start of planning all the way up to the end of the reception. I would recommend hosting an event here anytime.

    We are so happy that we selected the Embassy Suites in Dublin as our reception venue. We worked primarily with Nicole and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our reception. She was extremely prompt in her responses and always seemed to have a solution with any concerns that came up. I felt completely at ease during my wedding day knowing that the staff at the Embassy Suites was taking care of everything. Everyone we encountered was extremely professional. I can't say enough nice things!! Very happy with everything!!!

    The event coordinator at embassy suites, Nicole Duncan was absolutely amazing. She did such a great job in helping us plan our wedding.

    Working with Nicole from the very first phone call has been a great pleasure. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make the entire weekend perfect. The chief made a special dish for the bride, they fixed the waterfall just for our evening and made rooms available so we could make our floral arrangements on site. I was so relieved when our 6 trees arrived and needed to be re-potted and Nicole smiled calmly and said, no problem and they took care of it! Everyone was impressed with the entire event from the cocktail hour to the dinner and even the recommended DJ. A wonderful staff and a perfect night! Each person was friendly, helpful and did all they could to help!

    The Embassy Suites Dublin provided us with excellent service! We used the Embassy Suites Dublin as our primary hotel for our out of town guests (we had a room block of about 50 rooms) and hosted a breakfast with them the morning after our wedding. We had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them. We heard only great things from our guests as well. From giving all of our guests gift bags upon arrival, to catering the prep rooms the day of the wedding, to providing us with an excellent breakfast, everything went well. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure we had no issues.

    The Embassy Suites hotel in Dublin was absolutely fantastic! We worked with the coordinator, Nicole Duncan, for about 10 months to make our wedding happen. From day one, until we said goodbye after the event was over, she (and the hotel) was a breeze to work with. As with any bride, I had a ton of questions -- Nicole was always very responsive and, oftentimes, provided me more information than I had asked for, based on her experience. Every meeting we had was thorough, every detail accounted for, the food was delicious (our guests are STILL talking about it), the venue was beautiful, and the guest rooms were perfect! Even though they had other events occurring in the hotel, they went out of their way to make it seem like we were the highest priority and the only ones at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and their staff for anyone looking to hold their event there. Loved it! #onehappybride

    Everything was nicely done. Food was great. They also sent a letter out to all other guest telling them to be respectful and keep noise down during the ceremony. People who worked at the hotel was very helpful

    Our event was flawless! From start to finish in the planning process, rehearsal, cocktail hour and reception everyone was totally professional and attentive to oyr needs. During the event our banquet captain, Kathy, was available the entire evening and took care of our every need. The aet-up/tear down guys, the servers, the kitchen staff and bar tenders were all excellent as well. I could not have asked for a better experience.

    Laynie was just as excited and concerned about my wedding day as I was. This experience was both exciting and very stress free on the wedding day thanks to her leadership and an exceptional team at the Embassy Suites. Many, many guests have commented on how impressed they were with the venue, people, service and food.

    We worked with Geoffrey and he did an amazing job! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process and made the entire process seamless. We would highly recommend you working with him.

    Our daughter had her wedding on 12/14/13, we had her reception at the Embassy Suites in Dublin. From the beginning, everything was spelled out, cost, etc. and was followed to the letter. On the day of the event, the staff at the Embassy worked tirelessly to insure our guests had plenty to eat and drink. They were available whenever my husband or I had a question or request. We would encourage anybody looking for a wedding venue to check out the Embassy Suites.

    The Embassy was so easy to work with. It was easy to get in touch with them and set up meetings whenever I needed to confirm details. They also gave me great advice whenever I asked for it. They have done so many successful weddings - they really know what they are doing.

    Others should request that their blocked off rooms be kept together Instead of scattered throughout the hotel. Otherwise the staff and our wedding was great. we would recommend Embassy Suites-Dublin to our friends.

    We wanted to have our reception at a hotel to accomodate our out of town guests and found the Embassy Suites in Dublin to be the best value for our money. The hotel is very nice and Jill (Events Director) was awesome! She spent a lot of time going over all the details and timelines for the event, set up food tastings, and gave some great suggestions based on her experience. Since we had a snow storm a few days prior to the wedding, our guest list was reduced by ~ 10 people and she easily worked with us on revising our headcount until the day before the wedding. Jeff, the facilities manager, was also great to work with. I would highly recommend hosting your reception at the embassy!

    My daughter's wedding at Embassy Suites was wonderful! We had a small problem along the way, but the staff was completely responsive and made sure that we were totally happy clients. So many people complimented the delicious food! Kelsey coordinated all of our vendors beautifully. And we truly, had nothing to do once we entered The Embassy Suites at cocktail hour through the end of the wedding, except enjoy the day!

    Embassy Suites took care of us like we were family. It didn't matter how much was going on, it felt like we were the only event that mattered. The entire wait staff was courteous and attentive. Camela Jones was a huge help in coordinating our event, taking a lot of the stress of the day away so we could really enjoy ourselves.

    We never received our before the aisle attraction of tea sandwhiches and crudites, and our cupcakes were supposed to be boxed up and delivered to our bridal suite, and they were never delivered.

    Embassy Suites in Dublin was great. We did go through one transition of event planners, but everything was the way we wanted. You could not beat the value, and it was a perfect location for both hotel and reception... especially since majority of our guests travelled far.

    The only thing is that the hotel is always busy and has many conferences, etc scheduled. So the cocktail hour was in the atrium, and so was the manager's happy hour... was kind of packed and things can be lost in translation.

    We had our wedding reception at Embassy. We had over 200 adults and a handful of kids. Embassy let us use a room next to the ballroom to use as a kids room. They were very accommodating and flexible with all our needs!

    We had a fabulous wedding reception at the Embassy Suites in Dublin. We went through 3 wedding coordinators which was frustrating at times but the third one was very nice and helpful. Everything was set up very nicely and the food was fabulous. However the friendliness of the workers at the hotel itself were pretty rude. There were multiple scenarios that they did not seem to know what was going on. I think they need to work on their organization a little bit better as well as their customer service!!

    Having our wedding at Embassy suites was overall a very good choice. The buffet and drink options were very reasonable, the $10,000 minimum was a little steep for a wedding of only 120 people + along with the 22% service charge.
    However the staff at Embassy Suites was like having a wedding planner. The ballroom, cocktail hour and after party room was setup so beautifully and beyond what i could have even imagined. The attention to detail with the center pieces the popcorn bar, and the gift table was amazing. Walking into the room was like walking into a fairy tale and Embassy Suites set the entire room up for us. This made the 22% service charge much more reasonable in my mind
    One big annoyance though is that this is a hotel that at the end of the day isn't worried that you are spending $10,000 if there are other things they can host to make money during your event they will. Our weekend was rainy so they allowed 100+ people that were not having prom there or even spending money there to come into their hotel and take over all the nice areas to take pictures. This was very annoying because our wedding party wanted to take pictures in front of their water fall and in the gazebo since it was rainy and we couldn't. I just didn't understand why they would let all those people use the hotel for free when they had an event in the hotel spending lots of money to use the hotel and then we couldn't. Some other small things that could have gone better is that it was a little tricky tracking down someone to find the special dietary meals we had order as well as i had always stated i wanted two bartenders during cocktail hour and they reassured me that if needed a server could go behind and help but that never happened so it did create a line at the bar and did throw off our timeline. Also the room they had setup for us to have breakfast in the next room was changed to a different room and no one told use so when we were trying to gather everyone it was a bit confusing.

    Working with Jana left a lot to be desired. She promised things that did not happen and was less than helpful after my wedding to make it right. Even worse than her was Monzi the banquet manager. Even though we had a "Finalization Meeting" a week before the wedding, he seemed to not remember a single detail of what we spoke about. Everything he set up was opposite of what we talked about. Additionally, he threw away boxes to my belongings then asked me if I wanted other belongings of mine back (uhh... yes!!).

    The worst part of my experience came at the end of the reception.. when one of the serving staff attempted to steal a guest's purse by hiding it in the bathroom trash can under all the dirty paper towels for a later retrieval. The hotel wouldn't even apologize.

    Though it was beautiful, I do NOT recommend this facility for ANY function.

    I booked Embassy Suites as a hotel block for my guests, and a night before & night of wedding suite. I thought it was fairly high priced at $146 per night; but decided to go with it. MY room, the BRIDAL SUITE, ended up being more like $175 per night.

    My now husband, stayed there the night before the wedding, and we stayed the night of our wedding. Let me tell you, it was atrocious. There were drunk people everywhere from another wedding going on in the hotel that evening. Traveling soccer moms' vans blocking the drive-through both days. A drunk man passed out in front of our room door. People screaming and laughing very loudly (even though we were on the 4th floor); and keep in mind, we didn't even get back to our room until almost 2am.

    And the above was all before seeing the actual room. There was NOTHING special about this room. I don't know what I was expecting that would make it a "bridal" suite, but it was not. The furniture was OLD. The TV small. And everything was so far spread apart, it looked underfurnished for its size.

    The only saving grace was that I posted a similar review, and they refunded one of my nights. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience in a Hilton brand hotel. Will not be going back.
