5 years ago my husband went to Elsa based on online reviews like these to have my engagement ring hand designed. Elsa and her team worked with him to create a beautiful emerald cut diamond with sapphires and diamonds cascading down the sides. I have received countless compliments on my vintage, unique, one of a kind ring through the years so when it was time to add on to my ring this past fall, we went right back to the woman who made the first. As a bride who never got to meet the infamous Elsa, it was a pleasure to not only meet her finally but to introduce her to our son and talk about our families. Elsa once again listened to our needs, remembered this unique ring she had made so many years ago, and designed two more beautiful diamond bands to fit with the original engagement ring, making my ring set complete and perfect. I will always recommend Elsa to anyone in the tri-state area for her class, professionalism, talent, and care of couples to be and families who have come through the years. Thank you yet again Elsa for my beautiful rings, I receive countless compliments on the complete set over and over again, for many more years to come!

I would like to thank Elsa and her staff for doing everything possible to make sure my wedding rings fit perfectly for myself and my husband. We were getting married within two weeks when we first picked out our rings with Elsa. She was kind, down to earth, and happy to help us find something that fit within our budget. Our rings were supposed to be ready during the week when we had several snowstorms, and Elsa's team did not delay even by one day. They had our rings ready on the original pickup date.

When I had to have my wedding ring resized because it was a little too small, Elsa's staff had it done for me within a couple of hours so I wouldn't have to go long without wearing my ring. They also fixed my engagement ring, which was bought somewhere else and needed repair.

An excellent place to go if you're not sure what kind of rings you are looking for. Elsa's staff work hard to make sure people are happy without going over budget. A perfect place to pick out rings! Thank you Elsa and staff!

Elsa was terrific in providing me an engagement ring and my wife a wedding ring that was in our price range. She stayed within our budget and did not try to upsell us. We were recommended from a family member and would recommend other people to her. We really liked the wax molds that she does of your design so you can see what the ring will look like before it's finalized.

Elsa was great! My fiance is very particular about the jewelery she wears, so I wanted to make sure her engagement ring is something she will be comfortable wearing. Elsa/staff were fantastic throughout the entire process, we will be back!

Elsa was extremely helpful when choosing an engagement ring for my wife. She understood the importance of staying within the given budget and did not try to push me over, in fact she reminded me of my budget when I was looking to go above. She provided extremely personalized service and was a pleasure to work with. We went back to her to design our wedding rings and she was equally wonderful. The staff member who assisted with our wedding bands is Nicole. She was very professional and kept my husband and I very comfortable during the process. We had our rings customized with diamonds and the quality of the rings and service was flawless. I even received rodium on the engagement ring to keep the shine and that quality was great. Excellent place to receive your wedding bands. Elsa rings mean 'QUALITY AND IMPECCABLE SERVICE'!!!

Elsa and her staff are the nicest people I have worked with. She put so much care into designing my ring and listening to what I wanted. At times I wasn't even sure myself, and she was endlessly patient and offered me wonderful advice. She was very sensitive to my budget, and gave me the absolute most bang for my buck. My custom wedding band is one of a kind, and I couldn't be happier.

My now husband and I searched for awhile for the perfect engagement ring. I personally wanted a piece of this and a piece of that ring, basically all over the place... until one day we walked by a very well known store window where I saw the perfect ring. It just happened to cost 3 times more than we could afford. We were referred to Elsa through a family friend and we were so happy! She took the design we gave her - the more images the better and worked with us to give us the perfect ring :) There were some fixes needed in the 3D model she had given us, but they were done very quickly and the ring came out just right. We highly recommend Elsa to others :)

My husband and I went to several jewelers before going with Elsa. My engagement ring is very unique and I needed a band that would complement it. Elsa and her team were able to custom design a band to work with my engagement ring. I really enjoyed being involved in the whole process of the designing of the wedding band. I watched as they made the mold and everything.
They were a bit expensive, but I am very satisfied with their work.

Rings came out perfect but the staff could have been friendlier. Elsa was very nice but her assistant couldn't be bothered with questions. In the end the rings were exactly what we wanted.

It was a pleasure to be able to create our own rings. The staff was always open to ideas and courteous. The design process left something to be desired as communication between the modelers and designer was unclear, resulting in multiple revisions and trips to their storefront.

Make sure you check everything you get as soon as you get it. Do not leave your jewelry there for any length of time unless you are ready to have it checked out to verify everything is the way you left it. Nice until you give the deposit, then it goes down hill. Deadlines regularly not kept.

My fiancé and I had meet Elsa at a wedding expo, we had explained to her what I wanted for my wedding band. I loved what she had to say and told me she was capable of making it for me. I few months later we had a sit down with her and made a contract up and needless to say I had an insert made for my engagement ring. What a disaster! They worst customer care and customer service EVER! Elsa and her staff were so unprofessional. To the point of her calling me about a situation and it turning into a screaming match. I couldn't wait to get these people out of my life forever. They are unreliable and 100% unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. Stay away!
