Excellent music for our ceremony!

Elizabeth and her trio were incredible to work with from start to finish. When we requested special songs for our ceremony, Elizabeth went above and beyond to find them and even had a custom arrangement created for the trio. She was so accommodating and professional throughout the entire process.

The music during our ceremony was absolutely stunning - they sounded amazing and created the perfect romantic atmosphere. Our guests were raving about how beautiful the music was, and it truly made our ceremony feel magical.
Elizabeth was wonderful to communicate with during planning, and the whole group was punctual and professional on our wedding day. They made our ceremony everything we dreamed it would be.

I highly recommend Eloquence Strings for any wedding - their talent and dedication to making your day special really shows!

Very Talented And Easy To Work With

Eloquence Strings played as a trio at our wedding and we couldn’t imagine anyone doing a better job. Beth was very easy to work with; they had a huge playlist of pop and classical numbers to choose from; they found the music and learned a new piece for our ring exchange; and they were a perfect accompaniment to our soloist. Also, the weather was iffy on our wedding day and we didn’t make a final decision on which venue we were using until an hour beforehand—and Beth and her fellow musicians couldn’t have been more patient and accommodating. We only wish we would have thought to record their entire performance, as it was so beautiful!

Beautiful music!

We loved having Eloquence Strings at our wedding! Beth was so easy to work with and had an impressive list of pieces for us to choose from. We had the quartet provide our pre-ceremony, ceremony, and cocktail hour music, and we loved having a mix of classical and contemporary pieces. Their music was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect atmosphere for our wedding day!

Eloquence String Trio Is Excellent

There are not enough kind words we can say about Peggy and the team at Eloquent Strings. They are truly exceptional. With a very late request to pull off an obscure arrangement to one of my favorite songs, she pulled it off! I couldn’t even believe it, they made our wedding truly ours. They were so easy to work with, extremely professional and responsive and their arrangements were so beautiful. I’ve had so many friends and family comment on how special certain songs or arrangements were. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, it was such a pleasure.

My husband and I got married June 30, 2018 and had Eloquence String Quartet perform for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We were so impressed with how talented these ladies are. Our guests raved about the songs they played. Peggy was so wonderful and accommodating. They even learned our favorite song for me to walk down the isle to. She made the planning stage so simple and was very willing to help. We love watching our video and hearing the beautiful music. I would highly recommend using Peggy and her quartet.

We had the trio play at our wedding at Auberge du Soleil this last weekend, and we couldn't be happier with them! They played for us as our guests arrived, during the procession and exists, and also during the reception after the wedding ceremony, and they were simply wonderful!

If you're worried about selection of music, don't. Eloquence has a fantastic selection of everything from classical to contemporary music, and they've even got some soundtrack themes thrown into the mix. We wanted our guest arrivals to be bright and happy, and just to make sure nobody thought we were having a snobby wedding, I asked them to throw in the Game Of Thrones theme during the seating and everyone loved it! It gave everyone a good laugh and they complemented to trio with a round of applause - not something you expect to hear at a wedding, eh? :)

I took a couple minutes before the bride arrived to step back and take in the scene of everything happening around me, and the trio played an absolutely beautiful piece that I requested, and it made be choke up. It was simply perfect.

During the reception they switched to our selection of contemporary music, and we had everything from Adele to Led Zeppelin's "All Of My Love".

Peggy will provide you with a very robust list of song choices across genres, and you'll spend hours and hours digging through YouTube quartet and trio examples of the songs to help you narrow down your choices.

If we ever have need for a trio or quartet again, I wouldn't hesitate to engage Eloquence. They made our wedding day one we'll never forget, and helped set a tone that made it simply perfect. Thank you, Eloquence!

I highly recommend Eloquence String Quartet and Trio of Napa Valley. I hired a string duo for my wedding (violinist and cellist) to play during the ceremony. They also performed with the church pianist. They did a beautiful job. In particular, I really wanted them to perform A Thousand Years as arranged by The Piano Guys and they did an excellent job. I communicated with Peggy during my wedding planning and she was very responsive and gave great feedback on my song choices and how they should be performed.

We had the string trio play during our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were amazing and added such a special touch to this part of the wedding. The sounded beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Price wise they were on par with other options but the song options and sound far exceeded others that I considered. Thank you and I would definitely recommend them!

I hired the trio for my wedding on August at the harvest inn. Peggy was very responsive with any questions I had and the trio was great and professional. We used the trio for our ceremony and cocktail hour and they sounded amazing.

Peggy and Eloquence String was the PERFECT choice for our ceremony and cocktail hour music. Peggy makes everything incredibly easy and the day of performance was everything we desired and more. With the size of our wedding, we opted for the trio configuration and it was just right for under 100 ppl. All of our guests commented about how classic and fun the trio was during cocktail hour. They have an extensive repertoire including classical, major pop hits, current movie themes and so much more. They are willing to learn specific songs with enough notice if it isn't part of their play list. Eloquence was a delight and we highly recommend Peggy for your wedding! You won't regret it!!!

We were recently married at Auberge du Soleil. Peggy did a wonderful job as our violin soloist playing many traditional wedding pieces as well as special requests. The music, its timing and phrasing was truly beautiful and complemented our ceremony perfectly. Peggy was easy to work with and very thorough and timely in her responses to our questions. We would highly recommend her and are glad she was part of our ceremony!

Peggy was wonderful. She took the time to listen and work within my budget. I also requested some songs that they didn't have on the play list, and she and her staff took the time to learn them and play them! Being as I live in Hawaii, I put my trust in her hands and I was more than satisfied!

Eloquence String was great to work with. They are able to provide a variety of musical services, and are very affordable for the quality of work. We wanted a custom arrangement and they accommodated our request with ease. I would highly recommend them for a wedding or any cocktail event. Eloquence String Quartet provided both the ceremony music, cocktail reception, and dinner music for my daughter's wedding. They were truly fabulous. There were many comments about how lovely the music was during the ceremony, and they created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the reception. I never had to worry about them. Peggy was professional, punctual, and clear. She was flexible and accommodative when dinner ran longer. I highly recommend them.

I hire Eloquence Strings Trio to play for the Ceremony and the Cocktail party al Calistoga Ranch for my daughter's wedding. I did research and came across their site. I loved their music and sound. I talked to Peggy many times and singed a contract a year before. She was very professional and easy to work with. My daughter picked the music she wanted played for the ceremony and ask Peggy to play a variety of music during cocktails. They were really good and their sound was lovely. Peggy was great!!!! One of my daughter's friends sang the Ave Maria in Latin and Peggy and the group rehearsed an hour before the wedding. Peggy send my the music so Martha had it ahead of time. Everything was just perfect and the music was lovely. Peggy thank you for making my daughter's wedding so special!!!!

Peggy and the musicians of Eloquence String Quartet were an amazing addition to our wedding up in Napa at Auberge. Countless guests, many of them professional musicians, commented on how beautiful the playing was. They sound even better live than on their demo clips on their website. They have a large repertoire to select from on their website and they are also flexible with finding new pieces to play. I can't say enough good things about this group!

I worked with Peggy from the Eloquence String Quartet to have the quartet, and a flutist, Kathleen, play during our outdoor wedding ceremony in Healdsburg, CA. They played during guest arrivals and the ceremony.

Peggy was very easy to work with (over email) and the music turned out exactly how I wanted. We had a couple of special requests (the addition of the flutist and working with an opera singer who performed during the ceremony) that were accomplished seamlessly.

I highly recommend this quartet if you are looking for elegant music for your wine country wedding.

The trio was amazing and brought beautiful music to our wedding! They were the first part of the wedding ceremony that I was able to experience .... having stayed away until the ceremony started ... and I absolutely loved it! Combined with the beautiful scenery from Carneros apple orchard and the rest of the setup - it created the perfect picture in my mind of my wedding! The Eloquence String Trio played for our wedding ceremony on June 8. Peggy was very responsive and friendly, and emailed us a list of songs about a month before the wedding so we could make our choices. They have a huge selection of songs to select from, and for our ceremony we chose a wide variety of styles, from classical to a Beatles cover. We were so pleased - despite the heat reaching 96 degrees, the trio sounded amazing! They added the perfect touch of vibrant elegance to our ceremony, and it was perfect for the outdoor garden setting. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat - they were really easy to work with, and contributed so much to making our wedding day wonderful. We couldn't be happier!

We decided last minute to have a string trio at our wedding. My husband and I are so happy we did! Eloquence was the perfect touch to our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour at Viansa winery. They can play anything from traditional Bach to modern day Coldplay. They were excellent, reasonably priced, and memorable.

We hired Peggy Brady's Eloquence String Quartet, with a trumpet soloist, for our Napa Valley wedding ceremony and for the cocktail hour part of our reception, as well. To say we got good value is an understatement. Two out of the three pieces we wanted for the processional weren't in their repertoire, but they learned them for us, and Peggy did an AMAZING arrangement for Gustav Holst's Jupiter Hymn (if you're looking for an incredibly beautiful processional song, go to their website and listen to this one!). Even after the ceremony, the guests were gushing about the music -- especially that piece. And that's from people without any background or particular interest in classical music! The guests also gushed about the quality of the performances the quartet and trumpet provided. These musicians are members of the Marin County Philharmonic, and it shows! And the trumpet was SO worth the small extra charge! Doubled the wow factor of the music, and blended beautifully with the quartet.

At the reception, we also had two waltzes we wanted to dance to that weren't in the quartet's repertoire, and Peggy's group learned those for us, as well.

In addition, Peggy herself showed up at our wedding rehearsal, since it was an unusual venue and she wanted to make sure she planned the music right. She even played a solo rendition of each of the pieces as we rehearsed, which really helped everyone get their entrances right.

What's more, Peggy didn't even charge us extra for all that customization and help at the rehearsal. We, and all of our guests, were just completely blown away and over the moon thrilled with Peggy and her group. They made a special day one that people are still talking about!!!

I loved working with Peggy from Eloquence string quartet for my wedding. I requested some songs that was not in their repertoire and they still were able to play them perfectly and did not even charge me for it. Peggy was so sweet, patient and flexible. Wow, Eloquence Strings were amazing for my daughter’s recent wedding at Meadowood Resort in St. Helena in 103 degree weather! What troopers! Very friendly and well versed in many classical pieces! This was one of the best decisions that I made regarding my wedding day.
I chose Eloquence String Trio to be my per-ceremony, ceremony, and cocktail hour musicians for my wedding this last weekend at Hans Fahden Vineyards in Calistoga. Working with Peggy was super easy - no fuss at all. She was able to provide me with song lists and suggestions that really helped me with my vision. They also have some songs available to hear on their website, so I was able to get a feeling about what everything would sound like.
My favorite moment of the day was after our "I do's," when my husband and I were doing our walk together down the aisle. His name is Jesse, and I wanted them to learn the 80's song "Jessie's Girl" and play it in violin (think "The Wedding Singer," 80's songs in violin! So funny). It was perfect - all of our guests loved it - and we will have that memory for the rest of our lives.

Eloquence String Quartet did an impeccable job playing at our ceremony. We absolutely loved it and their playing added just the right touch we were looking for. They also played during our cocktail hour. We were away taking additional pictures but heard from nearly every guest how the music added to the ambiance. The Quartet played beautifully with the singer we had during the ceremony and even invited our singer to join in on a few numbers during the cocktail hour. We highly recommend them to others.

Everyone at the wedding commented on how touching the music was before and after the wedding ceremony as it brought tears to everyone's eyes. My favorite thing about them is that they put a classic spin on more modern music from bands like Coldplay and they sound absolutely fabulous!!!

Eloquence Strings played at my wedding on April 11. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the music was - really so pretty so thank you very much.
I was in Tokyo during the big earthquake a month before the wedding and i was having a difficult time focusing on the wedding. Peggy from Eloquence Strings was so helpful in guiding me in the music selection. If it wasnt for her, i am not sure how far i would have gotten so thank you! Eloquence String quartet played such beautiful music for my daughter's wedding. I cried as a walked down the aisle - listening to their beautiful music. My daughter had always wanted to have violin and string music at her wedding and she got her wish. Peggy Brady and her fellow musicians were a delight to work with and provided a large song list of both traditional, religious, and contemporary music to choose from. Our wedding was focused on the Catholic Nuptial Mass and the sacred music during the liturgy. The Eloquence Trio perfectly understood the type of music we wanted to have played at the Mass and worked with us to make our wedding the most sublime moment of our lives. I hired Eloquence Trio of Napa Valley for my duaghter's wedding at Auberge du Soleil. Their beautiful music added just the right feel to the ceremony and cocktail hour. Because I lived out of the area I wasn't able to meet with Peggy personally, however, this was not a problem. Their website allows you to hear many of their selections online. It was all I needed to know that Eloquence would provide us with the perfect music. I was very pleased and would recommend them to others looking to make their wedding day special, too.

This band was an A+ choice for our vineyard wedding. They set the tone for our guest and even accommodated a true New Orleans tradition into their usual songs. I appreciated working with the quartet manager throughout the process.

Eloquence String Quartet did a fantastic job at my wedding. I hired a trio, and I thought they captured the right mood of music I had asked for. Peggy is great to work with, she was available when I had questions and did not stress me out at all --- perfect for a bride to be. She offered advice when I needed it on music selection and had great arrangements for a variety of songs - from classical to modern pop songs during cocktail hour. This is a great group to work with and they are reasonably priced.

Peggy was incredibly professional and easy to work with. This was one wedding job that was easy to take care of, and Peggy made it that way. Her website has a comprehensive list of songs, and suggestions of what they are appropriate for, which was really helpful. She was also very kind and delightful when I met her at the wedding. The cost seems very reasonable compared to what was out there, and I felt Peggy and her partner were superb musicians and added a definite level of class. Highly recommend.

The music for our wedding by the Eloquence Trio could not have been more perfect. At our first face-to-face meeting in Napa with Peggy we knew that we had found a violinist that was sensitive and caring about the type of music we wanted for our pre-wedding, cocktail hour and even our "custom" song for the recessional. We cannot recommend Eloquence high enough to anyone looking for quality musicianship, and a wide selection of music.
Even in our 107 degree weather for our outdoor wedding, Eloquence performed flawlessly.

We used the Trio for the ceremony and cocktail hour, which were both outside. For the ceremony I thought it was really helpful they offered a suggestion of music groupings, alternative to the standard wedding music. Their music selections included many of my favorites. The trio's music added that extra romantic touch and made the ceremony very special. For the cocktail hour, they did a great job with upbeat and contemporary songs. Their entire performance was exactly what I wanted. Two of my guests who are engaged to be married even took their card for their wedding!
