Wedding planning is always stressful but I'm so glad our videographer Lavon made everything seamless. The time and care he took filming and editing our wedding video is unmatched. Amazing!!!

Ellen Bee Productions was awesome! Lavon was very clear and responsive with all of our questions. The day of our wedding, him and his team work seamlessly with our photographer and other vendors. They were able to capture all the beautiful moments of our wedding. Their presence was discrete throughout the ceremony and reception and they were capture it all! The highlight reel came out amazing!!! He was very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. We highly recommend working with Ellen Bee Productions!

Amazing and professional

Ellen B Productions is a great company to work with. I booked with them in 2018 for my wedding, but it was postponed several times because of Covid. Lavon was so flexible and accommodating! The day of the wedding, he was timely and professional. He captured everything we needed within the designated timeline. We got our short wedding video within a few weeks it really captured the wedding in the most magical way.

Great experience!

My husband and I used Ellen Bee Productions for wedding videography services for our September 2022 wedding. Lavon was extremely reliable, friendly, and communicative both leading up to the wedding and afterwards - he would respond almost immediately anytime we had a question, which was very appreciated for a Type A bride such as myself. During the day of the wedding, Lavon worked really well with our photographer (which is important!) and other vendors and managed to capture every single moment we had asked for and more. He was everywhere and we didn't even notice him most of the time! We are thrilled with the quality and professionalism of this service, which is at a much more affordable rate than most videography services. Definitely recommend using!

Unbelievable!

Lavon was amazing for our wedding day!! He captured the most special moments and I swear, I never saw he was even there half the time!! He is so discrete with everything, and is so fun to be around - such a great guy. And the turnaround time for our highlight reel was less than 3 weeks! Would highly recommend Ellen Bee Productions!

INCREDIBLE Wedding Videography!

We booked Ellen Bee Productions relatively last minute in the wedding planning process (only 2 months out from our wedding), and we are SO GLAD we did. Lavon and his team arrive on the day EARLY, perfectly captured some moments before our ceremony, and had the livestream all set up and waiting for the ceremony. It was great to have this as an add on with so many family members unable to travel to the wedding. He captured all the key moments of our reception and delivered a beautiful highlight video less than a month after the wedding. It is such a beautiful memory of our day. But one of the biggest reasons to hire Ellen Bee Productions is that all of their packages include all of the raw footage - this is an incredible value and we now have the gift of being able to go back and watch any special moments in full (and from multiple angles) that didn't make it into the highlights. It is seriously SO special to have all this footage. And of course, Lavon was super responsive and very easy to work with. 100/10!

I had the pleasure of working with Lavon from Ellen Bee Productions and he was able to capture all the love between myself, my husband and our loved ones in an amazing video that we will cherish forever! Quality Service and an Excellent Product!

Last year, my husband and I decided to opt for a small, intimate ceremony during a very uncertain time. Ellen Bee Productions was able to capture every bit of the happiness and love of the day. Amazing Value

We secured Ellen Bee maybe three weeks before our wedding. I'm so thankful they were still available for our day, as they were the only videographer I liked within our budget. I had only one call with Lavon, and was very confident he would capture our day the way we wanted.

We received our wedding highlight video about 3 weeks after the wedding, and I've since watched it every single day. Our full wedding video was about 2 hours long, and I honestly didn't expect it to be that long. Lavon also gave us all the raw footage, which we've really enjoyed watching and seeing what was happening at moments we weren't present.

By far, one of the fastest responding vendors. All emails and inquiries were answered in a matter of hours. Even edits to our video was less than a 24 hour turnaround.

I'm certain at some point they will have to increase their prices because the quality or work and service is far beyond the price point. Money well spent!

Can I do more than 5 stars?!

Book this photographer! Our photographer was Lavon and he was absolutely amazing. Not only was he great on the day of the wedding but he went above and beyond long after the wedding was over. He captured all the moments that I wanted and asked for (details, people, interactions), and put everything together so beautifully. The sneak peek video was absolutely amazing and everyone loved it. Even though it was only the sneak peek, it made several people who watched it cry. The first version of our wedding video Lavon provided was good but I really wanted to see some things added that were in the sneak peek video. When I finally raised these desires to Lavon he was so quick to agree to make the edits even though I had asked months after he finished our full-length video. The (newly edited) second full-length final video is spectacular and everything that I wanted our wedding video to be. He went above and beyond yet again when I asked him for a slightly shorter version of the new wedding video so that I could send it to family members. He provided this shortened video in less than a day! I cannot say enough about Lavon and the amazing wedding videos and sneak peeks he created. You should definitely, definitely book him for the wedding. You will love it!

Also, he captured an aerial view of our wedding venue and zoomed in. I have no idea how he did this but it was absolutely fantastic to see this on the videos.

A True Professional

Lavon is amazing. I first heard saw him in action at my friend's wedding about two years ago, and knew I would hire him for my own wedding! He shows up ready to go and does his thing without needing guidance -- which is awesome for couples who are already dealing with a ton of vendors. They explained in great detail the services offered and walked us through what the wedding day would look like. Not only did they have one of the most competitive prices in the market, but they also threw in several additional perks. We received all of our footage in a timely manner and also had input in the editing. We are extremely happy with the product and so are our family and friends. Incredible

Working with Ellen Bee Productions for our wedding day was such a wonderful decision. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, we felt heard and were given plenty of information to make our wedding day run smoothly and have the video of our dreams at the end. The videographer worked well alongside our photographers and got all of the shots they needed cohesively. The drone footage at sunset was incredible and such a fun touch to our wedding video! Lavon was absolutely amazing. He and his team were incredibly down to earth and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to capture all the 2+ days of events at our hybrid Indian and American wedding. They were among the easiest vendors we had to work with leading up to the event. We were so thankful for all their help during the wedding, particularly for their low-key approach to capturing all our wedding events as they unfolded, and not attempting to "produce" or direct shots simply for the camera. Their camera work and creativity in producing the trailer videos is unmatched as well, and we've been so pleased with the final products. We cannot recommend Lavon and Ellen Bee enough!!

Superb class & final product!

Lavon was super easy to work with right from the start. He has a questionaire which you fill out for him to get the general idea of what you are expecting for the day. He literally answers any email within minutes if not 24 hours tops!! We loved our highlight video, it was exactly what I was expecting & pretty much my soul reason for hiring video (obviously the full version is also a plus) but i love seeing a trailer of our day! He was assertive and put himself out there in order to get the footage he needed, worked excellent with our photographer, followed all the rules set forth by our ceremony site, & was a super trooper through the heat of our wedding day!! He has very competitive packages and truly allows you to personalize your event. Book him! you won't be disappointed!!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Lavon! In the lead up to our wedding, Lavon was extremely communicative and gave really good feedback on how to approach things. On the day of the wedding, he had it all together so well and was so confident and captivating in how he worked. He also gelled perfectly with my photographer as they had never worked together before. It doesn't hurt either that he has a drone that can be used (if there are no flight restrictions) and got some great aerial footage that I am obsessed with. And his fee is more than reasonable and fit perfectly within my budget. You truly cannot go wrong by hiring him as he is the best man for the job.

My wife and I had our dream wedding at The Evangel Cathedral Bishop’s Chapel, followed by a reception at Martin’s Camelot in Upper Marlboro. The day was truly breathtaking, and the Ellen Bee Productions team captured every moment of it perfectly. The staff went above and beyond (without even being asked) to ensure that our wedding video was flawless.

Lavon (co-owner & videographer) was a joy to have around on the actual wedding day. So many of our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and guests raved about his professionalism and overall fun demeanor. My wife and I could not agree more!

A few weeks after the ceremony, Ellen Bee Productions provided us with a link to our breathtaking highlight video that captured our entire day in 4 minutes! The video was truly remarkable!!!

Our experience with this company was truly amazing. All we can say is Ellen Bee Productions nailed it. We couldn’t be happier!!!

You WILL NOT be disappointed by contracting with Ellen Bee Productions! Lavon from Ellen Bee Productions was consistently responsive, which was very helpful to me based upon my previous work schedule. My fiancé and I contracted with Ellen Bee a little later than we hoped because of personal schedules; however, they made the process easy by immediately referring us to all of the package information via their WeddingWire site. From there, my fiancé and I were able to easily select our desired package. Fast forward to our wedding day . . .

The Ellen Bee Production Team was timely, professional and very easy to work with, to the point that our family, friends, and guests commented on how impressed they were. Throughout the day, the team provided clear guidance, offered great suggestions and was extremely encouraging during periods where we experienced a few hiccups. The Ellen Bee Productions Team was flexible and stayed a bit longer than expected because of the hiccups and we were extremely grateful.

My now husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE our video snippet, which creatively captured the essence of who we are and captured key moments and persons perfectly! We are very much looking forward to seeing our full video in the coming weeks and are confident it will be as fabulous as the snippet!!!

I cannot recommend Ellen Bee Productions enough to capture your entire wedding day! We had an amazing experience with Lavon. With regards to other vendors, he is so easy and low-key to work with. We completed 2 phone calls to discuss details and that was it. He was organized, professional, prompt and so much fun! Wedding planning can be overwhelming but Ellen Bee Productions made the planning for the videographer so incredibly easy. He blends in at the wedding and captures beautiful footage of every moment. I was referred to Ellen Bee from a friend that had used the videography services for her wedding about six months prior to ours. After doing our research and reading all of the views on Wedding Wire We decided on The Elegant Package for our wedding on May 25, 2018.

Working with Ellen Bee (Lavon and Brittany) was VERY easy. All of the questions we had were answered in a timely manner and they were very professional and helped us to understand the process. I was very confident in their works, as I stated above because I saw how great our friends highlight video turned out, and they were one of the only vendors that we investigated that gave us the looks and feel that we were looking for.

Prior to the wedding we did fill out a questionnaire to give him some insight on how we predicted the day of would run. Of course, my timing was off, however, Lavon called and talked to me about my answers, and made suggestions on how he felt it could run a little more smoothly and how to ensure to get the biggest moments captured. The whole phone call put us at ease as you could tell that he really understood our wants and needs.

On the day of the wedding he was more than AMAZING. He worked around us, and even helped my photographer when she needed it. He gave plenty of input and was a Godsend when it came to keeping everything on track and moving along. Honestly, if it wasn't for him, my wedding would have stopped at the preparation phase because my party and I are not the best at time management! :)

Wedding Ceremony and Reception again was amazing. Lavon made sure he capture the most precious moments from both. He made sure he captured my grooms facial expression as I walked down, my fathers facial expression as he gave me away, and my mother in law as she came down. I couldn't ask for more! He captured everything that I wanted to see and I will be able to cherish those moments forever.

Lavon is simply the best! Not only are his videos amazing, I mean seriously he captured all the moments of my day beautifully even with all the chaos around him, but he is super warm and welcoming too! He brings a calm vibe which is much needed on your wedding day, and he is so easy going you barely even notice he is filming you. The work itself is like a hollywood film trailer with all your loved ones in it, and with the price point you honestly just can't find a better videographer! We were impressed by the affordability and quality of Lavon's work, which is why we hired him. The day of the wedding, Lavon shadowed the photographer and largely stayed in the background. When we received the video, we were so thankful we hired Lavon. He did an incredible job capturing the essence of the wedding. We have watched the highlights video so many times and have loved sharing it with friends and family. He was also very responsive and answered all of our questions.

We got the elegant package and were very happy with that decision. Having Lavon for 7 hours was perfect because after a while, the reception starts to look the same. He also did a great job of seamlessly editing the video with the two songs we requested. Lavon is a top notch wedding videographer for the value and quality of his work. We recommend him without hesitation.

When I say Lavon is one of the best. He definitely is. Even with last min light changes and chaotic turnover. Lavon of Ellen Bee Videography was able to capture a stellar wedding video fr years to come.

Lavon is fantastic! Look no further...this is the best videographer in the DMV (at a very reasonable price!). He is super personable and passionate in what he does. He was extremely prompt with delivering our videos, and we were thrilled with how our videos came out. Lavon was very flexible and created an extended vows version of our highlights video at our request. We and our families will cherish these videos forever. If your wedding is not in DC, he might be able to use a drone for amazing footage. Cannot recommend Ellen Bee and Lavon enough!

Best bang for the buck is definitely how I would describe Lavon's service! Absolutely loved working with him. He's quick to reply and gets the job done exactly how you'd like it. He also worked very well with our photographer. I would recommend Ellen Bee Productions for any bride on a budget and still wants their special day captured with finesse. My husband and I had a very intimate elopement ceremony and Lavon's editing captured all the important parts to share with our friends and family, beautifully. Hiring Ellen Bee was one of the best decisions we made! Lavon was so great to work with! He was super responsive to messages, both over email and text message, and often responded within minutes of my message to him. He even responded with the same speed when I first contacted him over the holidays. More importantly, Lavon's work is beautiful and his prices are extremely reasonable. On our wedding day, my husband and I felt like we were busy running around the whole day, as we tried to spend as much time with our guests as possible. As a result, we felt like we missed huge swaths of the day. But thanks to Lavon, we were able to catch up on all the parts we missed in person plus relive the other amazing parts of the day. It's been so great to watch and re-watch the highlight video and the full-length video of our wedding day and to share both with our family and friends. Lavon's speed in returning messages also carried over into delivery of the highlight video and the full-length video, both of which arrived within weeks and a couple of months, respectively, of our wedding day. We highly recommend Ellen Bee and Lavon if you're looking for a beautifully shot video of your wedding at a reasonable price.

My husband and I were set on making sure our wedding day reflected our core values...which did not necessarily include a videographer in our initial plans. But once we reached out to Ellen Bee, we never second guessed our decision to make Lavon part of our special day!

From our first encounter, Ellen Bee's professionalism and integrity stood beyond other videographers in the area (really, beyond most vendors we'd contacted in any arena). They worked with us and for us to make sure we felt honored and cared for throughout the entire process, and also lived up to their personal mission and vision. Lavon was flexible and honest about how to best plan shooting in a way that would work for us, so we trusted him and remained at ease on our wedding day. We honestly forgot the camera was rolling during most of our day, as Lavon can be pretty inconspicuous about the fact that he's holding a camera or has your groom mic'd; but we love (and laugh) that he captured our true selves, along with our friends and families! Ellen Bee's energy and creativity amounted to a precious gift that we remain ever grateful for.

Ellen Bee Productions is AMAZING!!! Lavon was so responsive from the beginning to the end, and my husband and I are so happy that we booked him! We hired a videographer because we wanted to get our vows on video, but we didn't really put any thought into anything else prior to the wedding. Lavon proved us wrong because the video highlights and full video were far more important than we ever thought. The wedding highlights video was so beautiful and moving, and it made several of our loved ones moved to the point of tears. We can't wait to show the full wedding to our families over the holidays and are sure they will enjoy watching the dvd as much as we did. Lavon is extremely responsive, uses up-to-date technology and techniques, and produces a wonderful product. Compared to other videographers that I researched, his price is extremely reasonable when you look at the wonderful product that you're getting and the hours of work that it requires.

We were so delighted to see and hear everyone smiling and laughing during the celebration, and this can't be captured with only photography. My father is fighting cancer, and our parents are ageing. Since we don't know what the future holds for any of us as life is unpredictable, we know that capturing these memories in the moment is absolutely priceless. My mind is put a bit at ease knowing that Lavon captured all of the memories of the wedding day and that we don't have any regrets of not recording the big moments. Thank you, Lavon! I am so grateful for Lavon at Ellen Bee Productions- I was bummed that since I splurged on my wedding photographer, that I did not have room in my wedding budget for a videographer. I then saw a friend post a video that Lavon had done for her wedding and decided to look him up. His prices were so reasonable I was able to book him for my wedding, and I am SO THANKFUL I did. The wedding day went by so fast, and although I have a lot of great pictures to remember the day, there is nothing like re-living the day through a live video. There was so much I had missed that I got to see on the video. Planning my wedding, my husband was skeptical about the need for a videographer. I reached out to Lavon and he was super helpful providing options to meet our budget. He responded to each of my emails within minutes and made me feel like my wedding was his #1 priority! The day of the wedding.....oh my goodness! The little details made all the difference! We had a fantastic experience with Ellen Bee productions. Deciding to hire a videographer was one of the very last choices we made- so it was both last minute, and something that we were looking to keep on the affordable side. Lavon is a clear winner. He was extremely responsive, always following up and responding immediately, and his packages are very reasonable in an industry with ever-rising prices. When due to a miscommunication we realized our wedding venue was outside his normal geography, he readily agreed to make the trip nonetheless. I am SO very happy we hired Lavon, and we've already been able to relive our wedding day multiple times thanks to him. He captured all of the important moments seamlessly and I feel very lucky that we found him! Thank you!!

We worked with Lavon for our May wedding and he was very responsive from the time we inquired about the available services to the time we received our wedding video. We were able to work out a custom package and were able to do everything via email and phone which was important since our lives were very busy in the months before the wedding. He was great to work with: professional, friendly, responsive, and fun. If you are having a hard time deciding on a videographer, check out our (Daryl and Christina's 06.25.16) wedding video. He did a wonderful job capturing the words, feelings and look of the day. His professionalism exceeded our expectations and his personality fit right in with the group so everyone was at ease. At times I didn't even realize he was in the room, until I saw the video and realized he was busy moving around capturing those special moments. And he put all those moments together perfectly in the video. He does great work and I promise you won't be disappointed. He's good at what he does and gets booked quickly so call him today!!!

After deciding at the last minute (maybe 2-3 months before my wedding) that I wanted a videographer, to capture our special day, I decided to research vendors. After contacting two vendors, I came across Ellen Bee Productions here on Wedding Wire. I immediately contacted Lavon. He was very responsive in every correspondence that we had. From the first time we spoke on the phone, I felt comfortable with him as a professional and trusted his ability to do good work. Additionally, I watched a few of his video on his site, and liked one in particular. I told him the elements that I liked about the video and want I wanted on that day. We never met face to face until the wedding and besides the initial few conversations, didn't have to give him direction. Lavon came in and went to work like a true professional. On the last day of our honeymoon, I watched the highlight video and couldn't stop smiling. I loved everything he captured. He shared it via social media and EVERYONE couldn't stop raving about how nicely done it was and even people who couldn't make it felt like they were there because of his video. If you're looking for an affordable and professional videographer who also has a quick turn around, I highly recommend Ellen Bee Productions. I look forward to seeing our full length video in the coming weeks and having that memento to relive as the years go by.

Booking with Ellen Bee was one of the best decisions we made wedding planning. We really wanted to have video of our wedding, but weren't sure we would be able to afford it with all the other costs and priorities that came up so resigned ourselves to not having one. A few weeks before our wedding we were feeling disappointed with the idea of not having video so did a search for available vendors. Most were extremely expensive and had elaborate packages.

We found Lavon with Ellen Bee and were impressed with his price and flexible packages. We were even more impressed by how responsive Lavon was - he replied faster than anyone else we've worked with, was friendly, clear, and flexible.

During our wedding Lavon captured everything we could have hoped for and more. He worked extremely well with our photographer and other vendors. Watching our video afterward we were amazed by how he seemed to have caught all the big moments, and more small ones than we even remembered. We also got the raw footage of the ceremony, which is one of the most worthwhile purchases we made.

Ellen Bee provided a great service for an affordable price.

Lavon did an amazing job on our wedding video. This was the best investment, and the quality of his services was amazing. I am very camera shy, but Lavon made the entire experience calming. My husband and I could not be happier with our videos from Ellen Bee. From the moment we met Lavon he was easy to work with and we knew exactly what to expect on our wedding day. He offers a variety of packages and works with couples to ensure they get the product they envisioned. On the day of our wedding he was on time and worked in the background - we didn't know he was there most of the time. We received our highlight video shortly after our wedding and still cry (tears of joy!) every time we watch it. The full video was in our mailbox a few short weeks after our wedding, which was such a great surprise! What wasn't a surprise was the way he captured our day and how well put together it was. Bottom line: Lavon's videos are EXTREMELY well done and you get far better quality than you pay for.

My husband and I knew we wanted a videographer for our wedding day but we weren't sure we could afford one. I was able to search for videographers on Craig's List and there was Lavon! This guy was one of the best and easiest decisions we made for our wedding! Lavon responded to our email immediately and offered to meet us at a beautiful park in DC to chat and get to know us! From start to finish, Lavon provided top-knotch service and showed great flexibility and professionalism. He's such a cool guy! My husband and I totally recommend Lavon if you are in search of a dedicated videographer who is passionate about his skill and who makes you feel like you have known him for years! Lavon was in the bridal suite with my girls and I and we felt comfortable having such a professional capture the smallest of details to make for amazing footage. When Lavon sent us our Highlight video I remember crying and having to watch it over and over simply because it was a phenomenal 4 minute summary of the best day of my life! Lavon does beautiful work at affordable prices! He had only shot a few weddings prior to ours but you would never have been able to guess that! Lavon also worked well with the photographer we hired. The two worked with and around each other as if they were a team! All in all, CHOOSE LAVON and you will be satisfied 3 times over with the work from Ellen Bee Productions!

Lavon was great! Extremely easy to work with and understanding. His work is phenomenal and gave us everything we wanted for an incredible rate. He definitely helped us save a lot compared to the outrageous prices many other nearby vendors were asking for. Lavon was very professional throughout the entire process and actually helped guide us through certain things we were confused on. Our wedding highlight video was absolutely amazing, we constantly show it to our friends and family all the time. We couldn't imagine our wedding video being any more perfect.

Lavon and EllenBee Productions were AWESOME!! I wanted someone to not only create a cinematic experience, but genuinely capture my wedding day so I could view it for years and years to come. They did that and more! Our Wedding Day was amazing, and Lavon and his team fit perfectly into the climate of a stress-free and joyous day. It was like they weren't even there, but they were....capturing everything. :-)

I do not usually give perfect ratings, but Lavon from Ellen Bee Productions was wonderful. From our first contact through to our final interaction, Lavon was professional and prompt. Wedding planning is a stressful time, but Lavon made our videography planning easy and concise. He asked wonderful questions about our special day and what we wanted in our final product. He worked great with our other vendors and provided us with helpful direction throughout the evening. He made us a beautiful preview tape and feature film. We only ask for one small thing to be changed, and he was more than willing to work with us. On top of all of this, Lavon's rates were extremely reasonable for a couple trying to do a wedding on a budget. I have already recommended Lavon to some of my friends, and feel comfortable recommending him to anyone who wants an exceptional videography experience.

I'm so so glad I found Lavon! I found him last minute -- about 2 weeks before my wedding -- when I was having severe second thoughts about my previous decision to go without a videographer. I am SO glad I reconsidered and hired Lavon. I love my wedding video and really appreciate Lavon working with my (tiny) budget. I could not be more impressed with Ellen Bee Productions! I was unsure about having a videographer at first, because they can usually be extremely costly, but this was one of the best decisions I could ever make about my wedding day. They managed to fit perfectly into my wedding day and captured every moment that I will want to relive forever! Your wedding day is a very hectic and crazy time, but Lavon and his team made it incredibly stress free for me, and I was very comforted by the fact that they were capturing every moment that I would want to see again. They also completed the highlight video in an extremely timely fashion, about 9 days after the wedding! If I could give one piece of advice to future brides, it would be to splurge on a videographer! Your day goes by so fast, and it is so nice to relive all the moments you missed. I would recommend Ellen Bee Productions to any and everyone! The price and service is incomparable. Thank you!!

I didn't think I wanted a videographer for our wedding. Due to family members being unable to make the trip, we decided at the last minute to look for one and I'm so glad we found Ellen Bee Productions. We worked with Lavon, who put together a highlights reel that made us and our friends and family so glad that that we found and hired him. He provided great service and value and worked well with our photographer and other vendors. They even shared ideas for shots and complemented each other well. Lavon was on time and professional throughout our event. He responded to all communications in a very timely manner and we worked out the details quickly, just weeks before our wedding. Before the wedding I really appreciated the time Lavon took to meet with me to discuss my style and what I hoped for. I gave him all the info. he needed for the wedding day at the same meeting. Afterwards, there was no need for further communication. With all the other vendors I was working with I completely forgot to make sure that Lavon knew where to be and what time to be at the venue, and what do you know, I couldn't even get my bridesmaids up and ready on time, but Lavon was there promptly without one word, setting up and already filming. He had a vision for specific shots I would never have thought of that I absolutely loved. Lavon is one of the MOST PROFESSIONAL wedding service providers out there. He is like the Navy S.E.A.L.s., in and out and you never knew he was there. It can be overwhelming with so many people around you taking pictures and telling you to do this and that, but with Lavon I was comfortable and put at ease. Lavon created a masterpiece with the footage that was captured on our magical day. While on our honeymoon, we wondered if the wedding even happened at all, but Lavon already had short teasers/previews that we really enjoyed. The final 45-minute film was so moving that when my family and I watched it together we shared many laughs and tears. Honestly, I had cut having a videographer out of my budget because I just could not find one that was affordable let alone worth it. Every single wedding videographer charge a shit ton and then give you a 4-6 minute trailer. Lavon came through more than I could have ever imagined. Now after the wedding, I have to say the thing I treasure the most are the videos Lavon gave me because as every bride already hears it from everyone, your day goes by so fast and your memory will be a blur, this is the only memory I have of my wedding day. Thank you Lavon.
Lavon is a MUST HAVE. We really can't imagine anyone else to shoot your one and only wedding day and would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

The videography service provided by Ellen Bee Productions was superb. Lavon was the name of the videographer and it was a pleasure working with him. We were able to hire him on a very short notice and he made us feel that we were his number one priority. He came an hour early before the agreed time and followed us around without us barely noticing him. Four weeks before my wedding I decided that I really needed a videographer. I am so thrilled that I found Lavon and his company Ellen Bee Productions. Lavon recently launched his videography business and I found him by searching endlessly through craigslist. Lavon was incredibly responsive. He described in detail all his services and equipment and I felt very comfortable working with him. Initially we only communicated via phone and email (at my request), but the week of my wedding I asked that we meet in person he was incredibly accommodating. He came to our wedding rehearsal and got to see the venue in person and meet the wedding party. The day of the wedding Lavon arrived and was very professional and I didn’t even notice he was around, which was nice because I was able to be myself.

Lavon’s rate includes a 4-minute highlight video and a full-length (30-45 minute) video of the full day and his rates are INCREDIBLY reasonable. Initially, I used WeddingWire and other websites to search for a videographer, but most were THOUSANDS of dollars for the same services. I already liked Lavon’s quality and style of work by reviewing his website and figured I couldn’t go wrong. Within 10 days of my wedding I received the 4-minute short video and my husband and I fell in love with it. I was overcome with joy by reliving the wedding through this video. Our family and friends love it too!

Lavon really goes above and beyond—he made us a SECOND highlight video. This one highlights all the fun and provides more footage of family and friends. Lavon emailed me and said “The first one was more centered around you and Matthew but I really wanted to show how fun your wedding was so I just had to do another one and include more people and all of the dancing.” As a former bride, I cannot stress how having vendors like Lavon is so incredibly important. It makes your day less stressful and allows you to make amazing memories.

In summary, hire Lavon and you won't regret it!

Lavon was absolutely incredible. Not only were his packages well priced but the product fair exceeded the price in value. He was flexibility in meeting with me before the wedding to discuss my ideas and interest as well as extremely responsiveness to any and all inquiries up to the last minute. He was professional and we hardly noticed he was there during the wedding preparations but he captured the most special moments. The video captured all the moments I loved as well as the ones I had missed while being preoccupied as the bride. Ellen Bee was amazing! Any time I would email Lavon he would respond within 1 hour tops. When you’re planning a wedding and have a question it is the best feeling to have the answer in an hour tops. Everyone complimented him and said how great he was on our wedding day. Our highlight video is perfect and I love having all th raw video footage as well! Professional, Attentive and TALENTED!!

Working with Lavon was so so easy. From the second I coordinated with him over the phone about pricing options, to the day of the wedding, Lavon was awesome to work with. You can tell her cares a LOT about his business and his clients. His responsiveness, timeliness and professionalism (before, during and after the wedding) were so impressive to me. In addition to being a rockstar to work with, Lavon is also very talented. We are so in love with our wedding video! It really captures so many different parts of the day and with the background music it ends up being a real tear jerker (goals!!). What I especially liked about Lavon was his directiveness on the day of the wedding. He has a real take charge attitude which as an anxious bride, I really appreciated. He showed up early to the hotel just so he had time to get acclimated and actually start shooting. Lavon was spontaneous in his shooting at one point having us stand in the the middle of a DC street! It honestly made for my favorite shots (video and photo) of the entire day!! During the wedding, he was an assertive fly on the wall so to speak. We hardly noticed he was there but every so often would pull us for a special shot. He is incredible and I think any couple would be lucky to have him capture your day. Lavon - you are amazing!
