Easy to order and fun favors at a good price
Full disclosure, I was a bit nervous when placing my order after reading some of the other reviews. But based on the most recent batch of positive reviews and unable to find a better price on the wedding favors I wanted, I am very glad I took the chance. Shipping was very quick, everything was packaged securely, and the product is good quality! I can't wait to hand out to our guests and I will definitely be going to Ellas again for gifts in the future. Had a great experience with them. -

Amazing Service and Quality!!
Elia's was absolutely amazing. It was extremely obvious that they care about the quality of work. I had some difficulty in placing my order online and they contacted me immediately to confirm the details as what got submitted didn't make sense. Most vendors would just have processed the order as it was. They made it so easy to get what I actually wanted and it arrived quickly and perfectly! I am so happy with my experience. I highly recommend them to everyone!!! -

Ordered twice and would order again!
I ordered twice from Ella's Wedding Favors and both times I was happy with my purchase. I first ordered Love Bottle openers, which were adorable and affordable. And the second time I ordered wine glasses. Both orders arrived quickly, well packed and were excellent quality. I highly recommend ordering from this site! -

Purchased Starfish & Anchor wine bottle stoppers....
We ordered the wine bottle corks. The starfish and anchor were just right to go with our "beach theme." I would only suggest that no one pay extra for the "stickers" to go on the favors. The "stickers" were not sticky and there was no small hole to tie them on with ribbon. We ended up not using them because it would have been too labor intensive to find a tiny punch, punch the holes, attach the ribbon and tie them to the favors. Don't waste your money on the tags/stickers. -

With coronavirus going crazy I wanted to give hand sanitizer out in my Halloween treat bags. I always include something special. I found Ella's to have the best option. I was able to personalize the label on them . I received them with 2 weeks still to spare. The shipment was short 6 pieces but they shipped them out within 48 hours of being notified. Not what I expected and the company could not have cared less
I saw on line a beautifully packaged wedding favor. The item came quickly and all the components were packaged separately. It required a lot of assembly that was not described in the product description. When i contacted the vendor about this, he was rude and unpleasant. Take your business elsewhere! -

I placed an order, saw according to their site it was in stock. After a week of no updates and no shipping info I reached out for an update only to see a couple hours later they issued a refund. A couple hours after that they sent an email saying they had ran out. Had I of not reached out I would of never known they ran out and I'd still be waiting for my product. Why wouldn't they be able to update me on the product before a week. -

Price Match
Everything started fine, Anna said she would look into my price match, she came back to me saying that they were more expensive and I informed her I had given her the wrong website Weddingfavors.com VS WeddingFavorsUnlimited.com (Who I went with). I informed her I wanted to give them my business but I needed a guaranteed ship date and She said "By all means, if you have all the already arranged, not sure why you contacted us at all."" We are not that special, just use whoever has the best price.

Loss of money poor quality of printing

Poorest quality and customer service
I purchased personalized favors of a wine stopper with a name and date on the top. They sent me blank wine stoppers and cheap stickers to put on myself. The stoppers are wrapped in plastics, with a bow on the box. I have to unwrap, take the bow off and de-box each one, place a cheap sticker that will wash right off on it and put back together. This is not what was advertised. They do not answer their phone either. The customer service number goes to a google subscriber that is not available and no voicemail. This is a horrible company! -

Horrible expericence with the owner
The owner on the phone/ email was unprofessional ! He wrote a nasty email and when I tried calling the 800 number he said he was the owner and hung up and 800 number all of a sudden had a non working number. Please save ur money and time don’t purchase anything from this website !!!!! -

False Advertisement! Buyer beware.
I attempted to buy customizable glass coasters from this company. On the website, they are listed as "Personalized Glass Coasters", it gives an entire description of the coasters. he pricing is tiered based on quantity purchased. I wanted 250 of them so, according to the Website, my price would have been $0.61 ea. The coasters that I chose already contained the words "Happily Ever After" but, it also allows up to three lines of additional, custom verbiage. On the last frame of the customization process, it asks if you would like to "add display boxes", and gives the following description: "Include elegant display boxes with clear viewing windows." There is no separate price listed for the boxes, indicating that they are an optional accompaniment to the coasters. I requested the white boxes. I then placed my order and received emailed confirmation of the order. I thought everything was fine until I received an email and phone call from the company stating that my order didn't go through properly and they needed more information to determine exactly what I was purchasing because it appeared that all I had ordered was boxes. I told them that was not the case, and that I had ordered glass coasters. I sent them a screenshot of my confirmation, which clearly shows that I ordered "Glassware", and it also shows my customized language. I also sent them a screenshot of the item on their own website. I then received a message back saying that what I had been charged $170.36 for, was the boxes....not the coasters, and if I wanted to complete my order, it would cost an additional $152.50. I strongly protested, stating that I should not owe any additional money as, the item selected, shown, and customized WAS the coaster, not the box. You can’t even customize the box. It is only offered as an optional item at the last step of the customization process. The description of the item that I clicked on says “Personalized Glass Coasters.” That’s what the custom language was for, that what was showing up on the screen AS it was being customized and, ultimately, that’s what I paid for! They told me that somehow, the coasters must have been removed from my shopping cart, which made no sense, since the confirmation clearly shows that they were not. It told them that what they are doing is very misleading, and borderline fraudulent. I then asked that they please cancel my order. That was my first, and will definitely be my last experience with Ella's Wedding Favors.-

Would not refund my return!!!
I needed to return the items that I ordered...got a RA #, sent my order back via USPS. I tracked the return and it was received by Ellas but no refund. I was asked by Ellas to provide a tracking number so they could verify receiving it. I did that and still no refund. This company is a fraud and intentionally steals from people. I would never reccomend them for anything!!! -

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered-HORRIBLE
So I ordered not reading reviews. I got the receipt in my email and then realized several days later I had never gotten the email promised that it would ship. When I inquired they said they had cancelled my order because they sent three emails and I did not answer. THERE WERE NO emails from them except the initial order. The order was for my daughter's wedding and of course there was a time crunch. When I asked why they did not call to clarify the order they said they just email and they can't control email. I decided to call and inquire about what happened and where my refund might be since AM EX did not have record of it. The person was rude and hung up on me. I called back from another number ... same thing would not let me speak and hung up and THEN when I called later in the day it was obvious they had blocked my numbers and I got ... this number is no longer in service. WOW... what a way to do business. Is this an Atlanta based company? They need to be reported to the BBB. I did finally get my money back and am SO SO glad they got none of it . It appears to be a scam. I have never had an experience like this. Very disappointing. -

Absolutely horrible... Stay away stay away
We ordered favors from them and never got a confirmation email or tracking number. We were told that the order would take 5-7 business days to process and we got nothing. When we spoke to someone on the phone, he was rude and disrespectful. He actually hung up the phone. Our event is Nov. 8. The excuse given we that the order must have been misplaced, but they can't guarantee it will be here on time. When asked to be refunded, Anna, the so called manager got an attitude. We spent close to $400 just to deal with this nonsense. -

He made me cry
I never write reviews. But I am going to make sure I report what happened to me with this company. My church placed an order with them for mother’s Day in advance. The week before mother’s day we received an e-mail informing us that the item was out of stock. I called their customer service line and politely asked if they could help us with one day shipping or even a discounted shipping to make sure we got our order by mother’s day. The man on the phone was the RUDEST person I have ever talked to. He said “I will not talk to you about discount so let’s just cancel your order since you are not happy.” I told him I never said to cancel the order or that I wasn’t happy. Which he answered “well, just like you can choose to cancel, I can also choose to cancel your order because I don’t want you to order from us. And even if I don’t cancel it I’ll make sure you don’t get it by Sunday.” I asked if he was the owner or manager and he said “don’t worry what I am” so I then I asked to speak to a manager and he laughed and refused to transfer my call. He insulted me saying I was being rude but the entire conversation I was calm, polite and professional. I wish they recorded their call so they can see how unprofessional, hurtful and rude this man was. He made me cry. I hope this man gets corrected so it does not happen again to any future customers. We will never order from this company. -

I rarely write reviews but this company was a horrible experience. I should have noticed the red flag when I attempted to call the company more than once and the voicemail indicated they were closed and to call back during working hours. IT WAS WORKING HOURS when I called. The ordering process was not the best. I attempted to order coasters for a high school class reunion and it took three attempts before I was able to get it correct. Since I couldn't get anyone on the phone to assist me I resulted to an email where it took a day before someone emailed me back.
Fast forward to finally getting the order processed at the end of June. My order was cancelled due to a shipping error on the vendor part. I was given incorrect tracking information and of course could not get someone on the phone for two days. It was not until I sent an email to everyone one who emailed me to find the status of my order. So it's seven days to my event and I NO souvenirs. Horrible experience and waiting for my refund.

Please do not use this company!. I order wedding gifts for my daughters wedding. When I did not get a shipment conformation by two weeks. ( shipping promised in 3-5 days). I called, I spoke to someone named Josh. He told me that the my items were on back order. I asked why I was not informed of this sooner and it is not listed as such on your page. I asked if I could get something else instead since they had my money and time was critical!. He said no I asked to speak to a manager he told me that one was not there and that Marcus (mgr) did not have a number. Then told me he would instead refund my money and hung up the phone on me!! When I called the other number listed I got the same person. Very bad service! Do not use! -

This place is terrible!!To start off they NEVER answer their phone. You can only send an email where they take days to reply, and the place is filled with incompetent workers!!I ordered my wedding favors (photo snowglobes) from this place. I paid extra money to have them "personalized" with "tags". When my package arrived, my tags were missing. I called several times again not being able to get through I had to send emails, they took days to reply. Asking me if I was sure they weren't in the box. Finally after several weeks and me constantly having to send emails, my tags arrived. But they weren't tags, they were stickers!! First of all, they arrived in a paper envelope, no one thought they would get folded in transit?? Half my stickers were bent and had creases so the ink was coming off, and to top it off they didnt even fit! They were too big!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! -
