I hired Liz for my Boudoir photos and my god what a wizard she is!
She is such an extremely talented photographer! I have never felt more beautiful in my life. It was such a fun experience! In the price, makeup and hair is included and you get all glam and have a great time! She knew all the poses, as I truly had no idea how to pose haha! She knew exactly the angles to put me at and the photos were SOOOO beautiful! My husband absolutely loved the pictures and still looks at them! I'm so glad she could capture me loving my body!
She has also done several of my friends wedding photos and they have turned out absolutely stunning! Her editing skills are phenomenal! I high recommend Liz for any photography! -

Rock Star!
There are no words to describe how endlessly talented Liz is! She captured all of the emotions and special moments of the day perfectly giving us absolutely beautiful memories. She put all of us at ease from the start which allowed us to relax & be ourselves. Her timeline was on point & she works efficiently so we could enjoy our day without missing out on any of those important shots! Liz is the very, very best & we are so thankful to her. When you hire Liz (or Elizabeth), she will not only be your photographer, but your friend as well. We hired Liz after coming across her Instagram profile and immediately falling in love with her editing style.. the angles, drama, contrast, etc. We loved it all. We met her for the first time while doing our engagement photoshoot a year before our wedding, and we immediately hit it off. She is sweet, fun, modern, professional and takes the awkwardness out of posing thank God. After our wedding this past November, we received a sneak peak a few days later and we were over the moon. The photos were so beautiful and perfect. She captured all of the moments that mattered and not to mention, in sub-40 degree weather. Something I’ll never forget is that a month after our wedding, when my husband’s father passed away, we needed a nice photo of his for his funeral services, but we didn’t have one and we hadn’t received all of the wedding photos yet. Anyway, I knew I could count on Liz. She immediately went through our gallery, found a few nice pics of him and prepared them and sent them the same day. She was probably busy but took the time to do this and everyone in our family was so happy to see the photo we were able to print of him from our wedding. Your wedding is the most special day you and your partner will have - make sure you pick a photographer that will do everything to make it even more special, like Liz did for us. -

If you hire Liz for your Wedding you will want to find a reason to hire her again and again and again in your lives. Booking her was the best decision we made!! 2021 has been a crazy busy year with all the rescheduled weddings and she was able to make time for us and give us the care we needed. Quite frankly she worked with our crazy schedules too (and we aren't easy to nail down honestly). After our engagement session my husband and I felt so confident and had so much trust in her. She delivered sneak peeks of both the engagement and the wedding photos impressively quick! I feel like, choosing Liz as your photographer is committing to yourself that you deserve the best and that you deserve to capture your happiest moments so you can relive the positive feelings again and again. Oh, and my parents were super impressed by her too! That's always a bonus!

My wedding has not even happened yet and Liz is my favorite vendor by far. She's more than a vendor, I consider her a friend at this point.
Here are just some of the reasons why Liz is awesome:
- If you want a unique "vibe" to your photos, hire Liz. Her photos are moody, romantic & magical.
- She was my only vendor who consistently reached out to me throughout the COVID pandemic (I had to postpone my wedding...the woman sent me a care package! COME ON HOW SWEET IS THAT?!)
- Liz's prices are really fair. Seriously, get some quotes from "top" photographers in Philly and compare. And guess what? Liz's work is better.
- I did my engagement photos with Liz. She makes it fun, and you don't feel awkward like you are taking prom photos.
- Liz offers a photo booth for receptions now.
I am sure I will have more to add to the list once she photographs my wedding.
Bottom line: Liz is the best. -

Tldr: hire her!
Liz was such a pleasure to work with! We booked her really early in the planning process because we knew her style was what we were looking for at the very beginning and we didn't want to miss the opportunity to work with her. We had a covid wedding, which means we had to change dates and Liz was super accommodating to our new plan and easy to communicate with. Photography became really important to us since many of our family and friends were not able to attend due to international travel ban, and Liz caught every precious moment of our special day, which we really appreciated.
On our wedding day, we didn't have a specific vision of must-have photos, so basically did whatever she told us to do. However we didn't feel lost for a second as she helped us tremendously by giving clear instructions and finding the best backdrops near our venue. I feel like she knows everything about wedding photography and came fully prepared. We loved all of the photos she has delivered so far - I didn't think about making an album but now I do want to! Hiring Liz was one of the best decisions we made during the stressful wedding planning process. Do yourself a favor and hire her for your wedding! -

I honestly don't even know where to begin to describe how amazing Liz is. She was the first vendor I booked right after my (now husband) and I got engaged beginning of 2020. I loved her portfolio, and she was super friendly and sweet when we met up in person to make sure working together was a good fit. I was excited to work with her right off the bat. Then... the pandemic hit. We had to reschedule our engagement photos twice, made more changes to our wedding than I can count at this point (ended up going minimony this year, with the intention of a larger re-do in a full year), and took a frankly embarrassingly long time to make decisions on stuff. Liz was beyond supportive and flexible at every chaotic turn this year has taken. I started calling her my hype-queen because her enthusiasm and appreciation for her clients is unrivaled. She has literally been the glue keeping my insanely stressed self from crumbling under the weight of being a covid-bride! Not to mention, the photos we've received from her are PERFECT. I obviously loved her styled from the get-go, but was self conscious and worried about how any of these super important photo would turn out. Our photos are beautiful, but more importantly, I FELT beautiful, both while taking them and viewing the finished product. I have now worked with Liz for engagement photos, boudoir photos (deserves a full additional review, but fellow brides, DO THIS. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!)and minimony wedding photos, and we locked her down for our planned full-size celebration next year. I will continue to refer her to everyone I know because she is that amazing. Liz is single handedly the best decision we made for our wedding (and for our sanity!) -

Liz was AMAZING! From the first Skype call to our engagement photos and finally the wedding, she was perfect. We are so happy with her personally and professionally, people raved about our photos. Liz is a dream to work with
If you’re scrolling reading reviews right now, here is your sign: hire Liz. I could probably write a novel, but I’ll keep it as short as I can. From our first meeting, we hit it off. I knew going to meet Liz we were going to hire her, and after talking with her for a while we knew for sure she was the one. She beautifully captured every moment from our cold rainy engagement to our cold rainy wedding day. Liz’s ability to capture the emotion through the lens is remarkable. She isn’t just incredibly talented, she’s also incredibly kind. She made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera which isn’t the easiest thing. I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. Liz, thank you for being the best to ever do it and I’m grateful to have met you and gained a friend ♥️ -

My daughter hired Liz to take photos of her wedding this past Friday. Can’t say enough about her and her and her team! Amazing to work with and very accommodating! If the wedding photos are half as beautiful as the engagement photos she took of my daughter and her husband, they will be awesome! Beautiful soul that is reflective in her photography.

Hiring Elizabeth Gibbs to photograph our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She is so easy going and was incredibly flexible when it came to things like locations for the engagement shoot, timing of our event, and capturing specific shots that we wanted. She and her assistant even helped style us so that we looked amazing in every shot. Her photographs are so beautiful and capture moments in a really natural, organic way. She is a true artist and gave us the best gift, which is beautiful photographs through which we can remember all the little details of our day. We would highly recommend her! -

Megan H. Sent on 12/22/2022Haven't Received Full Gallery after nearly 9 Months - No Response after Multiple Contact Attempts
Editing my review to say - that we have not received our full gallery of photos now almost 9 months after our wedding. Our contract states that the full gallery is to be delivered within 12-16 weeks following the wedding. We have contacted Liz on countless occasions and have not received a response for months. We paid in full almost 2 years before our wedding date, to show our respect and eagerness to work with Liz. I do not feel we have been respected as clients.

Liz is HANDS DOWN the most talented photographer in the Philadelphia area. When we first started planning our wedding, I searched for what felt like an eternity to find the right photographer to capture the full vibe of our day. I was stopped in my tracks when I came across Liz's beautiful and truly unique photo style. My husband and I are not photo people and had never been in front of a camera in a way that compares to having engagement or wedding photos taken, but Liz made our shoots feel fun and relaxed with her awesome dad jokes and simple cues. On the day of the wedding, she was able to capture all the raw emotions - the nervousness before the aisle, the giddiness and bliss after we said I do, and all of the tiny day-of decor and details chosen by a very Type-A bride over a 2-year engagement. Our sneak peek feels like a time machine back to every feeling of that day. I cannot wait to receive the full gallery. To this day, we have had to many friends, family and even seasoned wedding vendors share that our photos are the best they've ever seen. -

Liz photographed my 9/2/22 wedding and unfortunately to date, I have not received my full wedding album. After reaching out several times we were only able to obtain a sneak preview of our album 6 months post wedding. Liz has not responded to emails, calls, texts since. It's been over a year and I think we've been ghosted after paying in full and it's heartbreaking. -

She ghosted so many brides! 16 brides sued her!
Completely ghosted my friend, and she has not received her pictures in 15 months since her wedding!! This girl is nothing more than a scammer. DO NOT use her!!! Some so many other brides came together and sued her! Just check her google reviews. -

Since our micro-wedding in May, Liz has not sent us a single photo or responded to any emails, texts, or calls. We paid in full, in advance but haven’t received ANYTHING. This has been one of the most frustrating and heartbreaking experiences, not having one single photo in almost 6 months. We thought Liz was a great photographer on the day of and were so excited to work with her, but have since found her to be very unprofessional and has completely ghosted us.
I hope to someday receive photos so that I can update this review.
