Elizabeth was someone who held our hands during the process with grace and patience. She understood my schedule although inconvenient, and was quick and responsive to emails. Amazing vendor worth every penny!
Elizabeth was amazing from start to finish!! She was a joy to work with. She has such a calming presence and provides suggestions while encouraging couples to craft a wedding ceremony that represents their individual love story. We received SO many compliments on our ceremony and it was better than we imagined. There were plenty of happy tears. She is knowledgeable and professional and checked in on us regularly. I’m writing this review with tears in my eyes. Elizabeth is such a caring, with a huge heart soul!!! Her personality is just amazing, we couldn’t wish for a better officiant for our ceremony on our wedding day! Elizabeth helped us not only with the script for the ceremony but also she would call me just to make sure I was doing fine before the wedding, because she knew I was very nervous and emotional! We found Elizabeth through wedding wire. When looking for an officiant we were looking for a non-religious ceremony with Jewish elements that stayed true to who my husband and I are as individuals and as a couple. From the first interview, Elizabeth took the time to get to know us and little did we know, the questions she asked to get to know us made it into the ceremony as a personalized element. She provided us several readings to add to our ceremony and sent us multiple drafts so we could fine tune things. She was supportive and checked in on us often throughout the process. As an out of PA couple she walked us through getting our marriage license and promptly mailed the information after the wedding (our official license made it to our house during our honeymoon) and continued to check in after the ceremony. Elizabeth is caring, thoughtful, and really takes the time to make the ceremony yours. We had several friends and family come up to us and tell us how touching the ceremony was.

Wonderful experience
This review comes nearly 4 years after my wedding...after working with us, Elizabeth is likely not surprised. We were a little disorganized and not sure which direction we wanted to go - Elizabeth kept us on track, was flexible with changes, and on the day of the wedding helped make sure everyone knew where they needed to be and what to expect. Elizabeth was an absolutely perfect officiant for our wedding day! She is patient, kind and caring. She strived to understand what was most important to us and helped us craft a perfect personalized ceremony. We incorporated aspects of both the Jewish and Christian faiths while ensuring our love and commitment was above all else. She also worked with us to customize our ketubah text and lead that part of the wedding day which was so special for us and our families. From the first time we spoke on the phone, to the zoom meetings along the planning path (including a date re-schedule) and then in person on the day of our wedding, Elizabeth had a warm and inviting energy. She helped keep us calm when things got crazy during wedding planning and ensured we were able to take time to focus on what was most important. We met with her multiple times for pre-marital counseling which was also so valuable in getting to know one another. She made our big day so special, and guests are still talking about how thoughtful and special the ceremony was (which is often an overlooked piece of feedback!). Elizabeth is responsive, supportive, and thorough. We’re so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special and we can’t recommend her enough!

The Perfect Little Wedding
Like many, our wedding plans had to be changed because of the pandemic. We did not want to wait to be officially married, however. We contacted Elizabeth to see if she would be comfortable performing a brief ceremony outside with our close family watching over Zoom. Since we were having all the pomp and circumstance later, we wanted a more intimate and thoughtful ceremony. We can't say enough positive things about working with Elizabeth and Weddings with Heart! We immediately felt comfortable at the introductory meeting and appreciated how collaborative the process of writing our ceremony was. The best day and the best ceremony we could have asked for!
Elizabeth worked with us for about 8 months to plan a ceremony that felt authentic and meaningful to us. After deciding to postpone our wedding reception and large party due to COVID-19, my husband and I decided we weren't ready to let the pandemic put our marriage union on hold. Dr. Frumin kept in touch with us every step of the way, and even made last minute changes to our ceremony a few weeks before the wedding date to accommodate our much more intimate wedding. She was helpful in every way, from our first time meeting and talking about our relationship, to providing information about the marriage licensing and name-change process. It also meant a lot that Elizabeth made the decision to still join us on our originally planned day. My husband and I are looking forward to having Elizabeth officiate our vow renewal for our larger wedding party in November.

Literally EVERY guest came up to us at cocktail hour and had nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire ceremony—the flow, the personalization of the content (which Elizabeth truly encourages you to help dictate and have an active role in along the way!)--everything was absolutely perfect. Elizabeth was a wonderful person to work with on our wedding. She was really invested in us not only as clients but as people. We did pre-marital counseling with her as well, so her focus was not just our wedding day, but my husband and I having a successful and loving marriage. She was receptive to changes even to the week before and was able to tailor everything to be a unique expression of our relationship. We really loved working with her!

Elizabeth was extremely detailed & thorough throughout the whole process of writing our ceremony. She provided us with examples of vows and readings to choose from but was also flexible and really strived to make the ceremony what we wanted. She was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns and sent us several drafts of the ceremony. Elizabeth really went above & beyond to not only write our ceremony, but also provided us with information about the marriage license process. We could tell in meeting with Elizabeth how much heart she puts into each individual ceremony. Unfortunately, she was not available to officiate our wedding and her business partner Sheryl Manzella was able to step in and perform the ceremony. Sheryl was also very responsive and thorough. She handled little hiccups during the ceremony well that were out of her control. They were both a pleasure to work with.

We genuinely loved the experience we had with Elizabeth as our wedding officiant. We wanted to design a ceremony that was secular, personal, honest, loving and romantic, and Elizabeth was the perfect person to make it happen. She worked with us from start to finish on perfecting a ceremony that was really meaningful to us, and the process was super collaborative. I really liked working with Elizabeth. She has a tried and true method. She first gets to know both of the couple, constantly asks permission, makes suggestions, and no matter how busy you are she seems to accommodate. I like the fact that also no matter how busy I was there was always a little reminder about deadlines for items for the ceremony. When we reached our wedding day everything was laid out perfectly, everyone gathered around, and not one mistake. Everything flowed like a dream. Elizabeth was particularly understanding of almost all ways of life and religions.

I attended Mary and Brian's wedding on September 24. I had heard about the service Elizabeth Frumin offered from a friend, and passed her name along. Elizabeth did a wonderful job as an officiant. Luckily we had Elizabeth to not only guide through the process, but to also provide support and encouragement along the way. She responded to my email within a day, set up an appointment for my fiancé and I to come in (we were getting married within the next couple of weeks, on a holiday!!) and she still took the time to really get to know each of us. Elizabeth sent us drafts of the ceremony so that there were no surprises and to ensure we both felt happy and comfortable with what would be said. We opted to write our own vows, but Elizabeth offered support to us if needed. She had everything printed up in advance, and our vows on cards already so that we wouldn't forget them on our big day... then followed up with a thoughtful card, a couple of emails to check in with us, and a paper copy of our ceremony to cherish.
We both loved how personalized the wedding was written to include so much of us in the ceremony. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a meaningful ceremony and a true connection to their wedding officiant.

Elizabeth was one of our venue's recommendation and she officiated our June 3 wedding. We absolutely loved our intimate ceremony as did our guests! Many of them commented how they truly felt a part of the ceremony and this is thanks to Elizabeth working with us to develop our personalized wedding ceremony! There was hardly a dry eye in the house. She pretty much does whatever you would like (religious, not religious, do your own vows or not) and provides you guidance and comes up with a draft of your ceremony. She was very responsive right on time for our wedding and did a great job with communicating all the steps to obtaining your marriage application and license. Her voice is so calming and presence are just so calming and it just worked so well with our ceremony. We absolutely loved our wedding day thanks in part to her!!

I can't imagine having anyone else but Elizabeth as the Officiant for our wedding. We and all of our guests loved the ceremony, and it went off without a hitch. Elizabeth was thorough, insightful, and so accommodating and helpful. I'd been told that one never gets to enjoy their own wedding, but thanks to the efforts and excellence of our contractors, including Elizabeth, I find that couldn't be further from the truth.

Elizabeth was such a joy to work with. I can't say enough good things about her! Wedding planning is very fun and exciting but can be very stressful. Everytime I received an e-mail from Elizabeth it was very happy and reassuring that we were headed in the right direction. I kind of had an idea of what kind of ceremony I wanted for my wedding, but working with Elizabeth made it that much easier. She pointed me in the right direction throughout the process. We initially met on skype which I loved the way she spoke and made me feel at ease. Then from there on it was e-mails back and forth, calls in between if needed. The final call a week prior to the wedding when she read through the entire ceremony to my husband and I and it was PERFECT. It was even more perfect on the wedding day, the guests raved about how different, funny, and heartfelt it was. I can't wait to get our video back to hear it again! Elizabeth was a great match for us from the start. I really appreciated that she was a great listener and counselor. She helped us navigate the sometimes tricky but very rewarding experience of writing personal vows in a way that honored both of our personalities and comfort levels. She skillfully helped us craft a ceremony inclusive of our audience (comprised of Catholics, Quakers, agnostics, atheists, and non-denominational believers). Personally, it was important to me to find a female officiant who was a feminist and accepting of all forms of commitment ceremonies and marriage equality.....she fit the bill across the board. Her spiritual grounding combined with her irreverence and humor made her a perfect fit.

Elizabeth was our saving grace after our officiant plans fell through 4 months before the wedding. We felt blessed to find her, as it was an absolute pleasure to work with her in our wedding planning experience. She is conscientious and detail oriented, making sure our feelings and comfort were paramount in the experience. She took both of our perspectives and crafted a personal ceremony, then reviewed it with us over Skype (for our convenience) several times before the big day. Her calm demeanor was a welcome presence during a stressful time, and we received many compliments about our beautiful ceremony.
After our first officiant fell through, we considered asking a family member or friend to officiate the ceremony, but ultimately were VERY glad to have chosen Elizabeth. Her expertise paired with her friendly personality gave us the warm experience with the comfort of knowing we would have a professional execution. We are so grateful for a beautiful day!

I doubt one could find a more empathetic, professional, and caring officiant than Elizabeth Frumin. We were lucky to find ourselves in her orbit. We met Elizabeth when we got married, just over ten years ago. Elizabeth took the time to understand us personally, then helped us tailor our vows to what would be most meaningful, and gave the entire ceremony such warmth, great energy, and personal touch.
When we renewed our vows this year, we were thrilled to find a video of our marriage ceremony, and had such fun re-living our original vows: ten years on, they still had the same meaning. Watching Elizabeth deliver them, we realized again just how much caring went into them.
For our ten-year recommitment ceremony this year, we were once again so grateful to work with Elizabeth: she helped us re-commit to everything that is wonderful about love, and our marriage. Our renewal ceremony was just as special, just as joyous, and Elizabeth played a huge part in making it so.
Elizabeth demonstrates caring and concern, and takes the time to get things exactly right, so that the most important days of your life are memorable, joyous, and incredibly uplifting and positive.
While it's impossible to convey in a few short words how powerful these life events can be with the right officiant, Elizabeth Frumin is exceptional in her service to all that is good in the world, and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Over the course of a year and a half working with Elizabeth, she was very responsive to my edit requests and she made sure the script was exactly what we wanted. Many of our family and friends commented on how lovely our ceremony was and mentioned it seemed like we had known Elizabeth for years.

She did such a great job with our ceremony, kept right on top of everything, followed up consistently and revised it several times until we had it perfect. We are so happy she is the one who married us.. our ceremony was beautiful and very personal to us. She also helped us with the entire legal marriage process as we are new to all of this. We were lucky enough to work with Elizabeth as the officiant for our wedding. She is such a professional and such an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything with Elizabeth was customized to what we wanted and she was very flexible with the times and dates that we met with her to review. The entire wedding was scripted, so there were no surprises, everyone's names were pronounced properly and the ceremony went off without a hitch. I was present at a wedding of a family member that Elizabeth Frumin officiated. She made us all feel part of the ceremony, was engaging and sensitive to the bride and groom's needs. Words don't do justice to Elizabeth's service. From the beginning, she was personally involved, into every detail, listening carefully to where we were coming from, as if it was her own event. She was flexible, accommodating, provided great suggestions, and offered a beautiful ceremony. Elizabeth is extremely open to anybody's beliefs, feelings, creed, and worked with us all the way. She showed examples of other ceremonies, used information from a questionnaire we both completed as well as information from an interview she did with us. My husband and I adore Elizabeth. We really had no idea what we wanted from a ceremony. We knew we didn't want much frill but that it was important our wedding vows were meaningful and something we could reflect on for years to come. That's what we got! Our DJ even remarked it was one of the most special ceremonies he'd ever seen. She worked with us by going through scripts she's worked on in the past and molding a unique ceremony based on our feedback. Over a period of a few months we worked through revisions together and rehearsed the script on the phone. She was fantastic every step of the way and really helped guide us toward a great service. A few weeks out from the wedding a complication arose that meant Elizabeth wouldn't be able to be present on our wedding day. It was unavoidable and something we completely understood. This was the worst case scenario you could have and Elizabeth handled it flawlessly! She orchestrated a meeting between us and her colleague who would serve as a stand-in. Her colleague was great to work with and made our special day so wonderful. Everything was perfect and stress free in a situation that could have gone the other way. This is a testament to Elizabeth's professionalism and how she is overall simply an awesome person.

Elizabeth was totally wonderful! My husband and I did a destination wedding in PA and didn't even meet her in person until the day of our wedding. She took care of everything! I am so so happy we chose Elizabeth as our officiant. We planned from out of state so we couldn't meet with her personally beforehand, however we did skype. My husband and I wanted our ceremony to represent us, not so much the traditional marriage vows. She helped us put all of our thoughts into the perfect ceremony. It's not often that guests of a wedding say how memorable the ceremony was, but to this day, our guests always tell us it was the most beautifully written ceremony they've ever seen. There seriously was not a dry eye in the room. Also, she turned in our documents very promptly, we had our official marriage certificate waiting for us by the time we got home from our honeymoon.
I absolutely loved working with Elizabeth and I would recommend her to all of my friends and family.

My husband (Doug) and I just got married on October 11, 2014 and Elizabeth could not have been more wonderful.
Doug and I filled out a questionnaire about our relationship before meeting with Elizabeth which was great. A lot of the information we put into the form was used for the ceremony - it really put a personal and loving spin on the ceremony.
We originally met with Elizabeth about 10 months before the wedding - she was easy to talk to, realistic and funny and I really got the feeling like she understood where we were coming from. I was brought up Catholic but Doug and I were both looking for a non-denominational ceremony that was more spiritual and about love and our relationship than about religion. She delivered. Our ceremony was beautiful, heartfelt and full of love - exactly what we wanted. Through out the entire process, Elizabeth was easy to talk to, fast to respond to emails or calls, and addressed all of our concerns. My favorite part of our experience was that I really felt like we had a hand in writing a unique and personal ceremony (and it wasn't just 'another generic wedding).
After the ceremony we received MANY compliments on Elizabeth. They loved her pace, the duration of the readings and the energy of the day.
Overall I could not be more happy. She has continued to stay in touch to make sure I have all of my paperwork filed. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone - our day would not have been as special without her.

We are very glad that we could have Elizabeth to be our officiant for our wedding. Since my husband and I neither have too much experience with the wedding tradition in the U.S, Elizabeth shared a lot of her thoughts with us and worked with us to plan the timeline. Most importantly, she was extremely patient to go over the ceremony script with us and edited it to be the way we like. We are so happy to be leaving this 10 out of 5 review for Elizabeth.
The first day we met with Elizabeth we knew that she was the one for us. We are a couple getting married for the second time and we wanted to do things a bit differently. She embraced our ideas and made writing our own vows very easy. Her ceremony was incredibly beautiful. My husband and I after going over it many times prior felt as if we were hearing it for the first time. It was very emotional and its THE moment during our day I will never forget.
Elizabeth was very calm and her smiling face was felt by all. Our guests were letting us know if was one of the best ceremonies they had attended.
We so appreciate her. Thank you Elizabeth (if you read these) for saying all of the things we both felt standing up in front of our friends and family. You have such a gift :)
