Awesome company
We are so happy with how our daughter’s wedding turned out! It was a very easy process to get the items reserved and communication was great! The tables and chairs were high quality and looked amazing ( and they were clean!!) the clear tent was a perfect addition as well! We can thank you enough for helping to make our daughter’s dreams come true!! -

When my daughter saw this clear tent, she fell in love with it and had to have it for her wedding. We rented the tent, tables, chairs, dance floor and stage from Elite Rentals. They were excellent to deal with, very considerate and super friendly. I would highly recommend them for your special event. -

Elite Rentals in Green Bay was so wonderful to work with. Our wedding was in a private backyard, two hours away from Green Bay. Elite was beyond flexible with helping us make adjustments to our rental needs over our 2 year planning process and always made me feel like I could make adjustments to the order along the way. Keith specifically was so fast at responding to any and all emails. I essentially designed the vision of our wedding around the large, transparent tent, and Elite very much helped in making my entire vision come true. -

Great quality and communication
We did a mostly DIY wedding at an Airbnb and used Elite Tent Rentals for our reception venue. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Keith at Elite was the easiest and most thorough vendor I communicated with. I was really worried about the clear tent being foggy or dirty, but we were very happy with the clarity and quality of their products. I also rented chairs, tables, a heater, and bar top tables from them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. -

We rented the 40x140 pole tent with the sidewall windows, round tables, chairs and linens to accommodate 350 people for a wedding. The tent was spacious and perfect for that amount of people. The wood poles are beautiful! The crew from Elite Rentals are professional and quick with set up and take down. The linens were delivered pressed and on hangers. We went with the white resin chairs, which were very sturdy and worth the price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good quality tent and great people to work with. -

Great Company to work with.
They were very easy to work with and showed up on time to setup and take down. I used them to setup all the tables and chairs and it turned out great. Spacing was right on and looked beautiful. The group of guys that came to the house were very relaxed and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend them. -

Excellent products with a wide variety of options
Keith was amazing to work with. He responded quickly to all of my emails. He answered all of my questions in full. Without their tent and table and chairs our wedding would not have been what we wanted. They traveled all the way to Manistique. Keith and his crew set up everything and took it all down. They are quick at what they do. The tables and chairs we rented were absolutely gorgeous. -

Backyard Wedding
Keith helped us from the beginning to the end of planning our backyard wedding. Multiple emails back and forth and responses were always quick. Kent and Keith at Elite were hands down one of the best and easiest vendors to book with, communicate with, and we’re flexible to your needs! They have beautiful quality tents and their crew works efficiently to get your tent up. We had a lot of guests compliment and ask where we got the tent from and I proudly told them, Elite and how great they have been to work with!
We rented their wood pole tent (40x140), farm tables, banquet tables, and round tables, and bistro lights. -

When my husband and I started planning our wedding we knew we wanted to have a tented wedding, and that that tent had to be clear. We searched all over Wisconsin for a vendor with clear tent options and we are so happy we found Elite Tent Rentals! Not only were our tents beautiful and the perfect backdrop for our wedding, the team, and more specifically Kent was communicative, efficient, and took care of our wedding from start to finish. We especially appreciated their flexibility when having to change our contract a few times due to different circumstances.

Every person we communicated with at Elite Rental provided excellent customer service. We added and subtracted items over a year's time and even made changes at the last minute. The Elite Rental team was fantastic to work with for our wedding in Eagle River over a busy Memorial Day Weekend. Hosting a 100-person wedding at a remote vacation rental rather than a traditoinal venue created its own challenges, however Elite was fantastic working with us from the start and helped us come up with cost effective solutions.
Day of communcaiton and the set-up crew was quick, friendly & easy. When a set of string lights got damaged during set up by one of our guests, the crew didnt hesitate to run into town and purchase a replacement set so our intended design didnt suffer.
The Final Product was Stunning, 100% reccomend in the future. -

Chrisa Sent on 10/02/2017I ordered a 30X60 grade a tent with liner and lights, and round tables and premium white padded folding chairs for my son’s wedding August 2017.
The day before the tent was scheduled to go up, I was told the liner was damaged. They offered a clear panel for the damaged area but when they tried to install it, it was the wrong size.
Every table was broken and more than half the chairs were so filthy and scraped up they wouldn’t come clean.
They owed me a refund for the liner and offered a 50% refund on the chairs. It took five weeks for the refund check to come and, when it finally did, it bounced. -

Jill Sent on 08/31/2010DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!!!! We orginally rented 270 chairs for our ceremony and reception from this vendor. I went out in May to see the chairs, and they showed us a nice, white, wooden chair and said this is what they looked like. So the day comes to pick them up, and the guy wasn't there but had all the chairs stacked on pallets with tarps over them (we were picking them up, not having them delivered). My husband and FIL pull back the tarps just to check some of the chairs, and they were rotten, moldy, and broken through. 7 out of the first 10 chairs were this way. I called the guy to see if he would come to the shop and look at them, and he started swearing and me, calling me a liar and telling me there was nothing wrong with the chairs. He told me we were under contract and if I didnt' want the chairs, too bad. I put him on speaker phone so I would have witnesses as he was going off at me for no reason other than my asking him to come look at the broken chairs. In the end, the told me to f##$ off, that the cotract was void. We luckily found chairs through someone else but ended up paying $1000 to get what we needed shipped in with only 2 days before the wedding! I went straight to the BBB with this one, DO NOT USE THEM! The people we did get some chairs through said this company just lost a big contract because of they way they treat their clients. Whether or not this is true, I don't know, but I am going to spread the word about my situation so no one else has to go through it. Imagine having a crazy guy screaming at you 2 days before your wedding and then realizing you now have 0 chairs...not fun....
