Great value, very accommodating and professional

Hired Elite Pro Events for a wedding party and David and team were exceptional. Our needs and requests were met and he is prompt in responding. The value is incredible and from his experience he and team will deliver. My parents talked about hiring Elite Pro for events they host in the future!

Elite Pros DJ Rich did an incredible job. He watched & listened to the crowd. Played requests but not anything Bride & Groom restricted. He keep the dance floor full and the party going. Highly recommend

Excellent party

We used Elite pro for our wedding about a month ago. People are still talking about the party we through for the reception. David was understanding and really easy to get a hold of. He took time to go through song selections and make great suggestions. He also helped me surprise my bride in a fun way. Anyway, if you want a great DJ for a reasonable price, go here. He really was a professional!

Great night with no worries!

Elite Pro Event went above and beyond what was needed to run my event smooth! They met with me before to set up everything needed and made me feel super comfortable! The Dj provided was fantastic and super friendly/knowledgeable. He did a great job MC’ing our event too! Equipment was modern and sounded great! Would definitely use them again!

Perfect from the start

Let me start off by saying this was a perfect experience from the first day we spoke. I couldn't believe the quality of service we received on such a short budget. Our DJ had our guest attention from the moment he picked up the microphone!! We added on intelligent lighting and WOW it really set the mood and made you want to dance, they turned our venue into a nightclub it was awesome!!!

A DJ that Everyone Loved

We hired Elite Pro Events for our corporate Holiday Party this past Saturday, December 15. We had DJ Rich and he was absolutely amazing. He was the life of the party and got everyone singing and dancing alongside him. You can tell he is a seasoned professional. Everyone has been complimenting him today and we hope to work with him again for next year's party. Highly recommend Elite Pro Events. Everything from beginning to end was smooth and a success.

Our expectations of service were exceeded with Elite Pro Events. David was extremely attentive and easy to work with. David's response times to email and phone calls were very fast. The Dj also did a fantastic job! The dance floor was full and everyone had a wonderful time. I would recommend them to anyone!

David and his team are wonderful. They were so helpful in accommodating our wishes and giving suggestions on what would keep guests dancing and having a good time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ. They really go above and beyond.

The DJs at my sister's wedding (Richard and Autumn) were really top-notch - they pronounced everyone's name correctly and professionally, and got everyone on the dance floor. We had a lot of older guests who love to dance to the oldies and the DJs did great to tailor to them, and then adjusted at the end of the night to the younger crowd. David edited the first dance song very nicely too. Many of our guests commented on how good our DJ was! Elite Pro Events didn't push pricey add-ons and was very low-key during discussions leading up to the event itself. Definitely a good value!

We're very happy with all the services we got from Elite Pro Events for our wedding! I got a package that included DJ, string trio and photographer, and they were ALL amazing and much more affordable than many others I researched before choosing. Dave was literally the best to work with between all my vendors. He's very responsive and accommodating and makes you feel safe about all the services provided. I asked for very uncommon songs for the string trio to play on our ceremony and they were able to do them all! The DJ was amazing! He was able to accommodate all my special requests (Brazilian songs...) and the dance floor was full until the end of the party. We also loved our photographer, Markham Jenkins. Elite Pro Events was one of best decisions we've made for our wedding!

Dave and his team are amazing!! We were pretty particular about the music and vibe we wanted, lots of hip hop and they were so awesome! Can't say enough great things about how glad I am they were there to keep the party going.

I have hired Elite Pro Events for 2 separate occasions and both have been fantastic! The DJ was professional, energetic, lively and really interactive with the crowd. He is such a fun DJ and would highly recommend him for any occasion.

Let me start off by saying everything turned out better then expected! What you guys have to offer is really fantastic at such a reasonable price. When searching for entertainment for our wedding we came across so many DJ's it was hard to choose. After watching videos and having so many options with one vendor how could we go wrong. We used Elite Pro Events for our daughters wedding this past summer and couldn't have been more pleased! Dave was extremely helpful when helping us choose our package that we ended up using and was also very thorough on all of the details leading up to the event. The wedding went great and everyone had a great time. I'd highly reccomend!

My fiancé and I found Elite Pro a while back while trying to find entertainment for our wedding. David reccomend we use Hitched. They were incredible! What a great band. And also super easy to work with. Definitely made all of the planning that much easier. Would highly recommend!

The DJ on our wedding night did amazing! We did not expect her to play any music during our cocktail hour but when we arrived to our reception venue, we saw the DJ had set something up for our guests during this time. I, unfortunately, cannot remember our DJ's name but she did great job despite a few hurdles. We provided her with a timeline and music choices for certain times during the reception. Also, for some reason, the connection in the music got cut off for a short time but she was handled it perfectly well and got the music going right away. Our party did end sooner than expected. Only because most of our families and guests cannot handle partying past a certain time. Overall, I would recommend Elite Pro Events to any bride. It was perfect for our needs and did not have to shell out the big bucks. Well worth the price and will fit one's budget for sure!

Last summer I hired Elite Pro Events for our wedding in Wicker Park. The DJ named Rich called me several times until he could reach me just to get all the tiny details figured out about our music. He was funny yet professional and seemed to really care about our big day to be a success. We didn't know much about playlists and he walked us thru this process so we could expect some special songs for special memories to happen for our candlelight ceremony and our procession song choices. He also had plenty of wireless mics cause there we many speeches so that help move things along great too! But most of all the he got everyone involved; we were all exhausted form dancing so hard! He was so energetic and danced the line dances with us while DJing! He was a blast! It was so wonderful to see all into the party the young and the old we had such a great night. I would definitely refer DJ Rich and this agency. The manager David was very good at making sure things went well too! Awesome group!!!!

My wife and I used HITCHED for our wedding, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Their repertoire was a perfect; a mix of old school classics and modern hits. They kept our friends and family dancing, even my curmudgeon uncle danced to Billie Jean!

Unprepared MC

Unfortunately, we had a bit of a bait-and-switch situation with our DJ/MC from this company. We spoke multiple times with David over the phone who was very helpful, and we provided him with detailed timelines for our reception. However, he never put us into contact with our actual DJ and MC. As the reception was starting, both came over to introduce themselves to us for the first time. From the start of the reception, it was clear that the MC had not even looked at our timelines for the night. He was rude to several members of our bridal party, as well as to some of our other vendors, and announced incorrect instructions to our guests multiple times, despite us having written out word-for-word instructions on how we wanted the different components of our night introduced. The only thing that saved us was our amazing wedding coordinator who was constantly running over to the DJ booth to correct the MC. We were hosting a bicultural wedding and once the music started, we were also disappointed to find that the extensive list of song requests (including multiple songs in Spanish) we had provided was barely used. Over the roughly 2 hours of dancing, they played approximately 6 songs in Spanish, and we had to go ourselves or send our guests over to request songs that we had already listed on the DJ "must play list" in order for those songs to be played. If you have booked this vendor, we hope you have a better experience than we did, but if not, we recommend you look elsewhere.

It was alright not everything I wanted

My Dj really didn’t play my songs completely she would change them and continue a different volume. She had the
Music playing low and I had to tell her to raise the music. And she left her station unattended and when people had to do speeches it took a few seconds to wait to her. I’m pretty sure that she was given a list with the cutting cake song and during our cutting cake time it was completely quiet no song no nothing just silence it was an awkward atmosphere I hope that moment was better. I don’t say don’t hire them but be specific and firm with them in what you expect.

He showed up at our wedding super late, he didn’t have time to set up everything, and we didn’t have not lights on dance floor all night as we supposed, he offer a list of must play list and he only played the half of those songs, we have to give him instructions over and over when we explain it everything in advance with an email and paper print with everything there step by step, his excuse for don’t have lights on dance floor was the power plugs weren’t working ( we test them all after wedding, everything was perfect, we proof it with a video to him and he still denied to be responsible, he could fixed with a extension, the true is he was so late that he didn’t have time to set up the lights!) he offered us a photobooth service which stop working for one hour, and after the wedding he just send me an email of pictures, not prints as we supposed to have on our scrapbook (he refused to return one hour service of photobooth), the band played well, but David Kolbasky owner and Dj of this company was not responsible, I planned my wedding for months to have this service so disappointed, I don’t recommend him, and I just hope others couples don’t have this bad experience.
