  Stephanie is THE BEST

  We could not have had a better experience with Elite Party Buses! Stephanie was so flexible with changes throughout our wedding day and was so communicative with the bridal party to make things flow nicely. We had SO much fun thanks to Stephanie & would definitely recommend her for all your event needs!!

  Flexible and kind

  Stephanie was extremely flexible with the whole group. She made impromptu stops that the bridal party requested. Stephanie is great and would highly recommend!

  Stephanie went above and beyond for our wedding day! From the moment we were in contact she was energetic, organized, and prepared for everything thrown her way. Our trip was fantastic from start to finish & everyone loved the fun atmosphere!

  Steph was our Driver ... She was Awesome ! The Bus was the most Luxurious of all the Companies we compared ... They were on time and helped me plan my itinerary ... Tammy was SO RESPONSiVE when we had a question !

  Flexible and friendly

  The week before the wedding we changed the pickup and drop off time to a half hour later and the driver and company was more than happy to accommodate our change. He was courteous and made sure that we stayed on schedule in between the wedding and the reception.

  Wedding reception transportation

  We booked this party bus about a year out from our wedding, got a call from our driver the day before confirming pick up and took us to where we needed to go!

  We had a wonderful experience with Elite for our wedding. We originally tried to book them 9 months before our wedding but they were already booked, so we had to book with another company. When we went back to confirm details with that company one month before our wedding they started giving us the run around (couldn't find reservation, broken down bus etc.). Elite was able to step in and save the day! Their communication was outstanding and our bus driver, Randy was just great. We can't say enough about Elite! A+++++

  I did a lot of research before booking our party bus. Elite is not the cheapest, but I think they are by far better quality. I've been on gross and dirty party buses for cheap-it's not worth it. If the other companies had decent looking buses, they had horrible reviews, so Elite was an easy choice!

  Used a bus for transportation from Seward to Lincoln. Everyone loved it! The company was very accommodating and easy to work with!

  The bus was great, and the driver did an excellent job. Prices were pretty standard for the area; and they have a few different options depending on the size of your group. They were there on time, and dropped us off safely. We did have some issues getting ahold of Elite. We waited over a week for confirmation that our contract had been received and payment processed; and we didn't receive a verbal confirmation on the details of the day from the driver until the morning of the wedding (eek!).

  Follow-Up: Clarification Provided, but Key Concerns Remain

  After posting our initial review, the company reached out to provide additional context regarding the issues that arose on our wedding day, clarify the scope of their services, and offer a partial refund in exchange for removing our feedback.
  
  We appreciate that they took the time to follow up and acknowledged our concerns, and we recognize the gesture to offer a refund as an effort to make amends. However, we did not feel it would be appropriate to accept compensation—particularly a modest one relative to the overall booking fee—in exchange for removing our honest experience. Reviews exist to help future clients make informed decisions, and we believe in contributing to that process in a fair and respectful way.
  
  Our assumption was that this business would guide us based on the knowledge they’ve gained through thousands of wedding rentals—especially since we are not transportation experts and were relying on each of our vendors for their experience and insight. However, we later learned that they do not consider reviewing or confirming transportation schedules to be part of their scope of service, and they do not offer professional planning guidance despite having a rental coordinator on their team. This is important for prospective clients to understand in advance, particularly when booking transportation for important, time-sensitive events.
  
  We encourage potential customers to exercise some caution when relying solely on star ratings, as those may not fully reflect the range of experiences if others have accepted compensation in exchange for removing their reviews.

  Unreliable Service and Unprofessional Customer Interaction

  We unfortunately cannot recommend Elite Party Buses for important events such as weddings based on our experience. Despite booking their services seven months in advance and confirming our transportation schedule multiple times—including direct communication from our wedding planner—they did not provide reliable or efficient service on the day of our wedding.
  Due to delays, several of our guests had to find their own transportation, and the final shuttle did not arrive in time, ultimately causing us to delay the start of our ceremony. This was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially given the level of planning and communication that had occurred leading up to the event.
  
  When we later contacted the company to discuss what went wrong, we were met with immediate hostility. Rather than working collaboratively toward a solution or even allowing us to fully explain our concerns, the representative (Tammy) was argumentative and frequently interrupted. Throughout the conversation, she also contradicted information provided on their website and in the company’s own policies and contract. For instance, their materials state mileage consideration with their pricing model and a 10–15 minute cushion per route, but during our discussion, she claimed they use a flat fee and recommended a 20–30 minute buffer instead. No proactive input or adjustments were provided by the company ahead of time when we submitted our desired timeline that we generated based on the information in their materials. We would have hoped they would have corrected any errors or concerns in the proposed schedule, as would be expected from a professional with expertise in this area and years of experience. However, it later became clear in our conversation with their representative that they do not consider this level of support to be part of their service.
  
  Additionally, we had to follow up multiple times to ensure our planner had access to our reservation, and the week of the wedding, a driver reached out to speak with us but never followed up after we replied.
  
  We expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service for such a significant occasion. Based on our experience, Elite Party Buses did not prioritize our event or demonstrate a willingness to collaborate in a constructive manner.
  
  We also encourage prospective clients to review how the company responds to other suboptimal reviews. Their responses and overall approach speak volumes about their character as a business and their style of collaboration, conflict management, and resolution. Ask yourself: is this someone you would want to rely on for your big day—or have to deal with if an issue should arise?
