Comfortable, professional, affordable
Elite was so lovely to work with for my wedding day. From the sales process to the end of the night, everyone was so helpful and professional. The contract was easy to understand, and the sales people were helpful when I had questions. The value for the price was exceptional and much better than any of their competitors. The bus was clean, comfortable, spacious, and provided a fun atmosphere while we were getting around. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Our driver, Wayne, was excellent. He encouraged a party atmosphere while still remaining professional and making us all feel safeElite was so lovely to work with for my wedding day. Perfect vendor
We hired these folks to shuttle our guests from parking to our home for our wedding. Guest safety
With guest safety as our prime concern, we hired a 55 passenger bus to transport everyone to and from our venue. The driver arrived at the appointed time to pick up at our hotel and promptly picked us up at the end of our reception. No one had to worry about a designated driver so we’re free to enjoy. Find someone else if you have a choice.
We had out wedding at Castle Ladyhawke. We had 105 guests and needed 4 Shuttles (25 seat shuttles) and 1 private car for the bride & groom. We had pick ups in Asheville, Sylva and Bear Lake, and the shuttles would drop off the guests at the same places. We had a 4:30pm arrival at the castle for all guests and departure times of 9:30pm and 10:30pm for all shuttles. What we got:
1. The driver assigned the Bear lake route made the executive decision to tell our guests he would make ONLY 1 trip to bear lake at 9:30pm (early departure) because it was only a "few guests." Thankfully one of our family members let me (the bride) know about this and I had our wedding planner fix this. We paid for our guests to have the option of leaving early or staying late, I was extremely upset with this decision from the driver. If one 1 guest had decided to leave at 9:30pm it was their job to take that single person back and be ready to make the trip again by 10:30pm.
2. One of the shuttles was 30 minutes late to the ceremony while another shuttle was 3 hours early to a pick up location. Miscommunication between the company and the wedding planner.
3. The shuttle drivers were contacting me during the wedding when they should have been contacting the planner.
We are not from NC, we did not have many shuttle options given the size of our party and the limited options in Asheville. We hired our planner 1.5 years in advance and findings a shuttle company was TOP priority since it would define if our venue (CLH) would work or not for our party. I read the multiple reviews talking about how late the shuttles/Limos were to other events but in the end we decided to trust them.Find someone else if you have a choice.
