    Cassie is awesome and easy to work with! She was professional yet fun and laid back on our wedding day. She even helped with entertaining our dog while we took pictures! We loved our trailer and our video. She met all of our expectations and she is very affordable!

    I am confused about all of the less than nice reviews- My experience with Cassie and her team has been nothing short of simple, easy, affordable, professional, and wonderful! We had no problem setting up a meeting with Cassie (in fact she let me reschedule two times). The day of our event, her videographers were prompt, polite, and friendly. She has been very open and easy to communicate with. We cannot wait to see our final product from Cassie!

    Great job, amazing quality, and the best price on the market. Cassie and her team did a tremendous job. Not sure why these reviews aren't higher & trust me I have very high expectations!

    Amazing experience. Great team. Cassie is wonderful to work with we found her on Facebook a week before the wedding and couldn't pass it up, very glad we did not.

    We found Elite Film Productions through Groupon and thought we would save some money since the offer price was 50% off of the original price. Unfortunately, that was the first red flag. Once meeting Cassie, she did not appear professional, wearing gym/athletic clothes, and definitely unorganized. Although she had a bubbly personality, she talked to us about a previous bride who cancelled her wedding and Cassie stated she didn't understand why that bride wouldn't tell her why. Second red flag. Cassie requested us to create a song list to play throughout the video. We happily thought through each song that we felt described us and also included songs that were going to be played in the wedding, we provided her with 20 songs to choose from. After emailing Cassie a list, we didn't hear much from her until a few weeks from the wedding.
    In the contract that Cassie provided, it stated that "It takes Elite Film Productions 3-4 weeks to get the final edited Highlight Trailer up online, and it takes 9-12 weeks to get the Final DVD back to you by mail." We got married on July 4th, our highlight trailer was posted on September 23rd . . . which actually took about 11 weeks. We received 3 Final DVDs on February 4th . . . 28 weeks later. Cassie then offered to provide us with the raw video once notifying her that we received the videos. We received the raw video today, May 26th.
    As for the DVDs/videos, 1 out of the 3 DVDs actually work (the other 2 skipped throughout the 60 minute video). The transitions are absolutely terrible and choppy, and the actual video was blurry. Cassie did use the music that was played during the wedding; however, she put in her own music otherwise without notifying us or asking for our approval.
    Needless to say, I would not recommend Elite Film Productions service. I only waited this long to write a review because I wanted to make sure we received the raw video to have our wedding video redone by a professional.

    Hey Nina! I am sorry you feel this way and want you to know that I gave my 100% to make sure you had an amazing wedding video. It was never brought to my attention that your DVD skipped or was choppy. If you felt your DVD had something wrong with it, you should have came to me immediately and I would have re-burned you some DVDS. During the burning process sometimes things can happen and I would have been more than happy to burn you some new ones! As for the delay in receiving your DVDS I had apologized to you and informed you that I took on 47 Wedddings for 2015 and had gotten a little behind schedule. I explained it is only me editing these videos and I don't have multiple people like the major companies who have multiple editors. I am very picky with my work and pay attention to detail and sometimes you have to do things by yourself. You were so patient and understanding and I thanked you so much! As for my attire, I am sorry that you think it is unprofessional. I dress usually in all black and stay low key. I don't wear bright colors and I don't wear athletic clothes to weddings. I always dress nice and professional. As for our meeting I may have worn an athletic top, but I do believe I said I apologized for it. It was a sunday and I just was not feeling well......my apologies if I offended you in anyway. As for the bride who cancelled, I told you guys that the couple had broken up. I explained that while reading that contract to you that if that were to happen to you your deposit is non- refundable.
