We are thrilled that we chose Elite Entertainment to be our wedding DJ ! From our first meeting, we knew we were in great hands. He was warm, passionate about his work, and totally flexible. Joe was open to any and all suggestions we had (songs we wanted played, special genres, etc.) and wanted to make sure our wedding music truly reflected our tastes. His prices were very reasonable, and he was always quick to respond to e-mails before the wedding. The wedding exceeded our expectations! They had our guests up and dancing all night with their awesome music selection. My husband and I loved every song they chose, and were excited each time a new song came on. We also heard from many people how much they loved the music! We would recommend Elite Entertainment to everyone! -

So much fun!!
This is the second time we have used this vendor for an event. They are great!!! Easy to work with. Always listens to your request and are always ready to keep the party going. Music and uplighting was amazing. The event space was a little run down but they were able to transformed the venue into a beautiful space for us with their uplighting. Overall it was a great experience -

Amazing Winter Party
Joey was spectacular! What an amazing person and awesome services were provided !!
We will definitely be having DJ our Winter party again in the future :-)

Joe DJ'd my wedding a couple years back, he rocked it. I referred him to my friend last year, he rocked it, He is doing another wedding that I'm invited to this summer.... he'll rock it. He did a very professional job, returned every phone call and I was absolutely confident my wedding would be a great time. When my friends asked me for his phone number I gladly gave it to them, because I knew he would do an excellent job, all around. Very easy to work with. A++ -

I hired Joe after seeing him at another wedding - he is fantastic! he had everyone on the dance floor and brought so much life to the party! I know I drove him crazy with all my questions and changes but he was such a professional and handled everything perfectly. I will be hiring Elite again without a doubt -

I went to a wedding recently where Joe at Elite Entertainment was the DJ. I've since hired him for my kids Sweet Sixteenth Birthday party. He had every teenager and even my 75 year old father on the dance floor all night ( which never happens). His professionalism, experience, and top of the line DJ equipment and lighting made the party. I plan on hiring Elite Entertainment for my wedding next year and I know I will have nothing to worry about. -

I had my wedding done by Elite and I could not have been happier. They look the gave an ordinary function hall was amazing! Joe went out of his way to make sure it was sure perfection! The best dj company around, hands down! -

I hired elite for my wedding and am so glad i did, Joe did an outstading job, a true class act. My wedding would not have been the same. I would recommend Elite to anyone needing a DJ. I will definitely use them again. -

Do not hire
As the wedding couple, we are so disappointed in Elite Entertainment and would not recommend them for any event.
DJ Joe played our wedding and was incredibly rude to venue staff, us as the couple and our guests. Our coordinator was so uncomfortable with him, there was difficulty the entire day with them working with one another.
We reminded him multiple times that the bride was not changing her name and we were announced as the grooms last name in front of our entire wedding.
He played songs we specifically asked him not to
play, had to be asked repeatedly to play the music given to him and had to be asked to fade the songs so there weren’t awkward silences. In our consultation before signing a contract, Joe promised he was 100% okay with playing the exact music we wanted and asked us to send him Spotify playlists of the music.
He was completely unprofessional and continued to throw a discount he offered, without us asking, in our faces when we brought up the issues we were having with the music.
Joe also argued with the groom in front of guests and rather than going to the venue staff or wedding coordinator, continued to approach the groom and be argumentative. After two heated discussions between Joe and the groom, Joe sat in the corner at his table and sulked. He did not interact with the crowd and did not make any further announcements for the night.
He apologized and promised to fix the issue but continued to play music we did not ask for. We worked incredibly hard on multiple playlists that had more than enough music for the entire day, which he stated he had prepared then day of told us he had only transferred 45 minutes worth of our 4 hour cocktail hour/dinner playlist so the 45 minutes worth of songs were repeated instead of our full playlist being used. When he realized around 9pm that he had not transferred our full reception playlist, he asked the bride to log into her Spotify account and teach him how to find the playlist. He also neglected to play songs we had requested for the reception and instead played music that was completely unlike the genres of music we wanted.
We would not recommend their services and would not have hired DJ Joe if we knew what we were going to have to deal with.Elite Entertainment's reply:
THIS is just a repeat review from same bride who also asked 8 OTHER people to leave bad reviews HERE (That luckily got removed) and on some of my other sites! -- STRAIGHT HARRASMENT!
This bride has some kind of issue with me and i'm NOT sure why. I gave her a deal from start when she said they didn't have money, I gave them many extras and went above and beyond when they ADDED features we had discussed that normally cost EXTRA ( ie : custom cocktail hour mix/list ) SHE says in her review SHE GAVE ME 4 HOURS of cocktail HOUR music and 5 HOURS of reception music for a 5 hour TOTAL wedding lol Which AGAIN any custom lists are EXTRA..NEVERMIND downloading and organizing 700 Songs where 400 will NEVER GET PLAYED lol
The ONLY truth in this review was that I did have an older BRUNO MARS (on NO PLAY LIST ) song in my "Dinner Mix" that played at low volume during backround/dinner music when I was eating and I didnt realize it was in there.
Danny ( groom) approached me and SAID I wasn't supposed to play Bruno and I replied i hadnt notived , but it could be in mix, and i'm sorry. I asked him to try not to be upset, it is a dinner mix I play so I can have a few mins to eat... but i'll just play live instead of eating.
He (Groom) then said he had HEARD that I was arguing with coordinator, not FROM COORDINATOR ...BUT HEARD "from someone" that we were arguing. I was confused at this because at this point in night we had only spoken about ceremony ( where she said she'd wave to let me know when people were walking because I couldn't SEE FROM MY VANTAGE. NO ARGUMENT... that's it🤷♂️
We went over itinerary, and that was it really.
I apologized again to Danny though and said I wasnt really sure what happened there, but sorry. Danny then kept pressing that he was VERY upset that Bruno had been played and I wouldnt listen to their request to not play Bruno. I again apologized, explained it was in a mix and again asked him to try not to be too upset and ruin his day, it was a mistake, I forgot that was in dinner mix.
HE, or NOONE ever mentioned anything to me about ANY ANNOUNCING names wrong...
I read NAMES it AS THEY WROTE IT ON MY PAPERWORK.
NOT even sure where alot of this is coming from.
The spotify thing was JUST ME OFFERING to set up a SEPARATE LAPTOP WITH HER SPOTIFY if she wanted to control the music instead of having me DJ. I did grab another laptop n set it up for her to sign into her spotify playlist she said she wanted played....and it was NEVER used. In fact after dinner I spoke with bride and groom to ask if it was ok if I TOOK OVER MUSIC to get more people dancing and that she had some GOOD SONGS on her list anyways that I would mix in with my picks and they said FINE.
Dance floor was PACKED n jumping rest of night ( I actually have MULTIPLE VIDEOS of them having good time )
At end of night the couple actually came up and thanked me and gave me a HUG!!
I thought all was well.
I do not understand where this is coming from, or WHY they are getting all thier friends to try to ruin my business by leaving MULTIPLE BAD reviews. So far she has gotten 8 DIFFERENT PEOPLE to leave bad review JUST HERE (few others on my other pages). I don't know if this is just out of pure pettiness or wanted some kind of money returned.
This review is very unfounded. Briget getting 8 ( or more ) friends to ALSO leave bad reviews of things they'd NEVER KNOW HAPPENED if not told by bride herself is just madness!!
30 years and NO BAD REVIEWS...EVER!!!! NOW 8 IN A FEW DAYS FOR SAME EVENT!?? MADNESS!!! ( update website too down all of them except this one )
I wish I could post those videos and pics of event here to see as evidence of "job performance".... but it is what it is. All I can do is speak on MY perspective.
Moving forward I will MAKE SURE to ASK if a bride sends a Spotify list if she EXPECTS it played as is... Or for me to DJ... cuz those are 2 different things.

Again... I am sorry for any and all misunderstandings. I Truly hope your day is remembered with fond memories.
