Easy to Work with, Professional, Saved Money

For our wedding, we wanted to try to save money on transportation, but have something a little classier than just a family member driving us to and from. Elite’s service worked quite well, as we were able to hire just one SUV to transfer us and our bridal parties in separate trips. They were less expensive than other options we looked into, and had a five-hour minimum for their services, rather than six-hour. For just driving us to and from pictures and the ceremony, we didn’t even need the full five hours, but couldn’t find any transportation services that had minimums lower than five hours.

They actually had a real person answer the phone every time I called who was always super helpful. They were also fairly proactive about calling us to get details for the day of the event. There were some minor miscommunications on the day of the event—for instance, at the end of the night they took some of the wrong people back to the hotel. However, this was as much a miscommunication on our end as theirs (we did give them the names of the bridal party and their significant others though). Even still, their services are worthy of five stars. They made this experience as seamless as possible for us, which is no small feat when getting married in the city.

Professional, Punctual, and Stress-Free Wedding Transportation!

We had an excellent experience with Elite for our wedding transportation! From the start, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing multiple options to accommodate both large and small transportation needs. They were always on time, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. We used their shuttle service to transport guests between the hotel and the venue, and our guests really appreciated the convenience and professionalism.

For just the two of us and our photographer, we had an SUV, and our driver was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive. They drove us to multiple photo locations and helped the day run smoothly, making our timeline much easier to manage.

Elite was professional, reliable, and punctual, making transportation worry-free for both us and our guests. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for smooth, stress-free wedding transportation!

Elite is Elite!

We could not have higher praise for the Elite team that took care of us for our wedding day. The shuttle arrived in perfect timing to bring our hotel guests to the venue. There was a literal blizzard during our reception which caused a delay in guest pickup at the end of the night but Elite communicated everything to us flawlessly throughout the evening. We had originally booked a limo for myself and my husband but due to the weather, Ken arrived in an Escalade to make sure we got back to our hotel in the safest manner possible. Our drivers really showed up during a challenging situation and made sure everyone got home safely. My guests were absolutely blown away by Blair and how well she handled this high stress situation. They were literally cheering and chanting her name when they got back to the hotel. Thanks so much to the Elite team for caring so much about our safety! We highly recommend using them for all of your transportation needs!

Great wedding shuttle service!

I can’t recommend Elite Coach Transportation enough! They were easy to contact and book with when we needed a shuttle between the hotel and venue for our wedding. They were flexible with us when we needed to make a last minute shuttle schedule change. The shuttle was clean and spacious, and the driver was super friendly!

Wedding shuttle

Our driver Nickolas was wonderful! He was so pleasant and happy. He was very helpful to all our guests.
Elite is very reliable and easy to work with.

Affordable transportation

I loved this company because we were able to split our transportation; 2 hours before the wedding to transport the wedding party and guests and then 3 hours during the reception to take guests back to the hotel and then the wedding party at the end of the night. It saved us so much money being able to use this option so I highly recommend this company! I changed the times of transport several times and it was never an issue. The two drivers we had were very professional, pleasant, and accommodating to the wedding party and our guests.

Great Service!

Elite Coach was efficient, courteous, and easy to work with. We used their shuttle service for both our wedding party and guests. Elite Coach took the time to help us figure out the best vehicles, route, and timeline for our party and guests. Vehicles were spacious, clean and the drivers were the best, making sure everyone got back safely and enjoyed their time. Would highly recommend if looking for a transportation/shuttle service.

Lori was so great to work with! She helped me figure out transportation for the Rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding for my daughter's wedding. Great shuttle bus for our guests

Elite Coach was courteous and easy to work with. Their buses were large, comfortable, and clean. They were on time and were easy to work with to plan routes and timing. The driver was friendly and the company was perfect for our wedding guests.

Punctual, friendly, and easy to work with!

We hired Elite Coach to provide transportation for ourselves (via SUV), our parents (via limo) and our guests (via two motorcoaches) between Hotel Indigo and our venue in Ambridge on our wedding day. They were easy to coordinate with, punctual, and friendly. The vehicles were very clean and spacious. We appreciate them giving our guests and ourselves a safe and easy ride on such an important day!

We had a great experience with Elite.

Guest transportation and bridal party limo bus

We chose Elite to help us shuttle our 300 guests from the Wyndham Grand Downtown to St. Mary of the Mount and back. Lori and the Elite staff were amazing to work planning the best way to transport so many people. We utilized their 40 passenger and two 28 passengers shuttles. It went so smoothly and everyone arrived safely on time! We also had the 22 passenger limo bus that took trips to drop off the groomsmen then the bridesmaids and took us all together to take pictures around Pittsburgh after. The bar was stocked and it had great vibes with the lights before our reception! It was super roomy for 22 of us. Definitely would recommend Elite!

Perfect Wedding Shuttle!

We used two of the 56 passenger buses to shuttle our wedding guests to and from out hotel and venue. Everything went very smooth throughout the night and the guests were so pleased to have a nice comfortable bus with AC! Would recommend to future couples!

Amazing wedding experience!

We couldnt be happier with our driver from Elite a few weeks ago for our wedding. The bus was spotless and in great shape and came with complimentary alcohol which is always a plus. But our driver was so friendly he made our day much easier. We got married in the North Side during a home Pirates Game and had some crazy requests and he handled everything with a smile on his face. We couldn't recommend this company any more! Definitely a great choice for your special day!

Elite was Awesome!

We used Elite for both our hotel shuttles and bridal party limo. Everyone at the company was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process, even when we were unsure if the reception was even going to happen. They called the day before the wedding to finalize all details, and they are extremely organized. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience!!

My husband and I used Elite Coach Limousine for our wedding transportation and they were fantastic!! We chose a limo bus since it was more spacious and they have various sizes to choose from so our entire bridal party was able to fit comfortably. They included water, soda, vodka, whiskey, and champagne to celebrate with for after our ceremony! The driver was extremely professional and on time. First Class!

Elite provided bus transportation for my friends and family from out of town (Beaver County) to my wedding in Pittsburgh where many were nervous to drive. They had the best time not only at the wedding but thoroughly enjoyed the trip to and from the wedding together! The limousine was spectacular and I could not have asked for a thing different. Fantastic Experience!

Our driver Mike was prompt and professional. I can't speak highly enough of Greg and Elite. He was so responsive during the planning process, and the drivers were in constant communication with us on the day of. We had a rehearsal dinner shuttle, motor coach for guests, a limo bus, a "getaway car" and airport transportation, and we didn't have issues with any of them -- even when the Liberty bridge was closed! Highly recommend this company for your wedding transportation. The only thing they could improve on is more of a "stocked" bar on the limo bus.

Elite Transportation was amazing. They showed up exactly as requested and made sure everything went seamlessly. The driver at the end of the night even went into the venue to make sure the final stragglers (mainly the bride and bridesmaids!) made it to the final shuttle before he left. Don't look anywhere else- hire Elite for your wedding day! We did a lot of research and found that they were also the most cost effective too!

We had an excellent experience with Elite Coach Limousine! They called the week of the wedding to confirm every detail. We rented a large party bus for our bridal party and had multiple pick up locations. The driver was friendly and helpful (helping my bridesmaids carry things, helping us on to the bus, etc.)! We also rented a town car for my husband and I to get from the reception to the after party and then to our hotel downtown and we had the same driver all day, which was kind of nice. The vehicles were comfortable and were sized perfectly for our needs.

Elite transportation was perfect. They were prompt in arriving and getting the groomsman to the church and then picking up myself and the girls. We went to a different location for pictures and they were very accommodating. Our driver was polite and courteous especially with putting up with the bridal party. The vehicle was spotless and fully stocked when it arrived. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future if I had a need.

Our wedding transportation (Black Cat Party Bus) cancelled on us 3 days prior to our wedding! We called Elite Coach immediately (they were the first call) and we had a limo within a half hour-- they seriously saved us. They were so great and easy to deal with. The limo was clean and on time, the driver was very nice as well. I should have called them first for our wedding- I would recommend them to anyone looking for a limo.

Elite Coach provided the limo bus between downtown and our ceremony site in Washington, PA (about 45 minutes away.) The seats on the coach bus were plush and comfortable, and our driver was even kind enough to pick up our brown bagged lunches at the local caterer so that our guests could eat something on the way to the ceremony. Our driver made sure to have us arrive at the ceremony and back downtown for cocktail hour at our reception space with plenty of time to spare. The transportation service was reliable and professional, and I'd recommend Elite to anyone looking for transportation between places on their wedding day.

We used Elite for our wedding in October 2014 and were very happy with them. We had a really large bridal party, so they recommended going with a limo bus instead of several small limos and it was awesome. I was initially kind of concerned that a limo bus would look a little tacky or too much like a party bus, but Elite's was very nice and well done. They let us bring an Iphone and put our own music on the stereo; the driver was really great as well. We'd definitely recommend them to friends getting married.

Very professional service. The limo driver was very patient even though we were running behind and all the bridal party wasn't ready! They had champagne waiting for us after the ceremony. Would definitely recommend for a wedding!

I hired Elite Coach Limousine for my wedding day. The driver arrived on time and he was very professional. He did an excellent job finding a way to drop us off at the church, so no one would see us. He also got us to the reception on time. My wedding day was around 90 degrees and the limo was nice and cool the whole time. I was very pleased with Elite and I would recommend them to anyone.

The limo itself was very beautiful and my wedding party loved the full bar! Our limo driver was incredible and so nice. He helped me in and out of the limo and assisted the bridesmaids as well. He was so kind to us and wished us well in our marriage. He arrived on time and got us to each destination earlier than anticipated. He really helped keep our day on track! Elite Coach was very easy to work with, and I never had any issues getting in contact with them. We made some late changes to our schedule and they were very flexible. Not sure about the value, as we have never planned a wedding or needed limo service this type of event, but we were comfortable with what we paid. The day of the wedding, we had to change some plans quickly due to our desired photo location being closed, but our driver, Paul, was happy to follow the photographer, and when we had extra time, he drove us around until we needed to be at the reception location.

This company was very easy to work with. Everyone we talk to was friendly and helpful. Our church had to change and they were very understanding and patient for our event day schedule. We selected Elite Limousine after contacting quite a few local limousine services. I liked the value and the quality of the vehicles. In many competitors photographs, I could see they were not well cared for. This was not the case with Elite Limousine. Our car was well kept, and stalked for us. Our driver was knowledgable of the area and had no trouble navigating through the city during rush hour. Our driver was polite, servicing all the bridesmaids with a large umbrella during the rain while taking our pictures.

Elite provided a groom-to-ceremony shuttle and bridal party limo for my wedding last weekend at Heinz Chapel and LeMont. The drivers were on time (actually even early!), courteous, and knew exactly where they were going. The limo driver was really responsive, he even followed us in the limo while we were taking photos in Oakland without us even having to ask.

We rented more of a transportation bus to transport parents, the girls, and the guys from the hotel to the venue. The bus was wonderful it had leather bucket seats and was nice and clean. The driver was very prompt with all of the pickup as well. Kellie from Elite was so friendly, I had to change somethings with the times and transportation numerous times and she was so easy to communicate with. She also was prompt in her responsiveness to emails and/or phone calls. They were such a pleasant company to deal with and made everything run so smoothy the day of the wedding. Not to mention their prices are not too bad ! Because of my wonderful experience one of my friends is already using them for her upcoming wedding ( she was in mine)

We hired a limo and a shuttle bus for our guests. Each vehicle was on time and the drivers were very nice. There was A/C in the limo with stocked drinks. Everything was wonderful!

Very nice tuxedo limo! Very personable and friendly driver. We didn't know their was champagne and other beverages, which was very nice! It also was budget friendly for the short amount of time needed. Driver was also there on time and professional! :)

Elite provided Five Star transportation in connection with our daughter's recent wedding. We reserved quite a number of vehicles -- two stretch limos, one 56 passenger motor coach and one 28 passenger shuttle bus (to provide transporation from the hotel to ceremony and back to the reception for our many out of town guests), as well as a couple of towncars to transport some of our guests from the airport to the hotel and back . What could have been a logistic nightmare for us ended up being a dream. Our guests LOVED the motor coach/shuttle service and took the time to thank us for the service. The vehicles were top notch, but it was the drivers who made the day with their professional service and friendliness. Bravo to Elite!

We had an excellent experience with elite coach...especially our wonderful driver Keith! Keith showed up 15 minutes early to pick up the girls. He was very patient because of course we were late getting in the limo. He keep the air conditioner running and insisted we stay in the limo until right before the ceremony since it was outside. He helped all the girls in and out of the limo and even helped shield me as I started to get ready to walk down the aisle. He was so pleasant helping keep all of us calm and laughing. He got us to each place in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone and when you call, definiely ask for KEITH!!

For our wedding in July we rented a party bus, I would recommend renting from Elite and definitely renting the party bus. It was stocked and held 15 people with plenty of room. The service was impeccable, they were on time, friendly and professional. We also had a town car come and pick us up after the wedding, the driver went out of his way to help us and made the ending to our special night even more wonderful!

I have never rented a limo prior to my wedding day, after dealing with Elite from start to finish they were professional, workable and always answered our questions. I live in an area that is hard to get to for any vehicle, never thought a stretch SUV would make it on our narrow road. Our driver Scott handled our tight roads without a problem, he was prompt to pick up the wedding party at our house. The driver was thoughtful and classy by handling the ins and out of limo 101. For a hot June day the driver had the limo well stocked and cool for the parties special day. Our driver was a saint to put up with the 14 people in our wedding party, and he was. Elite Custom Coach and the driver we had was the perfect choice for our perfect night, would I hire this company again or recomend them to someone, ABSOLUTLY!!! Thanks for everything Greg and Scott. I have used Elite for all of my tranportation needs on several occassions. I've had the pleasure of having a passanger van, stretch limo and my favorite the luxury bus. I will say Elite provides excellent service with very professional drivers as well as immuaculate vehicles. I hired Elite Coach for our wedding day limo after calling a ton of Pittsburgh transportation companies. They had the best price, and I later found out that my reception venue recommends them. They were friendly and easy to work with, no problems in reserving them or following up with questions/information. We had the brand new Chrysler 300 limo, which was great inside and out. It holds 12, and 12 of us fit in snugly but we were fine. The driver arrived early on the wedding day. At first I thought that they had the wrong time and we'd have to pay extra, but they were just verifying directions and came back later. The driver took the girls to the church, then went to another location to get the guys. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. I'd definitely recommend Elite Coach!

This is the limousine service I used and they were fantastic! They arrived early in my driveway just to be sure they were on time and I really appreciated it. I was nervous about the big day as there is always that feeling of uncertainty of will all of the planned vendors deliver what they promised and I had no prior experience with any limousine company to know who was good and who to stay away from. I knew instantly that I had chosen wisely when the limousine driver was early, well dressed and the limousine looked gorgeous. When I spoke with him for the first time, he was very polite and professional. I had a difficult bridesmaid and was a nervous bride and he handled all of us with such finesse. I still think about it and am impressed about how great he was. The tuxedo limousine itself was clean and classy in every detail and well sized for my large bridal party. He was very flexible when we decided that weather permitted us to go to an unscheduled location for some quick photos. It was a cold day so when each of the bridesmaids were done, they ran to the limousine. He was always well parked with the heater on and ready at the door to let us in or out. This limousine service should be the first company you consider when looking for a limousine in Pittsburgh.

My husband and I chose Elite Coach because they seemed to be fairly reasonable with their prices as compared to other companies, and we were very satisfied with them. They had mailed me paperwork to write out directions for the day of, and this was easy to fill out and fax back. I liked that because our subdivision is fairly new and this took the guesswork out of trying to figure out how to get here. The day of, the driver showed up promptly (he actually ended up being here about 20 minutes early) which was nice. He got us to the church early and helped me get out with my huge train. He then took us to the venue which was great except for when we were almost there he kinda practically passed the entrance and had to slam on the brakes, which sent the bridesmaids flying off the seat and of course everyone was holding a drink in their hands. Other than that one little hiccup, everything else was great. The driver was really friendly and the drinks inside were nice. We had plenty of bottled water, some liquor and the yummiest champagne I have ever tasted. We had reserved the Chrysler 300 tuxedo limo that day too, which I had never heard of before. The limo was white with a black top, which I thought was really cute. Would highly recommend.

Shuttles & Limos

We used Elite for shuttle buses from the hotel to the ceremony, as well as the reception. It was great knowing that all our guests were taken care of throughout the day to get them to the destinations safely and effortlessly. We also hired a party bus to transport the bridal party. They were on time, had the bus stocked with drinks, and made getting photos around the city extremely simple. For the price, it was absolutely worth it!

Elite was very responsive on emailing me back before the wedding and responding to all of my questions. The bus was clean and in nice condition and was on time. My only complaint was the driver had no idea how we could play music on the bus and it was a little disappointing but other than that everything was great!

Impressive fleet, highly professional

Elite Coach & Transport exceeded our every expectation. They showed professionalism and class from our very first interaction. We were invited to view the fleet in person, in order to choose the right vehicle. The office was highly professional and communicative leading up to the wedding. The driver arrived early, formally dressed, had an umbrella for the bride, offered assistance to the women, accommodated all of our driving requests. My husband and I used Elite for our wedding on 7-12-14 and kudos go out to our driver, Don for his professionalism, flexibility and friendliness when dealing all evening with our 16 person wedding party.
The limo was just perfect for our event and we got successfully from our wedding venue to reception and back to our hotels in style.

Our limo driver, Randy, was great! Very friendly and hospitable :) We booked a limobus and it was awesome inside! I would definitely recommend using one of those instead of a regular limo especially if many of your groomsmen are tall.

We only needed a limo to transport us from the ceremony to the reception with one photo stop. This only totalled about 1-2 hours and Elite was one of the only limo companies that was able to do less than a 4 hour reservation. The driver was very professional and was waiting for us outside of the church on time and transported us exactly where we needed to be. The limo was stocked with the drinks as reserved which was nice that we didn’t have to worry about our own beverages for the short trip. Overall we were satisfied with our limo and driver and would recommend them to others.

I found out about this company from my reception venue, Doubletree by Hilton – Greentree location, because they are one of their preferred vendors for transportation. I did additional research and could not believe the prices some companies were charging for transportation services. We had a large wedding party and required one car for 6-8 passengers and another vehicle for about 24-28 passengers. After my research we decided to go with this company because the prices were unbeatable and everywhere else was at least 3 times more expensive than Elite Coach. Working with them was great they were very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. The only thing I was unhappy with was on the 24-28 passenger vehicle there was supposed to be complimentary beverages (water, pop, juice) for the ride as stated in the contract. We were not provided these beverages or informed where to get them if they were on the vehicle and I was extremely disappointed with this. As stated earlier, we had a large wedding party and after taking countless pictures at the ceremony location, everyone was looking forward to a drink, as contracted. Other than that issue, the prices cannot be beat and our driver was friendly so I would recommend them!

We used Elite Coach in Murrysville for our limo (to the church, photos, and reception) as well as a 23 seat shuttle bus for an after party.

Both the limo and shuttle were clean and in good condition, and the drivers of both were kind and professional and showed up on time.

We only had one real complaint: we had rented the limo for 4 hours and had planned accordingly (we had spoken with our officiant and our photographer before hand to estimate how long both the ceremony and the photos would take so we could estimate if we would need additional time, as well as called Elite to price out an extra half an hour to an extra hour should we need it.) With that information, we booked four hours, which allowed us to get everything done and provided buffer time for things that would take longer than we anticipated. After the ceremony, we drove to a park 5 minutes away from the church, (no more than another 10 minutes to the reception site). The driver told us he would give us a 10 minute warning when we were getting close to the end of our time so we would have time to get to the reception site without going over 4 hours, which we appreciated and thanked him for.

With about 15-20 minutes to go, he gave us a warning. At this point all of the group photos with the wedding party were finished and the wedding party was completely loaded into the limo - the only people remaining were myself and the groom, getting our final portraits together and we knew we would need to wrap up shortly (the photographer knew this as well). At this point the limo driver just kept pulling the limo up closer and closer to us, bit by bit, creeping towards the driveway to exit the park, until we finished. It was distracting and annoying. We had signaled to the driver we were wrapping up, so we wished he'd just left it at that.
Other than this, (which would not necessarily be the case with all drivers) Elite did a great job and we would use them again!

Our driver was wonderful and professional, even though he had to deal with some of my louder and crazier bridesmaids! He was on-time for every pick-up and had no problems finding where he needed to do. The price was great and totally affordable. My only complaint was that the AC was not working on our limo bus and it was HOT on there...not the driver's fault but it did make for an uncomfortable 45 minute ride to our venue!

Limo Bus Service

The limo bus service wasn’t good it wasn’t bad, it was average. We only used the transportation for a short distance so it was definitely good for what we needed it for.

Elite Coach Limousine provided very nice limos for our wedding day. Though their responsiveness to our emails/calls was less than satisfactory, the cleanliness of their limos and the professionalism of their drivers was great. The drivers were very accommodating and very nice to work with. Our guests were pleased, as well. We also used their services after our wedding to transport us to/from the airport for our honeymoon.

We had a great experince for our wedding day with Elite. We had the stretch HUMMER and it was awesome. They were on time, friendly and no trouble to work with at all! I would reccomend them to anyone!

Do not use

Late review, but finally getting settled after my June 12th wedding and can gather my thoughts. Overall not impressed. The driver was late picking up our bridal party, and took the LONGEST possible route to get to our venue - which caused us to lose an hour in our schedule, so we had to for-go picture taking. After our ceremony, the driver was EXTREMELY rude! She denied a person from entering the bus without even consulting myself or the groom. (This person was okayed to join us, and there were 4 available seats on the 22 passenger bus). She also kept threating to charge us overtime if we went one minute over when we were scheduled to leave, which made us scramble to take pictures. Again...this was after SHE took the longest route possible and lost us an hour that we would have had if it weren't for her awful driving. Did I mention how gross the alcohol was on the bus? There were dead bugs in the bottom of the decanters and 4 glasses had lipstick stains on them...clearly never cleaned from the last party. Also, the back of the bus AC was spitting water everywhere, which was VERY annoying. There HAS to be a better party bus service out there. DO NOT USE ELITE COACH TRANSPORTATION.

This review is for the actual limosine and shuttle we had for our wedding day and not the drivers. Our drivers were nice and professional; however, the company and their vehicles truly disappointed me. We got married in June, it was a hot and humid day in the mid 80's and the limo's air conditioning was not working well. There were times where it was blowing hot air on us! It was the most uncomfortable ride I had and we had a longer trip from the ceremony to the reception so for a half hour we were sweating in the limo. The driver apologized about it and so I called Elite to leave feedback about their vehicles and to let them know it's unacceptable to send vehicles for a June wedding where the air conditioning is not working. The sales lady said the manager would return my call and it's 2 weeks later and I haven't received a call from them. The icing on the cake was when the shuttle we had for the guests came to pick us up at the end of the reception and that air conditioning was not working well either. I am weary about recommending them to anyone because I would not want them to be sitting in sweat in their beautiful white dress like I had to do.
