Beautiful and Delicious! True Art in Cake!

My daughter's wedding was this weekend and the cake was both beautiful and delicious. It was exactly what we discussed! Beatriz was wonderful and helped us size the cake to accommodate a sentimental, family heirloom cake topper. She captured our vision for the cake exactly! It was perfect, and many people had second servings!! We found this vendor through our venue, but we now have a new "go to" bakery!!

Cake covered in roses and flowers. LOVE

We hired Elite Cake creations for our wedding cake for Dec 1 2018. We were very nervous as to the selection of cake. We put in front of Elite what we thought would def be a challenging cake and boy did they come through! Absolutely stunning! This cake exceeding my expectations and floored our guest! Everyone was in awe of this amazing masterpiece. It was perfect ! I will definitely hire them again and again! Thank you so much for this amazing beauty of a cake!

Definitely this will be the best option to order the cake of your wedding. Extremely delicious, professional and a great price. I visited many places before selecting it and when I arrived here, I managed to get everything I had looked for. Thanks to these people, my wedding was much more than I thought, another level. So this was one of the cake vendors Jacaranda gave us in our package. I don’t regret it!! So this is a family owned business that has its roots from Cuba!! The cake recipe is that same from Cuba. One our guest said that the cake was so delicious it took her back to her childhood in Cuba !! The filling was delicious! Thank you for a beautiful cake!!!

Amazing wedding cake. There are so many wedding cakes that are beautiful, but taste horrible. However, at Elite, you get a beautiful cake and it tastes amazing. I received so many compliments on the cake!

loved my wedding cake!!! Elite is the place to go!!! everyone at my wedding also loved the way the cake looked and most important how it tasted!! So many people had seconds!! We also loved it and wished we had more.. !! You won't go wrong with Elite!!

They are able to create designs using buttercream as well as fondant which I appreciate since fondant cakes don't always taste great. The flavors were amazing and they created the exact cake I wanted! I found a cake on Pinterest and they were able to recreate it exactly! Amazing!

EVERYBODY LOVED THE CAKE!!! I have to start there.... everyone came asking me who had made the cake....thank you so much for taking care of us the way that you did....from making sure the cake design was what we wanted (although when we walked in we didn't know until you helped us out lol) to just making a cake everybody loved.....from day one I knew I would love you guys and the cake...the history behind your business and family..... the way I felt like I was among family when I went in and met with Beatriz....and Beatriz mom being a trip to work with......the entire experience with you all was great! Beatrice went up and beyond for our wedding cake. It was so perfect everyone is still talking about the cake. I get asked everyday "who did our cake". I will continue to use Elite cakes for all my parties and company functions.

I haven't had my wedding yet, but just in talking to the staff to plan my cake and set up my cake tasting the staff seems wonderful. They show the love for what they do. When discussing pricing, Adriana took my budget in consideration and helped me out tremendously. From the tasting alone the cake seems amazing and I can't wait to have more on my wedding day.
I would recommend Elite Cake Creations to my friends and family. :)

I had my wedding on December 12th and all I can say is WOW!!! the cake was absolutely beautiful it came out the way I had hoped it would and more! It was so delicious everyone had seconds.....My husband and I agree that we will definitely be using them any time we need a cake.
I would definitely recommend Elite Cake Creations :)

For the budget below, it's an approximate amount, I want to say about $425-$450ish, but my cake was a 3 tier round wedding cake buttercream icing, fondant snowflake decorations and vanilla custard filling for 100 people.

I highly recommend anyone looking for attention to detail and a great tasting cake to go to Elite! I had such a great experience working with Beatrice! I came in three different times confused about the design and idea I wanted for my wedding cake and she was extremely sweet, patient and helpful. True professionalism.. and she is very creative and is great at what she does. Also, I have tasted the cakes at other big cake companies in South Florida and they are not as tasty as Elite. In the end my wedding cake was everything I hoped it would be, my cake was perfect! I am very happy I chose Elite and will be going back for future events!! Thank you Beatrice!!!!! :) xoxo

We used Elite for our wedding cake for April 25th and we absolutely loved them. The wedding cake looked more beautiful then we imagined and tasted so great. We highly recommend them for the future.

My future husband and I have been looking for a good cake store until a friend recommended us to Elite Cake Creations. I must share with all of you that we have found that amazing cake place in Elite Cake Creations. Beatriz and the whole staff are awesome! We have been there a couple of times already to talk about our cake and they receive us with a huge smile and always offering cake samples of all different flavors. sooooo soooo yummy! We have ordered 2 cakes and they have been super beautiful and tasty. I commend them for their attention to detail. Gio and I cant wait for our wedding day and see our dream wedding cake next month! I hope this helps people go with the best cake company in Broward county! Beatriz and Elite Cake Creations we definitely will be coming back and recommending this company to everyone we know!!

Beatrice with Elite Cakes was wonderful!! We had initially gone with another cake company recommended by our venue, but were very disappointed with the service we received. Our venue coordinator mentioned she had a wonderful experience with Elite Cake Creations, so we decided to try a tasting before making a final decision. We were so happy we did! Beatrice was so sweet and attentive! She sat with us as we tried each cake flavor and discussed decoration options with us. Our cake was included in the wedding package through our venue, but for a small extra price we could have additional "bling" and decorative ribbons added, making it a beautiful (not to mention delicious!) cake. The cake was delivered on time, with all the decorations perfectly set and she was able to add on a last minute cake topper that we brought to the venue with us the day of the wedding. We definitely recommend Elite Cake Creations!

We came from out of town for our consultation. They were very flexible with us on when we could meet. They had a lot of options for us to look at, and were easily able to fit in ideas we had found on our own.

My recommendation for Elite Cake Creations came from my venue where I held my ceremony and reception and they did not disappoint. All of my guests loved the vanilla rum cake that was served and commented how fresh and delicious it was. I totally placed my trust in Beatriz's hands when I met with her and I could not have been happier when I saw our cake on our wedding day!!

I am a sweet lover and I found Elite Cake Creations in Cooper City thru a friend who uses them regularly. I have to say this is the most delicious cake I have ever tasted in my life!!! Every bite I took of this cake was amazingly delish! I cant wait to get our holiday cake and for sure I do recommend this company to everyone. Plus their service is superb! this would be the second time i have had a cake from them and they don't disappoint.. i was so happy with my wedding cake it was gorgeous just what i wanted and all the different flavors they have at cake tasting was hard to choose, i would definitely refer them to my friends and family!

Have you ever been to a wedding and said, "WOW, that cake tastes amazing!!"? Neither had I... until my own wedding!

My new husband, Bud, and I are in the wedding/event business ourselves (Let's Party! DJs), and we planned our entire celebration in 72 hours! That said, we had a little help from our friends to put it all together.

Our dear friend, Andrea of Incredible Events, offered to find us a cake... And this is, of course, where Elite Cake Creations comes into the mix.

The cake looked beautiful, and miraculously matched our color scheme perfectly with its silvery white icing and delicate, fondant flowers you'd swear were real. When we first cut into it, we didn't even know what flavor it would be. The flavor soon revealed itself to be: HEAVEN! We ate the entire piece we cut, standing there, oohing and ahhing over its deliciousness. The icing was real icing, the cake itself moist and fresh. I think it was lemon-buttercream? Slightly citrusy and definitely dreamy.

A week later, our guests are STILL talking about our phenomenal cake! We just finished off the leftovers and are consider ordering another one simply for a "daily dose of dream cake"!

Thank you Elite Cake Creations! We will absolutely refer you to our friends and clients.

I actually loved my interactions with the company. Erik was awesome, he took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted. The flavor of the cake was great, not too sweet just how i like it. I just wish i was able to take more than one bite before being taken away to take a million more photos :)

We were referred to Elite Cake Creations through our Venue, Jacaranda Country Club.

We are extremely pleased with how Elite Cake Creations made our dream cake come true. The day we came in, the owner was warm, helpful and flexible. She was willing to please, incorporating our wedding colors and our disney cake topper.

The cake was DELICIOUS!!! If you want 5 star quality, you need to come here. We were given samples the day we came in and it melted our mouths. Our guest were pleased and we received many compliments on how delicious the cake was.

Elite Cake Creations exceeded our expectations! We had a vision of how we wanted our cake to be and it looked EXACTLY like that vision. They did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! Not only was it beautiful but it was the most delicious, moist cake we have ever had. We ordered our cake with a cannoli filling....TO DIE FOR! The only time people were not dancing at our wedding was when the cake came out because everyone was too busy diving into their second and third slices lol! Our experience with Elite Cakes was so wonderful and we will definitely be ordering from them in the future! :)

There service was amazing. They are very personable, are great at they job, and by far exceeded my expectations. I was not able to taste my cake but when I called to thank my giest and asked them I was filled with wonde4rful compliments on how beautiful and great tasting my cake was. It was definately my amazing dream cake. I am so grateful for them.

Excellent cake. All my guests loved it. It not only had great taste but it looked beautiful and exactly what we wanted and asked for. Glad that they were able off of a picture to recreate the cake to our liking in every aspect. Everything was great. Definitely will purchase other cakes from Elite in the future.

One of the best places for a wedding cake. The flavors are so amazing and they designed out wedding cake to our exact expectations. Our cake was a memorable sight to see and not only was our wedding cake amazing but the grooms cake was unbelievable. I know the roller skate cake was a challenge but they really made it happen.

DELISH!!!!! Best way to describe our cake. Such an amazing taste for an affordable price. It was only a few $ more than a Publix cake! We got a white cake with pineapple, orange fruit filling. YUM!!!!

We had a choice of 3 cake vendors with the package from our venue. After tasting at all 3, we knew, hands down, that Elite Cake was the one for us. The cakes included in the packages are amazing but if you want upgrades, they are very affordable. We had so many compliments on how good our wedding cake was, and we couldn't agree more!

Ok so here is the thing, everything was wonderful at our ceremony but our cake was horrible. This is the thing, we were told at the last minute by our venue planner that Elite Cake cancelled our order the day before our ceremony, because they could not make the cake that we selected. Only to find out today after speaking with Beatriz from Elite Cakes that she was told by our venue planner that we cancelled our order for the cake. This is sad because we did not cancel because Elite Cakes make the best tasting cakes in the world. We went to the cake tasting and the cake was the last worry that we had. So now on Monday I am going to speak with our venue planner to find out why she told us that lie and why did she lie to Beatriz of Elite Cakes. Let me just tell you how professional Beatriz (Elite Cakes) is, she has offered to make our anniversary cake because she knows that it was no fault of ours that Gina from the venue canceled our order. Ladies if you are in need of a great tasting cake please call Beatriz at Elite Cakes in Davie Florida, their cakes are the best. Thanks Beatriz we can't wait to see and taste our anniversary cake.

I can't even begin to tell you about the fantastic reaction people had to the wedding cake you made for me. People are still talking about how creative and huge is was, 8 Tiers. I love love love love this place! We had a three tier strawberry marble with passion fruit filling wedding cake. The design was square with white butter cream and bamboo accents. I showed them the design I wanted and they totally nailed it! All of the guests at my wedding were commenting on how delicious the cake was and that it was the BEST tasting and looking wedding cake they had ever eaten or seen. I am definitely using Elite Cake Creations again. All of the staff is more than willing to accommodate anything you need and answer any questions. The flavors of cake and fillings they have are out of this world. Everything there looks amazing and tastes equally as amazing. Definitely the BEST place to go for a wedding cake.

OMG! i ready did not get a chance to try the cake in full, because i was to busy dancing.. but the little bit i was able to tates, was asome.. i loved the taste of the frosting.. not to sweet.. and the decoration was exclactly at i had order.. my son loved it.. thank you! wil recommend this to everybody..

Not only did the cake match the photo we provided exactly, but so many came up to us telling us the cake was as delicious as it was beautiful. Beatriz even went above and beyond by helping my find a makeup artist when our's canceled 2 days before the wedding!!! She just happened to call when I had found out our makeup artist wasn't going to show up. I can't recommend them enough

My first request when I met Elite Cake Creations was that although my wedding reception was in a venue in Miami, I did not want my cake to be a spanish cake(usually so moist). She then brought me in and had me taste her cake and it was great! She had tons of designs. The great thing about this cake was that it looked as good as it tasted. Glad I chose them!

Elite Cake Creations made the best wedding cake for me! I'm not a big fan of fondant either but I was pressured by my family not to choose buttercream, since I was having a summer wedding, and I am sooo glad that I listened to them. Elite Cake Creations created the first fondant cake I actually enjoyed eating. Not only was the design exactly what I asked for, but the cake had lasting quality as well. By this I mean that my mother and mother-in-law wrapped the top tier of my cake and put in the freezer. A year later my husband and I defrosted our top tier and ate a piece, and to our surprise it still tasted amazingly good. I was so pleased with my wedding cake that I am currently planning another cake creation with Beatrice for my December baby shower. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone that wants a beautifully constructed great tasting wedding cake, you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Delicious and sweet

Elite cake came with our wedding package by the venue. Our first appointment went well, she even draw the cake for us. It helped us decide if we wanted a 2 or 3 tiers cake. We did get to taste the flavor we wanted on our second and final appointment, she made it for us. Our wedding cake taste great, it was the exact flavor we requested for. The only thing was when we got the cake the ribbon we picked to match the our wedding color was a completely different color. Besides that we would recommend Elite cake and order cake from there again for future event.

This review is trickier than all the others I have had to write.

I was in town to plan my wedding and had one week to do it all. Booking our wedding at the Embassy Suites was great cause the package we had included our cake (up to a certain price). We narrowed down the wedding cake search to 2 places and when we met with Elite Cake Creations, Mike, he was wonderful to work with and so personable & professional. We sat down and talked all details... layers, flavors, colors, and details. We wrote everything out and made sure to dot our I's and cross our T's. We added ribbon to the bottom of each layer in the color of the wedding. The only thing I needed to add werre the flowers and a cake topper. We picked a cute cake topper of a man and woman on a motorcyle and we decided to have some fun with the concept. The only last minute detail I had to give them were the flowers. I was asked to send a picture to them so they can mirror them on the cake.

This was the one vendor I had all the faith in and was let down. The day of the wedding, we were allowed to come in and see the room set up and cake. When I saw the cake, I was dissappointed. The flowers were not at all what I sent them a picture of and the cake topper was not the same I ordered. I actually hated the topper and have not displayed it in our house. Later to find out, the flavors we ordered were not right either.

After the wedding, I came back to my house and called them to let them know my thoughts. The owner of the company, Beatriz, and I played phone tag a few times, but when we talked she apologized and told me what happened that weekend and there were several issues that arose with other cakes. This was all due to a specific baker who is no longer working for them. My cake topper was dropped that day and shattered into a few pieces. I told her I wish they would have called me to let me know cause I would have picked a different one versus one I hate looking at. Beatriz was very apologetic and refunded us all our money and told us she wanted to make it right by baking us another cake at a later date. I told her I appreciated it.

Overall, I would still recommend Elite Cake Creations to another bride. Their service was amazing and their cakes are gorgeous to look at. Even the flavors are tasty. I think we just had an unfortunate incident happen to us. Definitely makes for a great story!

The cake was wonderful. Everyone ate it!!! I left ribbon to be placed around each of the three layers, and it was not done. No one knew so it really didn't matter. The taste was fab!!! That's all that matters.

I was looking for a wedding cake and the ladies there have an eye for beautiful, custom creations. I didn't really know what I wanted and they were able to work with me showing the cake on paper and giving me a great visual and if I wanted to change something they spent the time to redraw it and make sure I was completely satisfied with it. Only thing I did not like, for the cake filling they brought out Raspberry-coconut, and Baileys. Two very random choices and my fiance does not even like coconut. We did not get to chose what filling we wanted to taste only what they felt I should taste. We ended up going with no filling because we were not too crazy about those flavors.

Through our venue, we had a choice of three cake companies to use for our wedding cake. After visiting with all three, our decision was a no-brainer. Elite Cake Creations makes some of, if not THE BEST cake I have ever eaten in my life (and I LOVE dessert). For the tasting, I went with my now husband, my parents and one of my bridesmaids. My bridesmaid is not a fan of frosting. However, she couldn't get enough of Elite's buttercream. We all hadn't been exposed to good fondont before, but Elite's tasted just like marshmellow. Because I loved their cakes so much, I also had Beatriz make our groomsmen cake, which was a surprise for my husband (she made an amazing Ghostbusters cake, which was a chocolate cake filled with cookies and cream icing covered in fondont). Both our wedding cake and groomscake were devouered and many compliments were given on the lines of "this is the best wedding cake we have ever had!" and I agree!

We were definitely impressed when we saw our cake on our big day, it truly was beautiful and delicious. The woman who helped us at the bakery was very professional and knowledgable, she helped us create the cake we had envisioned for our wedding.

There is only one wedding that we've been to that the cake was worth talking about...that is until we had our own. Our cake was included in the package with our venue and the first cake company we tasted with and confirmed did not blow us away, but in an effort to save some money, we moved forward with the cake that was included in our package. Turns out that our venue offered us to try out the new vendor they were using and let's just say we didn't hesitate to change cake providors. The cake was delicious (and we are not even huge on sweets). We received so many compliments at our wedding about how delicious and beautiful the cake was. This was the first wedding where the cake was something to talk about. The only complaint we have is that the cake was not designed as we had asked. We asked for lines in the butter cream and received no lines and dots at each tier instead. Also, the vendor did not bring a box for us to include the top tier to take home for our one year anniversary. There is room for improvement, but overall, we were happy with the product and taste (most important).

Elite Cake Creations was an included cake option for my reception venue Deer Creek. The tasting appointment we had was a little disappointing since they didn't have a lot of variety ready for us to taste. However, they helped me design a beautiful wedding cake from what I had described to them. The reason I rated them lower than a 5 is the cake we received on the wedding day was not the flavor we requested. However, it still tasted delicious and looked beautiful.

Our cake was part of our wedding package with Jacaranda Country Club. We did not get any upgrades, and just got the arranged cake. It was quite delicious and moist. It looked beautiful with our cute custom topper that we ordered from Etsy and gorgeous flowers draping down. They were easy to work with and I thought it was tasty, so I would recommend them again!

I met Beatriz at a bridal show and she seemed to really care about cake creations. I had a special idea for my design and she 100% read my mind! She made the cake look absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The design was everything I wanted and more! However, the team she works with is very disorganized. When we went for our design and tasting, nobody knew which flavors we had picked, they did not know who we were, and it was a different person there every time. We had done cupcakes, and they were supposed to have filling in the middle of them, but instead, the filling was placed on the side of the plate next to the cupcake.. it was honestly disappointing to bite into this cupcake and find no filling inside. Also, they had promised to make another top tier for us to keep as an anniversary tasting, and we never received one. I have called 3 weeks in a row and no one has called me back. I was finally very persistent today and demanded to talk to a manager. They are able to accommodate us, but it sure was like pulling teeth to get an answer. I would recommend this place, solely for the beautiful design work of Beatriz. However, please be tough and make sure they write down and give you exactly what you have discussed.

My fiance and I had a scheduled cake tasting apt for 6 pm. We weren't seen until 7:15 pm. There was only one other person waiting before us and the employee tried to juggle both orders at the same time. I am unsure who took care of us because she did not introduce herself. The only cake that was brought out to us was vanilla to try. I was also told that I could make another apt to try some other flavors if they were being made. I thought that whole point of a cake tasting was to come and try various flavors of cakes on the day the apt was scheduled in the first place. I felt rushed to make a decision.

I got to this place and everybody was nice and attentive.I tried different kinds of cake flavors, and I personally love the coconut one.It was delicious.
The decorations the cake was supposed to have were real flowers on the top and on the bottom.Well,that was a complete disaster,the cake didn't have the flowers because the lady left it in somebody else hand, and they didn't do it.The flavor was another disaster ,you couldn't even tell that the cake had coconut in it, and it was so dry, and it tasted like it was make a week before the wedding. I don't know what happened ,but what a huge disappointment. Sorry,but I just can't recommend this business to anyone

If I could give zero stars I would. I had scheduled a meeting for my wedding cake tasting over a month ago. So excited for this because we had tried their cake previously at the venue we chose, was told in person I could bring my family members and even during the reservation online I was able to add their emails and how many were attending. They called me to see if I could come in early but I live an hour and a half away told them I couldn’t make it earlier but would be there at set time, was then texted saying they needed to reschedule, then sent another text saying disregard the last message. My fiancé called to make sure we were still able to come before making the drive they said yes to still come. Well I wish we never went. They didn’t accommodate my party at all. In fact they only spoke directly to me (as the bride) ignored my fiancé completely. As we continued they brought out 4 bite size same cake with a slightly different variation (fillings were different) for my family to try with not enough forks I had to ask. The meeting was meant to be 60 but ended up being 10-15 and they locked up as soon as I walked out. Very unprofessional, uninviting and not accommodating. We will not be using them for our wedding. And I suggest find somewhere else. Myself, father, mother and fiancé have emailed and have been ignored. THERES A MILLION OTHER BAKERIES USE THEM.

I ordered a small cake from this vendor for my fiancé's birthday and to sample the vendor as consideration for our upcoming wedding. The cake was supposed to be ready at 10am for my fiancé's birthday party and it took 40 minutes for an employee to answer the door. 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone and over an hour since arrival to get the cake. No preemptive phone call no apologies. No explanation. If they can't handle a birthday cake I would not trust them to handle a wedding cake. I'm fuming! To top it off it was sloppy and not decorated as discussed. there was purple dye splashed onto the blue snd white decorative toppings. I just didn't have the time to fuss any more to make them correct something they obviously could have seen themselves.

We had our wedding on 2/18. We specifically asked for them to change the filling to dulce de leche and we paid $60 for it. The cake did not have dulce de leche inside, and when I called to complain, they asked me for a picture to prove that I'm saying the truth. So unprofessional. We ended up throwing the entire cake out.
