Amazing Experience!

I went to Elite Bridal in Champaign for the first time last year. I was not planning on purchasing a dress, just trying on to see what was a good fit. The consultants and manager were so accommodating and friendly. They even took my 2 year old daughter to play and kept her occupied while my mother and I searched for dresses. Everyone there was willing to go above and beyond to find my perfect dress, and we did! I bought the Pronovias Dracma gown. I had it in no time. Shipping was fast and the dress is perfect. I also purchased my bridesmaids dresses there. They made sure even with different styles they all had the correct color and lace. Thank you so much Elite Bridal for helping make my big day great!

Start here when dress shopping!

I could not have asked for a better dress shopping experience at Elite. Not only did Rose help us find a variety of dresses from different designers for me to try on, but also pulled accessories to go with the dresses I liked. I was very happy and confident with the dress I picked, and it came in earlier than expected! I had the same excellent service when shopping for a veil to go with it. As an Elite Bride, I also got a $100 accessory credit, as well as discounted steaming the week of the wedding. You also get discounts on other Elite services! I went to multiple shops when looking for my wedding dress, and Elite was the absolute best.

Best Day Ever 5.26.2019

I can't even begin to describe my wedding dress experience at Elite Bridal. The whole team made my dress shopping amazing. They were accommodating to all of my needs and when it came to time to say Yes to the Dress there was no hesitation. I felt like a princess throughout my entire appointment. Whenever I called the store they were always willing to help and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I can't thank you all enough for making my wedding dress shopping one that I will never forget.

A great variety of dresses and prices! I bought my Martina Liana wedding dress here and could not be happier. I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day! Elite Bridal was a pleasure to work with and made me feel so special while shopping for the perfect dress. Highly recommend!

Elite Bridal staff made me feel like a Queen the day I picked out my dress. Even more importantly they helped me customize a gorgeous Martina Liana to cover everything I wanted and more. They even went out of their way to ship me my dress and accessories since I live in Florida. This was a wonderful experience. I received hundreds of compliments on my dress on my wedding day and it made me feel like a bride but also like me!

Elite Bridal was so understanding when it came to the chaos of trying to get our wedding party outifts ordered. When it came to picking out my dress, they were wonderful! They actually allowed us to come back after going to browse another shop that wasn't as friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Beth and Kayla were the consultants that worked with my fiancé and me and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. We both wanted to try on our dresses during the same appointment for our friends and family, but not see each other! They had us on the Main Stage and we took turns coming out to show everyone the dresses. They made our experience amazing from the very moment we walked in and helped us both find the dresses of our dreams, within budget! They are so nice and attentive and really try to help find the perfect dress for you! We are so thankful we chose to start our dress shopping at Elite, and we will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends!

Customer service here is divine! They make you feel like a princess, and they treat your whole wedding group like they are important, as well. This place is the only place I would go for my dress, accessories, and everything else! The trolley was the perfect touch for the big day, and I am so thankful we chose them to be a part of our big day! Thanks for an incredible experience, Elite!

I wanted to go during their Stella York trunk show in August and had scheduled an appointment for the Sunday of that weekend, well in advance. They called me about 2 weeks prior to the appointment asking me to change my appointment to Friday or Saturday because the dresses would no longer be there on Sunday. I was so happy they had put a note or something on my appointment that I wanted to be there for that trunk show. Due to other limitations of the weekend, they offered to stay open late or open early to ensure my mom and I could make while they had the dresses. I was so happy with the flexibility they were willing to do to make my appointment work! Luckily, they didn't need to make special arrangements, we found a time that worked for all of us. As soon as we started shopping, they really made the appointment special. Once Kayla could see my vision, she picked out multiple dresses for me to try on. I ended up going with one she chose. She also came up with ideas for alterations to make it my perfect dress!! I cannot wait for my dress to come in!

We started the experience with a VIP appointment at the store, which was amazing. They had snacks, wine, and the night was so fun for my family and friends. I not only got my dress from Elite, but the bridesmaids dresses, tuxes, and ring bearer outfits as well. They all turned out so great!! Lauren and Danielle helped every step of the way! They were awesome and so accomodating, always working around my schedule and being there every step of the way with reccomendations, reminders, etc.!! I have had a million comments on the dress and all the outfits together, and how well everything looked. My expereince from Elite was better than amazing! I would reccomend them to all future brides! :)

Danielle at Elite Bridal was quick to respond via e-mail to my initial questions and easily booked me an appointment to try and dresses.

During my appointment I never felt any pressure to move fast or to purchase a dress. However, Mervet found the perfect dress for me and I can't wait to wear it in March!

I have no complaints. I traveled an hour and a half to go to Elite because they had the dress I wanted to try on. I got that dress, and I also got a great experience with it. Everyone there is so nice and makes you feel special.

After shopping at two other bridal stores in the area that day, Elite was my last shot. I had found a gown at a different store that I was pretty set on, but never had that 'THIS IS MY DRESS' feel. I walked into my appointment, picked out a few dresses with the help of my bridal party, and got to trying on. The dressing rooms were huge, and I had privacy but also help when needed. I loved the huge mirrors and 'stage' when I came out to show my bridal party. I immediately knew when I found the dress for me. I felt like a true princess with the help of Elite, finding just the right accessories to go with it. Very professional and I would highly recommend Elite!!

I was a little disappointed when I first walked in, thinking it was a smaller store than I anticipated and thus the selection wouldn't be as good as a place like David's Bridal or something - but I couldn't have been happier with this place! Their stuff, though somewhat more limited in quantity, far surpassed other stores in way of quality. The dresses there are absolutely beautiful, the service was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were able to put together a dress/jacket combination that gave me absolutely everything I was looking for in a dress! Not only that, but a few days after purchasing the gown I received a hand-written thank you note from the girl who helped me, wishing me the best for my wedding and offering further assistance should I have any need of it. I cannot recommend this store highly enough!

Elite Bridal is the only business I would trust to help with planning my wedding! Being a plus size bride, wedding shopping wasn't exactly easy for me. Elite bridal made it fun and made me feel beautiful. They listened to what I wanted and had me try on a dress that I didn't exactly like on the hanger, and it was THE ONE. They knew what I was looking for when I really didn't. They were very responsive and professional. There was a mistake where the wrong dress size was ordered; but they quickly took over and took care of the alterations for me. They handled the problem very professionally and I never doubted their ability to get me my perfect dress for my day, and they did.

I found my absolute dream dress with the help of the wonderful staff at Elite Bridal. My appointment was a VIP appointment so the store was closed to everyone except me and my group of bridesmaids, mom, and soon to be mother in law. Elite picked us up in a limo and had champagne and appetizers waiting for us at the store.

The main salesperson I worked with was Mervet. She was so attentive and took the effort to get to know my bridal style. She was a huge help in working with me to eliminate dresses to find "The One." I couldn't image finding my dress anywhere else. I also ordered bridesmaid dresses from them as well!

I have loved working with evweyi at elite! I cannot say enough good things about them. They helped me find a dress once I found out my dream dress was no longer made :( and then they sold me the sample for a like half off since it fit pretty much perfectly. I got all the girls dresses and the tuxes also. I can't wait for out day

Elite Bridal is every brides dream salon! As soon as we walked in I knew it was going to be such a fun day! Our consultant, Jenn, was so sweet and really listened to my budget and what I wanted in a dress! I had been all over central Illinois looking for a dress, and the first one I put on at Elite I KNEW it was mine! I would recommend Elite to any bride! It was such a fun day and I felt no pressure to buy it, and no rise to take it off! She helped me find accessories and a veil too and really took the time to stay in my budget and help me look beautiful!

I had the best experience at Elite Bridal! Mervet helped me find the perfect wedding dress. I went into the appointment thinking I was "just looking" I tried on 4 or 5 and then I tried on the ONE! Everything about is was exactly what I have been dreaming about! When I put on the veil my grandma and mom started crying that's when I new it was the one! I have done business with Elite Bridal on several different occasions. Both for bridesmaid dresses and my own wedding dress. All times I have been there to try on dresses for all events, the staff has been extremely helpful, nice, and made the experience more relaxing. I myself was nervous to try on wedding dresses for the simple fact I was afraid I wouldn't like any on me, but the entire staff made me feel like such a beautiful bride. I also had a problem with the size of a bridesmaid dress that I ordered, and the employees at Elite did everything they could to make sure I got what I needed to get a dress that fits-and it does! I would recommend Elite Bridal to anyone who is looking for dresses for all sorts of events!

Before we went to Elite we were at another bridal shop we were at and Elite blew it out of the water with their huge selection and variety of dresses. Not to mention having a large dressing room with a mirror and a platform to walk out to show your friends and family. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly!

The staff here are AMAZING. I found myself in a bind 3 months before my wedding. I had originally purchased a dress (at a different bridal store) and was frantic to discover that I did not like it. It wasn't a bad dress, but I did not feel good in it, it wasn't me, and I didn't feel like a bride should feel in a wedding dress. I'm unable to purchase a dress off of the rack because I'm 6'0." I called Elite Bridal to see if they had any dresses that could be rushed. The staff here so were so friendly, accommodating, and reassuring. They listened to what I wanted and helped me find a great dress. They went to extra lengths (after hours) to help me find a dress, take measurements, and talk with the designers to make sure the dress I wanted would be delivered on time. I don't know what I would have done without their help.

I worked with Sarah when I was in the shop and she was excellent. I loved working with her. She was a huge help, patient, and so friendly. The store has a very wide variety of dresses and prices. They also have great accessories in the store which they let you try on to make your look while you're picking out your dress.

Let me just say I am so indecisive! Especially about dresses! I really don't focus on what looks good on me but more so what looks good in a magazine!

A few months before I got engaged, I scoped out the bridal scene in Champaign and found Elite Bridal. Went in and tried on a handful of dresses....David Tuttera, Kenneth Winston, etc. Fell in love w/ a Kenneth Winston...but left it there.

After a few mnths and getting engaged I took my mom there and tried on more and the same Kenneth Winston dress. Still loved it! So recently I went back for their trunk show and tried on multiple dresses. My consultants Jenn and Secily were great! B/c I went in to the store so often I felt like all the girls knew who I was...just part of an awesome family. Each time it was the same professionalism and genuiningly there for me to help me find the perfect dress for my body. Not what was in the magazine. Jenn constantly consulted me when I was in front of the mirror asking what I did and did not like. Just really listening to me. I found this care very wonderful b/c I previously went to DB and the consultant there couldn't care what I wanted. Basically didn't want me to try on dresses b/c of my indecisivness. Needless to say the team at Elite want to get you in those dresses and get down to the smallest details. Jenn and Sicily were amazing! The whole Elite team is fabulous! And of course I picked the first dress I tried on those several months ago. I'm in love w/ their service, care to the customer, and all around enthusiasm about making it about the bride! Elite Bridal, is simply the best! There's no contest on service and I am pleased and proud to have worked with them!

Elite Bridal was the first (and last!) place I went to look for wedding dresses. I ended up narrowing it down to three dresses, which Secily patiently allowed to try on multiple times so I could make a decision. I was the girl that had been a bridesmaid 5 times. All of those dresses were from a different shop so I assumed I would get my dress there as well. However, my mom wanted me to go to Elite. Thank God I did! They had the best service that I had during my bridal experience. My consultant actually listened to what I wanted. She was respectful of my wish to be private and keep the moment with my mom and sister. I loved the set up of their store compared to others. They were responsive via email and phone and flexible when it came to appointment times. They didn't force you tonuse one of their seamstresses either! They gave you suggestions but allowed you to go to others if your chose. Great service, great staff, great company. I would recommend to any bride.

I was nervous going in that the store would be too expensive for my budget. But, as soon as we arrived and told her how much we wanted to spend, our consultant was so helpful and excited. She let me walk around the entire store and picked only dresses we could afford! She was great with helping with accessories and so much fun! I really loved my experience at Elite!

Elite Bridal was amazing during the entire dress buying experience. The associates were terrific in helping me find the perfect wedding dress! We also purchased our bridesmaids dresses because they gave us a discount because I had purchased my dress with them. They had a great selection & we found just what we were looking for! Everyone there was very friendly & tended to all our needs.

I had a fantastic time at Elite Bridal. These ladies are so helpful and willing to spend the time to help you find what you're looking for- and I had no idea what that was! They are very sweet and interested in everything going on. I would definitely recommend Elite Bridal!

Stephanie was great to work with. I really appreciate the warm welcome I received from everyone. The atmosphere was not stuffy and they were very accommodating. I felt like I could be myself and trust the consultant as I tried to find the perfect dress and please my family.

Beautiful Boutique Experience

I went to Elite Bridal because they carried Watters gowns, but was open to trying other things as well. From the beginning, they were extremely helpful with easy appointment times to making me, my mom, and grandma feel comfortable. My consultant asked us to pick out a few dresses first. She then was extremely helpful in narrowing down what I was looking for, helping me to try different things, and giving me options to alter dresses to my needs. I ended up with a Watters dress afterall and it was perfect! When I went back to pick up the dress, they were also extremely helpful in picking out a headpiece. I was treated with the utmost respect from beginning to end and felt extremely well cared for.
