We used Eliana Strings to play for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour this past weekend and it was amazing. They had a huge variety of songs and the guests got so excited when a new fun song played. Planning with them was also so smooth and efficient and overall such a positive experience. We'd recommend using them to anyone with an event in the area!

Not only did Eliana strings play beautifully at our wedding, Maya was also an absolute pleasure to work with. Very responsive and friendly during the entire process. Also, completely open to playing songs that were special to my wife and I that were not in the song book.
They were a huge hit at our wedding. We got so much great feedback from our guests about how incredible they sounded. I am so happy that we booked them and would recommend to any other couple that would like live music at their wedding.

amazingly talented performers
My husband and I are so happy that we hired Eliana Strings to provide music at our wedding. They performed classical numbers during our ceremony and more modern instrumentals during our cocktail hour. All of our guests felt that the wedding was so classy. It really made for a beautiful and personal experience. I arranged for them to play my parents' wedding song during cocktail hour which was special for my parents too. We felt that the string quartet was very affordable given how talented they are and for the atmosphere that the quartet created. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend hiring Eliana Strings for your wedding. We went back and forth on hiring live musicians for our wedding, and I'm so glad we did. We ultimately decided to go with their quartet option because they could play both classical music and contemporary music. It was nice to start the ceremony with classical music and move into more modern music. Maya was extremely flexible with a last-minute song request, and their presence ultimately elevated our event.

A beautiful addition to our special day
Having Eliana Strings at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We knew we wanted live music at our wedding - particularly a string quartet - and our experience was perfection from start to finish. The song selections were broad, pricing fair, and Maya was extremely communicative and great to work with. On the day of, the musicians were extremely professional and friendly and really heightened the overall vibe! We have no regrets having the quartet for 2 hours, covering both our ceremony and cocktail hour. Such a beautiful experience and we would absolutely recommend Eliana Strings to anyone looking for a string trio or quartet for their event.

My husband and I had hired a String Quartet in our wedding/ vow renewal 9 years ago and we know the magic that it brings to any party settings. Having Eliana Strings on my husband's 40th bday definitely brought back that magic. Even though we only had them for an hour it was definitely worth it to have them during cocktail hour. Friends were impressed and enjoyed their music. Musicians are all very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll have them again in future events. We got Eliana Strings to perform during our wedding ceremony and part of cocktail hour, and have no regrets. It was such a classy way to have our music before and during the ceremony. Amazing part of the wedding
We had Eliana strings quartet at our ceremony in a church playing classical music and contemporary music during our cocktail hour and they were amazing. The ceremony was taken to the next level with the strings playing. It really amplified the emotions and how beautiful it was. They are also so flexible and able to work with our church pianist to determine which parts to play.
With the cocktail hour they were playing pop contemporary music and we were able to go through their extensive set list and pick our favorites. It added a fun but classy feel to that part of the event. Everyone loved listening to Eliana strings play and figuring out the which song it was. They were also so professional when there was a problem with a party at the neighboring venue playing amplified music that drowned out their music. Eliana strings was a priceless touch to our special day and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a pleasure working with Maya and Eliana Strings for my wedding day! I loved their collection of songs, which are all listed on their website, neatly classified into Classic or Contemporary pieces. If there were any songs I was interested in that weren’t listed on the website, Maya searched for a free version or offered to buy the song for a small fee. The overall pricing, service, and performance were all top notch, and I am so glad I could add such a special touch to my wedding ceremony. Thank you all for your amazing music!

Working with Eliana Strings was an incredible experience. They were on time and professional during our ceremony. I still remember hearing the songs I picked right before walking down the aisle. Maya and her team are amazing! Maya is very organized and was always one call away to answering any questions I had. The quartet played all the songs I requested on my playlist beautifully. The guest still talk about it after weeks! They were all extremely professional and were punctual. My wedding was held on a Naval Base, this required base access. Maya and her team provided all information needed in a timely manner! Their quartet made my wedding just a little more special that day and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

The best String Quartet you can Get
We found them by simple google search San Diego String Quartet Popular Music. We binged Brigerton and loved the way popular music sounded in the classical instruments. Eliana had a great website that had a ton of music in their repertoire. Maya responded quickly to my email to save the date and get the contact set up. We had a play list of classical before the ceremony and wedding standards after the ceremony they broke out the Madonna, Miley Cyrus, The Rolling Stones, Beatles and The Cure. They sounded AMAZING!!!! There is no substitute to live music and these guys rock the popular and roll the classical. Highly recommend! And please invite me to your wedding so I can hear them again. Eliana Strings was an excellent choice for our wedding. Our vocalist for the ceremony had a key change request for our song (Latch - Sam Smith) and the quartet was able to accommodate and record a track for her to rehearse to (she was in another state). I cannot say enough great things about Eliana Strings. I used them for my ceremony music and couldn't be happier. They were recommended to me by my DJ and so glad they were. The selection of music was amazing and I loved that they had modern selections. Guests thought they played beautifully and couldn't stop raving how unique the experience was. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. If you are looking for a string quartet, definitely choose Eliana Strings! You will not be disappointed.

Enchanting Touch to Wedding Day
I cannot say enough good thoughts about Eliana Strings. Going into my wedding day, I knew I wanted to include a string quartet - my mom had one at her wedding and it was an important touch. Eliana Strings' platform was easy to use, they were extremely responsive, and executed the music flawlessly. All of my guests commented on how lovely the live music was and enjoyed the "Bridgerton" touch it added to the day. My only disappointment was that I wished I could have gotten the opportunity to be at my cocktail hour to hear them! But as the bride, it was time instead for pictures. Would highly recommend them for your wedding - you won't be disappointed.

We were recommended Eliana Strings by our day of coordinator. Maya, the owner was easy to communicate with and even helped us find songs we were looking for. She was very responsive to emails and our guests enjoyed the strings and added an extra element to our wedding which already had multiple other performers. 10/10 would recommend.

Would hire Eliana Strings over and over again!
My husband and I planned a wedding in the midst of pandemic. Having to reschedule our wedding once, when we initially reached out to Maya from Eliana Strings, there were so many uncertainties about our wedding plans. Maya was reassuring and professional from the very start. She was very responsive to our questions and helped us think through options as we were considering have the quartet play at our church ceremony as well as cocktail hour. In the end, we decided to have the quartet play at our reception venue cocktail hour for 1.5 hours. Eliana Strings had a great selection of contemporary songs - a lot of my favorites were on the list so it was very easy to pick songs. I also had recently become obsessed with the Bridgerton soundtrack, and they were able to play a few of my favorites from the show! We were so grateful to have Eliana Strings play at our cocktail hour, and I would hire them over and over again for future events :)

Eliana Strings made our wedding unforgettable! I can't say enough how grateful I am to have found Maya. We knew we wanted a string quartet to play at our wedding, and we didn't know where to start. I started researching musicians in San Diego, and I came across her website, which was very easy to navigate, clearly laid out the price plan, and listed songs that I was able to sample right then and there. After speaking briefly with Maya over the phone, I immediately felt better, and we enlisted her services right away. However, a few weeks later, we changed venues and had to downside our wedding. Maya was gracious and very understanding and was able to accommodate us nonetheless. Our wedding day turned out exactly how we envisioned it to be and more! Maya and her fellow musicians played all the songs we planned and more! They set the ambience perfectly, as they played our favorite love songs above the Del Mar cliffs as the sun was setting and with the ocean in the backdrop. I wouldn't change a thing!

Perfect touch to a dreamy wedding vibe!
Eliana Strings was the perfect choice for live entertainment for our vineyard wedding. The quartet playing as guests arrived to the cocktail hour was the perfect way to set the mood as everyone sipped on some wine and overlooked the vineyard. I can't wait to hire Eliana Strings again.

Beautiful touch to the ceremony
I knew I always wanted a quartet for my ceremony. They were helpful and responsive to my inquiries and guided me through the questionnaire to choose the music to play through the entire ceremony. The only thing I wish I would have done was have someone take video of the entire set list for me. I spent so much time choosing music and the day of I missed so much of it because I was waiting to walk in! But I would recommend their services a hundred times over. They were wonderful.

After my harpist cancelled on me 3 weeks before my wedding, I needed to find a replacement ASAP! I found Eliana Strings online and emailed right away. Their response was immediate and they were extremely helpful! They helped me decide on songs and walked me through every step of the way. Now on to the big day.....they were ON TIME and very professional. I couldn’t have asked for better music! Absolutely beautiful. They even received a standing ovation from the guests. Eliana Strings was one of the easiest vendors I worked with for my wedding. They had me fill out a questionnaire on their website and just let me know a couple things for the day of. I did not have to walk them through every part of the day and they still knew what to do and where to go!

When we first started planing our wedding we knew without a doubt we wanted a quartet to play our ceremony music. We looked at many quartets and Eliana Strings had the sound we loved most. They were easy to book and work with. They sent us a detailed questionnaire to fill out about what we wanted played at our ceremony. Their website and videos of songs makes it very easy to select what you want on your play list. We weren't there to witness their setup, but our planner said they were prompt and professional. From the moment I called Anna, I knew that Eliana Strings was the one! Bring a stressed-out bride trying to get all our vendors in order, she was very friendly and accommodating with all our needs. I had called a quartet company before calling Eliana Strings, and they truly made me feel like I was a burden! I did not feel that from Anna at all!
When it came to the wedding, I loved how the quartet knew a variety of songs, from classical music to pop music. It added a fun touch to our ceremony and guests loved it! I wanted to comment on the flexibility of Eliana Strings as well. My wedding ended up starting a little later than planned due to all my guests not being there on time (whoops!) and Eliana Strings was very accommodating! Never once did they seem inpatient and antsy to leave, they just went with it! And I truly appreciate that. Thank you! I highly recommend Eliana Strings!

I dreamt about walking the aisle to a string trio since I can't remember and that is the ONLY thing that I was NOT going to go without. I would have accommodated almost any other change in my vision but I wasn't going to budge on this. Eliana Strings was playing at a church that does not typically allow outside music but fortunately they made an exception for me and thank God they did. The sound was amazing the flow of the ceremony went off without a hitch and it met every expectation I had in my dreams. Do not think twice about booking Eliana Strings- it is worth every penny and more!!

Eliana Strings was amazing for our December 30, 2016 wedding! We hired them for both ceremony and cocktail hour music (2 hours total) and they were incredible. They were early to set up and extremely professional but most importantly the music was perfect. We had a number of guests who play music at a very high level who all remarked that the quartet could not have been better! We were so impressed with the sound quality of the instruments in a large, outdoor space and we were honored to have Eliana Strings play at our wedding. Eliana Strings is the must-book vendor if you are looking for a string trio or quartet.

Eliana Strings was incredible!! Working with Anna was great- she was very helpful and professional, and the Trio was incredible! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the music was and how it got everyone in the mood, as they were finding their seats before the ceremony. They played so beautifully and smoothly, and Eliana Strings really gave our ceremony that extra sparkle that we were looking for- it was very special and unique and we are so grateful. Eliana strings is amazing! Anna and her team of very accomplished and professional musicians will make the soundtrack of your wedding very memorable. Our guests loved hearing the string trio as they waited for our ceremony to start. They are truly talented and professional. We also met with Anna about a month before our wedding and she is a true delight to work with. It might be her cheeky Australian accent, but we agree it was her love of music... She also wanted to hear our love story and wanted to know the type of music we wanted. At first I thought we would go with very traditional music, but we ended up choosing very pop/ modern music. My husband wanted "Annies Song" by John Denver...she didn't have the sheet music for it, but was able to purchase it just for our wedding! We highly recommend Eliana Strings!

I love Eliana Strings!
The one thing I've always wanted at my wedding was a string quartet and I was willing to spend for this as my "one thing" to splurge on! Luckily I didn't have to spend toooooo much for their beautiful services.
Anna was very responsive and professional in arranging the services. Her team beautifully complimented our cocktail reception in the garden of the Hotel Del Coronado. One thing that I wish I had done (and it's my fault) was ensure they were under the gazebo or in a place where their sound could be amplified more.
I'm grateful that they were able to play all my music selections-- all modern music btw-- which really entertained the guests. Wish I could've set a video recorder on them so I could have enjoyed their music myself since I was running around doing "brides" stuff.
Definitely recommend!

I grew up playing upright bass in classical and jazz groups so I knew I wanted a string quartet for my wedding ceremony. I also love supporting younger musicians because I know how hard it is to make a living playing music. Eliana Strings played beautifully and everyone loved them at our ceremony at the Catamaran Resort! They are extremely easy to book -- no in-person meetings necessary -- and they are very professional -- they showed up early and left before we even had time to thank them. They played a variety of classical and pop music starting 30 minutes before the ceremony began. For our ceremony we chose "Marry You" by Bruno Mars as the processional, "Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts as the Bridal Entrance song, and "Wake Me Up" by Avicii for our recessional. The music was beautiful and fun and set the mood perfectly for the rest of the night!

Eliana Strings was the most elegant touch to our wedding ceremony. I always knew I wanted string music to play during the ceremony, but this expense was on my "first to cut" list when we were reviewing budgets. When I found Eliana Strings, I quickly fell in love with their quartet after watching their videos on the website and knew I had to have them at my wedding. Quite honestly, their prices were reasonable and we found a way to make it work. I didn't get to enjoy much of their music the day of the wedding with me running around getting ready, but our guests were able to enjoy it and when I heard "Hallelujah" play as I walked down the aisle with my Dad it gave me chills. Thank you Eliana Strings for being such a memorable part of our big day!

Anna was fantastic to work with! We were planning a destination wedding from Arizona, and she was so efficient in communication via email and phone calls. She even met with me at a Starbucks while I was in La Jolla doing final meetings with my vendors, which was so appreciated since I wasn't using a wedding coordinator. She was able to give wonderful advice based on her experience, and was truly concerned about making our experience exactly what we hoped it would be. When asked about changing one of the songs (tempo) to a variation I had found online, she didn't even hesitate. Her main objective definitely appeared to be customer satisfaction. We booked the string trio ensemble, and it was just perfect. We would highly recommend Anna and her team of musicians to anyone!

Anna and her team at Eliana Strings are incredible. Anna was helpful from A-Z. She knew the venue, knew what music would be permitted by the church, knew what would work best with our themes and overall vision, etc. Very low maintenance. No hand-holding or special requests. Absolute professionals. They knew exactly where to be and hit it out of the park. Having a string quartet elevates the experience of the entire wedding ceremony to another level.

Eliana Strings performed for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They were INCREDIBLE. It really set the whole mood for the wedding and gave it that elegance that we wanted for our special day.
Working with them to negotiate pricing and available and portray what we wanted was super easy and done with just a couple of emails. They sent over contracts and ways to pay through a website which made it super easy.
Neither me or my husband even spoke to them on the day, they were prompt, did their part and disappeared afterwards.
Very professional, extremely good value, brilliant performers. We would totally recommend them and would use them again if we ever had the opportunity.

Anna and the team were FANTASTIC! Having a quartet at our wedding was a HIT...not only with us, but also with our guests!!!
Eliana Strings worked with us to customize the playlist for the processional, recessional and the cocktail hour. Their extensive catalogue of music provided such a unique touch to our big day!!! We primarily used classical music for the ceremony, but they jammed pop songs (Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Journey, etc) during the cocktail hour.
Anna is a true professional in every aspect of the word. She's personable, easy to work with and always responsive. You would be doing yourself a favor by going with them- it was an easy decision for and us and probably one of the best ones we made for our wedding. We can't speak highly enough about this team.
