Amazing DJ!

We had Bobby D as our DJ for our wedding and he was great! The dance floor was always full and he kept the energy up all night!

Best DJ in all of Chicagoland!

Elevated Event Design provided our wedding DJ service. Armond was our DJ. A close family member used him for their wedding day so the decision for us was easy. Armond was very helpful in planning. Always willing to have a phone call to discuss specifics. Like many other couples we had to re-schedule with COVID. Armond was such a blessing to work with while we worked out a new date. His website planning process was easy and straightforward. He reads the dance floor and people very well, and knows exactly what music needs to be played for how long. Armond is a consummate professional. On time. Great setup. People never left the dance floor (Bride included). He did a great job of keeping things moving along. Many people completed us on how much they loved our DJ. I HIGHLY recommend Elevated Event Design for DJ services.

Elevated is the best, from the web site to set up your special day along with music choices, to the day of wedding with the look of DJ booth. A complete Pro. It was an awesome experience!

Wonderful!

Armond and Nathaniel were extremely helpful throughout the process. They were professional and everyone at the wedding enjoyed Borge the dj and photo booth services. Very kind and easy to work with. I am so happy I found them and they were apart of such an important day for me and my husband!

Best DJ ever!

Wow... I was blown away by how great this company was to work with. We used Elevated Event for both the DJ services and Photo Booth and we couldn't have been happier with both. Armond was our DJ and I received so many compliments from our guests on how great of a job he did! I couldn't agree with them more, Armond was extremely easy to work with and their wedding website they give you access to is great for all the planning around music selections! His music selection throughout the night was exactly what we requested and he switched up the music once we had only the younger folks out on the dance floor which was perfect! The photo booth was also a huge hit and they provide custom templates for the photos they print out and even give you a booklet where they put the copies of each photo in and let your guests write something under each photo. What a great way to save the memories from that night! Overall we are extremely happy with Elevated Event Design and for anyone looking for a DJ and/or photo booth then I would highly recommend them!

10/10 awesome DJ and emcee!

Armond was the DJ for our wedding 7/26 and I can't say enough good things about him. He is very professional and courteous. From our first communication and meeting, he was totally open to our ideas and always 100% understood what we wanted. We got married at a farm and had to use the farm's sound equipment, that was no problem for him. And during the bridal party introductions he knew exactly which part of each song to use without us saying anything. He is clearly very experienced as an emcee, and did a great job of reading the room, and getting people to dance. He is very laid back and put us at ease any way he could. The planning form on the website is super easy to use. Most importantly, he was VERY responsive to all of our questions/concerns and we'd get an answer to any question usually within a few hours, and keeping in touch and knowing everyone is on the same page is the most crucial thing to put marrying couples at ease. 10/10 he is awesome!

Awesome wedding MC/DJ!

Our friends and family were dancing all night. Almond could tell if a song wasn’t a hit with the group and he’d transition it quickly to something else. Our friends kept telling us how great the music was and even our photographer said that most weddings don’t have so many people on the dance floor!

Easy to work with DJ who played a great night of music

Armond was very easy to work with - he gave us exactly the right amount of guidance with what we needed to pick out and by when. At our wedding, he did a great job keeping the crowd moving and energized. He was good at MC'ing the entire night, calling out transitions and making sure we stuck to our timeline. I would recommend Elevated Event Design to friends and family for bigger events - it was an unforgettable experience.

I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Armond at Elevated Event Design was, hands down, THE most professional vendor I worked with during my wedding planning and on my wedding day. He is an excellent communicator, which is very important since no one has time to be tracking down vendors that are supposed to be working for YOU in the first place. He accommodated all of our requests from adding in a few songs he didn't have, uplights and bistro lights, and he even had a Polish announcer there to relay important details to our European attendees. I received more compliments on all that Armond did for us than the food, cake, or alcohol selection combined- and I think that says a lot! His music selection was absolutely perfect for a diverse crowd, and the dance floor was packed the whole evening. Elevated Event Design is simply the best DJ and lighting vendor out there. Do yourself a favor and make your wedding planning less stressful by booking with them.

BEST Decision we could have made!

From the first meeting we had with Armond, we knew there was no one else that we could trust with our wedding. His pricing was transparent and easy to understand, his communication was quick and direct, and he was able to keep our entire party entertained from start to finish. Armond was in charge of our ceremony music and our reception, and we also ended up going with a photobooth, which ended up being one of our guests favorite pieces to our party. During the entire reception and even days after, people were raving about his ability to read the crowd and keep everyone moving. All the fun, none of the cheese, we cannot speak highly enough of Armond and his team! They made one of the most tedious parts of planning a party (music is a biggie!) simple. Thank you, Armond for everything! Our guests LOVED you!

We used Elevated Event Design for their DJ service. Armand was extremely accommodating to our music choices (we were very against cheesy, hokey wedding music) and played some great stuff that got every body up on the dance floor. He also let us dropbox some custom wedding ceremony music as well as the music for our cocktail & dinner hour. He was very easy to work with and called us the week before to confirm everything was accurate and what we wanted.

We used Elevated Event Design for our cocktail hour and reception music, and we had Armond as our DJ for the night. Armond did a great job as an MC for the evening and kept the dance floor going all night! He was also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process.

Armond is absolutely amazing. He came early and let us use his uplights for the ceremony, even though we didn't use his music until the reception! Several of our guests commented on how much they loved our DJ! My new mother-in-law told me a few times how everyone loved that he played "older people" music and not just "younger people" music (I had told Armond beforehand we had a lot of older guests). He played all the songs I requested, even one random one that he had to go find :) And made sure not to play any of the typical cheesy wedding songs! My now husband said he wants to host another big event so we can have Armond be our DJ!
We also used his photobooth, which everyone loved! I didn't know (or probably forgot) that they make a guestbook out of all the photo strips so that was a nice surprise at the end!
I wish I could give him 10 stars!!

Armond was an amazing DJ and great person to work with. He made everything easy as far as planning goes and was willing to work with my wife and I's unique and eclectic playlist. He was professional throughout and everything throughout the night went perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. We likewise went through Elevated Event/Armond for our photo booth and it was a hit throughout the night. The photo booth worker was equally as professional as Armond and all of our guests enjoyed it. We both highly recommend Armond for all your DJ/Photo booth needs. Armond at Elevated Event Design was the perfect choice to DJ our wedding. I have never met a person who is as dedicated to professionalism as Armond. If I had any question, Armond responded almost immediately regardless of the date or time. This took a load of stress off of our shoulders. Armond listened to us and took the time to really understand the "vibe" we wanted for our reception music wise. He was also ready to offer suggestions when we needed them. We were quite particular with what we wanted, but as the general stress grew closer to the wedding, I came to Armond for ideas and he was ready. The Photo Booth was also fantastic! Our guests had a fantastic time. We were able to customize the design of the print outs, which we appreciated as every esthetic element of our wedding was meticulously chosen :) Our guests have described our wedding as "the best/most fun wedding" they've ever been to. Armond, Bob, and Chris made our wedding reception a fun, momentous occasion. From the beginning, Armond, owner, was very caring, attentive, and dedicated to coordinating our reception event. Armond was so incredibly helpful from start to finish; from answering questions emailed to him immediately and scheduling all the details of the big day! We originally really wanted Armond to also be our DJ (after reading all his glowing reviews, how could you not?!?) but he was unfortunately already booked for our wedding day. Fear not, he has DJ Bobby D in his arsenal! Both my hubby and I were beyond thrilled to have Bobby D DJ our wedding – he was everything we were hoping for and more! He played all our most loved songs and then could appropriately judge the crowd and who was on the dance floor and catered songs to them. Just perfect! We received so many compliments on the music – which was just as important to us as the venue and food! Honestly, stop looking and book with Armond today. Armond really made our wedding day perfect! It has been almost 2 weeks, and our guests are still complimenting us on our DJ selection! Armond was extremely professional, made everything go smoothly, and was independent in coordinating with our vendors and venue. We had DJ - Bob aka Bobby D! A real DJ that kept our dance floor full all night long! Bob was great at leading our event as an MC. He made sure everything was coordinated to perfection with all vendors. One thing I can say it is nice to work with such a professional company. We got married at the Signature Room downtown this month and Armond was our DJ! We also did our uplighting and photobooth through him as well - it was so nice to be able to do everything through one vendor. We were referred to Elevated Event Design by a close friend who also worked with Armond at her wedding over the summer and I'm so glad we were! Great service, responsive, organized, and easy to work with! Not to mention, he got family members dancing that we have never seen on the dance floor before. Success! He was always available and easy to reach in the months leading up to our event and organized an in office meeting the week before to review all the final details. We have been to two weddings since ours, and I can honestly look back and say how beyond thankful I am that we had Armond as our DJ! There's nothing worse than bad music and an empty dance floor at your wedding, but Armond was able to keep everyone happy and dancing all night long which made our reception unforgettable. He was so professional, friendly, and easy to work with during the planning process, and his online program keeps everything organized so that there is no miscommunication about what you want. We also rented uplighting which was so affordable compared to other companies, and it really made a huge impact at our venue. I would 100% recommend Armond to my friends and anyone looking for an outstanding DJ and event company on their wedding day!

Armond was fantastic to work with. From the first time we talked, I knew our wedding would be in good hands. He was always available for questions and to discuss ideas before the wedding. The pre-planning tools he uses made organizing our reception easy. He also did a great job engaging our family and friends during the dance portion. We have already referred him to a few family and friends and one of my bridesmaids just booked him for her December wedding because she was so impressed with him at our wedding. Armond was such an amazing dj!!!! My in-laws were really happy with him (they wanted a live band originally and were not happy about me wanting a dj) but they said he played all the right type of songs for cocktail hour and dinner and they even received compliments from their friends and family. I really recommend armond and his company for all your wedding needs. He kept everyone dancing all night!!! Everyone also complimented me on the photobooth..there was always a line because everyone was enjoying all the fun props!!

Very professional photo booth attendant and he was also very polite and able to handle all the guests...no matter what state they were in. Great communication and he let us know after the set up when he will be back and that he already spoke with the dj to make the announcment. All the guests loved it! Uplighting was phenomenal and set up before guests arrived with the color choices we wanted. Would totally book Armond and his crew again! Quality and pricing were worth it, Elevated made sure you were treated like a superstar no matter what your budget is. This company came highly recommended and they work with you every step of the way to make your event special!

WOW! What a fantastic time my husband, my guests, and myself had! Armond was a pleasure to work with for our special day. He truly treated us with kindness and professionalism. We connected many times before our wedding day to ensure everything we wanted was taken care of. This goes from how the event timeline will lay out once we arrive at our reception to what types of music we'd like played. We really enjoyed our lighter EDM dinner mix :D I can remember saying the next day to my husband that I couldn't think of a time during the night that the dance floor was empty. This is a tribute to Armond's hard work and dedication to his profession. You should definitely do it! Armond was absolutely wonderful and made our night quite memorable. He worked with my uncle so my wife and I could have him sing our first dance for us. We also received many compliments on the music being played and how he was able to keep people out on the dance floor. My lovely new bride and I are very thankful for all his talent and hard work!

DJ Alex Petrou provided the music for our Scholarship Benefit last Friday. His patience and flexibility with the chaos that is a benefit or any large event was incredible and much appreciated. He also balanced the music tastes of a diverse crowd with ease. During the evening and in these days afterward, there have been so many people that commented on how much they loved the music. Armond was a pleasure to work with and really focuses on making his customers happy. He is flexible, personable and a very talented DJ. His company is great also in that they offer multiple services- we ordered our lighting through them as well (among other additional services) and it turned out beautifully. We'd work with them again in an instant and would recommend them to anyone looking to get great bang for their buck.

My husband and I met with Armond prior to the wedding to discuss the flow of the event, our musical like, dislikes, etc. When our wedding day arrived everything went off without a hitch. Uplighting was beautiful , our venue looked magical! When it came time for dancing, Armond brought the party! Our dance floor was packed all night. We received so many compliments how great the DJ was, how he was the best wedding DJ they'd seen, and how the music was amazing. If you're still looking for a wedding DJ, look no further! Armond exceeded our expectations. Every guest at our wedding was thrilled with the music he played, from the 3 year olds to the 70 year olds. Half our family was split on whether to have a band or a DJ, and they were ALL incredibly impressed and commenting on how great Armond was. He kept the party going at all times. We also had uplighting and it looked exactly how I pictured. Elevated Event Design has a very easily accessible online log in system where you can customize your wedding and request songs to play/not to play. I have nothing but good things to say about Armond and Elevated Event Designs and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family! Thank you!!

Armond (our MC), Alex (who manned the photo booth) and Bobby D (our DJ) were absolutely amazing at our wedding on August 16th. From our first meeting, Armond was knowledge, helpful and accommodating in all the things that we were looking for to make our day special. He instills a sense of confidence that he will absolutely make your wedding the best party ever (and he did!). The day of the wedding, Armond and DJ Bobby D kept the energy up all night, our uplights were perfect, and the photobooth was HUGE and had the awesome props. Even today, our guests can't stop raving about how awesome the music was. I can't recommend them enough - if you want to throw the party of the year, these are the guys you NEED to call!

We had an amazing experience with Elevated Event Design. Armond, the owner, was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and fun! I found Elevated Event Design on the internet and I am so glad I did. Armond was great through the whole process. The online form was straightforward and very helpful. It gave us a lot of ideas on what to use for our reception. The selection of songs was just right as well. Just enough balance of current and old favorites for everyone to dance to. We had hardly anyone sitting down the entire night. Highly recommended!!

We wanted a DJ, photobooth and special lighting for our wedding and were so lucky to find Armond and Elevated Event Design! They delivered on all three. Armond was so easy to work with, very quick to respond to any questions we had. The lighting was exactly what I wanted and the photobooth was perfection! Everyone loved it so much. The photobooth attendant was very nice and patient with our crazy guests and Armond did a great job keeping the dance floor moving. I would recommend them to everyone!

Elevated Event Designs were a delight to work with. Armond responded quickly and professionally to every question I had and made my experience with the company wonderful! My quests had a fantastic time with the photo booth and I think some may be contemplating having a photo booth permanently in their house because of all the fun they had at my wedding. I, also, received a book with all the pictures that were taken and little notes from everyone in the pictures. The book was better than I expected! Everything was wonderful!! I called many photo booth companies but Armond's was the best. Some very returned my call or gave me incorrect information. Working with Armond was so easy I was kind of nervous. My husband and I have a very busy schedule and Armond was very accommodating and flexible with the times we had to talk. He also had us fill out forms online about songs we liked and didn't like, as well as suggestions that made everything so EASY and CONVENIENT. We have heard nothing about AWESOME feedback from our guests at the wedding and several friends were interested in using them for weddings as well. I do not have anything negative to say about Elevated Event Design. We hired them to provide a photobooth for our wedding. The photo-booth was through a different company, but they must work hand-in-hand with Elevated Event Design. Working with Armond was great. He was very easy to get a hold of. Armond and Chris were both at our event this past weekend. They came set up right away and had music playing right when guests arrived.(guests came early might I add) They were very professional, attentive to email correspondence, & they went above and beyond what I asked of them. I got purple uplighting for my wedding reception and they absolutely transformed the room! It wasn't overkill, just enough to give the room a glow and make it look absolutely magical. From beginning to end I was very impressed with this company. We used them for the photobooth for our wedding on 9/1. From the initial conversations with Armand about the event to the fantastic service from Alex. Alex was great to work with on the day of our event. He was a lot of fun and definitely went above and beyond to make our guests feel comfortable and welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

The staff was enthusiastic and entertaining the night of my wedding, all the guests loved him! The props were perfect and the pictured turned out beautiful! Thank you again!

Very accommodating and kept the wedding running smoothly. Stayed with the timeline that was created and played a wide variety of music for everyone to dance too. Would definitely recommend him and received so many compliments from all of our guests on how great you were that night. Thanks for making the night rememberable!!

The lighting was superb...we had italian lights strung over our porch and on the suggestion of Elevated Event Design we had up lights and WOW the backyard was stunning. My neighbors all wanted us to give them the name of our new outdoor lighting specialist and our party guests thought they were lovely. We could not have spent the evening outdoors without the help of Elevated Events Design. They completed the party! Cindy Tolbert

Armond came recommended to us by one of my bridesmaids and another friend. He nailed it at our reception! We definitely had some songs listed out that we wanted played but other than that, he played based off of our guests' responses to the music. He did a great job!!!

Service was great. Very professional, courteous, and punctual. Armond and his staff went above and beyond what was expected and I couldn't have asked for a better job. All of the music we requested was played and he did a amazing job at entertaining the whole event. Uplighting gave a really great atmosphere for the night. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a amazing wedding service. Thank you again!
