The perfect wedding cake for me
Elena’s cake was so delectable and majestic looking. I did feel like royalty and my wedding cake was a romantic, vintage and sophisticated looking! I was proud it was a representation of me and exactly what I wanted! The best part is the cake flavors she offers. I received nothing but great compliments about the taste of my wedding cake. Cakes are the main attraction at some weddings and Elena’s cake didn’t disappoint! -

Amazing Cake !!
When I tell you Elena’s is amazing words can’t describe. She stuck with me through this year and a half of 3 wedding day changes and 2 venues changes due to COVID-19. My entire cake was devoured because it was so delicious!! She is also very affordable for couples on a budget like we were. That’s not to say the quality wasn’t there because it definitely was. Thank you Elena’s for making my day wonderful. -

Absolutely amazing!
The owner is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with. The modern yet whimsical cakes are so beautiful, you almost don't want to cut into it, but once you do, you won't regret it! You can tell that there are no corners cut on quality ingredients because not only is the icing absolutely mouthwatering, the cake itself is so moist and decadent! If you're going for a quality experience all the way around, Elena's Cakes is the way to go! -

Highly recommend- affordable
Elena was so lovely to work with! We had a limited budget and so we purchased the cake package. She even let us modify the package- we didn’t want a grooms’ cake and so we were able to add an additional cake layer to our wedding cake. We didn’t get a chance to taste the cake on wedding day but we had some the following day, and it tasted great. Thank you so much Elena!! -

Delicious Cake
Elena was very responsive which made me feel like I was in good hands after hearing some horror stories involving cake! My only regret that evening was I was so busy dancing and socializing I never got to eat a slice of cake. I did try a piece the next day and it was delicious. Great price too since we did the cake package and were very pleased! -

Elena is wonderful to work with, she made our wedding day so special. The cake was perfect and tasted fabulous! Everyone loved it and asked who did my cake. She truly works with you to make it exactly the way you want it. On top of everything else, her pricing is outstanding. I have yet to see anyone offer the quality, taste and price like she did. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Elena and her cakes!! Throughout the entire process, she was professional, responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely talented. She made my vision come to life, and my cake was one of my favorite things about my wedding. We had compliment after compliment on it! Not only was her cake STUNNING, but it tasted even better. She does not freeze her cakes which makes a huge difference. I wanted cascading flowers down the 6 tiers so the florist left her the fresh flowers, and she put them in the cake to look EXACTLY like the photo I gave her. Elena is amazing!!! -

Elena built our wedding cake - a beautiful five-tier masterpiece with delicious alternating layers of champagne white and baileys chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. It was incredible! Most of our guests ate two pieces! Her tasting was comprehensive, relaxed, and so much fun, and decoration and delivery were impeccable. We could not recommend Elena cakes more highly! -

We chose Elena's Cakes at first because she was the favored vendor of our venue. After meeting with Elena and tasting her delicious cakes, it's safe to say that we would have picked her even if she had no connection to our venue. Her cakes are AMAZING and it was so hard to pick just one flavor. In the end we picked the champagne cake with the buttercream frosting and it was heavenly. Not only did our cake taste great, but it looked beautiful as well. Elena was wonderful to work with and was very sweet. -

O my God. Seriously, o my God. She created an amazingly designed bridal cake that would have cost so much more with any other cake vendor in Dallas. She was able to create the perfect cake for us out of buttercream instead of fondant, which is what every other vendor said I had to use for this design. She has so many different, wonderful flavors to choose from and I felt like my cake was the most beautiful and unique thing ever. She even did a last minute custom groom’s cake for my mother in law of the Baylor Sailor Bear. It was a huge hit with everyone, including my husband. -

Due to the police shootings in Dallas, my daughters wedding had to be relocated. It was my understanding that Elena was the one responsible to secure the historic Adolphus hotel. The cake was delicious and exactly like my daughter had planned. The Champagne cake with traditional buttercream icing we chose was by far the best wedding cake I have had in years!!!! Several of the guest also made a point to tell me how much they loved the cake! Elena, THANK YOU!!!! -

Elena's cake for our wedding was AMAZING! It has been 3 months since the wedding and my husband and I are still getting compliments on how wonderful the cake was. Elena was amazing to work with. We came up with a design at our consultation and decided to completely change it about a month before the wedding ... NO PROBLEM. She was so flexible and worked with us on flavors as well. My husband and I knew we wanted as least 2 cake flavors (I love chocolate and he hates it) and every vendor we went to said we should just order WAY more cake than we needed so people could have a choice of flavor. Elena actually let us put 2 flavors in one slice of cake! The top layer was one flavor and the bottom the other, separated with a filling that fit both. WHAT?! My husband even ate the chocolate portion of cake and loved it! Elena was amazing and made a wonderful cake everyone is still talking about, not to mention how elegant it looked. Thank you Elena for everything!! -

There are no words to describe Elena's Cakes. They are truly delectable,
melt in your mouth, best cakes I have ever eaten.
Elena has a wonderful personality and created the most stunning bridal and grooms
cakes for own daughter's wedding. I have never received so many compliments on

Elena was a pleasure to work with. Her cakes were to die for. My bridal cake was apple butter cake with apple butter mousse. I don't really like cake and I couldn't get enough of this one. Elena's work is extraordinary. I was looking to commission a rather tricky cake for my wedding that incorporated a traditional Russian handcraft design, which had to be hand-painted on black fondant. Several Dallas wedding cake shops I visited either immediately refused the job or quoted me an obscene price. Coming across Elena's Cakes was a blessing! Elena knew exactly what I had in mind and was very eager to execute it. We bounced around some ideas and Elena went through several practice runs before she perfected the painting technique. The cake was stunning! Covered in an intricate hand painted design and gilding, it should have been displayed in a museum, instead of on a cutting board. I could not have been happier and I highly recommend Elena's work to everyone! -

Elena’s cakes are not only beautiful, but they are delicious! Which I rarely say about wedding cakes! We chose the white chocolate champagne cake for the bride’s cake and the chocolate Kahlua cake for the groom’s cake. I am glad we told our venue to save us some cake to take home, otherwise there would have been none left! My mother said our guests kept going back for seconds and thirds! I will definitely be ordering another cake for our first year anniversary. Elena also perfected the “vision” of both of our cakes. It was such an easy process and I loved working with her. Thank you Elena for your beautiful work! Your cakes are truly one of a kind! -

Best. Cake. EVER. Seriously y'all, use Elena's Cakes. We did the champagne cake for my bridal cake, and the chocolate Kahlua for the groom's cake. They were both hands-down the best cakes I've ever tasted in my entire life-- and speaking as a gal with a serious sweet tooth, that's sayin' something! We had an amazing time with Elena's Cakes from start to finish. First of all, she was extremely professional in the tasting, and also helped us figure out what we wanted and what we were doing. She gave us lots of helpful advice, including to go to as many other bakers as possible before making a decision. However, we decided on her in the end due to both her personality and the quality of the cake. The cake is extremely moist, never dry, and she has many (but not an overwhelming number) of cake flavors to chose from. We had a wedding cake that was champagne with white chocolate filling that was delicious and a groom's cake that was Kahlua chocolate. Our only problem was that we should have order a larger chocolate cake, because it went faster than we ever could have anticipated--the guests absolutely loved it! The cakes both turned out beautifully and were delivered on time with no problems! -

We had Elena do our cake for our January wedding. In one word, amazing! Her cakes are beautiful and so very delicious. She doesn't use foundant, but her cakes have beautiful smooth sides and are so good! We did white cake and white frosting with scroll details. I would recommend her to anyone! -

Our cakes was the one thing I was very picky about. I didn't want to pick just anybody for our wedding. I tried contacting other bakeries but then never replied or replied too late. Elena was very prompt on contacting us back by email or by phone. Our first time meeting her was great she was so kind and inviting. When we went to her shop it was very nice and quiet. It's by appointment only so I was glad that she had all her focus on me and my husband. We looked through all the books she had and we told her what we did and didn't like. She drew out a draft of our cake and I could not believe how amazing it looked on paper. She pegged my vision exactly! I was just amazed by that alone. The samples she had of the cake flavors were delicious!! We were torn between the champagne cake with the white chocolate filling or the white chocolate liqueur. We went with the white chocolate liqueur for the brides cake and the grooms cake was Kahlua Liqueur. Everybody loved both cakes!! They were so delicious!! I'm sad that I didn't get to taste the grooms cake and the only taste of the brides cake was the first piece. The price on her cakes are very reasonable! I would love to work with Elena again she was so nice and bubbly! I think everybody should go see her for their cakes for any occasion.

Elena was FABULOUS! Both my husband's cake and mine were absolutely gorgeous and were nicely priced. We taste tested MANY other cakes and Elena's were hands down the most delicious. We were married seven months ago and we are still getting comments from people who were at our reception and saw our cakes. We could not have been happier with them even my husband was giddy he was so proud of his cake.
Both my husband and I would insist that people try Elena's Cakes! -

Excellent service. The cake was actually good and met my specifications. It wasn't all chewy and stiff like most wedding cakes. Everyone got their fill and we saved the top for our anniversary. Elena was very nice and responsive also. -

After seeing what Elena's Cake had to offer and tasting the many different samples we knew we liked her. Several bakeries pride themselves in making MANY cakes on the same day, but not her. She explained to us the reason she only booked either one or a couple (can't quite remember) for the same day. She did not want to be the one to arrive late with our cake. The cake was beautiful and all of our guests enjoyed it very much. -

My cake happened to be included in my price from the wedding site, however I still was able to choose it from this lady. She is wonderful. Her shop is very quaint and she ony does a few weddings a weekend, meaning that her cakes have more of a personal flare. She does not use fondant, thank goodness and the cake was absolutly wonderful. We get so many compliments on its look and taste! -

Wow, wow, wow!!!! I have to say that Elena was probably one of my favorite vendors! I tasted a variety of her cakes, and they were ALL amazing, but I chose the white chocolate liqueur and the kahlua chocolate for the cakes. I took Elena a picture from a Martha Stewart magazine, and she was so excited about making a similar cake. She drew the cake for me to show me exactly what it would look like. She responded to all e-mail and phone calls promptly and professionally. I needed to drive my cake 2 hours to the event, and she was so careful in packing it and gave lots of tips to help get it there safely! The cakes were beautiful, and most of all they were DELICIOUS!!!! -

Elena is so fun to work with! The cakes tasted amazing. I found a picture of a groom's cake I liked on Pinterest and she nailed it. She is also good about keeping things away from the groom if they are a surprise. Can't wait to eat our anniversary cake! -

Elena's cake was, well it was very tasty and also beautiful!
When I met with Elena, she was very empathetic and helpful in guiding me to the design I truly wanted. The cake tasting was one of my favorite things about wedding planning. ;) She is very professional and knowledgeable. She easily adapted our cake, something I'd seen online, so that it was perfect for a wedding of our size. She delivered the cake and set it up, and it was delicious! We got so many compliments.
The only caveat is that Elena doesn't have any plateau cake stands which are so popular currently. However, we purchased one for what most bakeries charge to rent them out, so that was not too difficult.
I loved working with Elena, she did a great job and I'm happy that she made our wedding cake! -

Elena is very nice! I changed my cake design several times and she was so understanding. The cake was delicious! She didn't deliver to Frisco, but we didn't want to change bakeries because her White Chocolate Liquoer Cake was excellent. We received many compliments on the taste at and after the wedding. Elena was so sweet and patient when we met her for our cake tasting. My bridal cake was included in my reception package but we decided to pay separately for a chocolate groom's cake. Both of the cakes were extremely tasty and I received many compliments on how good they tasted. Elena also worked well with my florist so I didn't have to worry about anything on my big day. I would highly recommend her services. -

We had a wedding cake and grooms cake, both were absolutely fabulous!!
Our Wedding cake was 4 tiers, raspberry swirl with butter cream frosting .YUM Our Grooms cake was Mexican chocolate in the shape of TX with a longhorn plate in the middle, topped with a groom strawberry in an orange tuxedo with horns and the bride strawberry was in a white gown with veil. They were so pretty we didnt want to eat them, BUT WE DID. Everyone raved about the cakes, I would recommend Elena for any event where a cake is needed. We cannot wait for our year anniversary to eat the top tier. Were even planning on Elena making us a Birthday cake because we are dying to try the Champagne cake!!

Elena made my dream into a reality. She personally walked us through the design process until our vision was sketched onto paper. We left certain our desires would be met. We were right. The night of our wedding we arrived at our reception to find out 6-tier brides cake and Razorback grooms cake - they not only tasted amazing, but looked gorgeous. We received so many compliments and ran out of cake, even after we had ordered more last minute to avoid running out. I highly recommend Elena's Cakes. The Champagne cake with white chocolate filling is so divine! -

Elena was so sweet and so easy to deal with. She loved that we wanted to do something different with our cake. Her flavors were really delicious. She has a tiny store that I drove by a couple of times before I finally saw it, but it was worth it. She gives you a great price for a great cake. Most definitely recommend this place! -
