Best Wedding Planner in Puerto Rico

We just recently got married in Puerto Rico at the Fairmont Resort in Isla Verde. We had the pleasure of having Edith conduct our wedding planning from Eleganzza Events. From start to finish, Edith was very organized, punctual and a true professional. She is a true master of her craft. Understanding what we wanted for our wedding, accommodating to those requests, while adding her special touches to it all. While it was a destination wedding for us, she helped reduced the questions and headaches for us because of her familiarity with the island and all of her connections with vendors. Our dream wedding

From the beautiful romantic decor arrangements, beautiful flowers and an overall great event coordination and decoration, the event was unforgettable and we had an amazing time.

Edith is a fairy godmother who makes dreams come true!

Edith executed my vision for my wedding. She left me NOT wanting more!! She over delivered. She found a way to make my vision come to life. She’s forever in my heart. So a message to those ladies looking to hire a coordinator- look no further! She hired the videographer, photographer, and dj on my behalf (which were amazing). She was also my decorator, florist and was emcee for both the wedding and reception. Before, during the wedding and at the reception she took pictures with her own camera-outside of what the photographer was shooting. She went above and beyond. My husband and I are so glad with her service. We couldn’t have chosen better. Andres and I have a new lifelong friend down in Puerto Rico. Thanks Edith.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Edith! My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her. Amazing and unforgettable

From the initial consultation to the wedding day Edith was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Planning a destination wedding is hard and not being able to control all the details and know which vendors to contact is a hassle in itself. By hiring Edith we had a weight lifted off our shoulders! She took care of hiring all the vendors for the wedding and was with us all day preparing and making sure everything went off without a hitch. She even helped us with our venue when we were having some trouble hashing out details and took the lead to make sure we got what we were told and that we didn’t get screwed over in the long run. Best day of our lives

Our wedding was on August 10, 2019 and we decided to leave our big day in Edith's hands. The decoration was a dream !!! Edith you set up a luxury wedding decoration in a Owners Association Center and made the place look like a hotel ballroom. Our son’s wedding was on April, and we are still in awe about it. There are many good things we can say about Edith and her great team. She is trustworthy and professional and most of all, her passionate enthusiasm is amazing, as well as her professional and talented team. She took all of our son’s and his beautiful wife ideas refining them until being exquisite. Their vision came together exceeding all expectations. My magazine worthy day!

Edith did an amazing job designing my dream wedding! I could not have imagined it looking any more beautiful than it did... my chairs, my napkins.... my flowers! They all belong in a magazine... Absolutely perfect! During the planning process I can honestly say that there was not one phone call she did not answer. I went to PR for my engagement shoot and only had one day to meet with her and she spent the day taking us to the venue, having a food tasting and a cake tasting... we ran the town from morning to night trying to get everything I wanted done in just one day... the whole time with a smile on her face.! Thank you so much for everything Edith!!! It’s been almost 3 weeks and my pictures still awe me! Luis and I absolutely loved it ♥️

What an amazing experience!

Its not what you know - its who you know...

Once we had finally decided to host our wedding in paradise (Puerto Rico), it was a bit overwhelming trying to coordinate and plan all aspects of our special day from our home in Chicago. From the first phone conversation with Edith I was immediately, and finally, at ease!!! Edith is phenomenal!!! We got married on March 23, 2019. My husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied with The amazing job done by Edith and her team because we never see each other until a day before of the wedding which made everything harder but Edith had everything under control. The decoration was incredibly magnificent, it was more than what I though or dream about it. The menu was very delicious that some of my guest repeat many times. The attention to my guest and us was perfect and helpful, we were able to enjoy our special day with our family and friends. Edith’s team were so nice and very beautiful persons. If you want an amazing wedding without stress and problems that person is Edith. She will make you feel like part of her family and whatever you need, you will have an answer right away. Edith thank you so much for an amazing wedding and Be able to be stress free.

When I start my journey hunting for vendors , I found this amazing woman named Edith owner of Eleganzza Events , she is a well know wedding planner and designer in PR, every we’re I ask about her the know her and always said beautiful things about her , she make my life so much stress free, she knew from the beginning we start talking what I want , she understand my view of how I ambitious my weddings to be , i feel like I know her for ever ! The day of the weddings All was perfect and on time , the decor she created was stunning, the flowers were amazing, so much details , it was beyond beautiful, everyone was so happy and they said was the best wedding they ever been, her staff was so sweet and very helpful. Hire her she is the best and know her business, extremely responsible and very humble person, everyone’s loved her , thank you for everything, we never going to forget about you...!!!!!

Edith is awesome!! My family and I felt like she was part of the family. She was able to bring my dream wedding to life!!! The ceremony and reception decor were amazing and more than what expected. Edith is very responsible and knows what she is doing. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and receiving exactly what they want. Edith took care of everything! I live in New York and had my wedding in Puerto Rico. My family and I only met twice with Edith about the wedding, everything else was through email or FaceTime. I am 100% satisfied and appreciative of everything Eleganzza Events did for us. My wedding was on March 10, 2018 and we can said that we're extremely satisfied and super happy with the work that Edith Rodríguez did for us. Edith became a special person for us, because her work exceeded her duties as a wedding planner. She advised us, we went out, we shared, etc. She gave us her time to know us and share. We both learned to love her as a mother. As a decorator we gave her (and her team) an A+. The decoration was majestic, like magazine; and the treatment to us and the guests during the activity was excellent. Her team? Very attentive and helpful! The food? Exquisite! The decoration was so beautiful that the only thing my husband and me did when we entered to the wedding reception, was cry of emotion. Eleganzza Events is an excellent team. 100% recomended.

My wedding was on 1-6-18 in Puerto Rico and Edith made my dream wedding well more then I ever dream. When I was trying to plan this wedding with Edith my mom had pass and then Puerto Rico got hit with hurricanes Maria but Edith was with me and my husband the whole way. My hotel was not open and there were not going to open until 6 months but Edith (my hero) got me other resort were I can still have my wedding well she went to a few places to see where I can have it. I live in New York so Edith had to go to the hotels for me check out everything to make sure my dream wedding was going to happen. Edith insure me that Puerto Rico was getting back up and everything will be fine and when I got there she was right. I been to Puerto Rico three times and it still look so beautiful. Edith knows what she is doing and anything I need she got it for me with no problem. Edith became more like family to us. What she does is amazing and I got so lucky to have her. When I walk in the room to see what she did I was beyond happy. She did amazing job the best I ever seen. Edith your the best!!!

I know it has taken me a while to do this but to actually come up with the words how to describe Edith & what she did, I don't know if I'll ever find the perfect word to describe what she did! First of all to trust someone you met once, barely know & to put your full trust in them was one of the most difficult parts of the entire wedding process! I was not one of those girls who pictured their wedding day her entire life! I wanted a destination wedding, just simple & beachy...never realizing all the stuff we needed to do. I really didn't have a so called vision. It was at the beach in a resort...that was my vision! What else do I possibly need?! All I have to say, if it wasn't for Edith I don't know how it would have ended up. I married my best friend so that day would have been perfect anyway but Edith made that day for me so far beyond my wildest dreams I could have NEVER dreamed it could be that perfect that beautiful..I'm still at a loss of words. Thank you for your thoughts, your help & most of all your patience!!

The only advice I could give is, she is the one =) there is no one out there like Edith, she is amazing and a special angel from above. Her work is breath taking and so beautiful. In the months before our wedding I followed Edith's Eleganzza Events FB page and saw what a great job she did decorating other weddings but when my husband and I walked into our reception we were blown away. It was the most beautiful room we had ever seen. I even cried. Edith really outdid herself. All of the guests commented on how beautiful and intimate the room was. There were a few hiccups before the ceremony started but Edith handled them quickly and professionally. Edith also provided the Officiant and the DJ. The Officiant was wonderful and the DJ played the perfect blend of the music we requested. We are so thankful to Edith for making our wedding day the most memorable day of our lives.

Where do I start!!!!! Edith and her team are beyond amazing!!!! We hired Edith a year ago and our experience was amazing!!! When the day of the wedding came OMG !!!! I started to cry of happiness!!! It's was the most beautiful and perfect wedding decoration ever !!! I was so impressed with all the details she put together, it's was beyond my expectations!! All my dreams come true that moment!! She captured all my vision and makes it way better, she did all the wedding planning and all the decoration , she as a planner is the best in Puerto Rico , I was worrying free and stress free, on the decor area OMG she is amazing she created the most beautiful ambient, the centerpiece was to die for everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful.
She definitely is the best , she is so professional and kind and funny, All the guests adore her!!

I hired Edith Rodríguez, owner of Eleganzza Events, and selected an all inclusive package for weddings which includes decoration, coordination, food, music and everything you need for the celebration. It was the best decision during our search for wedding vendors, I literally didn"t have to worry about a thing. As a wedding planner Edith has excellent communication skills which means that every process was explain in a clear and fun way, also her availability is a plus she is always available, at any time or day she always answered us. Edith has an amazing team, every service I'm going to explain below was chosen by her and I am so glad because all of them delivered an excellent service. I'm going to start with the food, it was delicious and the waiters were really nice to our guests. The DJ had everyone on the dance floor having a good time. The organization, coordination and design of the event was by Edith. Every transition from the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were flawless and effortless thanks to the work of Edith, she is really detail oriented. Even though everything was amazing the highlight of the night was the decoration, Edith and her team did an amazing job making our vision a reality and exceeded our expectations. From the ceremony to the reception everything was beautiful, elegant and a true reflection of both of us the bride and groom. Edith, is a spectacular one. Guide you during the course of the preparations for your wedding. It ensures that all details you want to be present that day. From the beginning I said I did not want to be aware of any details especially because I'm a nurse and I have no time for it. I told her my vision of how I always dreams to be my wedding and she understood everything in seconds, I was amazed on how much knowledge she had in her field, she took all the time I need to explain and helping me make decisions . this woman worth every dollar and more. her entire team is fantastic, when I told her how I envision my dream wedding she over passed my expectations, when I started walking to the Isle and I saw the ceremony decor, waooo , but when I got to the reception, I have not enough words to express or described my feeling it was beyond my imagination, was so perfect, the flower arrangements, the decor everything was so perfect, so many beautiful details at that moment I feel so blessed that i found her, I would never going to have enough words or gratitude for her amazing job , she make me feel so special and loved, she treated my guests like family ,everything was perfect, don't waste your time looking and hire this amazing woman and her team they are the best. I hired Edith as my wedding coordinator and designed so glad that I did!! Edith did an amazing job of helping me create all the design of the wedding and Decor , she make sure everything went smoothly on my wedding day , everything was perfect and beautifully breath taking, Her service were my best wedding investment!! I want you to know you saved our wedding and for that we will always be in your debt. I wish I had known about you sooner so I could have coordinated with you to have all this prepared for us in advance. Thank you so much for saving us at the last minute. Now for anyone reading this let me tell you what this wondeful woman did for us. We were getting married in El Castillo De San Cristoba and my Wife forgot to get that things we need for the Venue. I called around all these companies and everyone was asking for ridiculous amounts of money for different things. We needed lighting, chairs, a table, a pedestel for the minister to do his thing, we needed speakers. I called this lady at the very last minute to see if she could help. I know some of you are like is this guy crazy. However remember my wife forgot to get these things and I didn't want her to cry on our wedding day. So I proceed to tell this lay what I need and at what time I need it there. Not only did she come through at the very last minute she gave us a price we could not refuse. If it wasn't for her and her company which are very professional we probably would not be married today. My recommendation if you need an event planner or Wedding planner go with her she will exceed your expectations. Again Thank you for saving our wedding.

I found Edith from Eleganzza Bridals And More on Bridal Expo. Because my agenda,I met with Edith like two times before the wedding. I just sent her a power point presentation with my wishes for the wedding (in terms of decorations and organization). Two weeks before the wedding she contacted me with everything set. For me it was so beautiful and perfect ,exactly,more than expected. Everyone in the wedding were amazed with the decoration of the room and organization. One of the guest told me that room looked like a movie. Moreover, Edith allowed us to enjoy our wedding. She helped us with our guest and also with our requests during the wedding ( including drinks, foods, organizing wedding gifts). I think that many people will contact her after our wedding because her work talked by her. She seems to read mind and turn those thoughts in a reality!!!!! Thank you Edith!!!!!!

I found Edith from Eleganzza Bridals And More on WeddingWire, and I was Lost until I found her, she is the most amazing person, responsible, organized and caring person I ever met , I have a non traditional wedding I am Italian and my boyfriend is from India, she understood all our desired, all our needs , she worth every penny I paid, she responded to all my questions, and email, when I started to walk to the ceremony area , Omg it was so magical , everything was perfect , when we went to see the reception well it's was breath taking it was so beautiful and perfect more than what I ever dreamed about it. I highly recommend this vendors , everyone was so dedicated to helping my guest, the flower arrangements omg!!! The decorations! !! . perfection is to short for what she did. Edith nos hizo una decoración de show. Todos los invitados quedaron asombrados con los detalles que veían donde quiera que miraban. Admito que me antoje de unas rosas pintadas y que me frustre al pensar que no las tendría pero al momento de la verdad me llevaron a la habitación un ramo espectacular con las flores que soñé. My daughter got married recently in May and it was an spectacular event. The coordination of this event was done through Eleganzza Bridals and More. Edith and her team did a wonderful job, they were very attentive to every single detail from the elegance of the decorations through ensuring that the bride and groom sit down to eat (sometime they forget this simple task)!!!

My daughter wanted a cultural/vintage type of wedding and Edith was able to successfully fulfill her dream wedding: the flower arrangements, the guest seating, the bride and groom table they all were arranged exactly how my daughter envisioned it. They all were very well coordinated, even with the bride's dress! it was amazing! It was a subtle elegance that created the right environment.

Although there was a professional photographer who did a good job, sometimes he would miss one of those once in a life time special moment and there was Edith (or her husband) capturing it with her own camera. All the photos she captured were sent to us, and although not professional photos, they certainly help in telling the whole story of the event in conjunction with the professional ones. This simply was a very appreciated detail...

Edith has many connections with many professionals and can facilitate alternatives for your needs. For example, in the case of my daughter, she wanted to have for her "wedding transportation car" an old, classical car and through Edith she got the contact. She also provided the contact for the person who did make-up for the ladies in the wedding. Both were very professionals and did a wonderful job. If you don't know where or who to call, I am sure she could provide you with alternatives suitable for your needs.

My daughter and her groom were very pleased with the outcome and that is priceless....

The best of everything you need for the entire Birthday Celebrations / Weddings or any other occasion to be celebrated. From the first to the last, from the before of the beginning to the end and beyond. They never leave you alone in your event. Edith was simply spectacular . She was very patient and so helpful with all the planning . She was magical on my big day paying attention to every detail during my wedding planning I was in the middle of completing my graduate degree and writing a thesis. I was afraid that my wedding was not to be what I had envisioned because I would be to busy with school . Edith made me feel comfortable from the first meeting . The moment I met Edith I knew everything would be ok. She was able to find a way to please every wish and special request I had for my wedding . I believe that one of the most important factors in the whole wedding process is having a sense of confidence in what is being done. There was an instant connection in between our wedding planner and us. Edith is a caring and wonderful human being. She cares about your ideas. I've heard so many horror stories about planners changing what you wanted at the very last minute. I was a little hesitant at first, but she took all the worries away. Our wedding was everything that we wanted and a lot more. She took care of every single detail. It was breathtaking! The reception was sophisticated and classy. The flowers were gorgeous and elegant. Edith put up with my neurosis ( a little bridezilla here) and wedding planning at a distance. I live in San Antonio and wanted a wedding in Puerto Rico with less than 3 months to plan it. She is extremely hard working, personable, resourceful, friendly and understanding. I also used her hair dresser and make up services and was very pleased. From the first day we talked, she was very friendly, we made an appointment for the day I was going to Puerto Rico , she picked me up from the airport and take me to the hotel, the day of the event early in the morning a limo came and picked me up and take me to her hair salon to do my hair and makeup which they do an excellent job , from there the limo took me to the church the ceremony was beautiful and well done decorated and well organized , and we went to the reception wen I get there I was so impressed with how beautiful everything was, very organized , the food was delicious , and the decoration amazing , definitely I would recommend her , tanks Edith for such a wonderful experience
