  This vendor produced a beautiful sample center piece, which my fiancé and I approved and made comments. The day of the wedding the center pieces were not what we saw and approved. The roses in the vase were not entwined around a branch as they showed us. Instead roses on the stem were haphazardly stuck in there. They put a lot of greenery in the arrangement, and I specifically said no greenery. The arrangement was not as tight and put together as the sample either. I emailed them twice explaining the huge discrepancy and never heard back. Makes sense, they had all my money. I have photos of the sample vs. the final product. It's sad because my bouquet was perfect. I cannot recommend them, and I also informed my venue of the problem since they are the ones who recommended the Elegant Touch.
