My name is Debbie and this is the second time we have used elegant engagement photo booth for of my daughters Sweet 16 This time we also used them as a DJ. Jesse Lambrose and his team are wonderful to work with. they are very reliable, meet your needs, and work hard to make your event perfect. My daughter wanted a music medley to do a dance with her father and they worked with her to put it together perfectly...everyone is still talking about it. I would never hesitate to use Jesse and his team again and I highly recommend them

We loved the photobooth service provided at our wedding. Guests had so much fun with all the props, and we loved that everyone in a picture whether it was 2 people or 5 or 6 got a photo strip (in addition to one for our album), something not offered by other companies. We really enjoyed seeing the cute & funny photos in the album they put together, a great balance next to our formal wedding photos. It has been great seeing the photos at friends’ houses afterwards and getting a chance to see moments we missed during the wedding.

Elegant Engagements worked around our schedule. We provided 2 different time frames which revolved around the weather. Their office was very accommodating to this since this was vital to the location of the booth. They arrived as stated on contract, provided Wi-Fi for their upgraded booth that allowed our guests to use social media for our pictures, and assisted all of our older guests. Their price was fair and my wife and I already love looking through our album. They are good to deal with and are helpful to make your event exactly the way you want. They showed us how their art department can custom make the monograms and designs. A+

We used Elegant Engagements for my daughter's Sweet 16. I didn't know anyone who had used them previously so I was very nervous after I signed the contract that things wouldn't go as we wanted. But I'm sure glad I used Jesse because he exceeded all of our expectations. Although I did have to leave messages a few times when I called him, he responded quickly. The photo booth was a big hit with all the kids and adults, the 2 attendants were great, and the album is a wonderful keepsake. Jesse also referred us to a photographer who did a fantastic job and we have so many great memories of the evening. Jesse was our MC/DJ along with another gentleman (forgive me, I can't remember his name) and they were fantastic. My daughter gave Jesse her introduction and candle ceremony names and playlists and Jesse was right on point throughout the entire evening. The greatest thing was that the dance floor was packed from beginning to end and everyone raved about what a great time they had. I highly recommend Jesse and Elegant Engagements and will definitely use them for any events we may have in the future.

We used Elegant Engagements for a photo booth and would highly recommend them and use them again. They were prompt, reliable and super nice. Jesse was responsive to my questions and ensured that the art department produced a logo that matched our preferences for the photo strip. The booth was well set-up and on time, the props were good, the staffer was lovely, and we were given a lovely photo album of all the photo strips signed by the guests who posed for them. The price presented did not include incidental fees (such as washing the materials, etc - which I was glad to hear they did), but Jesse was gracious in handling this discrepancy and the final cost was below others of similar quality. We look forward to working with Elegant Engagements again at an event we have planned for next year!

Jesse at Elegant Engagements did a great job! As a DJ, Jesse had everyone dancing and having fun! The dance floor was hopping right until the last minute.

The photo booth was a huge hit and the quality of the pictures was terrific! Now my daughter has a permanent scrapbook filled with fun photos of all her guests at her Sweet 16 party.

I was referred to Elegant Engagements by a family member who used them for just their photo booths. When my fiancé and I met with them, they did not try to upsell us and try to make more money than needed. Instead, they listend to how we wanted "OUR" wedding to be. They suggested just one option and hit the nail right on the head. They knew exactly what we were looking for and delivered!

I only have great things to say about them. The owner was very comforting in the planning process and we are delighted to recommend them for anyone getting married that want a stress free planning process!

We had them for our wedding. It was very hard to decide on photo booths because every company says they have them. DONT BE FOOLED!!!! We were given the opportunity to meet with them and see the actual booth we were going to get at our wedding. These guy know their stuff. The quality of their pictures was a lot better than what we have seen from all the bargain companies out there.

Everything we were promised was given to us. Our attendant was very nice and respectful to all of our guests. We highly recommend them to anyone having a wedding

Elegant Engagements did such an amazing job. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating to us. They were the hit of the evening. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a photo booth. I would use them 100% for any event I math have. The photo booth was so much fun. I can't thank them enough for all that they did.

We chose Elegant Engagements based off their reviews here on Wedding Wire along with from what we have heard through the grapevine. Needless to say, you definitely get more than what you would expect with their prices! We met with the owner, who sometimes is not always able to pick up the phone, but responds in a timely manner. There were no issues with making our custom monogram which we supplied, and their art team provided us with multiple proofs to make it exactly the way my husband and I wanted it.

Our event was last night and we couldn't wait to review them!!!! Jesse brought his assistant with him for our photo booth. During the night, he approached me and told me that there was an emergency that he had to tend with and that his assistant for the photo booth was going to take care of us till the end of the night. He mentioned that one of his employees was involved in an accident on the way to an event, and he had to rush to make sure a photo booth was there to open up as soon as intros were done.

I found this to be very professional the way he handled it with me. When we woke up this morning we read through our texts and he even texted us to let us know everything went great and his booth was up and running right after intros.

Choosing Elegant Engagements will honestly be the best thing for whichever service you choose from them. The willingness to go above and beyond their call of duty was hard to find when we interviewed other companies. So glad we dealt with them. (He also told us to not look at our scrapbook until we were in the air for our honeymoon. WE CANT WAIT we leave today!)

I did my research and had to find a DJ company that would be as good if not better than the only other Greek Dj company in central jersey (which we just could not afford). We took a chance and it was absolutely amazing. All of my guests kept asking where did we find Jesse and his team?!?!?!?!?!? The traditional Greek music was on point and the dance floor was literally packed from beginning to end of the night. My parents, friends and family were all together on the dance floor which was exactly what I wanted. He even knew to bring stacks of singles for our guests to trade in their large bills for us!!!! His pricing can't be beat! We are using him again for an upcoming event next month because he absolutely delivered!

Jesse is super busy with the company, but he is still efficient and timely. He took care of everything that needed to be done and is very accommodating and professional. He was able to edit the monogram to exactly what we wanted and the turnaround time was super quick! We used him as our photo booth vendor for our wedding and everyone had a blast, especially the kids. The props were awesome! Our attendant, Stephanie, was very professional. We had a little incident earlier in the evening, but she handled it very well, as she considered the timing of speaking with us so we did not worry before the introductions. She also reminded us to get in the photo booth before the night got away from us, which was great advice! The guest book is awesome! It was a big book that allowed for plenty of pictures and space for our guests to write in, as well. The price for the photo booth is priced competitively, but the service was excellent. It was worth every dollar! I would recommend this to anyone who is in search for a great photo booth for their wedding or any event. The pictures are of good quality and you get the digital prints, as well! I could not have asked for a better experience with them. I commend Jesse for providing a quality good, but an even better SERVICE! Although I did not hire Jesse as the MC/DJ, but I'm certain they would be great additions to your wedding just by the service he provided us. I definitely recommend them as a vendor to be part of your special day.

My wedding was on August 22, 2015. I found this company through Groupon and took a chance with my wedding a month away (my fault), not sure what to expect. I definitely got extremely LUCKY to have found such a sweet and well-organized company. Jesse and everyone kept this part of the wedding all stress-free. It was a hit and definitely everyone's FAVORITE part of the wedding! The girl, I believe her name was Stephanie (so sorry it slipped my mind), who tended to everyone for the photo booth was extremely professional yet approachable, extremely sweet and patient with the elderly. I can't THANK YOU enough and will definitely be recommending Elegant Engagements to my brother for his next year!

All we can say is WOW! Right from the beginning, Jesse was up front and helpful in our planning process. My wife and I were having a more intimate affair at a winery, and did not want to have the over the top cheesy DJ's that we saw at many weddings we attended in the past. He afforded us the opportunity to meet with his videographer, as well as sample their wedding videos. We were very impressed and knew that they were the right "FIT".

Our guests told us the cocktail hour music was perfect and although we were under a tent in October weather, the dance floor was upbeat and packed all night long. We had the opportunity to provide them with a music request list, but never got around to doing it. My wife just told them to do what they did best. Our guests and ourselves were blown away that the dance floor was literally packed all night long! Our photo booth attendant was very helpful to our older guests and relatives and made sure everyone received a copy of their pictures along with signing our guestbook.

We are so thankful that the team at Elegant Engagements brought us the best day we could imagine. Our highlight video is awesome and can't wait for our full feature movie!

We used Elegant Engagements for our photobooth for our wedding. They were knowledgeable about our venue, flexible and great with input on where to place the booth for our guest's best experience, and on time (always a huge deal on your big day). Everyone had a great time and the pictures came out great! I love our album with the doubles and the notes from our guests. We are even planning to use some of the digital photos to make Christmas gifts for the family. I would definitely use them again down the road!

Have to say from beginning to end everything went smoothly booking the photo booth, the day of the event, and following up. John was our photo booth guy and everyone loved him. The price of the photo booth was very reasonable and my wedding guests actually filled up the book an hour or so before the event was over. We have a stack of photos that didn't make it in yet lol. It definitely was a hit. I would highly recommend Elegant Engagements and would use them again.

The music was as good as promised. Very happy we chose them and the photo booth was a hit for my daughter. She loves the scrapbook with everyone's picture in it. Awesome photobooth rental service! We got the red carpet package at a great price. The props were great and it was really special to have the scrapbook given to us at the end of the night with copies of everyone photos. Definitely an entertaining idea for all the guests, and everyone kept saying how good of an idea it was. They will travel quite a distance as well, since our venue was in Asbury Park and they are in Rockaway. Our attendant was so nice and helpful, and gave great tips of taking the best quality photos. I would like to review all 5 aspects of Elegant Engagements for our wedding day. I hardly ever see a true review of all aspects and believe Jesse deserves a complete A+ review.

1. The quality of service exceeded our expectations. We had met with multiple companies. There was no sense of professionalism from any of them. They were all very pushy. Not Jesse. He had made himself available to our schedule and answered all of our questions before trying to sell himself and his team. The music was exactly how he made us envision it, the Photo Booth was a real photo booth and not some of the cheaper ones we have seen at other events and our videography was cinematic and encompassed our day to a T.
2. Responsiveness was exactly what you would want for a company handling your wedding day. Either a phone call, text or email was returned to us same day shortly after he would receive one from us.
3. Professionalism is what sold us from the first meeting. Trust us, you want a true professional who takes their job seriously. I was able to tell that his team had a vested interest in the success of the business. All were polite on our wedding day, well dressed, and we built a rapport with them since we knew that they would be the ones showing up on our special day.
4. Value: They are not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. But we were so happy that Jesse accommodated our budget.
5. Flexibility was another strong part. My husband wanted a few items that were just out of our budget, but Jesse was able to give them to us as a signing bonus. The other companies that we met with were all about upselling their packages way out of our budget and trying to force us to sign. Jesse was exactly the opposite.

Words cannot even begin to describe how happy my husband and I are for choosing Elegant Engagements. from the lighting, entertainment, photobooth, and cinematography, every single service was absolutely SPECTACULAR!

What a pleasure it was to work with Jesse in setting up a photobooth for our wedding. He was so accommodating and flexible with helping us throughout our wedding planning process.

A week before our wedding, Jesse worked with me to create our logo for the photos and went over final details. He was very helpful and completely walked me through what their process would be on my wedding day.

Dan was the representative that came on behalf of Elegant Engagements and he was wonderful! He was friendly and worked really hard on making sure that everything ran smoothly. My guests loved this -- it was just the special touch that our wedding needed. Dan helped create a scrapbook where he glued in a copy of the photos and encouraged our guests to write a note. What a great idea for a sign in book!

I will be recommending these guys to all of my friends and would definitely use them again!

it was such a huge hit for the wedding and the attendant was so sweet! Jesse was very helpful and all around awesome guy. The pics are fantastic and going through the album just puts a huge smile on my face. Thank you guys so much for being a part of our wedding and for the memories we now have with the album!

I ordered the photobooth about 7 months prior to our party. I was contacted by Jesse a week before the party to finalize all of the necessary details. At this point when I was stressed out, Jesse went over every detail explicitly and I knew that the photobooth was going to be great! My daughter could not have been happier on her Sweet 16 with our photobooth choice. The big glasses to the hats made the pictures hysterical. Everyone(young & old) at our party went in and had photos taken. One great option was the choice to select or delete the photo. At the end of the party, Jesse provided a scrapbook of all the photos for a nominal fee(it was a great value filled with memories that we will always have)!

Elegant engagements provided a DJ and photobooth services for our wedding. The DJ had everyone dancing and catered to all generations of music. He was able to blend music without any awkward silence. We also used the photobooth which was great entertainment and also provided us with a book of all the photos. Over all it was an exceptional experience and we highly recommend elegant engagements for a wedding!!

We rented a photobooth for our occasion, and it was a big hit! Fun accessories made the photos really funny, and everyone enjoyed it! We have a great scrapbook of everyone who took pictures and wrote comments. It was a fun addition to the party, and a lasting memory. I highly recommend Elegant Engagments to anyone having an event!

Booked a photobooth and sound equiptment rental through this company. The owner, Jesse, was super great to work with and incredibly accommodating. On the night of the wedding, I realized I hadn't prepped the DJ to MC the event as well. John from EE, MC'd the entire night for us without a glitch - he did a PHENOMENAL job.

All in all, if you need a reliable company to help with DJ or photobooth services, I'd strongly recommend Jesse and Elegant Engagments. They're reasonably priced and awesome folks to work with!

Jesse was our DJ and went above and beyond for my bride and myself. They are very easy to work with made our wedding very fun.I wouldn't change a thing about them, because every song we requested they played.the music that they chose to use on top of ours was upbeat and fun. They had everyone dancing and partying all night long. The photo booth was an awesome addition as well and I suggest it for everyone. Great job guys!!!

We used Elegant Engagements for DJ and Photo Booth services. Jesse, our DJ, was outstanding. He really understood our taste in music, and kept our dance floor packed the entire night. Our photo booth attendant Kelvin was very helpful to all of our guests and presented us with our scrapbook finished with our digital copy of images immediately after the wedding, which is great because he told us to not look at it until we were on the plane on the way to our honeymoon to kill some time. We would never have even thought of doing that! Such a great idea! We would highly recommend everyone at Elegant Engagements.

Truly amazing!!!! We had our reception at Snug Harbor in Staten Island. Elegant Engagements provided us with a photo booth, which was a surprise wedding gift to my wife. I think more of our guests were at the booth then on the dance floor!!!!! The photos came out instantly, the pictures were clear (and hilarious!!) and Jesse gave us the photobook and DVD that night for our instant enjoyment!!! The setup was perfect, and the props were numerous and hilarious!!! Plus, if you know Snug Harbor, it is not easy to setup in (stairways, tight quarters, small doorways, etc.) But Jesse had no problems giving us the best "wedding favor" we could ask for. All this for a very reasonable price, especially considering it was a NYC area wedding!!!! I highly recommend using Elegant Engagements for your wedding.

Best music you could ask for. We requested a nonstop dance floor and he had a specialized dj (DJ Unique) take care of the music. It was an amazing production that my guests still talk about today. His photo booth was perfect and my guests had so much fun in it. He really does take care of all your needs and made sure everything was perfect for us. Since we had over 275 people, we knew that all of them would need to get on the dance floor. It seemed like he didn't even have to ask. The night was amazing and couldn't have asked for more, especially dancing all the way until 1:30 AM for the after party in the Grand Ballroom. Just ask and they will deliver.

We chose to use Elegant Engagements because the price was great. He even threw in free frames for us since they were left over from a previous event. The attendant was very nice and courteous to our guests and the scrapbook is a must.

We have used Elegant Engagements in the past with great success. He told us about his new photo booth and we opted to use it along with the DJ services that we booked. We are very happy we used them. The music was exactly what we wanted and the photo booth made our guests have even more fun. A+ service and will continue to use them.

My wife loved every bit of the photo booth. Jesse made sure that all of our guests enjoyed the booth and that our grandparents knew exactly what to do when in it. The scrapbook was the best since we used it for our guest book. This was by far the best photo booth we have ever been in.

We used Elegant Engagements this past Sunday for my sisters wedding. We have also used them for numerous family parties, from baby showers, birthday parties, engagement parties and weddings. They NEVER disappoint! They always play the BEST music and have everything from soup to nuts from uplighting and even a photo booth! They come highly recommended by my entire family and friends!

I couldn't have asked for a more awesome DJ at our wedding! Considering we had some crazy requests: From the Harry Potter music, the Disney music and the popular songs of today, they had it and played it all! Jesse was absolutely awesome to work with, brought a smile to mine and Jeff's face and really just rocked everything! You won't meet a better professional wen choosing a DJ for you wedding, don't look anymore just book Elegant Engagements.

We used elegant engagement for out step and repeat photo booth at my sons bar mitzvah. Stephanie was amazing. She handles the many children methodically and made sure everyone had a turn. The equipment worked the entire time and every one got their printouts. Stephanie made a photo album with copies of each picture and the guests all signed it. The album Stephanie made exceeded my expectations.

Hi!

I used elegant engagements for the photo booth for my wedding. I did my communications through Jesse. I did have a little bit of a hard time getting in touch with him, which made me a little nervous, but those fears were resolved the day of the wedding. The custom monogram was adorable, the photo booth was great, Jesse was great, and everyone had a blast!!! I highly recommend elegant arrangements for the photo boot!!! Thank You! :D

Even though they advertise on Groupon and Living Social, their packages can't be beat! We had an unbelievable wedding day and my husband and I have them to thank for it. Sometimes it is hard to get in touch with them, but they respond in a timely manner.

We had our event during the day and our biggest worry was that it would be hard to get everyone on the dance floor. It was the exact opposite! It was hard to get our guests to eat because the dancing didn't end!!!!!!! Very professional and happy we chose them. We used them for dj and photo booth.

Jesse and Jon were amazing. They are a very tight knit group and when it comes to answering any of my questions they respond very quickly. Jon, our photo booth attendant was the nicest ever!. Everyone said that the music was the best they have heard at any wedding they have been to!.

The photobooth attendant arrived very early and was pleasant and engaging with our guests. The pictures were clear and good quality. The photobooth was able to accommodate many teens. It was a hit at our Sweet 16 for our daughter. Thanks for helping to make it a memorable night.

We used Elegant Arrangements for a photobooth for our wedding. We saw a deal on Groupon for them so we booked them after reading some reviews. Jesse was our contact, however is extremely difficult to get ahold of. We had to leave several messages at both the store and on his cell phone before we received a call back. That was the only issue with them, otherwise their services were excellent. They had many props to use and the attendant at the wedding was very professional. Overall we were happy using their services, just be aware that communication isn't the greatest.

We got a groupon for the photobooth service. It took a while to get in contact with them and get all the details correct. On the day of our wedding, the two gentlemen that came were very professional and nice. However, our contract has all the digital copy of the photos. We tried to contact them to get a copy of the digital photos, they replied and said they'd send us the link but after a month, we still haven't received the digital copy of the photos. We want to have the pictures from the photobooth because we know everyone had fun taking these pictures and it's frustrating that after a few attempts they still haven't gotten back to us!! I'd recommend this service to a friend if they were more responsive.

I really did not want to write a bad review, but I just saw someone celebrating their anniversary with the photo booth pictures and I realized that it is an opportunity I will never have. I found this place on groupon, they honored the price and I asked for more add ins that I was willing to pay for. They said no, fine. Then I double check the contract and it said that I would receive all of the photo booth pics on a disc. The wedding was on October 8th, 2016 and I haven't received them or a response. Not to mention that on the day of the wedding two ppl showed up instead of one. So we got billed for an extra vendor meal on the day of our wedding. Plus they were rude to the staff at the venue. No apologies, no pictures that were promised and not a great feeling. If you are simply looking for a cheap photo booth, they are good. If you value your memories, then go.
Also hired them to take a video of the ceremony. They sent me the questionnaire the WEEK of the wedding. The videographers stood in front of our photographer. The video was meh. Again, we got the minimum of what we asked for.

The photobooth itself was fun and we were happy with the service on the day, but the communication with Jesse was such a headache. There were times we thought about cutting our losses and cancelling (even though we knew we wouldn't get our money back) because it was too stressful wondering if I'd receive responses from him. He was rude and the way he worded his responses made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking basic questions.
We used a Groupon, so maybe they are better with customers who pay full price. If that's the case, though, I still wouldn't recommend them. Also, the Groupon didn't end up being a good deal because the taxes owed to Elegant Engagements were about $250. That on top of the Groupon fee was equal to what some other companies charge without a deal.
All this said, our guests had a lot of fun with the booth and the photobooth attendant, Nicole, was very sweet and professional. The guest book she put together is something we'll treasure going forward. All of these things are probably possible with most other photobooth companies, so if we could do it again we'd book elsewhere.
Our guests brought a couple of props and one accidentally ended up in the photobooth bin. I emailed Jesse afterwards to see if it had turned up. He told me he would check, but I didn't hear back so followed up with him over a month later. It wasn't surprising to hear that they didn't find it, but an apology and a reply without my hounding would have been nice.
I don't recommend. There are plenty of other companies who provide the same service and I can't imagine much worse customer service.

Be aware of poor service, not sure if it's because pay for the photo booth using groupon, but the service was lousy and not professional as shown on the website. From start to end we heard so many excuses, I lost count, as soon as we pay for my daughter's sweet 16 photo booth, we call Jesse to book it, there it was the 1st excuse, they were away and not able to come to the phone, after a week and a half, I got someone on the phone, then Jesse himself called me, I was impressed, we set up a free in house consultation, so I asked about DJ services, the day of the appointment, he contacted e about an hour prior to the appointment, with another excuse. we reschedule for a different day.
When he came for the consultation, again, I was very impressed, he explained the booth, the DJ and the fees, my daughter had asked about photo collage, but it was too pricy, I asked who will be the DJ and MC that night and he assured it was going to be him. A month after, emailing him every day for the contract, I started to panic when the emails were not answered, time is running, Should I start looking for another DJ? weeks after he finally got back to me via email with some more excuses and a very confusing contract with a whole bunch of hidden fees that were never explained and included the photo collage that was not part of the conversation. I email him back saying that the contract was wrong and it took a couple of more weeks until we got the right contract. Checks for payments were mailed on a timely fashion and took the for ever to deposit......THE DAY OFF......OH BOY...... I made the final payment online and paid extra for using a credit card...the DJ was good, but it was not Jesse as offered, he was really nice and apologized for his attire, my daughters sweet was formal and he was nor properly dress, he claimed that he had received a phone call about the sweet 16 a couple of hours before the party, I can't type anymore need more room

I am sick over having hired these guys. Jesse is very hard to get in touch with and his MC and DJ were very rude! I spent over a year planning for this wedding that I have been waiting 14 years for and they ruined it! The dance floor was empty all night because I asked for dance music and they played my entrance song and cocktail hour music instead. The photobooth was left attended multiple times while my guests stood there. I spent half the night in tears instead of dancing all night with my friends and family. 2 days later not even an email from them...
