  I contacted Elegant Bridal Boutique after crying for hours about a dress I fell in love with and bought at a different salon and it didn't work out. The owner was the fairy god mother to my wedding. She literally spoke on the phone with me for an hour consoling me and telling me how she was going to make this better. Not only did she work with me on her days off to make sure this happened, but she made my dreams come true and got my dream dress in 2 weeks!! By the time I met her, I felt like we were old friends and was ready to give her the biggest hug. The woman doing alterations was sweet, funny, and timely. Overall, I can't imagine what I would have done without them.

  Elegant Bridal made my dress shopping experience wonderful. My entire bridal party and family lived in NJ and I made them come up to buy all of the dresses there. Mattie was amazing!!!

  I absolutely love this shop! Maddy & Tamara, the mother/daughter duo who own the store are so wonderful! I had a very basic idea of what kind of dress I wanted and Tamara was able to take my self-proclaimed useless description and found a wedding dress that I fell in love with! We also ordered the bridesmaids dresses from them & we ended up changing the bridesmaid dresses several times & they were flexible and helped us so much. Our dresses were all delivered, altered, pressed & ready to go on our wedding day. We had so much fun with the girls at the shop and they were so professional! I highly recommend them :)

  All the staff at Elegant Bridal were so helpful, amazing and so nice. I was truely happy with my dress and how everything came out. I recomend them to anyone.

  I wish I bought my dress elsewhere. I dreaded visiting this shop for fittings and often felt put down. Also, alteration costs were presented less expensive while shopping than they ended up being. My dress was very beautiful and the alterations were done well, but I wish it was a happy experience.

  The woman who runs this shop should be ashamed of herself. Be warned that she takes your money in advance, and then refuses to reorder/refund the money when an error is caused by her own mistakes. She provides no customer service and is incredibly rude. My mother went to Elegant Bridal to buy a dress for my wedding. She found a short dress, and ordered it in her measurements. The dress took several more weeks than specified to come in. When it did come in, it was not the dress she ordered. The dress was a floor length gown and a different style all together. The woman lied to my mother saying that the dress was floor length because my mother was too short. If my mother wanted a knee length dress, than it has to be altered to make it that way. It’s funny how my bridesmaids, who went to David’s Bridal, all got knee length dresses with no issue. The woman refused to order the actual dress my mother asked for, or refund her money. She told my mother all sales are final ...

Mattie the owner at first will smile and say anything you want to hear to get a sale. Once she traps you and has your money, that's when her daggers will come out. She is the most unprofessional and nastiest person I have ever dealt with. She doesn't return phone calls, snaps at you, interrupts you when you try to speak, and is frequently in a bad mood. She's a liar and a con artist. She's only in business because she is the only game in town within a 60 mile radius. I'm sure there are many people who have had bad experiences at this place, but are too afraid to speak up. I'd like to hear your horror stories as well.
