We can’t say enough wonderful things about Chef Janusz and Elegant Bakery! Our wedding cake was phenomenal—both visually stunning and absolutely delicious. The design was elegant and natural, just what we envisioned, and the flavors were unforgettable.
Chef Janusz was kind, professional, and made the entire process seamless. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had, and we couldn’t agree more! Elegant Bakery went above and beyond and helped make our celebration even more special.

Working with Janusz was an absolute delight, and we cannot recommend him highly enough! His passion for creating beautiful, delicious cakes truly shines through in everything he does.
The cake he made for our wedding was absolutely incredible—light, flavorful, and unforgettable. I still dream about it; I’ve never had anything so delicious! Janusz was kind and accommodating, willing to create any flavor we wanted. He also worked within our budget, adjusting the design while keeping it stunning. He was genuinely disappointed to scale back the design, which just shows how much he cares about his craft and his clients.
Janusz is a true artist. He drew out our cake design by hand—first during the initial consultation and again after we modified it. This personal touch made it so much easier to envision the final product, and when the day arrived, the cake matched his drawing perfectly. It was breathtaking.
He does have a more old-fashioned approach, preferring phone calls over emails and payment via check, but that’s all part of his charm. His talent and passion make it 100% worth it.
If you’re looking for a baker who will pour his heart into creating a stunning, delicious centerpiece for your wedding, Janusz is your guy. He’s an absolute gem! -

Yum!! Elegant Bakery catered our wedding with a beautiful assortment of tarts and rolls. They spent the time to walk us through a tasting at their store, and delivered and set up all the treats attractively for our guests to enjoy. -

Beautiful & tasty!
Chef Janusz at Elegant Bakery did an incredible job with our wedding cake! It both looked amazing and tasted fantastic. At our first meeting, he sketched out a design of our cake as we sat there. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted, but he had great suggestions. He created the most realistic sugar flowers I’ve ever seen that exactly matched our bouquets. He’s a true artist! The cake flavors were also delicious, with real mousse, fruit, and ganache. We had tried another bakery, and found their cakes lacked flavor and texture, but not Janusz’s! I’m glad we ordered extra cake, because many of our guests ate multiple pieces because they wanted to try each flavor (and we had 4!). The only suggestion I would make is to finalize the cost of the cake with a contract ahead of time. -

Chef Janusz Rocks
Chef Janusz: We received so many compliments of the amazing cake & cupcakes we received from Elegant Bakery. We had ordered the original & gluten free white chocolate mousse cupcakes with fresh berries and midway classic cupcakes. Each cupcakes also had such cute designs and cupcake liners that it brought in our theme so well. Only worry was that our wedding coordinator, Liv, was fearful that the cupcake stand would tip over while we were cutting the cake as it was a bit wobbly. But loved having the stand as it made for a great tiered presentation!

Chef Janusz!!
From the first meeting, Chef Janusz and his lovely wife Bozena were warm and welcoming and just a delight to work with!! My daughter worked long distance with Janusz designing her dream cake and boy did he come through! Chandelier "crystals" on the cake, real sugar sunflowers, he's a very talented chef and an amazing artist!
And YUM!! The cake received RAVE reviews, the guests were all talking about the delicious cake! We had two of his flavors; the red velvet and the strawberry and bavarian cream, oh my!! And I understand they make a logroll cake over the holidays, can't wait!! -

If you are looking for a gorgeous wedding cake that also taste delicious, look no further!!! We were blessed to have met Janusz of Elegant Bakery . Just from our initial meeting, Janusz took our complex vision for a custom 4 tier cake and was able to make a beautiful and delicious cake that effortless represented all of our themes. Janusz also incorporated very unique flavors for each of our tiers. From pistachio pear to espresso chocolate cake, each tier was so scrumptious and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. Janusz was an absolute pleasure to work with - he is warm, talented and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend him and his team for your cake needs! -

Janusz is an especially passionate and crafty baker and he made the entire process a complete delight. From when we first met him for an initial consultation to the tasting to the final meeting, you can see the wheels spinning in his head as he works to get you just exactly what you want. The cake was beautiful and delicious ( we had four tiers with four different flavors, the spice cake was to die for), I saw people who don't usually eat desert eating that cake. I would definitely recommend them to make your wedding cake wonderful and I hope I get a chance to have Janusz make us another cake soon.

Elizabeth Sent on 07/23/2010Chef Janusz was AMAZING!!! By far the best cake tasting that we had - and we had around 8. We were blown away by his creative vision. We were thinking something along the lines of simple cupcakes....he began sketching (yes, sketching!!) and described to us how they will not be "just regular" cupcakes....he was going to scoop out the top and pipe filling into them and then dip the tops in hard chocolate. As a finishing touch he placed our monograms and tiny hand drawn icing flowers on the top. They were SPECTACULAR! Our guests raved about them. I had to bring some back from Colorado to put in our freezer in Florida - that's how good they were. He also made a small tier of cake for us to cut, decorated in a complementary style, along with mini key lime tarts. The presentation on the cake table was beautiful!! All of this, and he was able to come in under our budget. I highly recommend Chef Janusz and Elegant Bakery!! -

Gary Sent on 06/10/2010We searched very thoroughly for our wedding cake baker. Some had great quality but there were concerns about service. When we met Chef Janusz, we knew we had found the one. Every aspect of working with Chef Janusz was a total joy! We had our wedding 3 days ago, and we can tell you absolutely that Elegant Bakery delivered a masterpiece. It was beautiful. It tasted extraordinary and our only regret is that we didn't get to eat more of it (and I had 3 pieces!!). We'll be going back to Elegant for more fine baked goods. We're customers for life!

I wanted a French wedding cake (Croquembouche) and narrowed my search to about 3 vendors in the Denver area who could provide this. Elegant Bakery was the priciest option, but I will never regret hiring them to produce my beautiful AND delicious wedding cake. Chef Janus made cream puffs with 2 different fillings for the cake: chocolate and pistachio. He also created gorgeous spun sugar strings that went around the cake “mountain” with gold-colored sugar snowflakes around the cake and a sugar sculpture at the top with mountains and trees. Not only was the cake gorgeous, and it was also incredibly delicious. -
