    Elegant arrivals was exactly what we hoped for on our wedding day this month. We got married in the poconos and used the party bus, hitch was had tons of room! It was also very clean. Our driver was Damien who was very helpful with everything we asked of him and polite to work with. We got a decent bottle of champagne free and half case of beer, though not the best beer. Damien was also very prompt and arrived early. He even shoveled the snowy street for us to get back in the limo after the ceremony. Would definitely recommend this limo service.

    I have no idea why anyone would give this transportation service a bad review. My husband and I booked their services literally 3 weeks before our event. We recieved a very fair price for 5 hours of service plus tip. The driver was really welcoming and helpful. He even got on the phone for 10 minutes to help a guest who was lost. The 14 seat bus was beautiful on the inside, the chairs comfortable and the drives to and from very smooth. I had a very good experience with these business and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    This business is very prompt and accomodating. They offered a discount because we chose more than one form of transportation for our wedding day/night. Only thing I had to ask for was a contract because one was not provided at first. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    We searched around and got very lucky finding Elegant Arrivals and his excellent Limousine service. Very nice we reserve a white Super Stretch Limo; the limo was stocked and ready to go. We were picked up at our desired location promptly and were there to take us wherever we wanted to go. My friends and I had one of the best nights ever and this limo was an important part of that. The drivers are super friendly and professional. It was so good!! Highly Recommended!!

    Greater limousine services. I have used Elegant Arrivals Limousines for my last two events for my sister's 21st birthday and for my own wedding and it has been a GREAT experience. From the time you call in or email to book a day to the last minute drop off the customer service is unbeatable. They are always wait patiently; the drivers are super friendly and professional although we are a crazy crowd!!!! Thanks you so much and sees you soon for our next event!!!!!

    The first thought I had was "Less Than Elegant Arrivals." We had purchased the Lincoln Navigator Limo Package and I must say that I was disappointed. First of all, the customer service during the planning stages was so scant that we honestly thought it was a 50/50 chance whether the limo would show up at all. For example, when I called, I heard dogs barking on the background... Although the limo did show up on time, in their defense, we sure were in for a treat. Let's start with the outside appearance of the vehicle.....It had dents, scratches, and scrapes to the exterior paint. That was just the beginning, then I entered the hell that was the interior of the limo. First, the A/C did not work on a day that was over 90 degrees. Second, the carpet was old and gross. Third, there was no drink refrigeration......the beverages were actually cooled by a open tub with ice in it. When the limo picked us up from the wedding ceremony to take us to the reception, the floor was doused with water and ice from the "awesome" tub of water and ice that were used to cool the beverages of Coors Light and bottled water. Last, there was an "added bonus" of the driver throwing down a red carpet for the entrance and exit of the bridal party. While in fact the "carpet" was a "shade" of red, the carpet itself was a rug that looked like it came from the home of a Han dynasty peasant's hut. It is not a red carpet and should be used only to bed a dog house. Honestly, it looked like the limo was the Frankenstein of Lincoln Navigators. Yikes! The driver was very nice though, and it did get us from a to b on time, which was critical.

    We used the trolley for our wedding day. The trolley arrived on time and drove us to all of our photos. The driver was great, but the trolley was in need of repair. The door had to be closed with a piece of wood so as not to pop open while driving. During our ceremony the trolley had to be taken to get serviced. And luckily it was at our last destination, but the trolley backfired and shut down. So although it served its purpose and we loved the look of it, the reliability of the trolley itself is questionable.

    Elegant Arrivals.... well, I thought I was getting a good deal and, to be honest, everything went well the day of. But, this company was THE WORST to work with. I couldn't believe when they asked me to call them back when I called regarding details for the transportation for my wedding. They are a good deal and if you are ALL over them about the details, you should be okay. But, it was definately the ONLY source of stress the day of the wedding. I called them 4 times the week of and called the driver twice the day of to make sure he knew what he was doing. The office staff is terrible.

    Disappointing

    ZERO STARS. On a hot July day, they sent us a bus that did not have AC, seats were FILTHY, and full of ants. All of which ruined my dress before arriving at the wedding ceremony. Horrible service, horrible experience, don't give them a dime.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a disgrace. I spoke with the owner Steve who told me the only responsibility of his company is to provide a ride. The quality of the car is not his responsibility. The window, TV and radio were broken. The mirror was broken off and laying on the back window ledge. We had paid for a 10 passenger limo but received a six passenger. We requested that when the limo came to pick us up after the honeymoon we have a limo that would fir our party more comfortably. We did not. The owner also said that this was not his responsibility. If when the limo arrived it was incorrect we should have refused it. I asked what were the options if we refused it and he said to get a different limo company. That at midnight after our wedding we should have found other travel arrangements if we did not receive what we paid for. However, even if the limo was incorrect he would not reimburse our payment. The company advertises that they roll out a red carpet. This did not happen. They advertise that they provide champagne. It was not available after the wedding but was in a Coors Light plastic cooler for the ride back from the honeymoon. This was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. I did contact the owner but he was belligerent and yelled at me.

    GROSS!!! Hands down the most disgusting man/company and limo I have EVER been in!!!! DO NOT expect any professionalism or care from this company. The limo bus we had rented smelled like stagnant water, so badly our wedding party and guests were nauseous. When we complained, we got no answers from the driver and even less care/consideration from the owner of the company.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible!! We used the limo bus for our wedding party and the n we used it later to pick up some of our guests. Words can't even begin to describe the frustration I have with this company! When we called they seemed great! They told us all about the "red carpet" they do and that they provide water, soda, beer and two bottles of champagne. That is not true. We did not get the red carpet, did not get water, there was about 2 sodas and about 5 random weird beers and 1 bottle of cheap champagne. If that was the only issue we had with this company I would not be writing this review! When the limo bus arrived it was the wrong bus. My husband had told the driver that so the driver called the owner Steve. Steve was a complete jerk! He told my husband that if he didn't like the bus that he got that he can get off the bus and we can get our money back. Seriously? That's how you are going to treat someone on their wedding day? After all that, we realized that the A/C was broken! It was an 86 degrees day and we did about 3 1/2 hours of pictures outside. I was dying!! I had sweat rolling down my face and back the whole time. We had to open all the windows to get relief and with myself and the bridesmaids just getting our hair done, was not something we wanted to have to do. Once pictures were over I asked the driver if he could please get a different bus with A/C before he picked up the guest for the wedding. He said he would. Well he didn't! My guests told me when they arrived the bus was insanely hot and had trash all over it. I was told that we could leave the trash on the bus from our wedding party and it would be taken care of. How embarrassing that my guest got in a bus covered with trash. Lastly, we used the same shuttle for out after party. The driver dropped us off at a bar and he told us that he would be waiting in the parking lot. The bar closed at 1:30am. We all wanted to leave around 1:20 so we went out to the parking lot to get on the bu

    BOOKER BEWARE!!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I paid almost $1500 for a trolley for my wedding which BROKE DOWN trying to get people back to the hotel and I had to have one of my guest's tow them up the hill to get running! The company offered me $100 back!! This place has horrible customer service, I feel bad for the office people that have to deal with such a lousy company and boss for that matter who wouldn't even talk to me on the phone. I would NEVER use this place EVER again!!! BEWARE!!

    Elegant arrivals was supposed to send me a 1966 rolls Royce. I paid them $810 to use the car for three hours. The day of my wedding the car that showed up was a Lincoln dressed up to look like a rolls Royce. The inside was a mess and the driver was playing loud music. DO Not use this company! They are liars and unprofessional!

    Cliff's Notes: This is a terrible company with a sub-standard fleet and even worse customer service.

    Extended Version: I contracted with Elegant Arrival for service on my wedding day. Their non-responsiveness and basic inability to communicate prior to the actual day should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, I didn't have much choice as it the wedding fell during prom season and my options were extremely limited. In hindsight, I would have been happier riding a bicycle to the chapel on my wedding day.

    There were numerous issues on the day of service and not enough space to document them all in this review. Needless to say, the main occurrence with which I take issue is that I was forced to walk from our wedding reception, in my wedding gown, to my hotel at the conclusion of the reception because the limo bus was not present. Suffice to say that, if the limo bus was in fact present at any point in time around the conclusion of the reception, a quick visual scan of the limo bus (yielding no one in a puffy white dress) may have given the driver pause, or at least served as grounds to explore my whereabouts further. To add insult to injury, I was advised upon return from my honeymoon that I would incur an additional $500.00+ overtime charge in relation to the limo bus. Upon my return from the honeymoon and after wasting another hour of my time on the phone with the company, I still do not have any additional information on the driver's whereabouts during the course of the "overtime," although he was surely not using his extra time to drive me, my husband our wedding party home - the services for which I contracted.

    In sum, if you hate money, fair dealings, customer service and nice things, this is your company.

    terrible...if you dont want your special day to be ruin dont booked nothing with elegant arrivals. first of all nothing elegant.we had the lincoln strecth limo vey ugly and dirty. the seats were filthy inside.Also it had a mold odor inside.The outside terrible lots of dents every where..nothing elegant about it. I want it to cry went the limo arrive but it was late for me to cancel ..Also the red carpet is not red any more very filthy and ugly..Also the driver took me to my wedding ceremony and he left ,i had to call him and he told me he was eating of course using my time..when we arrive he ask me if he could leave...not professional at all..again is your special day..dont booked this limo service because you going to regret it like i did...never again...that was the talk of the night..very ugly limosine..old and filthy..

    Elegant arrivals was absolutely horrible. We reserved a trolley for our wedding which broke down. They proceed to call multiple times while we were getting married. After the ceremony, we called back and they said that would be sending a limo in a half hour. Annoyed but understanding we took pictures and waited. An hour and a half later, there was still no limo!!! Luckily our hotel helped us out so we were still able to get pictures. The worst part is they are refusing to refund our money for services that we never received. To add insult to injury when we called after our honeymoon to discuss the matter the owner of the company screamed at my husband, refused to even discuss the matter and hung up on him! This is definitely not someone worthy of your money or the aggravation.

    Our limo was nice, but what made the experience horrible was the fact that they COMPLETELY forgot to pick us up...ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!! I had to call THEM and find out where they were, and they were CLUELESS that I was supposed to have a limo that day. The kicker is that they called me to confirm the limo service the day before!! Well then they send out a replacement an HOUR later and I was late for my wedding. Then tried to say that I still owed them money even though I had already been paid up months before. The limo was nice, but the sunroof was broken so I didnt get the picture that I wanted with me and my groom out the window. The heat was broken, so we were freezing the entire way to the church (When he finally showed up). We requested red carpet service...never got it!! Then when I called to complain about the service a few weeks later, They were pretty much like "well what do you want us to do?". ARE YOU SERIOUS??????? So then to "make up" for their mistakes, he said that they would send us a gift card to a restaurant and free limo service to the dinner. Well when we got the cards in the mail, it was for $25 for the restaurant (thats what? one meal??) and the supposed "free limo" service was only if we were going to use the limo for over 8 hours. It doesnt take 8 hours to eat dinner!!!!!!! These guys are the worse.

    Well, I'm glad to see I'm not the first person to rate this vendor. Its been two months since my wedding and this company STILL makes my blood boil. I am, however, glad to see that someone got to use the Lincoln Navigator - it broke down on the side of the road with all the groomsmen in their tuxes (after they were late to show up and then went in the wrong direction). The photographer had to drive the groom and a few of the groomsmen to the church and an out of town guest had to come pick the rest up. Then, they didn't provide replacement transportation soon enough so the makeup artist had to drive the bride while other bridesmaids had to find their own way to the church. At least they showed up with a replacement vehicle to go to the reception, but note, with the bride giving them directions as the bridesmaids were in the processional! The kicker is, they wouldn't even speak to me to resolve the issue. The only way I got my money back was to dispute the charges with my credit card - and even then I didn't get my deposit back.

    So then during the reception I contracted them to provide transportation between the reception hall and the hotel. I had a 5 hour contract but told them I would need 6 and that I needed to change the contract. Well, an hour before the reception was supposed to end, the driver starts telling all the guests it was his last run back to the hotel! I was furious. DO NOT BOOK THIS PEOPLE! Check the better business bureau website too!

    There is nothing elegant about this company. i paid ahead of time full cost with tip...big mistake. the limo was disgusting...stains...broken..loud...fumes...sticky...i was so embarrased. not only that but when we were dropped off the driver forgot to take the bouquets out of the trunk and refused to come back to drop them off!!!! BEWARE!

    This is a horrible company to deal with. They did not show up on time to pick up the groom and groomsmen then got lost going from dropping off groom/groomsmen to the bride's house (they were given exact and accurate instructions how to do so). Then the air conditioning didn't work. The beverages were warm. There was NOT enough room to fit everyone in the limo (we had a lincoln navigator limo) even though we had less than the maximum capacity. The limo was not clean. On top of it all there were hidden fees they tried charging us with and charged our credit card with more than we had an agreement for. Owner was very rude and was yelling at the groom when called about the hidden fees and refunding $ for the a/c etc. Definitely would not recommend ever. We are in the process of getting this professionally dealt with

    Oh where do I begin with Elegant Arrivals....The driver was prompt to arrive at my parents home. We had rented a stretch Escalade (I believe). Part of the "glamour" of the package was a "red carpet" HAHAHAHA...the "red carpet" was a grungy garage mat that you pick up from NAPA Auto Parts or something. No biggie just gave us a laugh. Ok, now it's time to get in the vehicle in my huge wedding dress. The door frame was covered in dirt and grease, which resulted in dirt on the front of my dress. Do you think the driver offered to help out in anyway...nah he just stood there. The inside of the vehicle was DISGUSTING. Weird stains on the upholstery and duct tape holding something together. The AC didn't work in the bag, so needless to say we were a little warm. On the way to the church the driver got lost, and my bridesmaid gave him directions to the church. Elegant Arrivals had been given very specific directions to the church weeks in advance, but we got there.
    By now you are probably thinking...oh what minor little things...

    HERE'S THE BEST PART OF THIS WHOLE STORY.....On our way to the reception, the vehicle BROKE DOWN at a major intersection. Some of the best pictures in my wedding album are standing on the side of a major road watching my new husband and his groomsmen try and fix the vehicle. The driver was calling someone on his phone. Oh and the groomsman was the one who went and bought the antifreeze. My husband and his buddies are Marines and work on million dollar military vehicles, but no luck with the Escalade. So, guests from our reception came and picked us up and there we left the driver with the crap car on the side of the road.

    Now, you would think any REPITABLE business would be on the phone apologizing immensely. Not Elegant Arrivals, we didn't hear from them for a few days following my wedding. The owner acted as if he had no idea any of this had occurred. The service was never finished because we never made it to our reception. Now I don't know about you, but usually if a service isn't satisfactory there is usually some refund of money. Not from ELEGANT ARRIVALS, however they did offer us a $100 off our next rental.....geeee thanks!
