THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Perfect combo of live music, fun DJ, and dynamic energy!

ESQ was recommended to us by friends who were planning their wedding and had booked them. Our friends described them as fantastic to work with, very communicative, and organized. From our initial phone call with Jenny and Ray, we knew we had found our perfect fit for our wedding music professionals. We booked them and then got a preview of them in action at our friends’ wedding – where we had a blast dancing all night long – solidifying that we had made the right decision.

Jenny with her contagious, positive energy and Ray with his strong attention to detail make an incredible team in the planning process. ESQ was truly a beacon of light during what is often a stressful planning process. Jenny and Ray got to know us and our relationship with each other, walked us through the flow of the event, brainstormed song choices with us, and were incredibly gracious with incorporating some last minute requests. ESQ made planning fun, personal, and they really took the time to understand us, the special moments we valued and wanted to highlight.

Music is such a personal thing and choosing who represented the music at our wedding felt like a really big choice. We knew three things when we set out to find our wedding music professionals: (1) we wanted live music incorporated into the day; (2) we wanted a DJ for the reception for ultimate song choice flexibility (we have a wide range of music tastes and it sure showed at the wedding); and (3) we wanted a party on the dance floor. We honestly weren’t convinced that we could find a group that could do all three, but ESQ delivered on these three big things and more! ESQ stood out to us with their unique and talented string quartet, their fun and easygoing personalities, their professionalism and frequent communication, and how much they genuinely care about the couples they work with. Their repertoire is vast – we were overwhelmed (in a good way) with the vast range of songs they are prepared to play live.

As for the actual wedding day, we may be biased but the music at our wedding was incredible. One of the things that drew us to ESQ in the first place was their dynamic ability to transition the music throughout the night – setting a romantic, timeless scene for our wedding ceremony with their live strings, transitioning to upbeat covers of modern songs for our cocktail hour, and really turning up the party with Jenny as the DJ and the accompanying electric strings. Our guests learned the choreography to Chappell Roan’s “Hot To Go,” belted out Teenage Dirtbag, and were delightfully surprised by Simple Plan’s rendition of “What’s New Scooby Doo” (Trust me it’s a banger). You could not pry our feet from the dance floor – we (bride + groom) with all of our guests danced the night away. As one of our friends remarked to us after the event “it was banger after banger and it was impossible to find a bad song to sneak away for a bathroom break.”

ESQ was one of the most memorable parts of the day and our guests have continued to share how beautiful the ceremony arrangements were, how fun and unique ESQ was particularly during cocktail hour and the reception, and how sore they were the next day after all the dancing!

Tldr (because let’s be fair, you’re busy and trying to make wedding planning decisions) – If you are looking for talented live musicians, an organized (and truly lovely) planning team, and a wedding or event filled with beautiful music and dancing – book ESQ! We truly cannot say enough good things (and are looking for every excuse to book them again in the future)!

The most incredible wedding music!

Elegance Quartet was the icing on the cake for our wedding. Ray and his team were amazing from the beginning of the planning process to the end. Their music made our wedding feel magical. My husband, Spartak, was born in Albania and came to the US when he was 5. I wanted to make sure that Albanian traditions were a part of our wedding. A big part of an Albanian wedding is having incredible music and to have a dance called a Valle. When I first talked to Ray after hearing his music online, I thought he and his team were so talented. He was also from Albania. Ray went out of his way to really make our wedding special by showcasing Albanian songs from Tirana where Spartak was born and helping to create a really beautiful Valle mix. He even brought Spartak's dad a special gift from Albania which his dad loved. My husband and I also work in the entertainment industry in New York and a lot of our guests are also in the entertainment business. A few of them came up to me and said they were jamming outside during the prelude for the wedding and during cocktail hour. Ray also set up a screen and played a video slide show that I had and made sure it looked and sounded great for all guests to hear. I would recommend anyone who wants live music to go with Ray and his team. The DJ Fusion that they incorporate was so much fun and made the wedding so memorable. Ray really took the time to make sure every detail for the day was perfect. Thanks again Ray!

Book ESQ!!

ESQ was wonderful!! The music was incredible and so were Ray and Jenny! It was our dream to have strings at our wedding and a dance party reception and ESQ was a one stop shop. They were so organized and easy to work with. Our day was smooth top to bottom. They accommodated all of the special touches we requested including learning a few songs for cocktail hour and allowing a friend of ours to accompany them on piano during the ceremony. The dance floor lighting and electric strings that played along side the dance music was so fun and we got extensive complements from our guests. 10/10 recommend!!!

Awesome! Book them

You 10000% need to book Elegance for your wedding!! We booked the 2 hour package which included 30 minute prelude (while guests were arriving and sitting down), the music for the ceremony processional and recessional and amplified strings with accompanying beats for the cocktail hour. They added such an elegant and classy vibe to our ceremony, setting the tone for the whole evening. I could pick from literally hundreds of songs for both the prelude and cocktail hour music. Our ceremony and cocktails were both at Union Trust and the transition between them was so smooth with the quartet playing our ceremony recessional from the balcony and then jumping right into cocktail music. Guests were loving the music and were definitely impressed with the arrangements and talent! Would book and recommend ESQ again!

Book These Guys!!

“Wow”, “phenomenal” and “super cool” - all comments given by guests at our brunch wedding listening to ESQ and their amazingly talented musical skills. One guest was like “they just played lady Gaga…on strings!!”. We can’t recommend them enough - the flare and ambience they created for the wedding ceremony and prelude were fantastic. They played for our cocktail hour and wow’ed guests and us with their renditions of pop, rock, musicals and more! There repertoire is so varied and they are always open to new songs and artists. Working with Jenny to organize the day, have her do some MC duties, and coordinate was the easiest thing - she’s like working with a great friend that wants to make your day a special one. Ray organized and wrote out two new songs for us - our special first dance and our entrance song - both were superb! Communication was always professional and quick, not to mention easy. And the music - again, can not say enough good things about their amazing abilities to take any song and give it their own interpretation while constantly wowing not only us but all of our guests!

Wedding Reception DJ Fusion option

We booked the Elegance Quartet for our wedding reception and they did an OUTSTANDING job. They played live during our dinner hour and we received several compliments about their performance as we were going around from table to table.

We chose the DJ Fusion package, where a few members play their light up electric string instruments overtop of a DJ after dinner. It was the perfect medium between a full on DJ and a band. The string players went out into the crowd at times to help hype them up and played to some of our guests individually during slower songs.

Throughout the duration of planning, I spoke directly with Ray. He was incredibly easy to work with and very straightforward about all the services their group had to offer.

I can’t recommend the Elegance Quartet enough, they are professionals through and through. If you’re looking for something to wow your crowd that’s a bit different than a standard DJ or band, the DJ Fusion option is perfect.

Thank you so much Ray and the Elegance Quartet! We had an absolute blast at our wedding and we owe a large part of it to you guys!

Amazing experience!

We hired Elegance String Quartet for our March 2024 wedding, and 6 months out, our guests are still raving about the music! From the day we began working with ESQ we knew we were in good hands. They were professional, easy to work with, and truly got to know us and our music preferences.
They followed us throughout the day of our wedding- playing as a quartet at our ceremony, moving onto electric strings at our cocktail hour, and a DJ Fusion at the reception. They were AMAZING all day and night. I cannot recommend a more fun and unique way to incorporate live music with a DJ.
I am so thankful we got to work with ESQ at our wedding!

Amazing Impact - LOVED them! So very talented!

LOVED working with Elegance String Quartet - and they were just that, Elegant BUT they were also FUN and full of life and tremendously accommodating. Book them ASAP!

Ray and the team put on an absolute master class of a performance for my wife and I. Not only was the ceremony amazing, but the cocktail hour with the electric quartet blew the entire place away. So many people commented on how awesome they were, and I highly recommend talking to Ray and the team about performing at your wedding. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, and they really made the day fun, special, and memorable.

EQ is the BEST!

I highly recommend Elegance Quartet for your special occasion! They played at our daughter's wedding and they were wonderful - the music was beautiful and everyone was dancing the night away. ESQ is the best for weddings💜

AMAZING!!! I have nothing but kind words to say about ESQ from every zoom meeting, email, to professionalism and leading up to the day they are amazing. The day of, wow, the best day ever with ESQ playing at our wedding. We did the DJ fusion with Sam who did a wonderful job playing alongside the 4 instruments. At night when the electric pieces came out and were glowing on the dance floor was the life of the party! Ray even let me play one as the bride! So much fun people keep talking about it now!! Highly Recommend Elegance String Quartet!

Elegance String Quartet provided live music for our wedding in Philadelphia, June 2024. We were incredibly pleased with the entire experience. Elegance String Quartet has a massive catalogue of songs to choose from - though they told us with a month or two heads-up they could learn just about any song we wanted, the bigger problem was choosing from the amazing list of songs they'd already mastered! :) Additionally, they were very organized, reaching out to us at important milestones to check-in with us and schedule calls to plan everything the day. Finally, and most importantly, they are exceptional musicians. They played each song flawlessly and our guests were highly complimentary. Overall, our expectations were exceeded and we are so happy with our choice to have Elegance Quartet perform at our wedding!

Elegance Quartet MADE our ceremony!

Beautiful Music and Lovely Musicians

Absolutely the best!

Elegance String Quartet is absolutely amazing and amazing to work with. They played at our wedding in March. Not only is their music beautiful, but they are all kind musicians who really went out of their way to play at our ceremony. Our guests loved the quartet, and loved their modern take on music. It was a crowd favorite and a gorgeous addition to our ceremony. The best of both worlds!

We hired ESQ for our wedding and could not have been happier with them! We aren't a huge fan of wedding bands, but loved the idea of live music. This is honestly the perfect mix! From booking to the actual event, they exceeded all expectations. They were so kind, and easy to work with. We had them for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They kept us informed throughout the planning process and were so accommodating to our requests. They even created a new arrangement in order to incorporate a live TikTok sound for my aisle song. Jenny was an amazing DJ, and Claudia killed it during our reception, jumping into a few songs with her instrument. Ray was also great to work with and kept everything on track. They were all extremely talented musicians and even better humans. Our guests could not stop talking about how great the music was! Best Quartet Experience Ever!

We used Elegance Quartet for our wedding in January. From start to finish the experience of working with them was phenomenal! We first saw them perform at our friend’s wedding, and we were so impressed, that we knew we had to have them for ours. Before we had booked a venue, we were reaching out to them for more information. We chose their full package. Having them play the ceremony cocktail hour, dinner hour, and reception. Jenny and Ray worked closely with us to ensure that everything was as we envisioned it. We received so many comments and compliments on how wonderful the music and entertainment was. Fantastic Vendor Partner

Elegance Quartet is the elegance you need for your wedding!

Elegance String Quartet was such a hit at our wedding - everyone was talking about them! We had them for both the ceremony and cocktail hour. The strings truly made both parts of the events sound magical, and I could not have imagined them without it.

Also - the team was extremely professional throughout the whole process. When we were choosing a quartet, Ray stood out as extremely kind and personable, making it clear that the quartet would do everything it could to make our day really special, even if it meant needing to draft up sheet music for a new song that wasn't already on their list. Day of - they were prompt and perfect!

Amazing! Such a treat at our wedding!

Elegance quartet is amazing! We had them for our cocktail hour at The Crystal Tea Room and people haven't stopped raving about them. They brought great energy to the start of our night in the atrium. My sister also had them at her wedding cocktail hour and her ceremony, so we knew we wanted them at our wedding too! They were so easy to work with and professional! They hopped on calls with us to make sure they got our exact vision down. We didn't pick songs, we completely trusted them and told them to do what they do best! They are so much fun to listen to and watch play, and are so experienced! Such a great addition to any wedding or event! We highly recommend!!

Highly recommend!

We hired Elegance Quartet for our wedding in October and couldn’t have been happier. The instrumentals were beautiful, and the transition from string to electronic instruments to DJing was fun and seamless.

But most importantly, we found Jenny and Ray to be warm and accommodating in the lead-up to the wedding. They were responsive to our emails and both easy and fun to work with.

Elegance Quartet was a guest favorite, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for live music!

Best Wedding Entertainment!

We hired Elegance String Quartet to play at our wedding in June 2023. We primarily worked with Jenny for planning and details and she was a pleasure to work with. Jenny is incredibly responsive, organized, and an overall joy to work with. She helped us plan the perfect music program for our ceremony and a great combination of crowd pleasers and songs my husband and I love for the cocktail hour and reception.

Months later, we're still getting compliments about ESQ from our wedding guests. Everyone had so much fun and that's largely due to ESQ keeping the energy and fun going all night! I highly recommend them for any event.

Amazing experience!

We were so lucky to book Elegance Quartet for our wedding in Hershey. We didn’t want to go with the typical DJ and definitely wanted a string quartet for our wedding. Amazing band!

Elegance Quartet played at my wedding with their full day package including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The ceremony music was absolutely beautiful, and the cocktail hour was so much fun with guests being able to request songs. They had a great time and were so amazed to see the dj fusion during our reception. The dance floor was packed and people did not stop dancing. Best Wedding Music Choice Ever!

We had ESQ at our wedding reception and they were incredible! Our guests loved their energy, and we loved their dynamic ability to not only play such a variety of music, but to match the crowd as well (their digital jukebox is so cool, too!). They transitioned to DJ'ing for the later part of the evening, and it was so neat to see them keep some strings in the mix, even during that portion! Beyond their skills, Ray, Jenny, and their team are so kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend ESQ as they will uplevel your event!

Wedding Quartet Simply Amazing!

Jenny and the Elegance String Quartet are simply the best. My wedding ceremony was elevated to something very special with them playing music throughout. Nothing but professional from start to finish even in less than ideal temperatures for an outdoor ceremony. Fun and memorable music

We couldn't recommend Elegance String Quartet more highly. Amidst all the stress of wedding planning, working with Jenny and Ray to cultivate the music selections for each part of our wedding day was downright fun. They were communicative, professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. We went with the full-day package, which highlighted the breadth of ESQ's talents. The acoustic strings for the ceremony were stunningly beautiful. And the electric strings for the cocktail hour and DJ set with live electric strings for the reception was a blast -- we had so many guests come up to us and ask about ESQ. It made for a fun and memorable reception. Jenny was a great DJ and got guests on the dance floor. She did a great job of reading the room and selecting songs that would keep people dancing. She worked with us in advance to choose a vibe for the reception and pick our processionals and recessional, and they did a great job of working off our vision to create a perfect soundtrack for the whole day. They even made a custom cut for us for our parent dances. ESQ was a one-stop shop for all our music for the wedding, and that made planning so much easier. We enthusiastically recommend them!

Excellent quartet for ceremony, cocktail, and reception!

Elegance Quartet's performance was one of the highlights of our wedding day, I can't recommend them enough. They were a pleasure to work with leading up to the event. They played awesome string covers of sentimental pop & indie songs for our ceremony & cocktail hour, and were an absolute blast with electric string covers for the reception. We had a small-ish (~35 ppl) wedding due to Covid, and I wasn't sure if our crowd would really dance at all during the reception, but the music was so great every single guest was on the dance floor. Thank you, Elegance Quartet!!

Simply Wonderful!

Elegance String Quartet was fantastic! My sister booked them in 2017 for her wedding and fast forward we knew we had to book them for ours. They were great to work with leading up to the wedding. They played for the ceremony and cocktail hour and elevated the whole experience. They were accommodating with learning a new song we requested for the ceremony as well. Our guests were also so complimentary of them and their music! I would highly recommend them to anyone, book them now!

Amazing Musicians!!

The trio performed during our ceremony and then plugged in and performed a wide range of songs during our cocktail hour (actually 90 minutes). They are all so talented and the feedback from our guests was amazing. Looking back, I wish we had booked the trio or upgraded to the quartet for the reception as well. Who knew that "Sweet Child O' Mine" could sound so good with electric strings?

The Perfect Wedding Quartet

We chose Elegance String Quartet to play for our wedding ceremony at The Crystal Tea Room. Jenny and team were so friendly, organized, and professional. Jenny was always quick to respond and helped us through the process of choosing songs. She gave us great advice on how to customize our wedding "playlist" with Elegance to match our music/vibe vision. They went above and beyond to learn a new song outside of their repertoire so I could walk down the isle to exactly what I wanted. Theee best decision ever!

ESQ was hands down my most FAVORITE part of my wedding!! I booked them for cocktail hour and wanted bridgerton vibes (popular hits with the classical vibe) and boy did they DELIVER!!! my guests had so much fun singing along to their music and it really got the party started! Ray and Jenny were so easy to work with and provided me with a super extensive list of songs to play from! Simply the Best String Quartet

Ray and the Elegance String Quartet are simply the best in so many ways! I met Ray and his Quartet about 10 years ago when we hired them for my company's holiday party. They did a fantastic job providing just the right music for the event. They played all music genres - classical, holiday, current hits, rock, etc. Everyone loved them! We used them every year since then for our holiday party (until COVID entered the picture and since then we haven't had a holiday party). This past December my son got married and I hired Elegance String Quartet to play at the ceremony and cocktail hour. They were perfect in every way - organized, professional, and expert musicians. Again, they played every type of music, from classical for the ceremony to Taylor Swift and the Theme to Game of Thrones. Guests at the wedding had fun requesting songs at their kiosk. Practically every person at the wedding commented to me how amazing they were! Next to the lovely bride and charming groom, they were a true hit at the wedding! They made the ceremony and cocktail hour very elegant and special. I highly recommend them!

A complete musical package for your entire wedding day

We loved our experience working with Elegance String Quartet and highly recommend them to anyone looking for classic, but unique musical accompaniment to their wedding (or any event). We booked their FULL DAY package (do it!), which I’ll explain in more detail below. Incredibly professional, and so much fun, Jenny and Ray were there for us in every step of our planning.

I always dreamed of having a string quartet for the wedding ceremony, and then we discovered that ESQ could deliver a full day package! From ceremony preludes to the very last song of the night, they created a different sound and ambiance for each part of our wedding day. For our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, which they played on amplified acoustic instruments (did I mention they also provided our officiant with a mic for the ceremony too?). During dinner and our reception, they moved to electric instruments (which sound great and are also visually striking!). Amping things up as the reception got under way, for the final hour they switched to a DJ set with strings accompaniment layered in. Working with ESQ on our entire day made for a seamless experience, excellent transitions, and the perfect amount of emceeing to keep the day on track. To be honest, it also made coordination so much simpler for me too.

Drawing on an extraordinary repertoire (from classical European composers to the latest pop hit), they also worked with us making our special dance selections a reality (all of which were sung by Jenny – she’s truly multitalented!). I would be remiss to also not mention the care they took with the few children at our wedding, one of whom was incredibly captivated by their performance.

ESQ is truly the full entertainment package. If you can believe it, in addition to handling the musical elements, they also provided streaming and recording of our ceremony and special dances. We weren't looking for a full-service videographer, but we wanted some simple footage to remember the sights and sounds of our day. Given that a few folks were unable to attend due to the pandemic, it also allowed them to join us for the ceremony.

All of our guests continue to rave about ESQ and they made for a memorable experience. Thank you to the whole quartet and, of course, an extra special thanks to Jenny and Ray.

Performance of a Lifetime

I’m speechless. I truly am. I don’t even know where to start.

It’s been weeks since our wedding and we have heard nothing but the best reviews about our cocktail hour and ballroom entrance. There’s one group to thank and that’s Elegance String Quartet. Our family and friends have said that the Quartet was the best part of our wedding. Safe to say they were a HUGE hit. Their performance, Ray’s communication and transparency, very punctual, and his flexibility is absolutely stellar.

Unfortunately we had to postpone our wedding 2 times. The contract for ESQ was signed. The very first time we rescheduled, we were nervous we would pay a penalty if ESQ wasn’t available on the postponed date; or the worse, we could lose ESQ entirely. After speaking with Ray the first time we had to postpone, Ray was very reassuring and understanding. We knew if we had to postpone (again), we didn’t have anything to worry about. We were truly in the best hands.

Throughout the wedding planning, we had to follow up with our wedding vendors, but we never had to follow up with ESQ. Ray was always quick to respond and very detail oriented. Never once did we feel stressed about our contract with ESQ. Additionally, we had an Indian wedding so we wanted to make sure the band we get, they are able to play American songs, Indian songs, theme songs from Movies, and more. and Surprisingly enough, ESQ catalog of songs is LONG and DIVERSE. We were very impressed and shocked. Not many Quartet bands are able to play beautifully and perfectly such a diverse catalog of songs. Everyone loved ESQ!

Perfect Ceremony Addition!

We had Elegance String Quartet perform during our recent wedding ceremony, and we could not be happier with our decision. It added such a special, unique element to the ceremony, and so many guests told us how much they enjoyed it. ESQ provided the perfect touch to both ceremony and cocktail hour!

I can truthfully say the only downfall to hiring ESQ was that I did not get the chance to enjoy them...they were such a hit! As the bride, I was pulled from cocktail hour for photos, however, I was able to hear ESQ playing and man do they deliver! Our ceremony featured more classical music, and the strings were just the touch we needed. Moving into cocktail hour, they spiced things up with more recent hits, and standing in the foyer while hearing "Sweet Child O'Mine" and "Simply the Best" made it nearly impossible to take the pictures since everyone was dancing! ESQ takes the time to talk with you to ensure your event is personalized and completely stress free. If you are looking for an added touch, whether classical or upbeat, ESQ are the ones to book!

Simply Great!

ESQ was a big hit at our reception! We had to postpone our wedding 3 times due to the pandemic and Ray stuck with us in the planning process the whole way. Great communication! A Quartet to Remember!!

We were lucky enough to be able to work with Elegance for our micro wedding this summer! My husband and I were a little nervous when moving from a 14-piece band to a quartet to better fit a more intimate setting and guest list than originally planned ... But (and I can't say this enough) - Elegance exceeded our expectations and more! Not only was the team easy to work with leading up to our wedding but they brought the party day of!!! Talented and entertaining!

I highly recommend Elegance String Quartet. They played at our outdoor wedding and they were amazing. We wanted an elegant ceremony with classical music, a reception/dinner with a mix of classics and traditional music, and dancing at the end with upbeat music for all ages. They were amazing! Jenny also does vocals, which was wonderful for our first dance. They are so versatile and played to the crowd. Everyone really had an amazing time. Elegance String Quartet is first-class

Elegance String Quartet is truly first-class. At the height of the pandemic, my wife and I were forced to downsize from a very large wedding to a 25-person immediate family only affair. We had no idea what the day would look like and connected with ESQ only a few short weeks before the big day. In a very short time, Ray and his team helped turned the day into a truly memorable event. Not only are they an incredibly talented group, but their music and coordination helped create a magical atmosphere. Supremely talented and flexible!

Ray and his crew pulled off something incredible for my rained-out July wedding. They had extremely open lines of communication despite my busy schedule and limited availability which was beyond helpful. They were willing to do a custom bridal processional and pulled it off with flying colors - it set the tone for a fun evening and helped me to relax! They also adapted a favorite song of my husband's (not in their repertoire but they were so willing to accommodate!) and their rendition brought tears to my eyes.

Phenomenal

It’s hard to even put into words how joyful and perfect our experience was with ESQ from start to finish. These people are some of the friendliest and most talented folks in the industry, guaranteed, and they genuinely make your wedding day beyond what you could have ever imagined. My husband and I hired Jenny and Ray and the crew for our wedding on May 22, 2021, and we received full day services with live music at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and live music and DJ services at the reception. I was worried my friends and family would be hesitant to dance as this wedding was one of the first events people were attending since the pandemic began, but ESQ brought the party and people were up and moving and living it up! They played such a great selection based on our discussions with them about our music taste and as a gift to me, my father performed a song with Jenny, lead vocalist, backing him up. It was truly a moment I will never forget. Ideal to Work With & Perfect Addition to Any Event

ESQ is the ideal team to work with for a musical accompaniment for your wedding. They were very easy to work with through the covid rescheduling process once our April 2020 date was postponed until we fell on moving our wedding to April 2021 after several different attempts to land on a new date. They also were great sports as we got updated COVID-19 rules and regulations from our wedding venue within a month of our wedding date. They were so helpful when choosing the music for our prelude and ceremony when we had specific songs that we wanted for the ceremony and only a few specifics to play during the prelude to choose other songs that really matched the ambience that we were going for with the prelude. A lot of our guests complimented their music to us and said that the music was beautiful and that it was so much brighter and clear being played on instruments right in front of them compared to if they had heard recordings of the songs. They also offered their newer livestream services which we were quick to take advantage of since a lot of my family from Georgia weren't able to attend with the limit of people that could be in attendance due to covid, age causing travel to be too difficult and health concerns. We were so glad to offer the choice of a livestream and are happy to have a copy of the recording to be able to share it with our friends and family. Their services were top notch and I would definitely recommend them to others. While I won't be having another wedding, they will definitely be my first choice for any other event that I have in the future.

Musical Magic!

Elegance Quartet added the perfect magic to my October wedding. They were amazing and so many of my guests commented how beautiful the music was. The musicians in the quarter are so talented! Best Wedding Vendor Ever

We cannot say enough positive things about them. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day a truly special experience. We were happy to be one of their test subjects in their micro-wedding virtual broadcasts and it came together flawlessly. They even took the time to go to the hotel to test the WiFi and make sure the video quality was clear.

Elegance quartet played for my wedding (ceremony and reception) in October 2020. I couldn’t possibly say enough amazing things about them. From the very start, they were communicative, helpful and SO MUCH FUN to work with. They guided me through everything, asking questions and covering bases I would have never thought of. They were complete professionals and they made me feel so comfortable that I wouldn’t have to worry about one music-related thing on my wedding day – and I didn’t.
But you’re probably wondering – are they actually any good? YES! ABSOLUTELY YES! They are amazingly talented and ridiculously fun. The Best Part of Our Wedding!!!

Elegance Sting Quartet was the highlight of our wedding! They did a fantastic job with the ceremony, and we had a blast dancing when they broke out their electric instruments and digital jukebox! They were beyond helpful throughout the entire process and an absolute joy to work with. We could not be happier with our experience with them :)

Unique music opportunity

After hearing ESQ at our cocktail hour, so many of us wished we booked them for the whole event. Our guest made comments all night about how great the music was and how different of a tone it set. ESQ can play anything from classical to current tracks. We 100% recommended this team. Ray...you are amazing, thank you for all of your recommendations with planning.

Incredible!

Couldn't be happier with Elegance String Quartet. They played for our wedding ceremony and sounded incredible. So many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how beautiful the music was. My sister in law and girlfriends were literally mesmerized during their prelude performance.

Ray was very professional and easy to work with during the planning process. They were happy to coordinate and play with a harpist we had already hired, and were so flexible when it came to changing dates because of COVID.

If you are looking for a string quartet, don't miss out on ESQ. I highly recommend them!!

One of the highlights of my daughters wedding what is the string quartet. Some friends recommended that we call Ray from elegance quartet when considering what intro we wanted for our daughter’s wedding. This was the best and I mean best decision we ever made! First impression is everything and when our guest walked in and they were playing people were mesmerized by their music! They were truly awesome! They were so communicative during the whole planning process and even during these unusual times with Covid they were able to live stream the reception and ceremony so those who could not attend could feel like they are there with us! The clarity of this lifestream was truly remarkable, a keepsake we will have forever! The music dazzled our audience and their appearance was so fitting for our affair! I planned a lot of parties over the years and I only wish I met the Elegance quartet earlier, we cannot wait to have them dazzle our guests at another event sometime soon!

Beautiful Performance!

I recently had Elegance String Quartet play at my wedding in Media Pennsylvania. Via email and phone call, Ray and Jenny were a pleasure to deal with. With all of our complex wedding planning, Elegance was by far the easiest aspect to coordinate and book. They were very responsive to emails and answered all of my questions. They were very flexible with package options, my song requests, and made perfect recommendations for classical pieces. When I spoke to Ray on the phone, he knew just what songs I was requesting just from my sorry attempt at humming them!
They arrived on time, dressed very nice, were very professional and performed beautifully. Many people attending the wedding commented on how much of a classy touch they were! Hire them now!

What a quartet to have in your corner!!!

We just adore these guys. When COVID turned our 200 person wedding into a wedding for 30, we knew we wanted to do something special for music. When we realized they could play the whole reception and not just the ceremony, we were completely on board!

Ray and Jenny were amazing, visiting our venue beforehand to explore livestream options for us since we lived across the country. With nearly no notice at all, Jenny learned GORGEOUS vocals for our special dances and Ray worked tirelessly to incorporate Arabic music and special arrangements into their set list.

We were pleasantly surprised by a touch pad kiosk they installed by the stage, which allowed guests to submit requests after they wrapped up the set list. At one point, Ray came up to us discretely and mentioned that someone had requested a Nirvana song. He wanted to run it by us in case we felt it would change the tone of the evening too much. We're glad we gave him the green light to "GET WEIRD," because their version of "Smells like Teen Spirit" brought down the house!

They had a really clean and largely wireless setup for their electric string instruments that blended in seamlessly with the surroundings and the stage. They were professional and courteous and super fun. The fact that their instruments were wireless meant that Ray could (safely) break through the physical limits of the stage and roam the dance floor while playing. Every song was beautifully rendered and our dance floor was packed!

It was such a moving, magical night and we believed them when they said they didn't want it to end --- we didn't either!!

Incredible!

Ray and his musicians played for my ceremony and cocktail hour for my wedding and I could not be happier! They were extremely professional and they played beautifully. My dad, who had requested live music for the cocktail hour, was thrilled and could not stop raving about them.

It was so easy to communicate with them throughout the planning process and to send them what music we wanted them to play.

I highly recommend them for any and all events!

Elegance Quartet was the perfect group for a perfect day!

The Elegance Quartet was a perfect group for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. They arrived promptly and were a lovely sight to see. They played appropriate music through dinner and switched to a fun sound that brought everyone to the dance floor. The venue was outside, so having their instruments outlined in lights added to the ambiance. The Elegance Quartet was enjoyed by all, young and old. We could not have been happier.

Wonderful!

Ray and the quartet were absolutely lovely! They learned a song for my husbands processional, and absolutely nailed our cocktail hour request of classic AND modern songs played throughout. They were absolutely fantastic! Would absolutely recommend.

Just Fantastic!

Elegance String Quartet played at our wedding this past September. They played our ceremony and cocktail hour and were the talk of the town! Our guests absolutely loved them as did we! The whole process was super easy, and they have a great song selection to choose from! I requested the Game of Thrones theme to be played at cocktail hour and they did not disappoint!

Such a talented group

We had Elegance String Quartet perform at our wedding, and would highly recommend working with them! Working with Ray to plan the event was a pleasure, and we really appreciated their deep repertoire from which we were able to choose the most meaningful pieces to us across genres (from Sigur Ros to Enya to Mendlessohn to Hall & Oates). Their performance during the ceremony and cocktail hour was wonderful, and we received so many compliments on how the music set the stage for a beautiful ceremony. Made our ceremony so beautiful!

I am so glad I found them. I even paid a little extra to have them travel all the way to Sussex County NJ because they were so good. The repertoire list is nothing like I ever seen. I thought I would never find a trio that would be able to play all the different types of songs I wanted for my wedding, so they were totally worth it to me. Ray was an incredible communicator and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions even when I was over six months out. I wish I had hired them for more time, but they just did our prelude and ceremony. So amazing, hopefully something will come up where I need to hire a quartet again! lol

Amazing work!

My wedding was this past Saturday night at the Arts Ballroom in Center City Philadelphia. For the past few months, I worked with Ray Bicolli. He was amazing! So responsive, consultative and easy to coordinate with. We hired a cello player from his group to perform with the piano from our band. I didn't have to worry about anything and Ray made me feel super at ease. Richard on the cello was incredible and I was very impressed. Thank you Ray for making this process so easy!

Elegance String Quartet - "Where the violins come to life!!!"

I arranged to have The Elegance String Quartet perform at my daughters wedding in July 2019. The Music Director Ray Bicolli and his team personified excellence and professionalism the entire time! The music set was a beautiful rendition of classical morphed into rock and them R & B. It was amazing!!! Then I had the honor of having the Quartet accompany me and the Tabernacle Baptist Church Minister in the song "The Prayer." Our guest were in awe and mentioned to us throughout the entire ceremony and reception how beautiful the music was. I can't wait until my next affair. I will definitely have the Elegance String Quartet again!

Perfectly Amazing!

Elegance String Quartet performed for my daughter's wedding ceremony at The Ballroom and the Ben in Philadelphia and also for their cocktail hour. Working with Ray was a pleasure, he and the team accommodated all our requests and made sure the event was exactly what the bride and groom wanted. The music was BEAUTIFUL and could not have been more perfect! The volume of their playlist was enormous and gave the bride and groom so many options. My daughter even requested an alternate song with some specific timing for when she walked down the aisle and Ray made sure that happened for her. Thank you so much Elegance! We hope to hear you play again sometime soon!

Total "WOW" Factor!

I hired Elegance String Quartet for my wedding this past August and they were amazing to work with. They brought a “wow” factor to my cocktail hour. Leading up to the wedding Ray was a delight and beyond helpful. The guests were obsessed with them, everyone kept talking about how cool it was that they would play songs like bruno mars in an elegant way! Their song selection is extensive and they sound WONDERFUL! They were so fun and my only regret was I didn’t have them for longer!! I 100% recommend them and would hire them for any event! You will not be disappointed at all!

We hired Elegance Quartet to play during our ceremony and our cocktail hour for our wedding. Our guests are still raving about how amazing they were! Throughout the entire process, they were very professional, responded to emails quickly, and guided us when we were ready to set up our ceremony. Hire them now!! I wish I hired them to stay and play all night; you don't even need a DJ or a band!! Elegance is an amazing choice to make your wedding absolutely perfect!

Highly recommended

We hired the Elegance String Quartet for an outdoor wedding ceremony and cocktail hour in August.
The ceremony was classical with acoustic instruments, cocktail hour was contemporary with electric instruments. So much fun! They made the whole event come to life... putting on a show and taking requests on the spot.

Dream-like

I am so happy that I booked Elegance String Quartet for my outdoor wedding in June. Everyone I spoke with from the company was pleasant, accommodating and warm. Ray Boccelli in particular worked with me to choose the music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. This was kind of a daunting task since Elegance String Quartet has a huge selection of music to choose from. However, he made it very easy for me to narrow it down to create a beautiful set list. He even did some research to play a song that wasn’t included in their set list and played it during our recessional. Everyone at my wedding commented on the music and how it added such harmony to the day. I recommend choosing Elegance String Quartet for any upcoming event.

A Super Talented Group!

I would highly recommend hiring the Elegance String Quartet for your wedding. They are incredibly talented and the music was beautiful! They suggested that during the cocktail hour they play more “hits” than traditional, classical music and it was a huge success! The guests loved it! During the planning process, Ray was extremely responsive and helpful. It even rained DURING our ceremony and we had to rush inside when it started to pour and they played a nice song in the rain (under a small tent) for us to “recess” out of the garden and inside the venue! While on our honeymoon, Ray sent me an e-mail saying he noticed that we did not have a videographer so he set up his go pro on the tent and filmed the ceremony for us! How sweet! This is just one example of how they will go above and beyond to make sure your day is special. They are truly an exceptional group and definitely worth it if you are considering hiring a string quartet. Definitely go with Ray and Elegance String Quartet!

Talented, Professional, and Responsive! They were the best!

We hired Elegance String Quartet to play our ceremony music as well as our cocktail hour, and we are so glad we did!! They showed such professionalism throughout the planning process in regards to song selection and responsiveness. As the wedding approached, they did a great job of explaining what to expect. We also rented a microphone from them for our officiant and my husband which worked perfectly and sounded great.

The timing and renditions of all the songs we had chosen were perfect. It’s very clear that they know what they are doing and was easy to feel confident in their abilities to make everything sound great. They were even willing to learn a new song for us as “a gift”!!

We were really so impressed with everything, and if you are looking for ceremony or cocktail hour music, Elegance is a great choice! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Music

We hired Elegance String Quartet for our recent wedding at Morris Arboretum. Ray was very responsive via email and phone. The music was absolutely beautiful during the ceremony. We were particularly happy because they were able to play some of our favorite, less conventional, wedding songs. They were happy to play Jurassic Park for the recessional and it was delightful.

Perfect Wedding Quartet!

The Elegance Quartet played a major role in making my daughter’s wedding elegant and musical! They played beautifully and sensitively at the welcome time, the ceremony, the cocktail hour and the dinner, knowing when to pick it up, be romantic, or entertain my granddaughter with Frozen songs. They were punctual and set up in various areas of the wedding venue as needed. And Ray, the musical director, was great to work with--always responsive to my emails, helpful in song choices, and perfect in playing our choices on cue.

A Beautiful Addition to our Ceremony

Since I was a teenage girl, I have dreamed about my wedding day. I would have a ballgown, beautiful florals everywhere, a handsome husband to walk down the aisle to and beautiful string music. I'm so happy to say all of this came true on our wedding day - especially the strings. We booked the string trio from Elegance, and they made our planning easy from the start. Ray was very helpful with helping us choose songs and pick which songs to put where in the ceremony, and they played beautifully. We had many compliments on them, and people loved the fact that we used live music rather than recorded. It added such a romantic touch, and walking down the aisle felt how I always imagined it would. If you are on the fence about booking Elegance for live music, don't hesitate any longer!

Very Talented Musicians

Elegance Quartet was amazing! Their timing for our processional was perfect. During our cocktail hour, they played upbeat songs to keep the mood light and everyone seemed to enjoy their rendition of Sweet Child of Mine. Talented Musicians with Amazing Range!

The Elegance Quartet was an amazing addition to our wedding day!

Classy Sunday Morning Wedding Music

I knew live music would be perfect for our Sunday morning brunch wedding. I did some research and came across Elegance String Quartet. They sounded beautiful and we loved that they can play such a variety of music. We had a mix of classic and modern music throughout our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests RAVED about them. They just could not stop watching and obsessing over them at cocktail hour. I wish we could have enjoyed the quartet more as most of our photos were taken during cocktail hour but I am so happy our guests got to enjoy. We coordinated the contract with Melanie and then planned the songs with Ray. To be honest, pick what you want to process and recess to but then let them play to the crowd for prelude and cocktail hour. They are the pros and know how to play to the crowd.

Wonderful, easy, flawless

Had Elegance String Quartet this past weekend (12/15/18) for our daughters wedding. They performed at the church and at the cocktail hour. There are no words to describe how great they were... starting with the booking process all the way to the music choices and dealing with the church for the ceremony. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them for anyone looking for a Quartet. Our guests are still
(3 days later) calling and texting us about how wonderful they were. You will not be disappointed.

You need to book Elegance Quartet!

I heard Elegance Quartet at another wedding prior to booking them for mine. We hired a trio with the base pedal and couldn't have been happier! They are incredibly talented and provided upbeat, fun & modern music for our cocktail hour. I love that they cover popular songs to create a fun, energetic atmosphere. The Best Decision Ever!!

My husband and I first heard the quartet at a friend’s wedding a few years before ours. We remember thinking about the beautiful ambience the quartet created. They were professional, fun, and truly elegant! We knew we had to hire them for our wedding. From the moment we contacted them, we were so excited to have them provide our ceremony and cocktail music. We listened to their playlists online at least once a day leading up to our wedding! Melanie and Ray were extremely helpful and took our preferences seriously. We had several songs we wanted to be played during the ceremony and cocktail hour, but the most important song for us was the one I was walking down the aisle to. I have dreamed of walking down the aisle with my dad to “Love Story” by Taylor Swift. Some of our wedding day was a blur, but I will never forget seeing my husband for the first time with my favorite song in the background. It was truly an unforgettable and perfect moment. We received so many compliments on our ceremony and cocktail hour ambience and we owe it all to the quartet! We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing!!

Going with Elegance String Quartet was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Ray was great to work with, very easy going and always got back to me immediately. I am so glad that we hired Elegance String Quartet for our wedding! They are highly responsive and wrote back to my emails quickly - they answered any questions that I had throughout the planning process and made me feel confident that my wedding day would be fun and seamless :) On the day of the wedding, they arrived at 2:30 for our 4:00 ceremony - they arrived right on time even after traveling from Philadelphia to Elizabethtown and began setting up! They are experienced professionals and were the PERFECT addition to our ceremony and cocktail hour. Guests are still raving about their talent weeks later. I would HIGHLY recommend Elegance String Quartet - they are honestly amazing in their musical talent and professionalism!

We had the absolute pleasure of having the Elegance String Quartet perform for both our ceremony and cocktail hour, and they were just perfect! Despite truly inclement weather, the group braved the elements and sat outside for our ceremony. Their music was beautiful and very personal. They incorporated every song that we asked for, and even learned a new song for us (my husband’s favorite song, which I walked down. the aisle to)! They were also extremely professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Elegance String Quartet is a gem. Don't think twice! Ray was delightful to work with and customized the ceremony to fit our style, vibe, and feel. The trio played beautifully and set the tone for the evening. They are talented and professional. Don't miss out
