The Flower Shoppe was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. I expressed my concern about not wanting any elaborate or excessively large bouquets. Marsha listened to me and met my needs both in size of bouquets and price. I also had a surprise charm put on my husband’s bout. With a note and Marsha made it a breeze!
Delivery was affordable and arrived before scheduled on time. I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

I absolutely LOVED my bouquet that Marsha made for my wedding. It was everything I wanted it to be. I had looked at a few other places and for my own quirkiness I needed to see an example before I chose. Marsha did just that and I feel like it came out even better than I had imagined. I arrived to Elaine's with a list of flowers almost seconds after giving her my list she had already started crossing ones off saying they wouldn't work in bouquets. I was very thankful for her straightforwardness. I wanted my bouquets to look freshly picked from a field, and that is exactly how they looked. She wrapped them in twine and burlap. They were stunning. A couple of days before the wedding I realized I needed more corsages I called her and it was not an issue. The day of my event a bouquet was forgotten at her shop, before we even noticed it was missing she called me to tell me someone would be on their way to deliver it to us. I was very satisfied with my experience with her and I would suggest her to any friend. -

Natalie Sent on 07/17/2018Elaine's did my bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, and mother of the bride corsage. They all came out beautiful, and I received many compliments on the flowers. They opened up their new shop in East Aurora a couple months before my wedding, and were able to switch my order over since it was right next to my salon where I did hair and makeup. That made the day go smoothly. -
Lyndsey Sent on 07/30/2018My bouquet turned out exactly like I wanted, the bridesmaids were great but I did request a specific accent flower that wasn't there. We had a beautiful arrangement for an arch, as well as two larger arrangements in vases. The only unfortunate part was that one of the vases began to droop well before the reception even took place. Other than that, everything was beautiful and we received a lot of compliments on the flowers!

Katie Sent on 06/28/2011When I was looking for flowers, I had no idea what kind I wanted- looking at stuff in advance just made me confused on what was available and what I should choose. I sat down with an employee who listened to my general outline, and went into the back room and returned with a handful of flower choices in my color palate. The bridesmaids bouquets were supposed to be mostly white and pale purple flowers, and the bridal bouquet was supposed to be medium to darker purples. Evidently sometime between when we placed our order in August and our wedding in June, the employee we had originally dealt with stopped working there, and something about our order got lost. Though I reviewed the order with the owner of the shop two weeks before the wedding, which included going over the types and colors of flowers we had picked out, the bouquets were wrong when my mother picked them up the night before the wedding. They were beautiful, but none of the bouquets had white flowers in them, and there were a significant about of bright pink and dark purple flowers in the bouquets, which didn't match the color scheme, and was not in line with what we had ordered. When I called the morning of the wedding at the hour they opened and spoke with the owner, she gave me the excuse that the empolyee we had dealt with no longer worked there, so she was uncertain of exactly what we had expected, and that one of the flowers we had chosen was one she didn't like to use, because it's exact color was often variable, yet it wasn't that flower that was the issue, and we had discussed on the phone exactly what I was expecting. She did tell us that if we brought the bouquets right in, she would be able to replace the incorrect flowers with right roses they had around. The new bouquets were dropped off at our house just over an hour after my father had dropped them off at the store. The bouquets were beautiful, but they weren't what we had ordered.
