Lindsey the coordinator was absolutely amazing! And the night was perfect! So many places to take pictures, including the old carriage house where the reception was. Money well spent! Best customer service!

My husband Philip and I had both attended a wedding years prior to meeting at El Rancho Robles. I’ve never been to a more relaxing, laid back wedding in my life. The ranch offers a peaceful and gorgeous landscape to make your wedding day an unforgettable dream. We decided on the venue early on and went with a two day wedding. This meant Friday at noon we had full access to the ranch and didn’t have to check out until Sunday at noon. This option was a little more but it gave us peace of mind knowing we could begin setting up Friday before the wedding. Throughout the planning process Laura Bayardo (ranch manager) was very helpful and patient with me in answering ALL of my questions. Included in our package was a tour of the ranch, 1 free night to use for up to 6 friends or family at the ranch prior to the wedding day, parking attendants for our guests day of wedding, and a free night stay to use anytime before our wedding anniversary next year. There are other perks but these were the ones we were most excited about. El Rancho Robles is a hidden gem, one your friends and family will be talking about for a long time. If you are considering a beautiful venue where you can bring in your own food, music, vendors etc, please consider having them be your venue. I have nothing but good things to say about El Rancho Robles and it’s employees.

Special venue - hidden secret - that may not be one any longer! "Rustic Elegance" was the theme for our daughter's wedding .... and that is exactly what we created at this venue! My husband and I, with much help - planned and orchestrated a 272 person wedding at this location! We primarily did the work of hiring all the vendors (although the Ranch would have) and coordinated the weekend ourselves. The Ranch Manager, Zach Nichols, did a fabulous job overseeing that all our requests, from his end, were well taken care of. Zach was a pleasure to work with, very professional and a 'can-do' attitude about anything! We had 50 person bridal party, and family, spend the night for two nights, in their 20 plus guest rooms - and each person enjoyed the overall atmosphere and beauty of the property. It is rustic - but we were happy with that and most importantly the rooms were clean and comfortable. The wedding was June 7th, in was 100 degrees in Tucson and 85 degrees at the Ranch, for the Ceremony at 5pm. Weather was perfect! We highly recommend this location and working with Zach Nichols!

El Rancho Robles was wonderful! Corrie helped me decide on so many things to do with my wedding and where everything would fit so perfect! The property was so pretty for all our pictures 😊 The sun shines so beautifully on the ceremony lawn while walking down the aisle! Everything was so perfect at El Rancho Robles!!!
