We worked with Efrain for our engagement photos and wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were nervous that we weren’t going to be photogenic enough or that we wouldn’t know how to pose, but he was so helpful with that. All of the pictures turned out absolutely amazing, it made it so hard to pick which ones went into our album. We got an album as part of our package and it was so high quality, way more than I was expecting. These photos are something I know we’ll be looking back on for a lifetime and we are so thankful to Efrain for that! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. His communication was outstanding, he was incredibly professional, and he truly adapted to us. Amazing photographer!
Efrain is such a great photographer, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was a life saver! When our pre-booked photographer cancelled on us 3 months before the wedding, we were lucky to find him! We believe things happen for a reason, and that certainly did. Efrain went above and beyond to be there for us, having to travel by plane to our wedding location and staying overnight. He was diligent in booking meetings with us to get to know us and to make sure he knew what we wanted for our pictures. He worked extremely well and in collaboration with our videographers and most importantly, the pictures are amazing!!! We would 100% recommend him! -

Conocí a Efraín en el Centro de Convenciones, ese día para Pedro y para mí fue nuestro día de suerte. El mejor fotógrafo que él no pudimos encontrar. Él y sus detalles en las entregas, el trato que nos brindó todo el tiempo antes y después de la boda.
Nos explicó desde el inició con detalle todo el proceso... Peter y yo no somos muy amigos de la fotografía y supimos acoplarnos en esos momentos y todo saliera perfecto, ya que nos indicó todo lo que debíamos hacer. Adicional, y no menos importante nos tuvo mucha paciencia.

We are very happy and satisfied with the services provided by Efraín Ruiz Photography. This is despite we being in the U.S. and the wedding venue and services taking place in Puerto Rico. The initial coordination processes went smoothly, with Mr. Efraín asking us to meet and discuss further via phone call to both get to know us and inquire on what we were looking for. The decision-making and contract-signing process went smoothly, with Mr. Efraín being patient as we discussed options with our wedding coordinator. Leading up to the wedding, Mr. Efraín provided us a tentative schedule for his services on the special day, which aligned with our wedding schedule. He ensured to emphasize that he would adapt to any changes that may arise during the event. Before our wedding, Mr. Efraín ensured he had all the pertinent information and confirmed his services for the event. On the day of the wedding, Mr. Efraín was on time (even a little early) to start right away. Within my own nervousness as I prepared for my special day, Mr. Efraín was confident, calm, and reassuring, which actually helped me relax and trust the process! Such positive effect actually lasted throughout the entire event, Mr. Efraín showing a warm, inviting, and humorous yet professional demeanor to everyone. He truly brought life to the event as he captured every moment and encouraged guests to be part of the pictures taken. Mr. Efraín was flexible and adaptive while being loyal to the schedule, which was greatly appreciated! By the end of the big event, Mr. Efraín ensured he informed us about the process. We received some preview shots a couple of month before the event, which were beautiful. We received the full online and materials a bit after the promised 60 days, which was a bit of a disappointment. However, the pictures made up for it! They are stunning, capturing every moment with beauty and magic. I re-lived the moment as I went through the pictures. The online album was convenient to share with loved ones, while the mailed materials were packaged beautifully in a wooden, engraved box. The latter included a beautiful hard drive with the pictures, some hard-copy pictures, and beautiful decorations. It truly made up for the time we waited. All our loved ones absolutely adore the pictures, at least as much as my husband and I do. In conclusion, we are extremely happy and grateful for the service, with the time it took to receive the images not being ideal yet manageable. I 100% recommend Efraín Ruiz Photography, keeping in mind that it may take some time to receive your materials. But believe me, the wait is worth it! ¡Muchas gracias, Efraín!

Mi esposo y yo no habíamos tenido experiencia de shooting anteriormente, pero Efrain nos guió para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y las fotos quedaran muy naturales. Tenemos fotos espectaculares del día de nuestra boda! Él no tuvo ningún problema en hacer modificaciones en el contrato de servicio cuando tuvimos que cambiar el lugar de recepción de nuestra boda, y de igual manera se ajustó a cambios en el tiempo de servicio de fotografía que queríamos. Efrain was the best photographer we could have possibly asked for. He came out to take photos for us on three different days in 4 different locations for the rehearsal, the wedding day, and the brunch we hosted the day after and was way more punctual than we were on all occasions. We contracted his services by the hour, but he definitely went above and beyond both with his time and ingenuity, capturing so many precious moments from the whole weekend. He was particularly skilled in handling our almost 4-year-old daughter, even letting her take a few shots with his camera and letting her have a mini photo shoot of her own. For the quality of work he provides, the cost of his services are so incredibly reasonable too. If you're searching for the perfect photographer, look no further! -

Efra was responsible, professional and understanding. Although he gives you creative suggestions for the poses in the photos, he understands and respects the taste and preferences of each couple. He took formal photos and candid photos. We loved that he adjusted to the situations that arose during the big day and that he is very committed to his work.
