DJ for our wedding

Adriel is the classiest DJ we’ve ever seen (and we’ve been to a LOT of weddings)! He was very organized, great with communication during planning and throughout our wedding, and was great at reading the crowd and knowing what songs to play to keep all the generations dancing. We gave him a list of songs we loved as “inspiration” and he added so many great songs that everyone loved. We can confidently say that everyone from ages 5 to 85 enjoyed Adriel’s music selections, and he had great transitions!
We’ve had SO many compliments on how classy and elegant our wedding was, and we feel like Adriel really contributed to that vibe!

Amazing and would definitely use him again!

Adriel was the best DJ!! He kept the party going and played the perfect cocktail/dinner/reception music! We also got a ton of compliments on him as well! Would recommend 10/10!! 🩷

EMDJ For Wedding

We had a great experience with EMDJ at The Quarry in July! First of all, it was threatening rain all day and Adriel was so flexible and willing to try and set up outside for our ceremony. We felt his support in trying to make our dream happen. We almost had a window, but it began to rain as the precessional started. Adriel quickly shifted all his gear to our rain plan inside, and executed seamlessly. In addition to this he played out our ceremony, first dance, released tables, FOB & MOG dances, and directed guests perfectly to the plan. Even with the rain delays we ended up back on schedule for fun! He played so many of the requested songs and threw in many more that in his experience had been wedding hits and it turned out great. His selections were tasteful and inclusive to all ages of our guests. Adriel was excellent and professional, and we had so many people on the dance floor during the reception! Thank you so much for everything, Adriel!

Very professional and read the crowd well!

I was extremely worried booking a DJ - I had a friend whose DJ didn’t read the room at all and the dance floor was a bust. BUT, Adriel was incredible. He was professional, kind, and exceeded expectations (very high ones at that). Highly recommend!

Adriel was wonderful to work with!! I would highly recommend his services to anyone getting married and wanting an awesome DJ! He went above and beyond.. even traveling to my venue a couple days prior to the wedding to plan his setup! He was always so kind and played exactly what I wanted! I received many compliments post wedding about my DJ! He also has unbeatable pricing! Selecting a DJ can be very stressful, but you can have complete peace of mind knowing you made a great selection with Adriel!

Of course because of COVID we had to change some plans for our wedding on 05.30.20 and Adriel was very flexible with whatever decision we made regarding the wedding. We changed the venue and significantly reduced the amount of people we invited. Adriel was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. We picked him as a DJ because we had gone to a wedding in a previous year and enjoyed him there as well. Highly would recommend Adriel for your wedding or any DJ needs!

High Quality Experience

We loved everything about our DJ. He was incredibly intentional with communicating before everything and he was prepared and helped us feel aware with what was happening the day of. The sound for the ceremony was amazing. The best thing was how he interacted with the room. He could read the vibe of the room and kept everyone dancing. It was amazing and I would highly recommend him. Everyone that came said it was the best party they’ve been to in a long time!!

Adriel was absolutely amazing. He made planning the music for our wedding a breeze. He was super helpful and so easy to work with. There were certain things that I didn’t have a particular song I wanted so told him to play whatever he wanted and it was perfect. He also provided wireless mics and a speaker for our ceremony and it went off without a hitch. I would recommend Adriel and would definitely use him again.

Adriel Mccord with Effective Monbile DJ service did a phenomenal job DJ-ing our wedding at Sampson's Hollow in October. He is a quick responder and he made sure to play every song we requested. The equipment he used was top notch complete with extravagant lighting. My husband and I didn't have to worry at all as far as set up and break down. Adriel did EVERYTHING!!! My husband and I were responsible for writing down some of our favorite songs as well as the ones we wanted played(that maybe didn't fit into our ceremony) and Adriel built a playlist based off of what we wrote down.I would highly recommend Effective Mobile DJ service to anyone planning a big event or Wedding.

We were so pleased to have Effective Mobile DJ at our wedding. Adriel was very professional and easy to work with. He responded quickly to emails, texts and phone calls. He even took the time to come out to view the venue a week before the wedding. We also used him for the ceremony and the music was in perfect sync to each stage of the wedding ceremony. He did a great job announcing at the reception and kept the party going. He did a wonderful job of informing the wedding party, family, and guests when events were about to occur. Adriel was recommended to me by my wedding planner. He definitely did not disappoint! I had such a hectic schedule so I never got to actually meet him until the day of our wedding. He called me to go over all the details at 9pm since I had so much going on. I really appreciated him accommodating my crazy schedule. He played fun songs that I didn't even think of including and my guests LOVED him! My 20th high school class reunion was awesome and a party is not a party without a dynamic DJ. Everyone is still talking about this DJ and his selection of songs. DJ arrived on time, provided a quality sound, kept crowd on the dance floor and even encouraged others to dance by showing his true spirit of dancing himself. He knew his population of people and kept us entertained! I danced from the first song until the last! Most of the songs were familiar to us. You could witness people dancing down the Soul train line, singing or rapping to the songs. DJ was so dependable and professional. I highly recommend this DJ. 5 star plus. You will not regret your choice. I hope this DJ continues to prosper and use his talents to make others feel good!

Adriel was awesome! He was flexible even during the ceremony and reception even though our generator quit during the end of the ceremony which was our fault not his he apologized and made up for it which we would have never expected at all. Truly a great guy and an awesome dj I would recommend him to any one! If I ever need a dj again he will be my first call without a doubt. Adriel was amazing to work with, my husband and I are SO glad that we chose him to be the DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception. Throughout the wedding planning process Adriel was so helpful and easy to work with and he always responded to my emails very quickly. He also sent me helpful guides and suggestions to picking songs for special moments of the ceremony and reception. He is extremely organized and called me the week before the wedding to make sure that we were on the same page about everything for the day of the wedding. Adriel showed up hours before the ceremony was going to begin and worked hard to set up everything (in the summer heat!). All of the other vendors that helped that day, my family members, and the bridal party kept commenting to me how awesome our DJ was! He kept things moving smoothly, made sure the guests were having a lot of fun and dancing, and was such a calming presence to my husband and I! Adriel's prices are incredible and we are so so so happy that we chose him to be our DJ, we highly recommend him!

Adriel was hands down our FAVORITE part of wedding planning!!!! He has a very diverse selection of music in his library and was very eager to learn our style of music to ensure that every song played catered to our desired atmosphere for our wedding! He even added new songs just to have songs we mentioned! He was flexible during the wedding planning process and easy to get in touch with! He has a keen sense of timing and knows exactly when a song should be played and what style fits a particular moment. Our reception flowed FLAWLESSLY all due to Adriel. There was music for everyone from our oldest guest to our youngest and we had nothing but compliments on our DJ! Adriel is very easy to understand through the microphone and brings everything needed to make sure your event is a hit! Our reception was a hit and our guests say it was the best they've ever been to!

He is wonderfully priced and is very reliable. He set up early, worked with our wedding party to line them up before the introduction, and stayed past the last song! Thank God for Adriel!
