  They were seriously amazing helping my fiancé design the best ring within his budget. I cannot believe the quality, beauty, and value of this ring! I wouldn't trade my ring for the world. Not to mention the continuous care after the purchase for the ring was included for free. I would recommend them to anyone, Edward Arthur knows what they're doing and makes sure you get exactly what you want and the best quality.

  My fiancé and I had been searching for the perfect ring for a little over a year. We went to almost 100 stores before we found this gem. I showed Kyle exactly what I was looking for and he designed the most perfect ring I could ever ask for!! I have sent everyone I know there! He does quality work. You definitely pay for what you get!!

  Our artist at Edward Arthur Jewelers designed my dream wedding band. He developed a sketch, created a 3D design, and incorporated diamonds from wedding bands that belonged to both my late grandmothers. I get compliments on my ring set quite frequently, and people love hearing the story of the custom designed ring. I am forever grateful.

  This is a special review for us. My husband is best friends with the store owner, so naturally we went there for our rings.
  
  Kyle, is so creative and accommodating. He custom-made my rings - like from scratch. He personally made sure that when they were delivered to the store, that they were of the best quality and that they were made correctly. He is so talented that I can't imagine having bought a ring from any other store. The way my rings turned out left me 100% satisfied and speechless.
  
  Edward Arthur not only has Kyle, but willing and attentive staff. Needless to say, they will be our jewelry store for life.

  We got my engagement ring and both wedding bands here. They are absolutely beautiful and like no other rings we have seen!! When it came time to pick our wedding bands, the staff worked with us to find exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. They were personable and thoughtful. My husband took my rings to get cleaned the day before the wedding, but they were very busy and couldn't get the ring done until 6:00 pm. When my husband explained that our rehearsal was at 4 across the bay bridge and that I needed my ring sooner, they squeezed us in and had it ready by 2! Their flexibility proves that they are truly dedicated to their customers. We have gotten many compliments on both of our rings and couldn't be happier!

  Only place I will ever buy my jewelry from!! My rings and my new husband ring is amazing... I love them. The staff here is so great to work with Kyle is the best and always is who helps me.

  My "husband" had origionally gotten my ring from a jeweler who was reccomended from a friend. I was mortified. The quality was poor, the diamonds were slanted & when I approached the jeweler he belittled me & verbally attacked me. Knowing Randy I went to Edward Arthur & was taken in with open arms. My husband returned the "ring" (more like piece of you know what) & the Edward Arthur team hooked us up with the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever seen!! We were so happy with them that we purchased our wedding bands from as well. Thank you Randy & the rest of the Edward Arthur Team!!!

  The professionalism that one receives at Edward Arthur Jewelers is spectacular! My engagement ring is absolutely stunning and Kyle is the one that made it happen! He was able to stay inside a price range and give my Fiance everything that he wanted within the diamond. Kyle also put up with both my Fiance and i almost every month to look at it or try different settings with it. The setting my diamond is in now is not the one i will be keeping for long since my Fiance and Kyle are creating a one of a kind setting for me.

I met Madeline, who was amazing, so much that I went back and we bought our a engagement ring, 2 wedding rings and also now have a friend for life. There was no pressure and lots of time to be indecisive. but in the end we got some amazing jewelry to make our special day even brighter :).

  I made an appointment to get my rings appraised, re-sized, and fixed. I was told the appraiser is only there on Tuesdays, and had availability on a Tuesday morning. So, after they confirmed my appointment and reassured me I could get my jewelry fixed and re-sized, I took off work and went with my fiancé. The appraiser was fine and cleaned my jewelry. As he was cleaning it, the appraiser mentioned the jeweler (who would fix and re-size my items) wasn't in today. This was then confirmed by a woman, who then made no effort to assuage my concerns regarding why I was told it would be ok. If I had known this, I would have been able to save a valuable day of leave and went elsewhere. It seems they just want you in the door. Be warned.
