  I used to do pageants in the 1990's and 2000's I have always purchased my gowns here as well as other girls gowns. The quality is great there is a lot of variety, the price is great! I just purchased my wedding gown here and they worked with me and my budget as well as gave me a great price for the gown. It was on layaway for a long time and they were very kind with my payments each time no matter how large or small they were. The lady is wonderful! they took the time for me to try on the gown several times to show various ppl in my wedding party. I never had to have an appointment, however, it is better to make one because they do get busy. I use the Eduardo's on Military drive, the fella at the other one does not speak English and sometimes does not relay the messages to the right person. As with ANY gown store you cannot get a refund for a gown you special order from a catalog. They will tell you that. If it is a gown they have in store they may do a refund, I have never had to as I always was sure of what I wanted and they always work with me until I find what I am looking for. The girls are always pleasant and willing to help you get in and out of your gowns. It is an older store and they have been around for a long long time. As far as tuxedos or suits go...I do not know because I have never rented one from them. However, their prices are phenomenal! I absolutely love my gown and every one I have ever purchased and they are name brand! I always find a one of a kind gown here!!!!!

  The selection of wedding dresses was outstanding. I was assisted in the selection process by a woman named Stephanie. She knew just what I needed when I explained my wedding plans to her. She found the perfect dress for a beach setting. The dress was made of tulle and was embellished with clam shell lace and brought up images of mermaids in the ocean. Stephanie also assisted me in finding the right veil to go with the dress. The veil we chose had small pearls embedded into the fabric and brought up images of oysters. The dress was altered just a bit, but still did not fit right around the waist. I did not leave it for further alterations due to time constraints of my wedding date.
  I highly recommend this vendor for your wedding attire needs. I am very happy with the final outcome.

  If you feel like a million bucks, want to look like a million bucks, but dont have a million bucks to spend than Eduardos formal is the place for you. My fitter picked 5 dresses out for me after she heard everything i liked, 2 dresses later i found my soulmate, it was a perfect fit to my body, made me feel and look like a different person. all my guest thought i spent over 1000 bucks on my dress but honestly it came out to 400. I am pleased with the service and the quality that Eduardos Provide.

  Edwardos is the worst places in San Antonio to get formal wear from My tuxedo was falling apart within 5 minutes. The customer service was on par with the poor quality of their product. Don't waste your time with this place. I am all for local small business but this one needs to close its doors. Go some where else.

  THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!!
  On January 20, 2014 my daughter's and myself visit the store to look for dresses, we selected four different dresses. At that time, I asked can I place these dresses on lay-way, I was told of course. Not totally convinced I wanted the selected dresses, I asked the cashier can I receive a refund for the money I am putting down. Her response was of course, as long as we do not make an adjustments to the dresses. I also asked when would you order the dresses, her response to me was one month prior to your wedding. My wedding is 4/25/14. Once again I asked, may I have a refund if these dresses are not what we really want, I asked her this three times before she finished the transaction. True to my concern, the dresses we selected at this establishment were not our first choice, on Saturday 2/15/14, not even a month from the day we placed the dresses on lay-way, I returned requesting a refund for the lay-way I has placed. At that point I am told to wait at the round table, where a sales clerk will assist us. Sylvia arrived to the table and proceed to say we cannot receive a refund for the $130.00, because the dresses were already ordered. The sale was not final, I did not receive the dresses nor were the dresses altered. I expressed to the Sylvia I was told by the cashier I could receive a refund for my lay-away, this is when the cashier came around to where we were at, yelling at me and my daughter. The cashier yelled we were liars, that I knew what I was signing, and that I was a liar.

  Please ppls....stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!.......the owner is no good!!!!!..........our wedding was month and half way and we had to cancel. My fiancee couldn't get her money back or even some credit......this place sux!!!!!!!!.........stay away from this place!!!

  This place was TERRIBLE, store manager was RUDE. They gave the guys the wrong Tuxedos and i didn't know it until the day of the event, than the shoes were also wrong. My husbands Tux was out of stock and he had to pick something else at the last minute which was dirty and more expensive, they wouldnt eve discount it because of their screw up. The girls dresses were all too big and they insisted that the measurementw were correct (and they measured them), they than wanted to charge them to do alterations but we took them elsewher to be altered. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS, THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS RIP OFF ESTABLISHMENT, I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!
