  Absolute best florist!

  Eka and the Edelweiss Floral Atelier team were absolutely wonderful to work with. My now husband and I are plant people so we went with a somewhat untraditional approach--we rented plants for our ceremony decor and table centerpieces, rather than having Eka create floral arrangements with cut flowers. Eka was incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout the process. She made sure to go through every possible floral item we might need (bouquet, boutonnieres, decor for the reception, after party, etc.), and was flexible even when we needed to add a few more plants at the last minute. I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding bouquet but I knew I wanted orchids. Eka created the most gorgeous, minimalist purple orchid bouquet for me, with complementary bouquets for my bridesmaids. We were all so impressed and our guests were similarly gushing at how stunning the bouquets were.

  Blown away by the perfection

  Eka has been in this business for years, and she and her team know how to bring a bride's vision to life. I had a clear and specific vision and working with Eka, we were able to create an absolute masterpiece. My guests were in awe of our florals and greenery - and so was I on the day of! The arrangements and installations went beyond what I had even imagined. Eka had never worked at my venue before so we did a walkthrough together and identified key moments we wanted to create and areas that would standout. About a month before the wedding she did a floral showcase for my mom and I at her studio, the colors were stunning and the flower choices beautiful, we made a few tweaks to get an organic, romantic feel to the arrangements and when it came to the big day - the team absolutely nailed it. So impressed with the professionalism and dedication from the Edelweiss team. They worked within our budget and got the most out of it. HIRE EKA - she will do an incredible job for you.

  The most beautiful flowers we could have hoped for

  Edelweiss is an incredible florist. I grew up in the neighborhood and always knew I wanted to work with Eka on my wedding - and I'm so glad we did! Her taste is incredible, and even planning with her from across the country we were able to nail the look we were going for. Eka was also SUPER flexible with us on pricing, which is tough for a floral business - her accommodations and thoughtfulness about how to achieve the look we went for, with premium flowers and greens, without breaking the bank was incredible. We worked with Edelweiss on both the rehearsal and the wedding, including on some specialized arrangements for an Iranian sofreh.

  Best vendor we selected for our wedding!

  Working with Eka from Edelweiss Floral was one of the best vendors we selected for our wedding. She was quick to response throughout the entire process and great to work with from start to finish. We ran into a number of hiccups during our wedding planning process due to COVID and Eka and team were so helpful as we switched venues and had to redesign all of our floor arrangements. She made our vision come to life in creating a beautiful suspended ceiling arrangement and coordinating with a number of our other vendors to make it happen, all who equally sang her praises on how great she was to work with. Would 100% recommend Edelweiss for all of your floral needs!

  Eka / Edelweiss are great!

  If my wife and I had to make the decision all over again, we would absolutely work with Eka and her team at Edelweiss! They were fantastic. Eka was super easy to work with, including being responsive, courteous and flexible in terms of any last minute changes we had to the floral arrangements we wanted. About a month before the wedding, Eka was kind enough to meet up with us at the venue along with our wedding planner to walk through the space and to help us visualize what everything would look like. On our wedding day, we were thrilled with how the floral arrangements created the overall atmosphere and the mood that we wanted to create for our lovely guests. From the boutonnieres and bouquets to the floral backdrop for the vows/ceremony and tabletop arrangements, it all just fit together so well --- it felt like we got married in a magical forest of sorts! Well done, Eka - thank you!!

  Most gorgeous flowers ever

  I don’t even remember how exactly I came across Eka and Edelweiss but I am so glad I did. My husband and I talked to a few florists but we felt immediately at ease when we spoke to Eka. She is so sweet, calm and professional and had fairer prices than some of the other florists we spoke to. We saw photos of her work that were beyond gorgeous and we knew she would make our wedding a dream. Eka was so easy to talk to and work with. When we had to make a few changes she was more than accommodating due to downsizing our wedding per COVID regulations. Eka made the most GORGEOUS centerpieces I have ever seen. Truly. And I’m not saying that because it’s my own wedding. I wanted something unique and different and she delivered. She made us a gorgeous flower arch and decorated our cake beautifully. My bridal bouquet was a literal dream - it should be in a magazine. Eka took our idea and made it reality. She is exceptional to work with and we highly recommend working with Edelweiss for any events that need flowers. She is a true artist!

  Wondeful florist

  Edelweiss is our favorite local flower shop and one of the first places we thought of. It was no coincidence that they were one of our venue’s preferred vendors!
  Our wedding floral arrangement with Edelweiss was stunning! We worked closely with Eka throughout the process. We came in hoping to stick to a budget but still have beautiful, elegant flowers. Eka made recommendations for us yet was not pushy at all. We opted to forego centerpieces which was a cost saver since the venue had candles as alternatives for the tables. Instead we had budvases, my bridal bouquet, the groom boutonniere, flower girl baskets. I provided inspirational photos to Eka and she created exactly what I wanted. I was previously informed on which flowers were in season or readily available, or which one are too smelly causing adverse reactions in guests, and so on. Eka was truly the expert I could rely on to give spot-on recommendations.
  The most important item for us was our wedding chuppah. We used two family heirloom tablecloths that were both more than 100 years old. We wanted to make sure that the material would not be damaged by being used in the chuppah. We wanted these precious possessions to be treated gently and delicately. Eka accomplished this and treated them as her own. At the end of our wedding ceremony, when the venue staff was not present to collect the tablecloths to return them to us that night, Edelweiss staff made sure to hold onto our valuable tablecloths so they could be returned safely to us the next day. They really went above and beyond.
  Moreover, the flowers that were on the chuppah were exactly what I dreamed of. Overall, when I walked into the ceremony room, I was blown away by the beauty and the elegance of seeing the chuppah I had dreamed of. 5 stars for Edelweiss!

  Eka and her team blew me absolutely away on my wedding day. My reception tables were STUNNING! I got compliments all night about my table arraignments. And my bridal bouquet was fresh and elegant. Loved everything created for my wedding day. It was perfect! Eka is professional, creative and a breeze to work with. I highly recommend this shop!

  Wonderful choice for Brooklyn wedding

  We could not be happier with our choice of Edelweiss for our wedding. Flowers were not our top priority budget-wise, but Eka worked with us to find choices that were appropriate for our space and budget. Outside of a bit of direction, she really ran with it. Result was beautiful. And she delivered to 3 different locations seamlessly. Would 100% recommend.

  Bottom line - Edelweiss went above and beyond for my wedding flowers to make it absolutely picture perfect! They worked hands on within our budget to create incredible and personal arrangements all around for our special day. From the one on one meetings to coorrespondence in between, they were professional and on it. A special treat to have my bouquet hand delivered by an employee was a classic touch. Truly they went beyond our wildest dreams for our wedding day. Our guests raved about them and gushed about it in return. We truly couldn't have envisioned such stunning flowers and the work done from the corsages, to the decor at the venue, the fabulous arrangements about, and of course my picture perfect bouquet and husband's boutonnière. Truly it thrills me looking back and how they nailed such special flowers on our special day.

  Bottom line - Edelweiss went above and beyond for my wedding flowers to make it absolutely picture perfect!   Eka and the team at Edelweiss did a fantastic job at our wedding! All of the arrangements were gorgeous and they perfectly realized our vision, adding in a number of tropical elements that we requested such as orchids and an incredible chuppah made out of large green tropical leaves. It was stunning! Eka also took time to meet with us a few times and advise us on the types of arrangements that would work best with our setup. They were also very flexible with pricing and able to work within our budget.

  I wanted a simple bouquet and flower for my groom for my courthouse wedding. After looking at some options online, I walked past this store in my neighborhood and asked about getting those two items the day of my wedding. They were great! Asked my budget I wanted to stay within, asked some color preferences and said to come in the day of and they would create them for me. Went back on my wedding day and everything worked out perfectly! Would highly recommend!

  Eka was our wedding florist this May in Brooklyn and did a phenomenal job! I found Eka online and corresponded with her via phone and email until we got the chance to sit down to go over a sample of floral arrangements. Eka gathered my suggestions on different flowers and colors to create lush, beautiful centerpieces for us. There were very few, if any changes made. Not only did she create gorgeous arrangements for us, but she was able to accommodate our tight budget. She also created bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, a floral headpiece and ceremony garland for me, again based only on photos that I emailed her. Fast forward to the big day and Eka actually delivered our personal flowers to my hotel herself, as well as the other pieces to the wedding venue. Not only was Eka extremely professional, helpful and punctual, but our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the flowers. I would absolutely recommend Edelweiss Flowershop to anyone shopping for flowers, whether that’s for a big event or personal gifts.

  Eka was our wedding florist this May in Brooklyn and did a phenomenal job! I found Eka online and corresponded with her via phone and email until we got the chance to sit down to go over a sample of floral arrangements. Eka gathered my suggestions on different flowers and colors to create lush, beautiful centerpieces for us. There were very few, if any changes made. Not only did she create gorgeous arrangements for us, but she was able to accommodate our tight budget. She also created bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, a floral headpiece and ceremony garland for me, again based only on photos that I emailed her. We had a rustic wedding in Brooklyn and wanted small field flower arrangements with lots of color - she nailed it.   Eka was so helpful and sweet from the beginning. We had a fall wedding and requested bouquets and boutonnieres. I had no idea what i was doing but she sat us down and asked about the colors/venue and made great suggestions for colors and styles perfect to match our fall wedding. She was flexible with an early sunday morning delivery and she actually delivered them herself! They came out beautiful and went perfectly with our look. I love that she is local, takes a personal interest in her work, highly recommended.

From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to work with Eka, who worked so hard to realize my vision and stay within my budget. The florals were the most important part for me. The arrangements, arch, staircase decor and aisle decor were more than I could have ever hoped for. Our ceremony was planned to be outside and we had a rainy day. Eka and her team worked tirelessly all day to make sure our rain plan would be just as beautiful. They also moved arrangements inside and out, until we finally got the okay for outside, 5 minutes before I walked down the aisle! Eka was the last person I saw before I walked down the aisle, fixing my bouquet to make sure even the smallest detail was perfect. I can not thank Eka and her team enough.   Eka at Edelweiss did the flowers for my May wedding, and I cannot recommend Edelweiss enough! I don't think you can do better than Edelweiss for a wedding florist when looking holistically at how beautiful the result was, how much it cost, and how easy and fun it was to work with her.
  
  The flowers ended up being exactly what I pictured, and perfectly fit with the venue and the feel of our wedding. Eka took the time to look at photos of my dress, of the venue, and of arrangements and bouquets we liked from Pinterest to make absolutely sure that she was going to make something beautiful and professional according to our taste. She clearly puts a lot of thought and personalization into each wedding, as our flowers looked very different from other weddings she was doing around the same time. She did two samples with us, using feedback from the first sample to change the arrangement and do a second sample at no cost. She was also really easy to work with on budget, and we simply gave her a number we wanted to stay under, and she told us what she could do within that.
