Edelweiss was my local florist for over a decade and I was constantly amazed by their creativity, the wild range of incredible flowers, and impressive execution. So many important arrangements from my relationship came from them (with prompts like "creepy romance" and "over the top purple") so when we started planning our wedding, my partner and I dreamed of keeping that connection with Edelweiss. The reality that Eka and her brilliant team delivered was beyond our wildest hopes. Every element of the experience was magical and they completely understood and elevated our vision, bringing a lush, bright and unusual tropical flair to our "Caribbean hunting lodge" nuptials. I nearly cried when I saw my gigantic gorgeous bouquet, and all of the boutonnieres and incredible hairpieces they created were so unique. My guests fought over the centerpieces and as it snowed after our wedding day I got countless amazing photos of the bright blooms carrying the celebration forward. Edelweiss worked with our budget and delivered a transformative array of amazing floral pieces including a magnificent birch chuppah covered with fuchsia orchids, monstera leaves, anemones, you name it. I never thought of myself as a flower guy, and figured it could be a place for savings at our wedding - Edelweiss was the most incredible investment and went above and beyond to make the most elaborate, colorful decor that was truly unforgettable. -

Edelweiss did the flowers for our wedding, and we could not have asked for a better experience! Eka was great to work with from the start - she was super responsive by email and worked with us to make sure we had all the floral elements we wanted but didn’t try to upsell us on things that we didn’t want or need. We loved that we got to go in a month before the wedding to meet with Eka and look at some sample florals so that we could make sure everything was what we were looking for. The flowers at the wedding were stunning, from the chuppah to the bud vase centerpieces to my gorgeous bouquet. Eka and her team did a great job with setup and breakdown, and were all so friendly and helpful. From start to finish, we loved working with Edelweiss! -

Edelweiss did the flowers for our daughter's wedding in Brooklyn last weekend and we couldn't have been happier. From our very first visit to Edelweiss, it was clear that they perfectly understood our daughter's vision and the experience of planning and ordering the flowers was all extremely easy and enjoyable. Their pricing was very reasonable but by far the most important thing was the end result....the bridal bouquets were even more interesting and beautiful than we could have imagined, the pew arrangements were exactly right, and the large arrangements for the altar area were absolutely gorgeous. We give them our highest recommendation! -

Eka and her team at Edelweiss are easy to work with, do not "upsell," and create absolutely stunning floral arrangements. They created a beautiful chuppa and table and other floral arrangements for my daughter's wedding. HIGHLY recommend them! -

Eka has been in this business for years, and she and her team know how to bring a bride's vision to life. I had a clear and specific vision and working with Eka, we were able to create an absolute masterpiece. My guests were in awe of our florals and greenery - and so was I on the day of! The arrangements and installations went beyond what I had even imagined. Eka had never worked at my venue before so we did a walkthrough together and identified key moments we wanted to create and areas that would standout. About a month before the wedding she did a floral showcase for my mom and I at her studio, the colors were stunning and the flower choices beautiful, we made a few tweaks to get an organic, romantic feel to the arrangements and when it came to the big day - the team absolutely nailed it. So impressed with the professionalism and dedication from the Edelweiss team. They worked within our budget and got the most out of it. HIRE EKA - she will do an incredible job for you. -

Best vendor we selected for our wedding!
Working with Eka from Edelweiss Floral was one of the best vendors we selected for our wedding. She was quick to response throughout the entire process and great to work with from start to finish. We ran into a number of hiccups during our wedding planning process due to COVID and Eka and team were so helpful as we switched venues and had to redesign all of our floor arrangements. She made our vision come to life in creating a beautiful suspended ceiling arrangement and coordinating with a number of our other vendors to make it happen, all who equally sang her praises on how great she was to work with. Would 100% recommend Edelweiss for all of your floral needs! -

I don’t even remember how exactly I came across Eka and Edelweiss but I am so glad I did. My husband and I talked to a few florists but we felt immediately at ease when we spoke to Eka. She is so sweet, calm and professional and had fairer prices than some of the other florists we spoke to. We saw photos of her work that were beyond gorgeous and we knew she would make our wedding a dream. Eka was so easy to talk to and work with. When we had to make a few changes she was more than accommodating due to downsizing our wedding per COVID regulations. Eka made the most GORGEOUS centerpieces I have ever seen. Truly. And I’m not saying that because it’s my own wedding. I wanted something unique and different and she delivered. She made us a gorgeous flower arch and decorated our cake beautifully. My bridal bouquet was a literal dream - it should be in a magazine. Eka took our idea and made it reality. She is exceptional to work with and we highly recommend working with Edelweiss for any events that need flowers. She is a true artist! -

The most beautiful flowers we could have hoped for
Edelweiss is an incredible florist. I grew up in the neighborhood and always knew I wanted to work with Eka on my wedding - and I'm so glad we did! Her taste is incredible, and even planning with her from across the country we were able to nail the look we were going for. Eka was also SUPER flexible with us on pricing, which is tough for a floral business - her accommodations and thoughtfulness about how to achieve the look we went for, with premium flowers and greens, without breaking the bank was incredible. We worked with Edelweiss on both the rehearsal and the wedding, including on some specialized arrangements for an Iranian sofreh.

We could not be happier with our choice of Edelweiss for our wedding. Flowers were not our top priority budget-wise, but Eka worked with us to find choices that were appropriate for our space and budget. Outside of a bit of direction, she really ran with it. Result was beautiful. And she delivered to 3 different locations seamlessly. Would 100% recommend. -

Edelweiss is our favorite local flower shop and one of the first places we thought of. It was no coincidence that they were one of our venue’s preferred vendors!
Our wedding floral arrangement with Edelweiss was stunning! We worked closely with Eka throughout the process. We came in hoping to stick to a budget but still have beautiful, elegant flowers. Eka made recommendations for us yet was not pushy at all. We opted to forego centerpieces which was a cost saver since the venue had candles as alternatives for the tables. Instead we had budvases, my bridal bouquet, the groom boutonniere, flower girl baskets. I provided inspirational photos to Eka and she created exactly what I wanted. I was previously informed on which flowers were in season or readily available, or which one are too smelly causing adverse reactions in guests, and so on. Eka was truly the expert I could rely on to give spot-on recommendations.
The most important item for us was our wedding chuppah. We used two family heirloom tablecloths that were both more than 100 years old. We wanted to make sure that the material would not be damaged by being used in the chuppah. We wanted these precious possessions to be treated gently and delicately. Eka accomplished this and treated them as her own. At the end of our wedding ceremony, when the venue staff was not present to collect the tablecloths to return them to us that night, Edelweiss staff made sure to hold onto our valuable tablecloths so they could be returned safely to us the next day. They really went above and beyond.
Moreover, the flowers that were on the chuppah were exactly what I dreamed of. Overall, when I walked into the ceremony room, I was blown away by the beauty and the elegance of seeing the chuppah I had dreamed of. 5 stars for Edelweiss!

If my wife and I had to make the decision all over again, we would absolutely work with Eka and her team at Edelweiss! They were fantastic. Eka was super easy to work with, including being responsive, courteous and flexible in terms of any last minute changes we had to the floral arrangements we wanted. About a month before the wedding, Eka was kind enough to meet up with us at the venue along with our wedding planner to walk through the space and to help us visualize what everything would look like. On our wedding day, we were thrilled with how the floral arrangements created the overall atmosphere and the mood that we wanted to create for our lovely guests. From the boutonnieres and bouquets to the floral backdrop for the vows/ceremony and tabletop arrangements, it all just fit together so well --- it felt like we got married in a magical forest of sorts! Well done, Eka - thank you!! -

Eka and her team blew me absolutely away on my wedding day. My reception tables were STUNNING! I got compliments all night about my table arraignments. And my bridal bouquet was fresh and elegant. Loved everything created for my wedding day. It was perfect! Eka is professional, creative and a breeze to work with. I highly recommend this shop! -

Beautiful flowers and helpful staff!
We used Edelweiss for our Rehearsal Dinner of about 40 people. The flowers came out beautifully, and they were exactly what we had requested. The staff at Edelweiss was supportive and professional, making the entire process very fun and easy! Would definitely recommend! -

Just what we wanted
We worked with Eka for our wedding flowers. She was very responsive over email. She clearly understood our vision for something natural and lush. Her idea of adding candlesticks really made the whole vibe very elegant. Eka lent us the vases and returning was very easy. The table arrangements were stunning! -
