Beautiful and delicious

We got our wedding cake with Eddie’s and it came out beautifully. The three different flavors we chose did not disappoint and we received several compliments from our guests. The price was also very reasonable for a 3-tiered cake when comparing to other bakeries. Highly recommend!

Amazing cakes!! They were so helpful and friendly in helping us choose our wedding cake. Prices were reasonable. And the cakes are delicious

I think cake tasting was the most fun I had with the planning process. Eddies has a lovely wedding cake room. Their wedding cake consultants are friendly, creative and bubbly. They try to help you save money with cheaper decorating alternatives. Of course the cake was really good. Can't wait to try some more on our one year anniversary!

Instead of a traditional wedding cake, I chose 7 different cakes and some cupcakes. They were delicious. The bakery was flexible on changing the colors of the frosting and the cakes were ready when they said they would be. Very reasonable price for dessert at a wedding.

I gave Eddie's Bakery a short notice for our cake, but they helped us and our cake came out amazing. It was so flavorful and beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a cake.

We decided to have a small cake and a bunch of cupcakes. The cupcakes were the cheapest in town, although they did not offer any unique flavors, but we were fine with having chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet. Our cake was two tier with buttercream frosting. I was afraid it would get really mushy and soft sitting outside in May, but it was still perfect when we cut into it. We ended up ordering way too many cupcakes and had probably 40 out of 150 remaining.

Delicious! Can't wait to eat our frozen slice in May :)

Eddie's did such a fabulous job on our wedding cake. They listened to our ideas, made suggestions, and always responded to any questions we had regarding our cake. The cake turned out perfect and was everything I hoped it would be. I highly suggest their red velvet/cream cheese and dark chocolate/mocha combination :)

Our wedding cake was last minute (as our original baker fell thru) but Eddies Bakery was so good. The cake was affordable, beautiful and tasted like heaven. Completely recommend them!

My cake was one of my favorite parts of my wedding. I was worried that it was going to "melt" because they had to drop it off early in the day at the club, but it did not. It was absolutely devine! Thank you Eddie's I love visiting you every time we are in Fresno!

I loved my wedding cake. It was delivered in plenty of time way out to Wonder Valley by the owner of Eddie's Bakery. I had made some fondant roses for the cake, and they were placed very tastefully. He even placed my cake topper! I never actually saw him, but he was quick and it looked beautiful. The cake was very moist, and the frosting was great. I took a half star off becuase the bottom tier was incorrect with the filling, but it still tasted great.

easy planning process and great tasting cake

Good experience with the process of hiring and designing my cake, pretty easy even though I was planning from San Diego. Staff is kind and the cakes are delicious. I really like that they offer to give you your top tier cake 1 year later so that you don’t have to freeze it. Only downside was that my cake topper was not placed on my cake for my wedding day. Not sure where there was miscommunication, maybe I wasn’t suppose to take the topper to them to place in advance. Luckily they still had my topper in store and I was able to pick it up.

We had a need cake, which was only the second time they were making it and it looked just perfect just like I wanted. It was delicious just like the tasting ;)
We booked it like a week before the wedding and everything turned out great, the delivery was on time and everything was fine :).

Excellent cake, Gorgeous Design,and Amazing Taste! I was allowed to work with the wedding cake rep to create the design of my cake, rose placement, the topper, the ribbon of choice, etc for my wedding well in advance. The wedding rep actually drew out my vision! The cake was delivered to the reception venue with no extra charge and looked phenomenal! What a great job! Plus, it was very moist and everyone loved it!

My cake was a 4 tier design with buttercream icing! Each layer was a different kind of cake/filling. I had white roses, blue ribbon, and crystal ribbon placed on the cake and each layer had special piping to add dimension!

The cake we got from Eddie's was the best ever and the coolest looking!! They were a little unproffessional to work with but they're also a bakery and a restaurant. Overall everything they did was perfect!

The cake was off the chain. It was gorgeous. The staff was lovely. A little pricy, but hey- you get what you pay for. We loved it.

They had a variety of wedding cakes on display, which made it much easier to describe what I would like for my cake. However, I would make sure that you double check all the information for your order before you leave, and also confirm a couple weeks before the wedding. They had some of the pricing incorrect on my order, as well as the size of the cake.

I don't know exactly how to rate them because I will say that I did receive a beautiful cake. The problem is I received it almost an hour and a half late. When it was dropped off I was promised that someone would contact me to make up for the problem. About a week later I got a message asking how I liked the cake (I left for my honeymoon immediately after the reception so I couldn't call them). When I called back I told them about the delivery problem and all I got was that they were sorry. I don't know... I'm not expecting the world here but maybe offer a free dessert or something. Just a little gesture. I about had a fit on my wedding day because we couldn't find the cake and one of our guests had to miss the ceremony trying to get it to us. I went to Eddie's because everybody said they are the best. Now I'm thinking I could have gone anywhere.
