Absolutely loved this venue and cannot recommend enough! I used to do wedding videography and knew firsthand how stressful weddings can be especially if they are not willing to work with you. Eberly farms had everything we wanted and more! They accommodated us every step of the way even through the pandemic.

We had my daughter's wedding here on 11/7/2020. The day was perfect. Lauren and Sno were so easy to work with and made the day go so smoothly for us. They were always right there checking on us and seeing if we needed anything. Everything went beautifully and was set up exactly as we had discussed. Poor guys were constantly blowing the leaves at this time of year as they were falling fast and furious before the ceremony. I have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend using Eberly Farms.

I can not express how perfect this place is. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, so much space for such a range of good events but it was the absolute ideal place for our wedding. The owner, Chad Eberly, is hands down one of the most incredible people - he made our planning process a breeze and made sure that our event was executed flawlessly. There aren't enough good things that I can say about this place or the people who work here, thank you all so very much.

Eberly Farm was excellent to work with! We had two venues fall through last minute, and they helped us out with so much accommodation and flexibility. Lauren was very sweet and helpful, and we had the most magical day.

Eberly farms is the best venue I've ever been to before. Not only is their food amazing in flavor, but the service is spot on. There are so many things you can do and take advantage of at this venue! It is seriously stunning both inside and out!

Lance and I decided to go with Eberly Farm no questions! We loved the outdoors area and the air conditioned indoors as well. We love nature and being by the water. We also love trees and lights at night. The beautiful rustic look and feeling of love in the venue was wonderful.

A special thank you to our wedding team! Eberly Farm was beautiful and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Even handling a special request was not a problem for them. They made us feel welcome and comfortable from the first visit to the final day. We loved working with them

I was a little nervous because we booked our date in January and by the time our wedding day came in November, we were on our third coordinator with Eberly. But we ended up having a really great wedding and reception. The final planner we met with was very detailed and set up everything exactly the way we wanted it. I love that their is a bridal dressing room so I didn't have to get dressed in the bathroom! I would definitely recommend Eberly for your wedding!

Our entire experience went above & beyond what we expected. Everyone was helpful, the food was fantastic, & the venue was BEAUTIFUL!

They were great from start to finish. They made the charges easy to understand, addressed any question or concern I had and the food was fantastic!!

I got married at Eberly Farm and it was a dream come true! They are 100% dialed in on everything they do and I have heard nothing but positive feedback from guests about the venue.

Eberly Farm is a beautiful, country style place. Lots of outdoor areas and a unique set up inside. The food...was some of the BEST BBQ style food I've ever had. Wedding food is typically just eh, kinda bland but this stuff was amazing. Everyone told us how good it was! Susan and crew were amazing, extremely helpful with planning and the nicest people around. Someone was there the whole night to help us if we needed it, but they weren't noticeable, just worked in the background! They were quick to respond to any questions I had during planning and even allowed me to come check out the place numerous times so I could see what I couldn't remember for set up!

Absolutely wonderful! loved it! food was great! venue itself was beautiful and unique. Susan and the staff were very attentive and answered all questions quickly.

Everything about Eberly was perfect. From the venue to the delicious food and great service, I couldn't have asked for better. The staff was extremely helpful and knew what they were doing. Compared to many venues in the area, this is the best deal I found. They provide you with an itinerary when they have the details and also have a list of good services for other aspects of the wedding such as the DJ, the cake, etc.

On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and not single things went wrong. The grounds were gorgeous and required very little decor and I was very pleased overall. I would recommend Eberly Farm to anyone.

Susan was awesome! She always promptly returned my phone calls. One day I called to ask if she knew the length of the aisle outside; she didn't, but she went out and measured it and quickly called me back to let me know! The food was really good! I didn't eat a lot of it, but everyone told me how good it was! The people on staff the day of the wedding were wonderful! Every time my husband and I walked by the told us congratulations!

I can't say enough positive things about Eberly Farm. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure that we had every thing we needed to make our big day a success. Taylor made sure that every little detail was taken care of, which made everything so much less stressful.

We held our rehearsal dinner at Eberly as well and were able to decorate for the wedding before and after dinner which made Saturday much more relaxing. The food was delicious!

I would definitely recommend this venue!!

Beautiful for indoor or outdoor wedding. Be sure that you use licensed vendors for food and your wedding cake, not family members with kitchens. Overall, would recommend!

Love'd everything about Eberly... very nice people

My husband and I would have our wedding at Eberly Farms again if we could. Our wedding was scheduled for 5/9/2020, during the pandemic. I held on to that date and did not reschedule. Judy called me at one point to check in on me because of the pandemic going on. I thought that was very sweet. Eberly Farms is a private owned business and was able to accommodate for the 'social distancing' and cleanliness needed. We were also not having a huge wedding. Chad and the team are very friendly. I was able to come out to the venue a couple times before our wedding to measure and plan my decor. Liz and Lauren were flexible with me on arranging tables and chairs up until the last minute due to the pandemic guidelines. The buildings and land were beautiful and clean. There were flowers planted in the planters for color.
We bought food for almost 80 people and we only had about 65 show up. We did not get our leftovers. I brought this to their attention before leaving that evening and they sent us home with a couple pounds of brisket and hot links that would not have equaled the $225 dollars in food that we were not served but paid for. They did serve the food instead of having a buffet line due to the pandemic. Those servers earned that 'extra' money spent. Dinner was served a little late due to it being a completely new routine for the venue. They did awesome. This put the flip of the ceremony floor to dance floor a few minutes behind but they were so quick to get it taken care of. We were told that our bar tab would be one amount and then I was charged $75 more dollars. I brought this to their attention 3 times after the wedding and still have not heard back. I consider it a wash after their hospitality was so amazing and they still allowed us to have our wedding during the pandemic. They also did not charge us for the cake table or head table skirts and lighting. All venues typically have 'extra' costs to their base price. We did not select many of those options and our wedding was beautiful.
During the dancing, the lights were too bright; I wish I would have requested they be dimmed but I recommend you do that if you have your wedding outside. This is not a fault of the venue at all.
We would recommend this venue time and time again. The price of the venue is great for the space that is available to you. It is nice to be able to have the bar and catering included so that you do not have more vendors to keep track of for your wedding. We did receive a discount for the venue price if we used their catering.

GORGEOUS venue with excellent staff! Minor detail changes can be very costly, but you cannot go wrong with the location.

I was an out-of-state bride and Susan was awesome! She worked one-on-one with my mom to provide the rustic chic wedding I had envisioned. The food was AMAZING!! The only downfall was that we had to pay overtime to be able to come in and set up before-hand, the base fee is for 6 hours. We had our ceremony at Eberly Farm too, so 6 hours wasn't nearly enough time to include set-up. The venue is GORGEOUS!!!

Eberly Farm is a wonderful place to have a wedding and/or reception. The outdoor area has beautiful landscape. Indoors has a rustic country cabin - no frills - type atmosphere, with exposed wood walls and wild animals on the wall. Susan was 100% involved and gave us MANY option to suit our desires and budget. She met with us and communicated with us via email and phone many times. Very responsive! My only suggestion would to allow people to decorate themselves without an additional fee. I had to hire a person to decorate within our "allotted reservation time" to come in a 4pm (and our reception was at 6) Otherwise we would have had to pay $200 an hour more to come in and decorate it myself. I had NO idea what the room looked like until I arrived. Overall it turned out fantastic, but I would have liked to been involved.

Eberly Farms was the perfect place for our reception. We wanted a relaxed party after a formal ceremony and that is exactly what we got. We had a lot of family with children, as well as guests that wanted to sit and chat, and then us who wanted to dance. This was the perfect place with a setting for all of our guests. The food was amazing! There was an option for everyone and not a single person left hungry. Working with Eberly was a great experience. The people are extremely nice and always willing to help with any questions or concerns; they were always quick to respond. The staff were all very professional and knew what their facility offered and at what price, they insured that you know exactly what you are paying for. They have a clearly stated contract and that is exactly what you get; this is both a good and bad quality. There is ZERO flexibility with this contract. The times that you agree to are what you get, not a minute more without paying the price. This brings me to value Eberly Farm is expensive. The initial contract is only for 5 hrs. this includes decoration time, as well as the time for your event. This is not a lot of time if you want to decorate a lot. You can add more time for a price, and they have a suggestion of a business that can help decorate ( we chose to do both). Although there are a few negatives on the up side, you have the whole facility and grounds to your self, and the food and service is absolutely worth it.
Overall, we had a delightful experience working with Eberly Farm, and our reception was all we could have asked for (thanks to A LOT of help from family). I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a fun relaxed experience.

The venue was beautiful. Their was a lot of natural foliage and the day of the event the owner and staff were so helpful. We were able to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside which was exactly what we wanted. The venue also has a kitchen and caters which is amazing and one less thing to worry about, plus you get a discount on your rental if you use them for your meal.

My only complaint was that there seemed to be disconnect between staff which led to us paying for some fees we did not know about until last minute which kind of stressed me out. They were minor things like cake plates and forks which we were told were free were going to cost us, charges to ice the wine for our toast, and something so minute that I cannot even remember.

We were also told that we were supposed to have a day of coordinator from the venue but they were not to be seen. We had a small COVID wedding so this was not that big of a deal (only close friends and family) but if we had the bigger wedding we originally planned for this would have been a really big deal breaker since that was something that sold us on this venue.
