Easy Riders did a fantastic job with the transportation for our wedding! They got everyone to the wedding on time and were able to accomodate a slight schedule change on the day of the wedding so that we could get people home! They were very communicative and timely! -

We hired Easy Riders Bus Co to transport our wedding guests from The Country Inn & Suites by Raddison, Charlottesville-UVA to Montfair Resort Farm. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. We had some last-minute timeline changes, and Thomas was able to adjust their itinerary to fit our timeline and stay within the contracted hours. They offered a reliable and safe transportation option, especially in the more rural areas of Albemarle County, where cell and ride services can be limited. If you're planning a wedding at any venue where transportation might be tricky, I highly recommend Easy Riders. They helped us provide a safe and seamless wedding day! -

We hired Easy Riders Bus Co to transport our wedding guests from Hotel Madison to CrossKeys Vineyards, and they were absolutely fantastic. The buses arrived on time, the drivers were friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They came out from Charlottesville to make it all happen, and we were so grateful to have such a reliable transportation option, especially in a more rural area of the Shenandoah Valley where Ubers and taxis can be limited. If you're planning a wedding at a vineyard or any venue where transportation might be tricky, I highly recommend Easy Riders. They made our guests feel well taken care of and helped us pull off a seamless wedding day. -

Great wedding transporation
I would highly recommend Easy Riders for your wedding. The communication from start to finish was prompt and very customer service driven. I think pricing is very reasonable. The drivers were safe and courteous and on time. They took the wedding party and all the guests and were very reliable. You won't be disappointed! -

We used Easy Riders for our wedding on 1/13/24 and it worked out perfect! They picked up the guest at the hotel on time, drove to the venue, and at the end of the night drove the guest back to the hotel -

I cannot say enough good about Easy Riders. We had 140 guests and they got them all to and from the venue safely. In a MONSOON all day long. I lost one of my bridal shoes and they found it and sent it back to me. Great value! Absolutely no complaints! Thank you 1,000,000x! -

Used two of their buses for our wedding day. Prices were fair and better than coach buses. If you're worried about some heat, don't sweat it (haha), the day was a hot 85 but our guests were comfortable with the windows open on a 20 minute ride to our venue. Furthermore, the drivers, our guests told us, were friendly and laid back. -

Easy Riders was truly so easy and wonderful to work with. Our venue was brand new and so when we needed to hire shuttles, it was a bit more complicated to ensure that we got the right size vehicle and none would end up stuck! Thomas Nolan specifically went out to the venue and came up with a plan to move all our guests safely between the different areas for the ceremony, reception, and their hotels. Thank you for your great work! -

We loved Easy Riders!! Thomas was so easy to work with, quick to respond to all my emails and very accommodating to us having to postpone our wedding multiple times! We used easy riders for the reception and then to take our guests on a brewery/winery tour of the area the next day. We rented 2 buses for the reception and their rates are hard to beat. I would recommend them to anyone!! -

We knew when we started planning our wedding outside of the city that transportation would be a must - it's nearly impossible to find an Uber/Lyft out "in the sticks" at that time of night, and we wanted our guests to have a safe option home. My husband and I are both teachers, so we also loved the nod of having school buses at our wedding ( : Easy Riders was flexible and easy to work with, even during Covid postponements and all that chaos. They helped us come up with bus routes and made sure everyone got where they needed to be on time! Even when our last run of the night (to the Downtown Mall) encountered an unexpected hiccup - at no fault of the driver! - Lamar handled everything with total professionalism. Overall a great value in transportation! -

We used Easy Riders Bus Company to transport everyone to and from our wedding. They were prompt and professional. They did make a mistake on the address of one of the hotels even though I had already given them the correct address. Luckily I caught the error but other than that 1 potential problem, everything ran smoothly. They were also very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend this option for your wedding. -

Easy Riders was great to work with for our wedding. The buses were clean and the drivers were very friendly. There ended up being an accident on the highway causing a long delay while the buses were carrying most of the wedding guests. Therefore, the buses finished the job outside of the contracted number of hours, but Easy Riders waived the late fee due to the unexpected traffic. Thomas was very responsive throughout our planning process. We were very happy with them! -

We hired Easy Riders to transport our bridal party to our venue, as well as shuttle guests back and forth from the venue and two hotels. Out of all the transportation vendors in the area, Easy Riders is by far the best bang for your buck. The buses are clean and the drivers are friendly and punctual. Tom, the coordinator, was very responsive to all of my emails and did his best to accommodate all of my requests and changes to the itinerary. It was such a relief to know that my guests had a safe means of transportation back to their hotels so they would be able to fully enjoy the wedding (and open bar lol). My only concern was the lack of AC on the bus in the July heat, but with the windows down it was never even an issue, so don't let this deter you. I would definitely recommend Easy Riders to any couple looking to secure transportation for their guests - they're affordable and totally worth it! -

We used Easy Riders for pickup and drop off between three different hotels and our venue. Their price is great for the value, and we heard that all our guests had a lot of fun on the bus home. They were timely and responsive. I was a bit worried about no air conditioning with a May wedding but it seems like all of our guests were happy with the ride. -

We hired four of their big white school busses to drive our guests from the Church to the reception, and then back to hotels after the reception. They were very attentive and prompt leading up to the wedding, and they even conducted a practice run of our transit plan to make sure all of the drivers felt comfortable. Our church was in a busy part of town without parking, and they still boarded all of our guests seamlessly. Easy Riders is a great value and we loved working with them! -

Mike Sent on 06/06/2017We wanted to provide our guests with safe transportation for our "open bar" wedding. Easy rider was a delight to work with and were super flexible with our needs. They provided us with pickup at our hotel block and arrived with plenty of time for guests to get seated for the ceremony. We scheduled an early and late pickup from the venue. The bus was prompt and ready to go! They accommodated our "fun" bunch on the return trip and everyone arrived safely!
We looked into other bus companies and Easy Rider couldn't be beat for price and value! We're so glad we found them!!
