To everyone at Eastside, thank you! Everyone we came in contact with from booking to the drivers, everyone was absolutely wonderful! We hired Eastside for all of our wedding transportation last weekend. We had 2 shuttle buses and a white limo as our getaway car after the reception. The shuttle buses were in AMAZING condition and were so clean inside. This was important for me as these buses were being used to transport all of our guests. The buses were wonderful and our limo was just beautiful. Everything ran so smoothly and was on time. The drivers were so sweet and outgoing which sets a great impression on all of your wedding guests! Mandy Powell was our wedding planner and she has a great relationship with Eastside. I highly recommend having Mandy Powell as your wedding planner since she would work hand in hand with Eastside to make sure everything is flawless. Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding day perfect!

Great prices! They arrived early and even made an extra stop for all of my bridal party after a storm messed up our picture area we had planned. If you use the Marriott Downtown or the Hampton Inn and Suites, Eastside Transportation offers a discount for their services!

We attended one of the local bridal shows and won a silent auction for a 2 hour limo ride with Eastside Transportation. We didn't realize the pass had an expiration date until after it was purchased and the date was before our wedding day. The staff was flexible and allowed us to use the voucher even after it expired, which was very much appreciated. We ended up using the limo for my bachelorette party and it was so much fun! They even upgraded us to the stretch SUV instead of the regular limo, at no charge! The driver was courteous and timely. Would definitely use again in the future based on this experience!

Eastside Transportation took care of getting the bridesmaids then the groomsman to the ceremony/reception site. They then picked us up and brought us to the hotel after the reception. They were very flexible when trying to the get the times straightened out for pick up and arrived early. They did a great job providing the transportation. The driver was very professional.

Eastside Transportation Service provided limousine (Lincoln Towncar) service and Trolley service for the bride, groom and wedding party. They were a delight to work with. The office staff, during the planning stages, were very professional. The drivers and their vehicles were "spot on" on the wedding day and handled all pick ups and drops offs in a timely manner. The vehicles were well-maintained and not only met the transportation needs for the day, but were attractive and enjoyed by all.

I had family coming in from out of town and they were on time to pick them up from the airport. They also had signs so that members of my family knew that they were there to pick them up!

I was the perfect example of a totally stressed out mother trying to figure out how we could get all of our out of town guests from the hotels to Pretty Place for the ceremony and then to the reception. I wasn't sure how many guests we would need to transport. The wonderful sales rep at Eastside gave me so many tips as how to plan for this. She suggested that I send out an additional RSVP in the wedding invitation to ask my guests if they would utilize the transportation I was providing. This allowed me enough time to cancel some of the buses if I overbooked! I was able to cancel one bus that I didn't need which definitely helped my budget.

All of the buses arrived early at the hotels and got our guests to and from the venues seamlessly. The drivers were accommodating and pleasant and our guests commented on the great service. For any of you hosting a large (or small) wedding event I strongly recommend Eastside Transportation. They made this day worry free!

Our ceremony was away from our reception site. Eastside Transportation took care of our guests and got them to where they needed to go! One less thing we had to worry about on the busy day-of.

We used ETS to transport the entire wedding party from the ceremony to the reception. We booked the trolley and it was an abolute hit! We had some wonderful pictures made on the ride and everybody loved it! We booked 2 weeks prior to the wedding (while most people book months in advance) and we were still able to get what we wanted. When booking, they have a minimum rental time of 4 hours. We only used the trolley for 1 hour but it was absolutely worth the price!
The only problem we had was a very minor one. We were contacting one another via email and when we tried to contact them by phone it took a few days to get a call back.

What a great time we had in our limousine.It was nice to have a little time for ourselves and drink champagne.Our chauffeur was very nice and picked us up on time.

Eastside was so helpful for our wedding! They helped us decide what type of transportation would be best for our event, walked us through the process and timeline of the day, and had great attitudes the entire time. They were always pleasant to chat with and we would definitely recommend their company for your next event!

We where able to relax in our limousine knowing that we where on time and had a great driver.The limousines Eastside provides are top notch vehicles that are comfortable to ride in.

I rented the trolley for my wedding party and the driver and trolley were wonderful. There is a 4 hour minimum on almost all of their vehicles, which I didn't like, but they were very professional, and called the day before just to make sure they had all the pickup/dropoff times and locations correct.

Eastside Transportation helped us coordinate our wedding day transportation seamlessly. We rented a limousine as well as a trolley, and both were exactly what we needed. The vehicles were clean, well maintained, and operated by very professional and kind drivers. I compared prices for other transportation services in Greenville, SC, and Eastside was by far the best value for their vehicle offerings. They were very helpful in figuring out my transportation needs and we found a combination that worked perfectly for us. Highly recommend them!

The car was great. We chose the 1925 Bugatti. While the car looked great on the outside, the ride was a little rough. What do you expect? The car is nearing 100 years old!

The reservation policy could use a little work. We made the reservations a few months in advance, due to the limited availablilty of the car. Less than a month out, we called back to re-confirm the reservations, and to our surprise, they had cancelled our reservation. Thankfully, no one else had reserved the car for the hours we wanted it, so we still got it.

The driver was very professional and rather accommodating. He took us on a tour of Downtown Greenville, allowing us to get out at Falls Park and mill around a bit.

All-in-all, I would work with ETS again.

Working with Eastside was great and I do recommend them. I cannot give them 5s across the board because we had booked the trolley last August and they called 2 days before to inform us the trolley had transmission issues. They did admit that they knew about this before the 2 day notice. This would have been nice to have known when they first had the issue and knew it could not be fixed just to keep from having any last minute panic on our end. My daughter wanted the look of the trolley but we understand mechanical issues, it would have just been more professional to have known of the problem immediately. However, after speaking with my daughter and listening to her wishes, they did provide an executive bus with the same seating number that was much nicer looking than the bus originally planned for replacement. I would use Eastside again and I would recommend to others I just feel they could have handled this a little more professional than they did. The bus driver and the transportation was excellent. Went exactly like we had planned.

Very professional and responsive! Our only frustration was the four hour rental price for a twenty minute limo ride. We also used them for bus transportation between our ceremony at Grace Church Downtown and our reception at the Commerce Club which is exactly half of a mile distance. The bus only made a couple of trips but we still had to book a four hour rental. However- this is the case with any transportation company so this is not something that is just Eastside Transportation. Overall, they were great to work with and even showed up early with the limo!

They were good. Please plan to go over time. They charge by the hour and we were late! No their fault but ours so they were really good at adjusting the time!

They were prompt and service was good. I only had a problem because we had talked to them about keeping the car cool (August wedding!) and the car was off both times when we got in it... meaning it was very hot basically only cooling off when we were getting out. We had called ahead to make sure the car was cool and that didn't really happen. But, it got us to and from in a timely manner so we really can't complain too much!

My husband set up my dream limo ride and I was so happy with the outcome. The limo showed up on time (even early) to my hotel to pick us up for pictures. The Limo was clean and also provided us with Champagne. The Limo driver had a little trouble with finding our venue for pictures and one of my bridesmaids had to direct him to the church. But that was not his fault, half my guests had trouble finding these places as the maps are outdated in the area. Overall I would recommend this Limo Service to any and all getting married in the area. Very nice company to work with.

We hired two buses to transport guests from a hotel to the wedding ceremony then to the reception. The bus who picked up guests at the hotel left 5 minutes early and left people behind. One of the buses took the wrong turn getting to the reception and our guests were over 15 minutes late. There is clearly a sign pointing to the Clubhouse at the Cliffs Valley CC and the driver failed to see it. There is also a gate person who could have directed the driver if he didn't know where he was going. This is clearly incompetence as far as I am concerned.

I rented a stretch Lincoln Navigator from Eastside Limo for my wedding day. I used that limo for my bridal party and I to ride to the chapel togehter, and then for my new husband and I to ride from the chapel to the reception. While our driver was very kind and professional, and arrived on time. I had a few issues that made my wedding day less enjoyable. First, the limo did not have music that worked. The driver even pulled over to try to get it to work for us, but he couldn't do it. So I had a silent ride for the 1 hour drive to my wedding ceremony, and a silent ride with my new husband to our reception. Music would have been nice. Also, there was no complimentary champagne as promised. When my husband and I got into the limo after the ceremony, we were on cloud 9 and so happy and said "Okay, let's crack open the champagne!" We looked for it, but it wasn't there. We asked the driver about it and he just said that they had run out and didn't have any. I had this limo booked months in advance. You'd think they would have wanted it to be perfect for their customer's wedding day. Also, the back right window did not work. We had a "just married" sign on the back of the limo, and I wanted to be able to roll the window down...wasn't able to.
I called them to let them know about these things about a week after my wedding. I was told that Lou, the manager, was on the phone, so I told them my issues and they asked for my phone number and said he would call me back. He never did. They didn't care to make sure the limo was in good working order and well equipped for my wedding day, and they didn't care to return my call to address the issues with the limo either. I WOULD NOT recommend this company.

This was the worst limo experience we could have ever had. We rented a stretch navigator limo for our wedding. The limo driver was to pick up the groomsmen at the grooms house, take them to the church, then pick me up (the bride) and take me to the church. I confirmed the route with the company three times. The limo driver picked the guys up and took them to the church, and then forgot he was to pick me up. My wedding was thirty minutes late starting because of this. To make matters worse, the limo driver laughed OUT LOUD watching my 7 month pregnant bridesmaid trying to get in the limo and didn't even attempt to help her. He was the most disrespectful person. When he picked the wedding party up to take us to the reception, he must have not had the air conditioning running because we were all melting in the car. We were told this was as cool as it would get. We bought a bottle of champagne to drink in the limo, but had to drink it from the bottle because the flutes were filthy.I would not recommend this transportation company to anybody.
