We had an extremely positive experience working with Eastern Shore Tents & Events. We had an outdoor wedding at a private residence and ESTENTs provided us with everything we needed to bring our vision to life. From the tent, lighting, tables, and chairs to the dishes, silverware, and linens, the value and quality of their services were superb. We worked closely with Michelle who was very professional, thorough, answered our many questions, and offered excellent advice and guidance while keeping our budget in mind. We were even invited to tour their showroom and view sample tables, linens, dishes, etc. to help us in making our decisions. We would highly recommend this company! -

We loved ESTE!
Words cannot express how much we loved working with ESTE. Michele is one of the most incredible human beings I have ever met. She was patient(needed!), informative, professional, and really funny! I told her what we wanted and she brought our vision to life! We couldn’t have had our perfect wedding without them. Sheer perfection! -

Great experience
CJ, Amy, and the whole team at ESTE were wonderful throughout the whole planning process and on the day of our wedding! The team went above and beyond, helping us with questions outside of just our tent, tables, linens, etc. and were there for so much guidance from start to finish. They are so knowledgeable about all things Eastern Shore weddings. The site visit helped ensure our vision came to life, and they were willing to work and communicate with our venue when needed. Amy was always receptive and quick to make any changes we needed (even last minute), and always there to provide sound advice and input. I would highly recommend them! Thank you for helping make our wedding amazing!! -

CJ was so great to work with. She was very responsive from the start, and communicated with us every step of the planning process including rescheduling our 2020 wedding to July of 2021 at Harwood Farm. I'm sure it was a stressful time for everyone in the industry and they were so kind, professional and helpful in moving our date. The delivery and coordination went smoothly and everything looked so great. People could not stop talking about how beautiful the tent was during the wedding and after. The sailcloth was stunning! We rented a tent from Eastern Shore Tents & Events for our June wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We had originally booked a clear-top tent with them, but as the day grew closer, Amy from ESTE had been keeping a close eye on the weather, and noticed our wedding day was going to be a scorcher. She got in touch with us and recommended we change to the less-expensive solid top tent to keep our guests cooler. We can’t thank her enough for that suggestion, especially since it cost their company some money. Our reception space was simply gorgeous, and we can’t recommend Eastern Shore enough!Eastern Shore Tents & Events's reply:

Perfect Wedding in a Dream Like Setting
We recently used Eastern Shore Tents and Events for our daughter's wedding on 10/3/20.
Eastern Shore provided an outdoor tent, lighting, tables, chairs ( for both the ceremony and reception), linens, plates, glasses and utensils for the wedding.
Throughout the planning process we worked with Michele who was extremely accommodating as due to COVID, our plans changed multiple times throughout.
As we neared the day of the event, Michele had the foresight to check the weather and suggest a heater, as the evening temperatures would be getting chilly.
The day before the wedding, employees of Eastern Shore were onsite early and setting up. All were very polite, accommodating and professional. Everything we ordered was present, all plates, etc. placed in the kitchen facilities, linens pressed and covered on hangers and tables arranged according to the predesigned set up.
Adam and Michele take great pride in their business and are extremely attentive.
Do check if Jonathan Mason is the sub contractor providing the bathroom trailer. The trailer was not in working order, and while Michele and Adam's responses were immediate and professional, that of the subcontractors were definitely not.

During this trying time of planning a wedding in a pandemic, Amy from Eastern Shore Tents & Events has been beyond amazing. I cannot sing enough praises of her support and flexibility with guiding me thorough a wedding that was supposed to occur during a pandemic. She has made herself available to communicate every question and concern I have had and has offered her support in such an emotionally trying time. Additionally, when we planned a wedding that is to be held outside and she was incredibly helpful with supporting me in creating a vision and including what was needed and flexible to what we did not need. I can truly say that I would one hundred percent work with the vendor again especially because of Amy.Eastern Shore Tents & Events's reply:

Michele is incredibly thorough and very professional. We made numerous changes throughout the process that she graciously and efficiently accommodated. Her husband even came out to the venue three times to adjust the chandeliers so my daughter's vision was complete. The tent, lighting, furniture, tableware and accessories were all beautiful. My daughters wedding was stunning, and Eastern Shore Tents and Events played a huge part in that. I would use them for another event in a heartbeat. A huge thank you to Michele, her husband and their staff. Everyone we had contact with was pleasant, courteous and professional. -

Working with ESTE was a lovely experience. We met with Michele numerous times benefited greatly from meeting in person in Chestertown.
The whole process working with her was amazing and nothing was overlooked. She worked well with our other vendors to make sure adjustments and additions were made and everything was perfect on our wedding day. We are so grateful to have had ESTE on our vendor team and would highly recommend using them! -

The most beautiful tents & an incredible team
Eastern Shore Tents & Amy Eaton were so wonderful to work with. With our wedding was outdoors, so we relied on their team to provide absolutely everything, and they made it perfect. Amy Eaton was extremely responsive throughout the whole wedding planning and also very flexible with meeting since I did not live in Chestertown during the planning. I was already extremely happy with my experience with them before seeing it all set up the day of. When the tent went up on the Wednesday before I was floored; It was an absolutely beautiful tent. We also got the vintage bar from them which was a hit and the large beer boat. Their bathrooms were also amazing! I would 100% recommend this vendor for any rental needs! -

She helped me plan out the original details and then when the forecast required some adjustments the days before, she helped me put plan B into place. The team of installers were hot and tired when they delivered but they still made slight adjustments that helped my vision become a reality. Thanks to Kim and the team!

Amazing vendor - you won't regret working with them!
Michele at ESTR will literally be your life saver during the wedding planning process. Our wedding was a COVID wedding that got pushed from 2020 to 2021, which unfortunately gave me a whole other year to think about the rentals. I changed my mind too many times to count and Michele was there every step of the way. She is super responsive to all emails/phone calls and has so much wedding planning knowledge in general that it felt like she was acting as a wedding planner too! We ordered everything from ESTR; sailcloth tent, tables, linens, lighting, bars, etc. The rentals were high quality and reasonably priced. They have a showroom too that you can go and look at items in person which was a big help (we went twice!) since I am a fairly indecisive person when it comes to wedding decor! I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Michele & ESTR!Eastern Shore Tents & Events's reply:

Eboni Sent on 11/18/2017I had a wonderful experience with Tents and Events. My coordinator, Amy, answered all my emails as quickly as possible and helped with all of my questions. She made excellent recommendations and even gave me a little breathing room when I had some sticker shock, then helped me discard unnecessary items to get the price back down. The workers who came to set up the tents and tables arrived on time, but did not complete the job the day of my first event. They left the cook tent unfinished and did not put up the tables and chairs in the arrangement we had discussed. Fortunately, the guests to the first event did not notice anything amiss and my venue contacted someone else from the company who came out the morning of my second event, with his family, and fixed EVERYTHING perfectly. Amy was also responsive to my last second emails and between the two of them, everything was perfect for our wedding. I would use this company again! -

Eastern Shore Tent did a great job of bringing our vision of our wedding day into reality. We worked with Amy throughout the planning stages and she was always extremely responsive to our questions. We also very much appreciated her flexibility as we neared our wedding day and several items on our rental contract needed to be changed. This was no issue for Amy and she was able to satisfy all of the requests.
The Eastern Shore Tent staff were efficient and organized during the delivery of the tents, several tables, and restroom trailer. The tent with the chandeliers and dance floor really looked amazing and met all of our expectations. We were very pleased with the service provided by Eastern Shore Tents.
