ECE was one of the easiest vendors to work with! Sam and Mason were extremely communicative and enthusiastic when helping us book our wedding band. Silver Bullets
The Silver Bullets were everything we could have asked for and more. As good as they sounded on their demo I thought they were even better in person. The guys were great, their energy was awesome and I think what may have impressed us the most, is not just how broad of a range of music they cover, but how well they do across different genres. And I jumped on stage with them during Friends and Low Places! That's when you know you've a great group!
It's easy to see why they are as in demand and as popular as they are. If we ever have any friends in the region looking for a great band for a wedding or other big event I'd certainly recommend them!

Uncle Jesse is the band you want for your wedding reception!
Uncle Jesse was perfect for our wedding reception on October 26, 2024! We went back and forth for a long time as to whether to go with Uncle Jesse or to hire and DJ and we are SOOO glad we went with Uncle Jesse!
My husband & I would both individually see them in Arlington before we met and then again together after we started dating. We are so thankful to have had Uncle Jesse travel down to our new home in Charlotte to perform at our wedding.

Amir was FANTASTIC! He was very professional throughout the entire planning process and the day-of. We appreciate his flexibility and willingness to communicate with our venue contact as some details with our venue changed last minute. Our guests had a BLAST at our reception and Amir was definitely a major reason why. No one wanted to leave the dance floor. Blair's West is the Best!
Alison and I will be forever grateful for the show Blair’s West performed at our wedding. The band had our dance floor packed from the first song through the last, with everyone cheering for “One more song!” at the end of the night. The band brought so much joyful energy and artful musicality to the experience that we simply can’t recommend them enough. From an operational standpoint, they were ultimate professionals and helped us figure out everything from where to source electricity to coordinating the mic and equipment for speeches. From a music perspective, our guests—many of whom are accomplished musicians themselves—were so excited by the band’s incredible skills, talents, and clear love of music. We had the absolute greatest time for our wedding thanks to the Atlanta Showstoppers and EastCoast Entertainment! The band was amazing and so fun. Wonderful Wedding with Vinyl Headlights!
After I did an online search for wedding bands in Virginia and listened to some, I contacted the band Vinyl Headlights and they put me in touch with their booking agent Mason with EastCoast Entertainment to get the process started. Mason did an excellent job in explaining everything to me about booking the band. He sent me the contract and then put me in touch with the band to hash out the details for our big day. The band had a Wedding Questionnaire that I could fill out to help them get a better idea of exactly what we wanted.
I communicated with John and Alex of Vinyl Headlights through email so we could become familiar with one another. They were very helpful and receptive to what we wanted.
When our wedding day came, the band was at the venue early to set up, which was great! The guys knew exactly where to set up. When the reception kicked off, they were a hit! Everyone loved them and they were so entertaining. They kept the party going for about three hours. I highly recommend Vinyl Headlights to anyone looking to have a band at their wedding. Also, thank you to Mason and EastCoast Entertainment for making our big day even more special!

A Personalized Concert
The Dundies made our wedding an incredible, personalized concert. They were so welcoming and somehow still made the reception about us as a couple, all while playing amazing (loud, rock) songs that everyone loved. All of the guests we talked to after the wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, thanks to the Dundies. Southside Station blew us away. They played beautiful renditions of some of our favorite songs. They played our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They were so lively and fun while

Go-to Vendor For Great Bands
ECE Entertainment’s portal to listen to different band demos was excellent, and after a recommendation from a previous client, we decided to reach out and learn more. John Wolfslayer was fantastic from the start. We selected a band, changed our reception date due to COVID, and then 5 days before our wedding reception, a few of our band members were exposed to COVID and we needed a new band. John called us with a great plan in place to soften the stress. He had already called another band that was available —and more expensive than our original band that agreed to play for the price we had already paid in full. Communication was effective, the portal was easy, and our experience was great— even with last minute craziness and multiple changes due to COVID. Would recommend for your band booking!

Mason Owen and the Silver Bullets
Owen and the band were both really easy to work with. I reached out to Owen originally to inquire about another band. But, after speaking to him about my musical taste and the vibe I was going for at my wedding reception, he sent me information on several bands he thought might work. I checked out the band's YouTube videos and read the playlists they each had. The Silver Bullets where instantly the band my fiance and I wanted.
Getting all the information I needed was really easy and Owen walked us through the whole booking/contract process. The band was also really responsive and the best part was that they were willing to learn a few new songs as long as you let them know in advance. They had a great playlist for our reception but they could easily rock any music genre.
We arrived early to take family photos before the ceremony and I heard the band getting set up and warming up. I was so excited to hear how great they sounded already. We really wanted the reception to be like a concert, and it really was. I can't tell you how many people complimented the band and how much fun they had.
I think I danced for 3 straight hours. I danced my hair straight out of curls. EVERYONE was dancing, my grandparents, my parents, my in-laws, my friends, my siblings, even my teenage sister and nephew (and they're too cool for anything at 15). Young and old, we all had an amazing time.
We are very grateful for the energy and enthusiasm the band had, it definitely came through in their sound! Between us and our friends we have all seen a lot of shows and our reception was definitely one of the best concerts I've been too. Seriously, I forgot the band was doing covers they just sounded that good.
We can't wait for another reason/occasion to hire a the Silver Bullets again.

Signature Live with ECE Entertainment was the best decision we made! We were on the fence about a band because it was a signifigant investment, but we are so glad we went through with it. He was great to work with and got the band everything they needed to make sure the music matched the flow of the night. They listened to our suggestions and followed the vibe of the crowd. The lead singer was just awesome. And they were all nice as can be. Daniel was amazing as our emcee and was so careful to make sure the night went just as we wanted it to go. It was so fun to have Fresh Take as our wedding band - they really took the event up several notches and made our reception so much fun. We got tons of compliments from our friends and family! We'd recommend them (and Mason) to anyone who wants a fun wedding.

DeeJay Shelly plus instruments
Everyone had a great time and people were dancing! DeeJay Shelly wore some angel wings (with our permission) and they were fun. She had a light up cape for the second half and allowed myself and our guests to wear it and dance around in it! We also had the bongos, a saxophone, and an electric violinist to provide some live music! It was a huge hit! We have received many compliments!

Great Communication and Easy to Work With
EastCoast Entertainment was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We first reached out to Mason from ECE January 2019 to find a band for our May 2020 wedding date. I gave him an overview of what we were looking for - a lot horns, multiple female and male leads, and a band that would keep our guests dancing all night. He sent me a list of a few bands to listen to and while all sounded fantastic, Kustom Made really fit the bill for what we were looking for. Flashforward to March 2020, we quickly realized we were going to need to reschedule so we reached out to Mason and picked a date for August 2020 and quickly realized that wasn't going to happen either. Mason and Kustom Made stuck with us for 2.5 years of planning and 3 wedding dates to provide the best customer experience and helped make all my dreams finally come true on our June 2021 date.

The only place to look for music in Virginia
I first started working with Mason at ECE in mid-February 2020 for a May 2021 wedding. Mason helped us find a band for our reception that met all of our criteria in a very customer friendly consultation. Later on, Mason helped us find the perfect string group for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I was most amazed at how professional and excited ECE was throughout 2020 when their industry was one of the hardest hit. Paula with ECE was extremely helpful and responsive and worked with me to find a five-piece band, which was required by my wedding venue. We had to significantly decrease the size of our wedding due to Covid-19, and Diverse Groove brought so much energy that it felt like we had our original guest count of 180 guests on the dance floor! Unfortunately, this year my fiancé and I had to postpone our wedding until 2021 for the safety of our guests in these uncertain times. While our event has been postponed due to COVID-19, we can’t say enough nice things about the service we’ve received from Brad at ECE. We scheduled a band performance for our wedding back in early 2020 before COVID-19 caused us to push the band booking back to 2021. Brad was prompt in responding, did not charge rescheduling fees, upcharges etc., and provided us with a new contract in under 24 hours.

As a bride who had to QUICKLY postpone our wedding and figure everything out within an afternoon, ECE, especially Brad could not have been more helpful! He was soooo attentive and quick to respond AND very accommodating with our new date. They DID NOT charge us a thing, did not take any extra $$, and we still have the original DJ we chose. We knew Morgan and Phil would be a hit at our wedding – watching any of their videos shows how talented they are. We were also excited to get so much positive feedback from our guests – our guests loved their music and they told us too, which was awesome to hear! Fabulous band and agent. Definitely recommend!
We absolutely LOVED having Big Swing at our wedding reception. They were truly incredible and so talented! The dance floor was full the entire night and that's not an exaggeration. We thoroughly enjoyed working with both ECE and the band themselves. Stacy, with ECE, was so very helpful and thorough in explaining everything and coordinating communication with the band. She was a delight to work with. Janelle, with the band, was the same way. She was patient as we figured out the "itinerary" for the night and helped pass along everything to the band. The entire experience was such a pleasure and we would absolutely recommend both ECE and Big Swing in a heart beat.

Bands were perfect
The Touchables and Newburg Trio were absolutely perfect! The Touchables helped me to really create a celebration that was my own- and were 150% there for me and Chris!! Absolutely incredible talents, and SO much energy! The entire party couldn't stop talking about the AMAZING band!

Fabulous band and great management team
We loved working with Stacy Schnetzka at ECE, and the band Night Years was fantastic. The band learned two new songs for us, worked with us to have our friends sing our first dance, and had fabulous energy and music throughout the evening. We couldn't recommend this team more.

Easy and Excellent!
The Klaxton Brown Band was excellent!! Our guests had nothing but great things to say about them. In particular, my parents were thrilled with their performance. And most importantly my husband and I LOVED them!! They brought the perfect combination of fun, funk, and professionalism to their work and I think everyone noticed. Brad's assitance throughout the entire process made all the difference. He came out in person to our venue, worked directly with my wedding planner and myself, and responded very promptly to any questions we might have. We will definitely recommend Brad at East Coast Entertainment as well as the Klaxton Brown Band to our friends and family in the future and we hope to book them again ourselves one day! Thanks again for everything Brad!

I worked with Brad at ECE. He was available all the time for me to contact. We were able to search on the website and go through a lot of bands pages. They say how much they cost and their song list. Then with our narrowed down list I spoke with Brad to decide which band would fit our event best. He was knowable on all the bands. After deciding on a band, ECE did all the rest of the work! They make it so easy. I don’t know how anyone finds a band without ECE!

Incredible service beginning to end
We cannot thank ECE and specifically our entertainment consultant, Brad, enough for making our wedding reception an epic party. We truly enjoyed working with Brad who was professional and readily available from the very beginning. He checked in on us repeatedly throughout the year leading up to our wedding and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. He connected us directly with our band lead and always followed up to ensure we were happy. We have all the confidence in ECE and highly recommend using them for your wedding entertainment.
Huge thank you to Brad and ECE for helping make our wedding day the best day of our lives. We are still receiving texts and calls about how awesome the band was - they really brought down the house!

Wedding Entertainment Made Easy!
ECE made our wedding planning simple and stress free. We hired the Forest Hill Band for our April 27th wedding and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. Brad and Mason were an excellent team to work with. Brad took care of all of our needs early on to get everything organized. He was responsive and personable and made planning from afar easy and painless. He also took care to make sure he checked in with us throughout the process to make sure things were going smoothly. Mason took care of all the details for the day-of and was extremely organized. He reviewed all the details with us throughout the process to make sure our day was everything that we wanted. I appreciated that he took the time to review everything with me the week of the wedding to make sure all the ceremony, entrance, and reception details were correct and just how we wanted. He even handled some last minute and day of changes with poise and delivered the perfect day!

Mason was wonderful to work with! He helped us figure out the best band to use based upon our music taste and budget. Mason was responsive and very willing to reach out to our band, Night Years, with requests. We had the time of our lives at our wedding, and a lot of that had to do with the Night Years and ECE! I’m already think of another event to host just so we can have Night Years play again.

Atlanta Showstoppers was outstanding in every way. They performed brilliantly, were very flexible
with some last minute changes and were just a pleasure to deal with. If we had more daughters to wed we would hire them again! Just a great group of artists and fun, too!!! We had so many compliments on their show from our guests that I am convinced they really are "showstoppers"!

Incredible band and experience
The band was incredible. Their song selection for dinner was perfect...and then the band cranked it up! They brought so much energy, while they almost seemed to manage the crowd to maximize people on the dance floor throughout the night (e.g. if there was a slower song, which were few, they were sure to follow it up with a crowd pleaser that brought everyone back on the floor to party). It was a really nice touch inviting the bride plus all her bridesmaids to the stage to sing along! They took no breaks throughout the entire night and were fabulous. We couldn’t recommend them more.

Incredible Wedding Band!
Our wedding would not have been the same without Jump Street as our entertainment. Haji knows exactly how to bring a room together, and our guests enjoyed every minute of the music - from the soft dinner music played to the crowd favorites to a few special requests. Jump Street learned our mother/son dance song and listened to most of our "must play" requests.
We absolutely recommend Jump Street!

Great Experience! Brad is the best!
When it came to our wedding, a band was our top priority. We wanted a band that played all types of music, could MC, and could get the party going and keep it going. I started doing research and came across East Coast Entertainment. I started looking at different bands and seeing which ones I liked. After doing some research, I ended up in contact with Brad Strouse. After talking with him I wish I had contacted him from the start! He was easy to talk to, responded promptly to calls or emails, and made the whole process so much easier. I had mentioned to him a couple bands we liked, however they were either too expensive or already booked. After a few emails, Brad got a feel of what we liked, and recommended we check out the band Trademark. We fell in love with the band and immediately booked them. Finding wedding vendors can be stressful, however Brad took the stress away and made the whole booking process a breeze. He kept in contact with us the whole time, and made sure everything was good to go for the wedding. After the wedding he even checked in to see how everything went. Booking Trademark was the best decision we could have made. The band was absolutely amazing and the guests loved them. We are still getting compliments! Thank you Brad Strouse and ECE!!

We worked with Stacy from ECE who was absolutely incredible. She was super accommodating and helped to bring our vision to life of having 2 bands at our wedding- a country & a party band. This took a lot of coordinating and communication and she made it a breeze. We booked 20 Ride and Evolution Party Band- both which were incredible. We were very taken care of by both groups and they were super flexible. The bands listened to our setlist feedback and delivered great shows. We wish we could relive the night all over again!

Cannot thank East Coast Entertainment enough for introducing us to Gentlemen and their Lady for our wedding! They kept the party going all night, so much so that our guests literally would not leave the dance floor at the end of the night! I have had at least 10 guests tell me they were the best wedding band they had ever seen and that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to because of it. Thanks so much Gentlemen and their Lady for giving us and our guests a truly unforgettable evening.
If you want a band that will keep the crowd up and dancing for hours on end, this is the one for you!
