Level up your Transportation

When the shuttle arrived onsite, I thought there was a mix up because we ordered the limo coach/party bus for the ride back and a shuttle bus for the ride to the venue. Earth limos exceeded all expectations when they told me this was a complimentary upgrade for my wedding because I requested a shuttle with a capacity to hold 21-26 guests. Well they sent a sleek black limo coach that would hold 26 guests instead of the normal white shuttle bus and our guests were really impressed. They rode in style on the way to the wedding and had a great experience on the way back!! Elevate your transportation by choosing Earth Limos!!

During our wedding, we rented a 30 passenger party bus for 2 hours to provide our afterparty experience with our wedding guests. We toured the Vegas strip, made a stop at LV sign and took group pictures and had a final drop off at Fremont. It was an awesome and epic time!

One word: Sylvia. She made my experience amazing! While they are a bit pricey their buses are BEAUTIFUL and the drivers were very nice and professional. The bus was late to my wedding with our guests but I take the blame for that due to not giving the go ahead to leave the hotel without guests. I will definitely use their services again!

I had a destination wedding in Las Vegas at Siena Golf Club. All of my guests stayed on the strip, so I shuttled them from the strip to the venue. Earth Limo’s was great! Before booking a transportation company, I compared multiple company’s, looking at their reviews, cost, and what they had to offer. Earth Limo’s had what I was looking for and less expensive. They were very accommodating and professional.

Nicole was so wonderful to work with! Planning a wedding from another country (Australia to be exact) can be very difficult, and she was so wonderful with communication!! This was key for me! The quality of the drivers and vehicles used were amazing! I had questions throughout the entire planning process and Nicole always got right back to me and was very accommodating! Booking with Earth Limos was easy and they responded in a timely manner. The first lady who contacted me (Yolanda) wasn't all that great and seemed confused. Everything ran smooth once we arrived in Vegas and Mario kept us informed of our wedding transportation. Our driver was fabulous and he had a wonderful personality (Melaku). I would definitely use their service again.

I used Earth Limos for my wedding. I just needed transportation from the venue to the hotel where our guests were staying. They were able to give a very reasonable hourly rate without having to pay for a 2 or 3 hour minimum. Not only did they come on time, they actually came 10 minutes early. They were very professional, and I would definitely recommend them.

We ordered the party bus for after our wedding, and it was so worth it! We had a blast! You can play your own music and the driver was so nice and stopped wherever we wanted. We surprised our guests with it, and you honestly cannot replace the look on peoples faces when you tell them you got a party bus. Loved it!

Earth limos was great. They arrived on time. The driver texted me to let me know he was at the venue. The driver had the proper vehicle (I have had this problem in the past, not with this company but in Las Vegas, where a vehicle shows up that is not what you booked. They let us extend for an extra hour on the spot and took us everywhere we wanted to go. The driver was friendly and professional and it was the perfect ending to a perfect night!

We used Earth Limos for the transportation of our guests for our wedding day. They were great and on time. They picked up our guest at Juno Garden ( Caesars Palace ), went for a strip tour, stopped for pictures at Las Vegas sign and drop off everybody at Maggiano's for our reception. It was a hit and a good party starter!

Fantastic company! I chose this company because it is Eco-friendly. It didn't even occur to me that a limo company would have a moral compass and I was beyond thrilled when I hear about them from a friend. They were pleasure to work with. When we were alerted by our wedding coordinator that there was a huge traffic back-up on our route to the wedding, we were able to call Earth Limos and get the driver to our pick up location early in order to make the wedding on time. They happened to be super busy that day and yet were able to change the itinerary and get to us early, delivering myself and my bridal party exactly at our originally scheduled time! Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism Earth Limos!

We hired Earth Limo because they were the preferred vendor at the Platinum Hotel. We got a great discount on their price.
We only used them for an hour and a half, we just wanted our wedding party to take pictures by the Vegas Sign and a few other landmarks. Our driver called about an hour before pickup time to confirm the pickup location, showed up about 15 minutes early, and waited on us as we were running a little bit behind.
when one of our photo locations didn't work out (a outdoor concert was being held the day of our wedding), the diver was quick to offer up alternative options for photo locations.
I really liked that everything (including TIP) was in the price. It was nice to have one less thing to think about on my wedding day.

Earth Limos was a great vendor as well. They were easy to communicate with, prompt, and very professional. They seemed genuinely grateful for our business which was refreshing. The price point was not too bad either. 119 per hour for a 14 passenger stretch hummer limo. They allow you to drop off alcohol before if you would like them to ice it down, but we ran out of time. It did have glassware and ice if we had brought any drinks with us.

For our wedding we wanted to rent a Party Bus that would fit about 30 of our wedding party/their dates to have a fun time going from the ceremony to the reception. This ride really got the party started. The party bus was on time and the driver was very professional. He had the music pumping and the lights going and it was such a blast - a great transition from the cermony to the reception. We could fit all of our friends and family, dance, laugh, and have a good time. Everything went just as expected and I would recommend Earth Limos to everyone.

Another great decision made for our wedding based on some bride's review on other wedding website. Lou @ Earth Limos was professional and great to work with. I love the concept of the Company, all of their vehicle are Clean Fuel Powered!! We got 2 limo buses to transport our guests from the hotel to wedding reception restaurant and the return trip from restaurant to hotel. The drivers were already waiting for us by the time our guests ventured to the valet area of the hotel. The limo were super clean and the interior were very very posh!!! Our guests LOVED the experience, it's like stepping into another world upon entering into the limo bus. Pricing was VERY reasonable compared to other vendors in Las Vegas and I believe they are the only GREEN limo company in LV! I highly recommend their service to anyone.

Out of all the transportation companies that I contacted for quotes, Earth Limo & Buses was the most responsive, professional, and helpful. I first found out about this company from the Bridal Expo and I choose them based on price and also being an "green" company.

On the wedding day they were on time and the driver was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the dancing pole in the limo bus! :)

Earth limos was my ride during my wedding. Since I lived locally, I was able to visit their office and talked to Kerry King who gave me a short tour to the limos. I got a white and black limo, 2013 model. Although quite off budget, but with their earth friendly goal, it made my decision easier. Special shout-out to Calvin! he did an awesome job and my photographer who was following him/ our limo was happy with the pace. I should say, the team work was awesome, even though they only met that day! Thanks!

Earth Limo provided shuttle service from our hotel to our wedding venue where our driver waited and then shuttled everyone to the restaurant for our wedding dinner. Our driver was pleasant, courteous and on time! He kept us on schedule so we wouldn't have to pay for extra time! The van was clean & excellent condition & did not smell of smoke or food. We were looking to find a company that would have a bus to pick up our guests and bring them back from the venue after the wedding. We had delt with a couple of lower budget places but after dealing with them didn't feel confident that they would come through for us, so we decided to put in the extra money and go with Earth Limo. They were prompt in the beginning for quotes but once we had booked I had sent a few emails through and they were never answered. I had to call to get my answers which I guess isn't a huge deal. Otherwise, Earth Limo was fantastic. They showed up right on time to pick up myself and the bridal party in a limo, and our guests in two stretch limo buses. If you are looking for transportation I would highly recommend Earth Limo. Piece of mind. Last thing you want is to worry if the driver is going to be on time, something I read in reviews on other companies I was considering. Also another good thing, the gratuity is already included in the price, so no worries for you our your guests. It was all taken care of.

We rented the 35 passenger party bus for transport for our wedding party from our reception to an after party and then back to our hotels at the end of the night.

We were very happy with the vehicle, it was clean and even more impressive in person than in photos. The sound system and stripper poles definitely added to the party atmosphere, which is exactly what we wanted for our guests.

The rate was comparable to the average rates in town for this type of vehicle.

They were very flexible and the staff on the phone were cordial and helpful the few times we had to call and make some changes to the itinerary.

We put them down for a 3/5 on professionalism due the driver calling and texting me at 4:25am two hours after dropping us off, because the company had not paid him his tip (which we pre-paid through the company).

Having grown up in this town and worked in the service industry I felt his pain, and made sure to call the company to make sure it was straightened out. They apologized for the inconvenience and assured me he received his tip. I just didn't enjoy being woken up on the night of my wedding.

Other than that, they were great and I would recommend them. I am sure it was an isolated incident.

Best Limo Company in Nevada

Earth Limos was easy to work with from the get-go. They were responsive, professional, easy to talk to, flexible, understanding, etc. etc. After interviewing multiple companies, they was no question that Earth Limos was going to be our vendor. No pros and cons list. They were just that good and their price was that fair.
On the day of the wedding, both sets of transportation showed up promptly. The last bus of the night was impeccable and the driver was very friendly. However the first bus driver got lost on the way to our reception venue causing us to lose precious picture time at our venue. My mother had to get into the front seat and give us directions after insisting that he was at the right address and we should get off (he was in front of a small residential address and not the golf club). My mother ended up giving him directions and tell him to stop following his google maps that were clearly wrong. Also, we had champagne and waters on the first bus and half of our drinks were missing (not everyone got a drink). When my mother got into the front seat to give the directions to the driver, she found the champagne and water in the front seat and gone to waste. Overall, the service was very good but I wish the ride hadn't wasted the alcohol we bought and made us late for pictures.

It was un unforgettable prom for me and my guys and Earth Limos & Buses service made it even better and more fun. Firstly we were going to have a home party but one of us suggested to use limo service and have a great moving party on the ride and all of us agreed! Later we understood that we weren't wrong and it was a really great idea. I used Earth Limos to pick up 7 of my family members from the airport for my wedding. I did not actually get to ride in the limo as I was already in Las Vegas, but my family was very happy with them. The driver was on time and easy to find. He was funny and helpful with their luggage. I saw the outside of the limo as they arrived at the hotel and it looked great! Earth Limos provided transportation to and from my wedding for my wedding party and guest. We rented a limo for the bridal party, a hummer for the groom's party, and a shuttle for the guest. Jenna was our representative that created the best economical transportation service for our wedding. The day of the wedding we discovered we did not need the total amount of transportation as we scheduled. We could cancel, but we could not receive a refund. So, we kept it all and it was a huge success. The team arrived on time and friendly. We arrived and departed from our designated locations on time. The only glitch was our departure, the Bride & Groom, our limo privacy window did not work.

They are definitely the best bus value in Vegas -- they only required a 1.5 hour timeframe for bus rental and their price for SUVs. They were extremely helpful and friendly over the phone and got all of our buses/cars reserved properly. The buses were extremely clean and drivers were very friendly. We had a few communication issues for pickup which is the reason for the service rating. We switched pickup location the day before and confirmed it, but the drivers went to the wrong Signature at MGM Tower for the SUVs, and the bus only went to the proper Signature for a couple minutes then went to a different one because no one was there yet (we had scheduled for them to be there earlier than guests would be ready).

That said, they were quick to call in each instance to see where we were and fix the issue which makes me believe this was an isolated incident, and all things were fixed without any impact to the day. I would recommend them in spite of the miscommunication.

On time, friendly, and provided a luxury vehicle at a GREAT rate. They wanted our business and gave us a great price for everything. Our limo driver was very nice too and took care of getting everyone back to their hotels safely.

One problem--They offered us a party bus at first and then realized they overbooked and we were stuck with a stretch hummer limo instead. It was a very, very tight squeeze for 26 people. Our photographer ended up having to drive behind us for the entire trip...so no photos in the limo...

We rented a shuttle to take our guests from the ceremony to reception. The pricing was really good, but the driver was confused about where to go for some reason. The reception location was at a large casino hotel on the strip so I'm not sure what happened. I had also called ahead to confirm all of the details. I was also looking to rent a limo for myself and the groom, but they were out because it was also prom weekend. They offered me an SUV instead which I agreed to and was told it would be added to my contract. When I called the next day about it there was no record of the conversation and the vehicle wasn't showing on my contract. Luckily I had decided to cancel it, but it would have been a problem if I was waiting for it on the wedding day,

Stressful but Ultimately Fine

Let me start by saying on the day of our wedding, everything was fine. The bus showed up. Our guests made it to the wedding and made it back to the hotel. The stressful part was all of our communications leading up to the wedding. Every time we emailed we were talking to someone different. The booking process was confusing. At one point they told us they didn't have our reservation. In order to get the contact info for our driver we were told to call the night before our wedding after 5pm. We called around 6pm and they still didn't know who was driving the bus. They eventually confirmed the driver's information the morning of. It was the last thing we wanted to be stressing about the day before our wedding. In the end it all worked out, but gosh was it a wild ride. We expected more from the highest priced transport company on our list.

When my sister made the reservation, she made it clear that there was a stop at Sunset park in between the Pick-Up and Drop-off locations (both locations off of Pecos, less than 2 miles apart). My sister says she asked the woman who made the reservation if she needed the address for Sunset park and was told she did not. We specifically chose the company because we only needed the bus for 1 hour on the day of our wedding and because they included gratuity in the price they quoted for us.

On the day-of, at our church, the driver was UNAWARE of this stop and said it would be an additional charge, and we sat in the parking lot for about 20-30 minutes as he made sure he could make this stop, etc with his dispatcher, or whomever. **This led to an additional half hour charge to our credit card.** On top of that, he still made the stop, but charged us yet **ANOTHER half hour charge.**

I tried to refute it through my credit card company but my sister, the maid of honor, had signed something when the driver said he would be able to make the stop in-between. Of course she didn't read what she was signing, so our efforts were in vain. She didn't want to bother me, the bride throughout all this.

Why I'm upset: Whatever miscommunication happened between the woman who booked us and the driver affected my rates. I ended up paying for a full hour when that first 1/2 hour was agreed prior that it wouldn't be necessary and the next 1/2 hour was the driver figuring out what the heck was going on. Trying to sort this out after the fact was awful.

Quality: Bus was clean and fun.

Responsiveness: I tried multiple times through email and phone to contact the company to explain my extra charges to no avail.

Professionalism: Driver was professional.

Value: I would NOT book with them again. Had I known we were going to go through all this I would have rather paid someone else at a 2-hour minimum rate. (reason why we went with earth)

Flexibility: clearly none.

We decided to use earth buses for our wedding on May 13, 2016 after looking into a number of companies. They were very quick to reply and help me sort out the timing and make sure i had what i needed when I was inquiring and booking, however, after the service was provided and i contacted them with some issues, i have yet to receive a response.

We had arranged for 1 coach bus and 1 limo bus to transport the wedding party and our guests to the valley of fire for our wedding. Coach bus driver was rude, limo bus driver was fine. Because of the attitude of the coach driver and the unwillingness to help, the buses were delayed leaving but approx 30 mins, which cut into our photo time (we had a timed permit for valley of fire so we had to be done and out by 4:00) This is the most upsetting part to me. The other big issue I had is that we were promised both buses would be stocked with water and ice for the passengers so we did not provide extra. The coach bus did not offer water to anyone so the 1.5 hour drive back everyone was thirsty and hot.

The shortened time for photos because of their drivers, and the lack of any kind of response to my email (its been over a week) are the reasons i would not recommend this company.

I organised my wedding from Australia so finding an operator who could be trusted was a big thing for me. Booking the vehicle was easy. The person I was liaising with was effieicnt and responsive. However, the driver on the day of my wedding was rude and insulting. He even abused my husband after we left the vehicle becuase we asked for our Ipod back. Although I received photos of the limo that showed "funky lights" and equipment, the driver did not put on any of the lights. We also couldn't control the Ipod/music. He had the music at the front of the vehicle with him and wouldn't select the songs we wanted to hear during the trip. He was patient at our first stop over but the time it took to get there was 3 times longer than we were first told so we had no time for photos at our photo stop - just enough time to go to the bathroom. We were advised that 2 hours would be enough for what we wanted but this wasn't the case. I would have booked the car for longer if I had of known we wouldn't have time for photos - now I have no decent photos of my wedding day. My husband drives, wedding limos and we were so disappointed in the service we received from the driver and that we had no control over the music. I wouldn't recommend these limos again unless you had a better driver and were guaranteed you could control the music played during your trip. These limos were also more expensive than others in Las Vegas so value for money was no good either.

We hired a "party bus" to pick us up from our wedding ceremony at Tropicana and take us around the strip to take photographs with our photographer and he was unprofessional from the start, he took his sweet time packing our things in the back of the bus and I'm not talking about carefully slowly, I'm talking about waste of time slowly. He drove terribly making half the guests car sick. Traffic was terrible but it's Vegas and that's not his fault and the parking was far from pretty much everywhere we needed to go which took even more of our time away. He complained twice about us being 15 minutes late back to Tropicana (which was traffics fault) and never once smiled.

This company was recommended to us by our venue and because our venue has high standards, I trusted them. I tried contacting them several times to discuss our transportation needs but I never heard back. This was during a time when I was contacting several vendors per day. I mentioned it to our vendor director and she contacted her contact at Earth Limos. I finally got a call back. The call was brief and I got the limo arranged. When I tried contacting them again to arrange for shuttle service, I never heard back so I never arranged for the shuttles. It was getting too difficult to communicate with 72 different vendors during the last two months before a wedding.

The day of the wedding, the limo arrived but on the drive there, we could not adjust the temperature. It was in the 80s in Vegas during our wedding and we were hot. i cannot imagine using this limo service during the summer. The driver's attitude was pretty much too bad, the AC is not working.

The driver on the way back was pretty flexible. I was drunk and several people who were staying at other hotels jumped in and he made several stops. We paid for an hour minimum when the drive only actually takes about 10-20 minutes.

My sister lost my sash sometime between the venue and the hotel. I see a picture of the sash in her bag right before she got in the limo so I contacted the limo company to see if they found my sash. I never heard back.

There was no follow-up for my feedback either.

Poor Business Practices - Last minute cancellation to make more money

Be aware that if you have a reservation and they find someone offering more money that they will take it and cancel yours. 6 days prior to my wedding I got the call they had to cancel my party bus because they could make more money shuttling the EDC crowd (VIPs that apparently booked last minute). With it being a very busy weekend I booked ahead! 6 days is NOT enough to find another party bus in most cases but I did have Alex VIP chauffeur & limo service work tirelessly to find me a bus so I could still have my wedding "reception". The offer of 2 sprinter vans just for transportation was not a solution to my plans for the night. If I only wanted transportation I would have got an Uber. I filed a report to the Nevada Transportation Authority who told me "Unfortunately the incident you described is poor customer service, but not a violation of law. Your complaint will be kept and may be used for future licensing issues with Earth Buses." 1000% agreed poor business practice. I will also be reviewing in the Wedding social media groups I follow so this does not happen to another Bride. We have enough stresses planning a Wedding and a last minute cancellation by a greedy company shouldn't be one of them. Do better!

Do not ever try earth limo. I would give zero star if possible.
I went to Vegas for EDC last weekend. On Friday we tried presidential limo. It was a great experience. The party bus is comfy and clean. Have all kinds of drinks and water. Even the drive picked up half hour late from EDC back to hotel due to insanely traffic at EDC.

Now EARTH LIMO. On Saturday, all other companies are fully booked. So gave a shot to EARTH.
The driver showed up on time but it was a outside contractor. There's drink or water on bus but trashes left from previous customer. The bus broke down on our way to EDC. And then we have to share with another group of people. I fully understand bad thing happens.
On our way back to hotel. We scheduled our back trip at 5:30 pm. The driver told me we have to share our bus with another group of 8 again and the time is charged to 6am. Or we have to reschedule our appointment. We just want get to hotel early and have a good rest after an overnight party.
When we get there, there is more then 10 people on our bus and our people, which the bus is reserved for, have to sit on the floor.
Those 10+ people are not a group but random individuals. It's obviously the drive sold our seats to others.
Try to contact earth limo after all this, but get a "we get ur home safely" response.
Good job, rethink before u choose this company.

I called and spoke to Taylor to book a limo for my friend's birthday. I asked for 6-8 passenger limo and she said that is was not a problem. I told her we needed to be picked up in Henderson and be dropped off at Town Square at 6:15 pm and then picked up from Town Square and taken back to Henderson at 9:30 pm.
She booked the reservation and asked for my cc which I provided to her. About two minutes later she said she couldn't get the limo for me but she could get me something else like a Escalade. Keep in mind she had now already charged my card and sent me a confirmation for a limo. When I ask her what the problem was she said that she doesn't have a limo. I asked her why she would tell me she did have a limo when she really didn't have one. She made a lot of excuses and kept putting me on hold to talk to her boss.
Finally, after an hour of going back and forth I said just send the Escalade because I was out of time. I asked her how much it would be and she said $60.00 roundtrip including gratuity because of all the mistakes she had made. I asked her three times if she was sure that was the right price and she said yes.
At this point she had charged my card three times for three different amounts. I told her to stop charging my card. She said she did it accidently (who does that) and removed the charges.

As she was getting ready to hang up and asked me if I needed anything else, I asked her if she wanted my address to the pick up as she didn't ask me for it. She says sure!

Five minutes later I call back to the limo company to confirm price and times for both ways and I speak to Ashley who confirms everything for me. She was very nice.

By 6:35 pm there is still no car so I call the limo company and I am told that Taylor sent the driver to the wrong address. This causes us to be late to our dinner reservation of course. When the driver go

I used Earth Limos for my May 5th wedding - big mistake. I first met a EL rep at a wedding expo I attended. Very friendly and they guaranteed me a white limo so I decided to use them - despite my fiancé telling me to go with a bigger company in town. I am very organized so I called EL several times to verify my reservation. On the day of my wedding EL was to pick me up at 245pm at my moms house. 3pm came and went with no sign of a limo. My brother calls EL and they state that the driver is ten minutes away. 315pm rolls around (wedding is suppose to start at 330pm) and my brother calls again - driver says he's fifteen minutes away. At this point I am extremely upset and want to just drive my own car but my dress is too big and I can't fit. The limo finally arrives over an hour late! After the wedding the driver is asked to drive some family members to the reception but he says he can't because he can't be late for his next appointment and he leaves! So we call another bigger limo company in town to take us to the reception. Earth Limos not only threw off my entire wedding reception but I had to pay for another limo to pick us up as well as pay for an extra hour of photography and videography!! I highly recommend you do not use this company. Go with the bigger companies in town that know what they are doing! I unfortunately listened to all of these good reviews I found online and paid for it big time - I wish I can redo my day over again and take them out of the picture.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I used this company for a very very special event. I made my reservation 5 months in advance. Hearing lots of horror stories with Las Vegas limo companies I decided to make the booking in person at their location.

I contacted Earth Limo's on many occasions prior to my event. My contact person was Nick. Nick was very informative and was in-charge of finalizing the itinerary of the booking. My reservation for the limo was split into 2 separate bookings. 5pm-7pm, and 9pm-11pm. I had described on many occasions where I needed the limo driver to go during my "Special Day". Nick told me that it should be no problem!

THE HORROR BEGINS:

1. The driver (JASON) showed up late. He claimed that the cleaners were still getting the F-650 limo ready. All my guest were waiting in-front of the hotel ready to go. Before I got into the Limo Jason also said that Nick "Screwed up, and that I should have been charged allot more for this booking. WHAT! Now I was really confused.

2. Jason did not great my guests at all. My guest felt like 3rd Class citizens.

3. The vehicle was 'VERY HOT". The air conditioning was not pre-set.

4. On arrival to our 1st destination we arrived late. I was now being charged a late fee.

5. CHECK THIS ONE OUT....... As we started to re-board the Limo Jason pulled me aside and made me sign some paperwork. He told me that he was charging me another 1 hour for waiting for us. Remember if Jason showed up on Schedule we would have re-boarded on time. So another $144 was added to my VISA.

6. Now we showed up late for my 2nd stop. Another late charge for me.

7. Jason picked us up on time for the second part of our booking. We had bottles of Vodka, cups, and mix. This was permitted as long as we were respectful. My guests enjoyed to ride to our

Wow Earth Limo's had the potential to completely ruin our wedding. We had 2 limos booked for 3 months and on the day of the wedding after confirming the time Earth Limos called my fiancé to tell my him that he card was being rejected. He works for a bank so was about to call the bank to remove the hold on the card as we were visiting from outside of the country for the wedding and sometimes banks place a fraud hold on cards. Earth Limos then said that they would no longer hold the limos for us so my fiancé managed to use another card... why did they wait until 2 hours prior to the ceremony for the payment as it gave us no leeway! Then my mother and mother in law were suppose to go to the venue first with the ushers from the hotel... they got in the limo and the driver left them for 20 minutes until I came down with my father... The limo drivers didn't even leave straight away so not only was my mother unable to look at the set up before guests arrive, I ended up being 20 minutes late for the start of the wedding... I just wonder what would have happened if they hadn't managed to get hold of us on our wedding day... We would have been hailing cabs!

This review is based on my own personal experience. I was at a trade show in early November of 2014. After the trade show we opted to take an Earth Bus rather than wait in the long line for the taxi (BIG MISTAKE!). 1st issue the the driver overloaded the bus to the extent that I was among a group of people who had to stand in the isle. 2nd issue the bus drive drove the bus without respect to the passengers. He would gas the bus and hit the brakes aggressively. This mixed with in my opinion as an automotive professional a poorly maintained braking/suspension system on the vehicle. As the driver would hit the brakes hard the brakes would suddenly grab and the nose of the bus would dive. Now the problem with that was the 6 foot 200 pound guy that was behind me that could not hold on. When he hit me in the back buckling me almost to the floor that was the problem. Today is the 19th of January and I am still seeing a chiropractor. Accidents happen and I can understand that, and what we do afterwards is what really matters, Right?

When I got off the bus at my stop I confronted the driver and asked him for the owner’s name and the name of there insurance carrier. The driver pleaded with me not to contact his boss because he would loose his job and out right refused to give me the information. When I got back from my trip I contacted the company and spoke to a man who said he was a supervisor. He took my information and said he would give to the owner. After about 4 days I had not heard back and contacted them again, this time I spoke to a lady that said the person I spoke to was not a supervisor and that she would pass the information on. A week later I get a call from a man who says he is the owner of the company. After I explained what happened the owner disputed my claim and said he had a witness on the bus that said it never happened. When I asked him for his insurance information he state “Have you Attorney call my Attorney” So I am A liar and he challenged me!
