Absolutely amazing venue. They have many beautiful options for both the ceremony and reception. Their teams works close with you through the whole process. Stacey was amazing in communication with me. She was quick to respond to any emails I had. Would definitely recommend this venue to others and if I ever have another big event, would definitely book with them again.

My husband and I had our wedding on July 19, 25. We really appreciate the wonderful service we received from heritage center. We couldn’t have had our wedding reception anywhere else. We especially appreciate Stacey, our event Organizer. Her friendly demeanor, patience and willingness to listen and support us in every decision we made helped made our day successful. She was also very quick to respond. I also really appreciate the cook. Everyone loved and praised the food. Weddings can be stressful but thank you Stacy and the rest of the heritage team for making it as smoothly as possible.

My husband and I got married here last weekend and it was incredible! We highly recommend HCBC ! The staff is super friendly and attentive, the food is fantastic AND the pricing is AWESOME! They make everything so easy during the planning process, which was a lifesaver as a bride! I truly felt that our planner at HCBC, Connor, kept me from experiencing the dread during the wedding planning process - she truly did awesome & took the pressure off the groom and I so we could enjoy the excitement of being newlyweds. ❤️

We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Heritage Center, and the experience was incredible! From the moment we stepped in for our tour, we felt at ease. After meeting Connor Egan, the Sales Manager, we were completely sold. Connor is not only exceptionally kind and welcoming but also down to earth and incredibly organized. She, along with the Heritage Center, ensured all our needs were met and kept us on track throughout the entire planning process. Every staff member was respectful and helpful, making us feel at ease on our big day. We'd happily host another event just to work with Connor and the Heritage Center again!

The Hertiage Center was a BEAUTIFUL venue for our wedding and we are so happy we chose it. We got married in the Garden City Ballroom and had the reception in the same room and it was PERFECT! Everything ran so smoothly, the food and the staff were AMAZING (shoutout to Connor!) Connor helped us plan our day and met with us a few times prior to the day to capture our vision and boy did she ever! I highly recommend having your wedding here :)

The venue was absolutely beautiful, they were incredibly attentive to our needs, and made wedding planning easy! The food and staff was incredible and we can’t recommend this venue enough.

We were absolutely thrilled with how our wedding ceremony and reception turned out at the Heritage Center. We used the Harvest Room and it was lovely. We brought in our own florals and decorated. We were also able to bring in our own music and save money that way. The food and drinks were excellent. Stacey was very helpful througout our planning process. I could not be happier with my experience at The Heritage Center! My wedding reception was beautiful and went so smoothly. It was an absolute pleasure working with our coordinator, Ali, who was attentive, flexible, and so very considerate. She is so on top of everything and genuinely cared about giving us the perfect wedding we envisioned. I would absolutely recommend this venue and working with her! Our reception captain, Debbie, was also super amazing and kept everything running perfectly. The whole staff was exceptional. Our guests kept raving about the appetizers, meals, and desserts the Heritage Center provided. I have never tasted wedding food that good! The bar and bartender was awesome - there were so many more options than I am used to being offered at other weddings. The grounds and the room we booked photographed beautiful for our fall wedding, and we were allowed to add our own personal style to the room as well. Wouldn’t change a thing about these wonderful people!

We loved working with the Heritage Center for our wedding - the staff is so responsive, the space is beautiful, and the food is very good! Our outdoor ceremony by the fountain was so elegant and we loved that guests could easily migrate to the Captain's Room for our reception.

Many people set a low bar for wedding food, but the quality is actually quite good at the Heritage Center. We had some guests tell us it was the best wedding food they ever had. The way the tasting was set up was really fun and gave us inspiration for decor.

An additional perk to the venue is location. Despite being in the city, it feels quite quaint and secluded. There are two hotels within walking distance where we organized room blocks and this was so appreciated by our guests.

Ali Beadle was wonderful to work with and made us feel like we were always in good hands, there was not a single issue with the execution of our perfect day!

I am so glad that my husband and I decided to choose Earle Browne for our wedding venue. They were very responsive from the beginning to the end. Tami was great at answering all of my questions and Samantha helped me in ensuring the day went off without a hitch. My guests raved about the menu, the space, the garden that we had access to since the wedding was in the summer.
They were well organized and accommodating. I used my own vendors for the decoration and they accommodated some of my cultural demands. I would definitely recommend Earle Browne because the location is perfect, there is a hotel connecting to the venue, the pricing is affordable and the team is great to work with so you do not have any worries throughout the planning stages or the day of the event.

They were attentive and caring! Communication with them was so easy and they made all of my Harry Potter wedding dreams come true! They made custom drinks and had the most magical spot for my reception. It looked just like the great hall. I want to have more events there in my life just for how wonderful and caring the staff was. They worked so hard to make my day wonderful and I can’t thank them enough!

Earle Brown Heritage Center went above and beyond what we expected. Samantha Petterson is amazing to work with and was very attentive to all our needs. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was everything that we had hoped for. The cook was amazing and we got so many compliments on our food the night of the wedding! They are easy to work with and have a large enough space for 185 people and to have an outdoor ceremony!

Ben and I absolutely love the venue! Plus the staff is amazing! Tami has been so nice to us and it's been a breath of fresh air!

Our tour of Earle Brown was very nice, the facility was beautiful and Tami was very nice. The grounds are very picturesque and there is a lot of space for young wedding guests to run around. We loved the fact that all of the wedding halls had access to an outdoor patio.

Earle Brown saved my wedding! After having to find a new venue within three short weeks of my wedding. They were accommodating and made our day so amazing and special. I am so happy we went with them.

We looked for awhile for a venue. From the first phone call to walking out of room after the reception, Earle Brown was amazing. We liked it was local for our guests, there is a hotel connected, it was the country feel in the city, all the vendors were right there, and it was affordable. Our guests raved about the food and atmosphere.
We were there on Friday to decorate and on Saturday for the wedding. Your center has quite the staff on hand. Everyone was so professional and accommodating.
On our wedding day, I really appreciated how I had no idea what was going on. The staff had been in constant contact with my husband and wedding party. The surprise was when your staff took my plate and carried it to my spot. It was those little things that topped it off. I also appreciated the ability to have a calming space available for my son. He ended doing great and not needed it, but it was peace of mind to know it was there if needed, and he didn't have to go back to the hotel. The courtyard, buildings and fountains mixed with the fall colors made the pictures. Our wedding and reception was literally zero drama.

Earle brown did an amazing job with our October 20th wedding! The staff was responsive , kind, and helpful. The food was wonderful and the entire day went as planned with no issues! I would highly recommend this as a ceremony and reception venue!

From our first trip to Earle Brown to our last guest leaving for the evening, they took such good care of us. The decorations were as beautiful as the ballroom. They provided a ballroom to us in the event of rain since ours was scheduled outside. The food was excellent quality, delicious and hot when served. Forrester and his staff were professional and friendly, attentive to all the guests needs. Our guests commented on how nice it was! Thank you again, we highly recommend you. Keep up the Great Work! We used Earle Brown Heritage Center as our wedding reception venue. The whole experience from meeting with Tami in sales, to Desiree in Catering, and all of the people in the service department the night of, were all so amazing! Everyone we came in contact with were professional, answered our questions, and ensured we had one of the best nights of our lives. I highly recommend working with Earle Browns team for your event. The venue also offered amazing scenery for our wedding photos. You can't go wrong! :) Thank you all!

I can't say enough about this venue. It was beautiful inside as well as outside, and people are STILL raving about the amazing food. I worked with Desiree and she was nothing short of amazing. I had a million and one questions and she was so responsive with an upbeat attitude. Thank you Earle Brown for making our day unforgettable!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Earle Brown Heritage Center, and it was truly a beautiful day for us, mainly because the staff made sure everything happened like it was supposed to. But one person was EXTRAORDINARY-- Tami Buetow-Staples! From the first time I was in contact with her, she was amazing. She has such a warm spirit and was ALWAYS responsive to our questions. My husband and I were pretty much sold on Earle Brown, not only because it's a beautiful venue, but because we were sold on Tami. Even after we signed the paperwork to make Earle Brown our venue, she continued to field my questions. And to top is all off, I learned that on the wedding day, our son who was just 9 months old, was having a bit of a melt down right before the ceremony. No one could find his beloved Wubbanub (a pacifier attached to a little stuffed animal), and Tami ran out and bought him a new one!!! I came around the corner and was lining up to walk out when Tami came running in with the new Wubbanub in hand. She even took it out of the packaging to speed the process!! What an amazing person! My husband and I feel tremendously blessed that we had the chance to work with her. For anyone who is thinking about this venue, know that you will be cared for-- from the sales staff all the way to wedding coordinators and serving staff. A set of really wonderful people!

The Earle Brown Heritage Center was a great one stop shop venue. They handled all of the little details that can get overwhelming when planning a wedding. The food was excellent too!

The quality of service and ease of planning Kim provided were well beyond our expectations! Everything went exactly as planned and we had a wonderful wedding.

From the first appointment to the last appointment the week of the wedding, the staff was very informative and helpful! We rarely needed to ask questions because they provided answers and enough information. We worked with Katie and then Cyrese. They were both easy to work with and very professional. The venue itself is gorgeous and fit our rustic theme. We had our ceremony outdoors at the large fountain and our reception in the Garden City ballroom which was by far my favorite room in the whole building. The staff that helped on the wedding day was very polite and helpful. The food was amazing as well!!
My only complaint was that when we did our rehearsal the night before the wedding, we did not have anyone there to help orchestrate so we had to do it ourselves. Everything turned out just fine but it would have been easier to have someone there to help.
Overall, I was very impressed with Earle Brown and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a venue!

It was so amazing. I hady ceremony outside in front of the big fountain and it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone said the food was awesome too. The staff is super on it too. There was always at least 6 waiters in the room at all times to make sure everyone was happy. It was just overall amazing amd so happy I had my wedding here

EBHC is beautiful and staff is amazing. Questions were answered promptly and knowledgeably. The food was delicious with generous portions.

The Earle Brown Center is an absolutely wonderful location for a wedding! The staff is amazingly helpful and easy to work with. The location is ideal with a beautiful outside ceremony area and great reception rooms! We would recommend it in a heartbeat!

We truly enjoyed our wonderful experience with the Earle Brown Center Staff. They were flexible and very helpful with our details and plans. The venue was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better day with a better setting. We were married at the small fountain in early September, and the trees overhead were straight out a magazine. We still receive comments on our perfect ceremony and reception setting all the time. We held our reception in the Garden City room, which practically decorated itself with its charm. We had about 175 people attend our wedding, and we plenty of room.

The Earle Brown staff and setting certainly helped us ensure that our very special day would be so much more memorable.

We had a wonderful experience planning the wedding reception with the staff at Earle Brown. Everything went at planned, our requests were honored and the food was fabulous. We couldn't have been happier.

Katie @ Earle Brown was great to work with as a planner, super flexible and responsive. The catering is solid - not blow you out of the water cuisine, but good. We received lots of compliments on the location as well -we had 2 indoor spaces as well as a large outdoor space to take advantage of the gorgeous weather during the evening - including cocktail hour w/a bar outside.

Earle Brown met and exceeded all of our expectations! We had planned to have our ceremony outside, but the rain brought us inside. We had our ceremony in the Captains room, and it was a great spot - the music sounded good, everyone could hear our vows, and our guests were comfortable. It was also nice to have that gathering area right outside for the wedding party to line up in. It stopped raining right after the ceremony, so we were able to take our pictures out in the courtyard. There are SO many great places for pictures, and all of ours turned out beautiful. We had our reception in Carriage Hall B. We had about 120 guests, and the space was plenty big. Our group loves to dance, so we had a large dance floor in the middle of the room and our tables surrounding it. The layout was perfect and it was nice that people could hangout out in the hallway if they needed a break. The food (from what our guests said) was great. We had the grilled salmon, flank steak, quinoa salad, garden salad, mixed vegetables, and red potatoes. Buffet style was the way to go. We used Buttercream for our cake (SO delicious) and Midwest Sound for our DJ (kept our group dancing until midnight!). We added the ceiling swag with lights and had colored napkins and chair sashes - it really dressed up the room and it looked 100x better than when you tour it empty. There are many other things I could ramble on about, but to sum up my review - this venue is pretty, accommodating, convenient (location wise and having Embassy next door), and they made my wedding turn out exactly how I wanted!

Earle Brown was a fantastic venue for our ceremony and reception. Although we initially planned an outdoor ceremony, it rained on our wedding day, but Earle Brown helped us to make the most of our indoor ceremony. They were so helpful and gracious throughout the planning process. Our contact, Katie Larson, was a consummate professional. She was extremely helpful and responsive to all our our needs and questions throughout the process. Our experience with Earle Brown Heritage Center was amazing! We worked with Lynette Dillard to begin with and Katie Larson, who was with us to the end. They were both very professional and friendly. They both were so very patient with us, they made us feel very comfortable. Every time we contacted them whether by phone or e-mail they always responded quickly. They followed through with everything they agreed to and much more. The entire staff at Earle Brown was wonderful! We would definitely recommend Earle Brown to our friend's and family.

We chose Earle Brown for our wedding reception, which took place July 2011. Our guests STILL talk about the great location, food, staff, etc. We were so pleased with every aspect of our experience with Earle Brown and felt that our money was very well spent. You will not be disappointed! :-)

I am still so sad that my wedding at Earle Brown is over...they were so incredible to work with. Everything turned out even better than I could have imagined, there wasn't one thing that went wrong because their attention to detail took care of everything. The appetizers during cocktail hour were incredible, as was the food - especially the butternut squash ravioli I had! I wish I had another event to plan so that I could use Earle Brown again. Venue is beautiful for pictures, inside and out. Everything you need is onsite, you really don't have to worry about anything when you book with them, you are in great hands!

The staff at EBHC is phenomenal from their Sales team to Event Coordinator, to the entire team that was there on our wedding day making sure everything went smoothly.

They have multiple rooms to select from as well as outdoor space. We were married outside by the large fountain and had our reception in Carriage Hall B.

Everyone said the venue was gorgeous and the food was fantastic. We had a buffet and everyone was raving about the variety and how delicious it was. Our menu included grilled salmon, rosemary grilled chicken, barley risotto, buttermilk mashed potatoes, Greek salad, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, dinner rolls, and two choices for dessert- triple chocolate torte or passion fruit cheesecake.

The staff was highly responsive and accommodating to our needs. The entire team is very professional and do all that they can to make your day a success.

They are organized, and we got many many comments on the professionalism of the staff at the reception as well as the food. It was very clear that they know what they are doing when it comes to weddings. Every question was answered promptly and the service was amazing!

We loved everything about the Earle Brown Center - it was beautiful, everything we asked them to do beforehand was taken care of, we (both the bride and groom) weren't bothered with day-of questions at all. I recommend this venue, and will continue to do so for years and years.

The food at the Earle Brown Heritage Center is outstanding. Every item at our tasting was delicious, making it a very challenging choice. We ended up doing a buffet with three options, and throughout the night (and now, several weeks later) people continually commented on the food - how great it was. Everything from the mashed potatoes as a side to the salmon to the dessert options! It is worth the value to meet the food and beverage minimum at the Earle Brown Heritage Center.

Earle brown was great. They took care of everything for us and were really flexible. We were able to really enjoy our day because we knew we didn't need to worry about anything. They also had some great recommendations for vendors that we were also really happy with. People are still talking about how delicious the food was!

We booked Earle Brown for our June 2012 wedding and it was just perfect. We did our ceremony outside in the court yard and had our reception in the Captains room. They offered a lot of flexibility with their menu and services they offered. Katie our rep was super responsive and made herself available for us when we needed. We even changed up our ceremony plan to include chair rental and set up the day before and they took care of it and didn't skip a beat. They're staff was friendly and attentive during the reception. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. They were affordable and amazing to work with, the food was sooo good. We would highly recommend Earle Brown for any event!

Earle Brown was the perfect location for our wedding. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the green, and a fabulous reception in the Harvest room following. I cannot count the number of compliments we received from our guests on how beautiful everything was. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful too. this place was perfect! Everyone raved about the food and said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Although their rules look strict and it looks like they are unwilling to work with you, they were super flexible. I would recommend this to everyone!

A couple of our guests and a member of the wedding party had food allergies. The staff was very accommodating to these allergies.

The on-duty staff checked in with myself and my parents an appropriate number of times through the evening to make sure things were going smoothly and give us an update on the bar tab.

I am still in awe of how beautiful this venue is. We had our ceremony out by the small fountain and reception in the Captain's room, we received so many compliments about our day; from the venue, to the food and the staff. I am so pleased that we picked this venue for our big day, everyone we worked with from start to finish was so helpful, attentive and truly seemed interested in our event. Although we had one of the smaller, less expensive rooms and budget, I don't feel like we were treated any differently than someone that spent thousands more than we had. Check this place you, you seriously will not be disappointed.

We loved having our ceremony and reception at the Earle Brown Heritage Center. The outdoor "greens" area was a beautiful spot for the ceremony and photographs, the set up and decor in our room was impeccable, and we were very pleased with the service provided by the Earle Brown Staff.

It was an amazing experience working with the Heritage Center! In particular we loved working with Ali Beadle! She was so friendly and down to earth and so so easy and accommodating! It was an incredible experience and such a beautiful venue! The food was amazing and the staff during our reception were very friendly and professional! We were so grateful to work with all of them! Earle Brown Heritage Center made our day absolutely amazing. The venue itself was beautiful, as was the reception venue, and it had lots of rural charm with the convenience of being in an urban area. Desiree was so wonderful in keeping us on track for the wedding without being pushy, and during the day of, made sure everything was perfect for us. Every single person on staff was kind and helpful, and with tons of wedding experience as a venue, they were able to adjust on the fly as needed (served dinner early because pictures went more quickly than expected, brought out extra food during cocktail hour, monitored the weather so they could pull the wedding inside if needed...) I cannot recommend them enough!!

We held our wedding reception in the Harvest Room at Earle Brown Heritage Center. The staff was amazing and did everything to ensure we had the night of our dreams. Katie was our on-site coordinator and helped us plan an event that most definitely impressed! The catering staff did a tremendous job providing food I was proud to offer my friends and family, and the bartenders were efficient and friendly. I would certainly recommend Earle Brown for anyone looking for a team dedicated to making your day as stress free and seamless as imaginable!

We had our ceremony in Carriage Hall B and reception in Carriage Hall A. There were three other weddings there that day, but we hardly noticed. Earle Brown was very professional and easy to work with. Katie did an awesome job coordinating and was very responsive and on top of things during the whole planning process. The food was delicious, staff was very professional and nice at the reception, and our guests really enjoyed the venue. It was a great place for pictures as well. The only complaint I have is that our hosted bar drinks and amount were decided during planning, then at our reception (unknown to me at the time), my father and father in law demanded the bar be totally ‘open’ and said they would pay the overage. This resulted in our hosted bar that we thought would last all night being gone at 8:00. The staff kept asking my father in law when to cut off the tab even he was not listed as the person we designated to make those decisions, and the tab kept rolling way over the amount my husband and I wanted. Since the bar was completely hosted for a long period of time, some guests ordered multiple shots at a time and got very drunk, which is exactly why my husband and I chose not to host a completely open bar. Other than that one issue everything went great I guess just be sure to communicate very clearly at your final appointment who can and can’t make decisions regarding your bar. Earle Brown is a high quality, professional establishment and I would recommend them to anyone getting married!

This was a great venue in a beautiful setting for our big day. The food was fabulous, service was great and they were very helpful with whatever we needed. My only complaint was that the table cloths weren't ironed when we came to decorate. Other than that, it went off without a hitch! :)

Earle Brown was so easy to work with - I had a lot of strange requests and quite a few changes along the way, but they were great with rolling with them and helping me achieve what I wanted. Their service is second to none!

We were so happy with this venue for our wedding! We had a quick engagement (less than 3 months), and working with Connor Egan made everything go so smoothly (and she was really fun to work with, too!). The food was fantastic, and the staff that worked our event were friendly and professional. Admittedly, there are a lot of costs to account for, but they were transparent throughout the process and we were able to make decisions and changes along the way to fit our budget and our needs (and we never felt pressured to do more than we could or wanted). They worked well with our vendors (DJ and photographer), and the actual event went pretty much exactly how we envisioned. Could not recommend them enough!

The Earle Brown was a beautiful venue that made our wedding magical. We had our ceremony in the Captain's Room and the reception in the Garden City Ballroom. Tami was incredible in helping set up our event and Desiree made all of the logistics happen. The food was phenomenal and we had such a fun evening!

I can't say enough about what a wonderful venue the Earle Brown Heritage Center was for my daughter's recent wedding. From the planning through the event, it was a very positive experience. We held both the ceremony and reception at EBHC - the ceremony outside on the courtyard was simply perfect, and just what the bride and groom were looking for. We have received MANY positive comments from guests about the quality of the food, decor, service, and layout of the center. During the reception, our service captain (Erick) was outstanding at keeping the "flow" going - from cocktail hour through dinner, and afterwards until the end of the night. He was extremely attentive, without being intrusive - made for a stress free evening for us (the parents of the bride)! Definately a great choice - definately great value for the price.

We were extremely happy with our reception at Earle Brown. The "courtyard" was a wonderful backdrop for all of our pictures. The set-up was absolutely beautiful & the food was delicious!! So many people commented on how great the food was...which was very important to us.

It was wonderful having everything in one location! The place was beautiful and everyone was so nice and helpful. We felt well taken care of. Loved having someone help with the planning ahead of time. Put my mind at ease that we weren't forgetting anything.

Only piece I would have liked more detail on is during the rehearsal. We didn't go into enough detail on when we would meet with our contact at Earl Brown the day of the wedding, how communication would get to everyone involved day of, etc.

Beautiful venue with several meeting rooms to choose from. Highly recommend the Garden City Ballroom. Outdoor courtyard is a beautiful place for pictures. Good menu choices, excellent service, very well organized staff.

We had our reception in Carriage Hall A. Though there were 4 other weddings at the site that same day, it was hardly noticeable that we weren't the only ones there (which I was afraid of). We had a beautiful day and were able to take our pictures in the gorgeous courtyard. The staff we met with throughout our engagement were for the most part very knowledgable and very friendly. Emails would be answered in a timely manner. We had a 2-entree buffet and we heard from lots of guests it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The new Embassy Suites which is next door is fabulous and were very helpful as well:)

They were pretty quick to respond to the million questions that I would ask. They tried to work with us on scheduling and set up and everyone was always very friendly and helpful. Made the planning process a little less stressful !

Earle Brown was the easiest place to have our ceremony and reception! It rained the entire day of our wedding and we had to move the ceremony inside. They made it so easy for us and even gave us another option for the ceremony site. Our guests raved about the food and the beauty of the grounds all night. My only disappointment was that the table linens provided by EBHC weren't ironed and it cheapened the look. We ended up ironing them ourselves the day before while setting up.

Was a beautiful venue. Staff was very helpful. There were a few loops holes with additional cost that wasn't visible at first. We had a good experience and would recommend to friends.

The food and atmosphere are wonderful. It's a beautiful place for an outdoor wedding. Make sure you have a good size budget and when you meet with the sales person and you get an approximate cost be sure your budget is twice as big. You wontw need to rent a limo though if you stay at the Embassy Suites which is attached.
