We got married here June 11, 2026 and were highly impressed with the entire process. Tiffany, the event coordinator, was communicative, attentive, and extremely helpful. She helped make sure the entire day ran smoothly. The venue service staff was great as well. They were diligent about passing around the hors d'oeuvres to our guests during cocktail hour, and the bar staff was quick and made great drinks. The food was excellent, and our guests still talk about how good the mini crab cakes were! One of my favorite parts of this venue is that they did not try to up-charge and 'nickle and dime' us. The venue fee is fairly priced for the area, and it includes all of the basics with no extra charge (chairs, tables, linens, tableware, etc.). With the exception of our guest count changing, what we were quoted is what we paid! My one "complaint" is the bridal suite is lacking, and there is not a grooms suite. The bridal suite is not 'aesthetically pleasing' but it was plenty of space for 10 girls and 2 makeup artists to get ready in. In my opinion, the amazing view made up for this! Although there was not a grooms suite, the venue was extremely accommodating for the groomsman while they had downtime before the ceremony started. They also were kind enough to give the groom and 3 others a free round of golf the day before.Eagle Vines Vineyard & Golf Club's reply:

Our family recently celebrated my daughter Rileigh's wedding to Wes at Eagle Vines Golf Club on June 6, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.
From the very beginning, Tiffany was incredible to work with. She was organized, responsive, and made the planning process smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to help every step of the way gave us confidence that everything would come together perfectly.
The venue itself was beautiful, the staff was outstanding, and the entire evening exceeded our expectations. We truly felt that we received exceptional value, not just for the venue and service, but for the overall experience.
Most importantly, Eagle Vines provided the setting for memories that our family will cherish for a lifetime. Those timeless moments are truly priceless.

Our wedding reception at Eagle Vines was perfect!! My husband and I got married at the church I gre up going to and were looking for a reception venue that paired beauty with affordability - Eagle Vines was the perfect fit. Their beautiful archway, vineyards, and rolling hills captured Napa perfectly for those visiting from out of town. The inclusive structure of the venue made it easy to handle food and drink affordably. It was great that they offered a tasting event so that we could decide what food we wanted to serve. We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at Eagle Vines, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue.
Tiffany was our main point of contact and she was absolutely wonderful. She was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire planning process. She made everything feel easy and well-organized, which was such a relief leading up to the big day.
We did a food tasting a few months before the wedding and were blown away. The food was delicious, and on the wedding day it absolutely lived up to it. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved the food!
The venue itself is stunning. Eagle Vines is so naturally beautiful that we didn’t need many decorations at all. The scenery really speaks for itself and creates such an elegant, romantic atmosphere.
The on-site bridal suite was another huge plus and worked perfectly for us. We even had our dogs in the wedding, and the suite gave them a comfortable place to stay during the evening. Being able to check in on them (and take them out for quick bathroom breaks) made the experience even more special and stress-free.
Compared to similar venues, Eagle Vines is very cost-effective and truly worth every penny. The value for the quality of the venue, food, and support you receive is exceptional.

Had our wedding in the beginning of may at this venue and it was so accommodating and such a beautiful place to have our special day! they cover so much and a lot of the small things for wedding like chairs, table cloths, plates, etc. its very accommodating for a medium sized wedding! we had about 115 people attend and no one felt crowded! highly reccomend!Eagle Vines Vineyard & Golf Club's reply:

My husband and I reviewed 100s of venues online, toured 7, and absolutely fell in love with Eagle Vines. Tiffany is incredible, she is with you from day one to make sure your wedding is everything you dream of. I appreciate her attention to detail. The wedding team she leads is also top-notch.
Highlights of the event:
- Our guests could not stop talking about the food. Everything from the passed hor'dourves to the main course was delicious!
- The scenery - from the rolling hills to the lush flowers and waterfall on property, it's a gorgeous place for a wedding.

Perfect Venue
We are local to Napa and of course wanted to have a beautiful view for our wedding/ceremony. The wind was a bit crazy but the view made up for it!! So beautiful, food was amazing, and the staff were so kind and supportive. We are so glad we chose to get married at Eagle Vines and would highly recommended to ANY couple! -

Hidden Gem
Eagle Vines is a hidden gem in the Napa Valley! Absolutely stunning. Perks: the view, large tent for reception (shade is good), and full bar. Most Napa venues only do beer and wine. What you get for the price is AMAZING! Very little work had to be done on our end. And the staff was amazing and on top of their game! I could not recommend this venue more! Thank you Tiffany for being reliable and responsive! 10/10 all around -

My husband and I got married at Eagle Vines in May 2025 but we knew Eagle Vines was going to be our wedding venue before we even got engaged! If you’re a golfing couple, the views in the course are spectacular and when we played hole #14 back in 2022, we knew it was where we wanted our wedding photos. When the time came for us to tour venues, we met Tiffany Somera at Eagle Vines and she is just the cherry on top and instant deciding factor for us to choose Eagle Vines. She is professional, super communicative and responsive to all of our questions, even when we booked a year in advance she was answering questions. On top of that, we loved having the flexibility of choosing our own vendors and not to mention, our guests commented that the food was AMAZING! (We had plated dinner). Eagle Vines is such a hidden gem in a beautiful destination of Napa County! -

Our Wedding experience at Eagle Vines was a dream come true! When we initially reached out to this venue, Tiffany was so professional, quick to respond, and attentive to our wedding vision. She was so very organized, paid close attention to detail, and had such a heart warming personality throughout the whole process-We couldn't thank you enough, Tiffany! Looking at Eagle Vine's Pictures online initially caught our attention, but when we saw the venue in person, we were blown away by its beauty! We immediately knew that Eagle Vine's would be our Wedding Venue of choice, and so very happy that we chose them! The food and drinks were top notch and the overall pricing for everything was definitely reasonable. I would highly recommend Eagle Vine's! 5 Stars out of 5 for sure! -

My Husband and I got married at Eagle Vines Golf Club in September 2024 and the weather and views were stunning. The location was close enough to downtown Napa (15 mins without traffic) which we love and visit Napa Valley often. We worked with Tiffany in events and she was very responsive, pleasant and professional. She took us on a tour and explained everything and answered every question we had. Emailing with her was also easy and efficient. I thought the price was reasonable in comparison to a lot of other locations we toured in Napa Valley and Paso Robles. We also loved the water fountain and vineyards on property, it was a beautiful day. The staff and team were great too, I would recommend this venue! -

Magically Stunning Wedding Venue- Best in Napa
Our wedding at Eagle Vines Vineyard was an unforgettable experience. Very friendly LGBTQ venue! From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at Eagle Vines Vineyard went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, from the elegant decor to the exceptional service. Tiffany was excellent to work with!
One of the highlights was the incredible food served during our reception. The menu was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, impressing all of our guests. It truly added an extra touch of sophistication to our special day. We highly recommend Eagle Vines Vineyard for any couple looking for a beautiful and picturesque wedding venue with exceptional service. Our day was made perfect by their dedication to creating a memorable and magical experience for us and all our loved ones. -

Perfect Wedding Venue
Eagle Vines was the perfect place for our wedding. We immediately fell in love with the beautiful views and loved that there was a tent included for the reception. The tent already had a great deal of decorations included and it was nice to have the table set-up taken care of by the eagle vines staff. Tiffany the eagle vines coordinator was also amazing-- very responsive to all our questions and very organized. The food was also included and very good- the chef even gave us complimentary sandwiches and champagne when we were getting ready. Would highly recommend!! -

We got married at Eagle Vines on 10/18/19. We had about 150 people attend our wedding. The staff was amazing and really helpful! Tiffany is the event manager and is super responsive and willing to work and help you in anyway possible. She is not the day of coordinator so make sure you hire someone to help you with the flow of events like your ceremony, cocktail hour etc. Denise is the food and beverage manager and she did a great job making sure everything went smoothly the night of my wedding. We had a food tasting prior to selecting our food and I am so happy we were able to do that. Our guest loved the food and that is not something you hear at a wedding especially when it's buffet. The mashed potatoes are amazing, and so is the chicken piccata and prime rib. The venue is absolutely stunning and you have full access to the course for your wedding photos. There is not a bad backdrop in sight. You won't go wrong choosing your wedding venue at Eagle Vines.Eagle Vines Vineyard & Golf Club's reply:

Nichole Sent on 10/18/2015Our wedding day was everything that we imagined it to be and Eagle Vines played a huge role in that. The venue has picturesque views that help make your ceremony beautiful. There are even panoramic views from inside the custom tent. We were so lucky to happen upon this venue when driving by. Many venues do not have tents, so you have to pay a large amount to rent the tent of your dreams. Eagle Vines not only has a tent up for your use, but it's custom built so the interior has rustic wooden walls and gorgeous chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The venue & it's built in features added so much ambiance on our wedding day. I also can't say enough about Ehrin, the on-site Events Manager. He is a relaxed & calm guy, which is a great energy to have around brides (who are usually not relaxed, or calm). He is so easy to work with & kept me at ease throughout the planning process by being very organized, responsive, and flexible. Eagle Vines is also great because they do not try to nickel & dime you with random hidden fees or added costs. You know what you're paying from the start & they stick to it. I highly recommend having your wedding or any event at Eagle Vines!
