Amazing venue

I just planned a vow renewal here that took place this past Saturday, and I can say enough good things about Eagle Ridge and the Shore Catering staff. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the staff was incredible. Patty and her team were a pleasure to work with and they really made the night run beautifully and smoothly.

November Wedding

We can not say enough good things about our experience at Eagle Ridge. The venue is beautiful. The reception room has huge windows, wood floor, and beautiful lighting. There is a beautiful and spacious bridal suite to get ready in with breakfast and lunch included if you purchase the package. Plenty of places to take pictures outside. The food was great and they were very flexible with requests as we planned the menu. Summer is truly incredible. She was responsive, patient with all my questions and requests, enthusiastic, and organized. I am very type A and a huge planner. I trusted Summer to make sure everything went the way I wanted and she did not disappoint. She made sure my husband and I had our favorite appetizers waiting for us after we were done with pictures. My husband loves hot sauce which Summer somehow remembered from our food tasting. She made sure he had his own bottle at our table with dinner. The staff the day of the wedding was attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. Our wedding day was a dream come true and we wouldn’t have wanted it anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Eagle Ridge for making it happen!

2 Shore Catering Events This Summer

We used Shore Catering for 2 events this summer...one for a Golf Outing with 100 hundred attendees for our local high school and a 2nd anniversary of a kidney transplant...both went off without a hitch! Great service and fairly priced.

Just amazing!

Where to start… The service at Eagle Ridge Golf Club is just SPECTACULAR; I can’t recommend it enough! The venue is beautiful both inside and out. We signed the contract with Eagle Ridge when it was under the old management, but Summer and Patty from Shore Catering took over midway and I will say that they were a GODSEND. Summer, the wedding coordinator, is just an amazing person all around. She is so friendly and will go above and beyond to help you get what you envision. She never complained about my numerous emails the month of the wedding and was always on top of everything. During the wedding, she made sure we were well taken care of. Our maître D, Becca, was wonderful and even my now husband made a comment saying how great she was. Our drinks were always refilled and she made sure we were happy. Patty, the owner of Shore catering, was so accommodating and the food was delicious! Everybody in the staff under the new management were so friendly and helpful; we heard many compliments about the service! Overall, our day could not have been more magical, which can be attributed the staff at Eagle Ridge.

I really don't know where to begin to tell how much I appreciated everything Eagle Ridge and our event planner Sharon did to make my daughter's wedding a dream. They fell in love with the venue as soon as they saw it. It is so beautiful. We had the wedding indoors and cocktail hour on the patio. I live out of state, but every time I reached out to Sharon with a question, she got back immediately. The food was wonderful. We had the buffet and asked for gluten free items. People remarked it was the best wedding food they ever had. We brought lots of our own decorations, and Sharon and the staff were so wonderful about adding all of our personal touches. Sharon was great with my daughter and son in law when they would meet. She made them feel comfortable and that their wedding was a priority at Eagle Ridge. I told Sharon that she was part of our event, like a dear friend. She and her staff made my daughter's dream come true. I will be forever grateful for the beautiful memory of my daughter's wedding.

We just had my niece's bridal shower at Eagle Ridge. Petra and her team were amazing. They were so accommodating and everything we requested came with a smile and "of course". The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. I would highly rescommend Eagle Ridge for any of your event or wedding needs. Btw, I have 21 years in the industry and I was impressed. Well done!

Had a small 25th anniversarry party for son & daughter-in-law and was treated very professionally by our planner Cathy.She showed us the private room she had for us and explained how she was going to set it up.She was very helpful.Staff were great,food was excellent.Eagle Ridge hit a hole in one.

We just had our wedding at Eagle Ridge on July 29th. Eagle Ridge instantly became our top pick for our wedding venue as soon as we visited our first time. I instantly fell in love with the huge windows in the ballroom, the gorgeous views of the championship golf course, and the outside patio. As soon as my husband and I met Sharon for the first time we knew that she would be perfect to work with to make our wedding a reality.
I can't rave enough about Sharon and her team- they are the best! The staff at eagle ridge is really willing to go the extra mile, which sets them apart from other local venues in Ocean County, NJ. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is classy and elegant and the service was superb. I highly , highly recommend this venue to any bride who is looking for that country club, romantic, fairy tale feel for the wedding day. Eagle Ridge Golf Club was an amazing venue for our wedding. I could write for hours about how happy I am with them. Sharron worked with us from the beginning to personalize every aspect of our reception, and was extremely helpful. The ballroom is beautiful, with huge ceilings, grand chandeliers, and a beautiful fireplace. And the food- my god the food. Everyone was raving about how delicious the horsdevors and dinner was. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and just made our whole evening magical. I would recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone who wants their wedding to look and feel like a fairy tale.

From the second we walked in to tour Eagle Ridge I knew this was exactly where I wanted to have our wedding. From the beautiful fireplaces to the amazing floor to ceiling windows, it's breathtaking! We worked with Sharon planning our event and could not have asked for a better person to work with. She was there whenever I had a question and had some fantastic suggestions. The night went perfectly and our guests have raved about the atmosphere, the food and the staff members they encountered. Eagle Ridge, Sharon and Denise (our maitre d) were all fantastic, I cannot put into words how wonderful they made our wedding planning process and the big event. I'm hoping someone else I know decides to have their wedding there just so I can go back and enjoy everything, without having to stop for pictures every five seconds :)

I am writing to say that my Grandson and his fiance were married at Eagle Ridge Golf Club on Aug. 16, 2015 It was very easy to work with Sharon Patla putting the Wedding together. She was just so friendly and helpful. When it came to the tasting dinner Sharon and Denise were exceptional. The day of the Wedding it just ran so smoothly with the help of Sharon and Denise that we could not have asked for a happier Wedding. The servers were always smiling and were so friendly. The Dinners were excellent and all our guests committed on the wonderful time that they had. I would highly recommend Eagle Ridge Golf Club to everyone.

My wife and I held The rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception dinner at Eagle ridge. Sharon our coordinator was amazing, always within reach to contact by email, phone or in person. We had a blast planning everything out and managed to do so in five months start to finish. We were married Sunday and still can't get over how easy they made it seem.

Rehearsal - went by nice and easy. Only concern was that we reserved a large party for dinner, and they seemed to have our waitress on multiple tables. She was a bit stretched, although she did great considering.

Ceremony/dinner- I have to say it was so smooth I almost forgot that weddings are stressful! (family reminded us haha.) I have to say with Denise helping everywhere and ensuring that we were fed in the maelstrom of getting photos done, talking with people and finding time to sit.

After visiting a few different venues in Northern NJ, we went down to see Eagle Ridge and immediately fell in love. We started working with Donna (who unfortunately parted ways with Eagle Ridge about halfway through our planning process) and finished our planning with Sharon. Sharon and her team were fantastic to work with, responding to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Every part of the planning process was made to seem so simple and easy with the staff at Eagle Ridge. They were not only able to help us plan a wedding within our budget, but they were also to accommodate our smaller party size (we only had 75 people attend our wedding). The day of the wedding everything was perfect - the staff clearly went above and beyond to make our day exactly what we dreamed. Denise was our maître d' and she was extremely attentive, making sure that we ate (which there didn't always seem to be time for) and that we always had something to drink; there were times where she would see my glass was getting empty and bring me a fresh one without having to be asked. The room looked beautiful, our outdoor ceremony was perfect despite some rain, and the food was amazing. Our guests raved about the food, both at cocktail hour and dinner, for weeks following the wedding!
We also held our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner there the night before. They were very quick in helping us to set up our ceremony rehearsal, making it very simple for everyone to know where to be and what to do the day of. The rehearsal dinner was almost like a preview for what the wedding day would be like - the food was amazing and the staff was very attentive to everyone's needs.
Overall, we would definitely recommend Eagle Ridge if you are looking for a venue for your ceremony/reception - Sharon and her team can definitely work with you to make your dreams come true!

Thank you for creating the most special wedding day. Our vision for our wedding day was not only met, but passed! Sharon was the most wonderful person we could have asked to work with in planning our wedding day. She is so kind and warm and makes you feel so special each step of the process. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her. Denise is and was the most kind and attentive person we could have asked for to help execute the wedding day seamlessly. Kim was so attentive in making sure we were always taken care of throughout the night.
The venue was amazing! Everything was organized, clean, and decorated in the most elegant way. The food at the cocktail hour and during dinner was delicious and there was so much for everyone to enjoy. The guests were so impressed with the food, as were we.
Eagle Ridge took everything we wanted used for our wedding day and created the most beautiful arrangement! Everything was absolutely perfect!!! We cannot thank everyone on the staff who were so wonderful to us and our guests.

My fiance and I searched for what seemed like forever for the perfect wedding venue. When we saw Eagle Ridge we knew right away that this was where we wanted to host our wedding reception. Sharon and her team are PHENOMENAL, we had a long engagement (2 years) and not once did I ever have to chase after contacts at Eagle Ridge for information. Sharon truly made the entire process so easy! You truly get what you pay for here!!! The Eagle Ridge team is incredible, the space was BEAUTIFUL, and the food was delicious! There is nothing more that we could have asked for in a wedding venue!!!

I had my wedding ceremony & reception at Eagle Ridge in March 2015, and it was a fantastic experience!! Sharon, Jen, Kim, and their team were wonderful to work with. They are vey helpful, and considerate. The venue itself is beautiful. Our pictures came out beautiful! The food was amazing! We had a few guests from the food industry (who are quite critical) and were highly impressed by the presentation, and the flavor. One person even said "it's the best presentation I've ever seen on a scale this large. It's obvious that they put a lot of time and effort into the preparation." Their pricing is much better than most places, granted I chose a Sunday in the off - season. Either way, the value for what you pay is great. It was the best day of my life, and I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone!

We had an amazing wedding at Eagle Ridge! All of our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was from cocktail hour to the entrees to the dessert. As the mother of the bride, Eagle Ridge provided the wedding of my daughter and son-in-laws dreams !!! Donna, Sharon, Kim and all the staff were like family providing the VERY best of everything ! Our wedding at Eagle Ridge Golf Club was amazing! None of it would have been possible without Donna!! She made the night run so smooth and stress free. I knew from the minute i booked this venue I had nothing to worry about. We still keep getting compliments on how beautiful this place was and how great the food was. We are so lucky to have had Donna by our side the whole time and throughout the planning process. From the countless emails and calls, she always responded quickly and knew the answers to everything. Eagle Ridge Golf Club made our wedding day absolutely amazing! We had our reception there and we would highly recommend it to anyone. Donna and her team did a fabulous and flawless job. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue is beautiful in itself, but they made it absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted the day of. During the chaos if the day, Donna helped us navigate the entire night, and did an excellent job. Not only that, the food and cake were amazing too! We wouldn't have changed a single thing that day, and we owe a lot of it to the staff at Eagle Ridge!

Donna and the rest of the staff at Eagle Ridge made everything all so perfect. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. They were with me every step of the way. I seriously can't even put into words how amazing Donna was. She truly is amazing at what she does. She was so organized and on top of everything...to the point where I was able to get some pictures out back during the sunset (didn't even cross my mind) but she grabbed us to give us that opportunity! She made sure we were exactly where we had to be at the right time and was always there if we needed ANYTHING. Her and Denise took care of us like we were the King and Queen! They have amazingggg food and they make the banquet room look exactly how you want it! All I had to do was drop off boxes of things I wanted to use to decorate with instructions on where to put them, and they made sure everything was set up when i arrived. Donna met us right from the limo and explained the entire process to our bridal party before we went in. They were all absolutely perfect! I would recommend this venue to ANYONE!

I couldn't rave about Eagle Ridge more. From the start they were willing to do pretty much anything to make our day perfect. The food was phenonminal. Every plate was empty. The cocktail hour was sensational, with more delicious food than one could ever eat. They were willing to move items in the package around (forgo an appetizer to get mini-milkshakes instead) to please us and our guests better. Donna is such a pleasure to work with. She makes you feel like a million bucks. The place is beautiful and view for pictures is perfect!

After my husband and I got engaged in November 2012, we decided to wait to start planning our wedding until after the holidays were over. We set up an appointment mid January of 2013 to check out the place and the prices. My husband had visited Eagle Ridge before and he loved the place so he kind of had his heart set on it from the beginning but we had a budget to stick to. We also wanted to get married this year so we didn't have much time to plan. Donna right from the start was extremely helpful and told us she could work with our budget. She broke everything down to a T price wise and allowed us to create our perfect wedding for the amount we could afford. After speaking with her, we left Eagle Ridge feeling extremely happy and immediately comfortable with Donna. We spoke to lots of friends and family members that live surrounding the Lakewood area and we were told by soo many people that they had been to Eagle Ridge for an event and the food was great and staff was as well. We talked it over and booked our wedding a week later. The staff at Eagle Ridge is very helpful and truly made our planning as easy as possible. Every time we came in whether it was to make a payment, try the food for the food tasting, or to go over any final details, Donna greeted us with a hug and a smile. It was unfortunate she couldn't be there the day of our wedding due to prior engagements but she handed us over to Marketa who did an amazing job keeping us on track the whole night. The staff made sure we sat down to eat, we always had a drink in our hand, and we stopped every so often to enjoy our surroundings. Our wedding was perfect and everything we could have asked for. I wish I could do it all over again! I highly recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue with an amazing staff who will work with you and keep you sane while planning the big day. The best day of our lives. Anything we needed, Donna was right there to help us with. We loved every second of our wedding. Truly a dream come true. We had a cocktail style reception and it was a wonderfully designed plan between my husband and I. Eagle Ridge executed this plan perfectly and our guests loved the variety of finger foods! Such a cozy atmosphere for our December wedding! The fireplaces made the night so beautiful!! Thank you so much Donna, love ya!

Eagle Ridge Country club made sure our wedding was a perfect fairytale. There was not one detail that was forgotten and our reception was everything we wanted and more! I had my wedding here, but have also attended a baby shower here and came for brunch. Every experience was excellent!

For my wedding, everyone raved about the food - from cocktail hour to the cake. The open bar was a hit, obviously, and everyone enjoyed a night of dining, drinking and dancing the entire night.

The staff was always courteous, helpful, attentive; yet never obtrusive or invasive. Our guests all had good interactions, as well, and I loved that I never had an empty drink.

I had a couple special requests w food and decor, and the staff happily helped me with each one; and executed flawlessly.

I would say the only downfall is not having a private bathroom for weddings (it's shared w the entire clubhouse and restaurant) but in no way was that a big deal or did it present a problem for us. On the flip side, their Bridal Suite was very nice :)

I'm not sure if Courissa is still there (I got married a couple years back) but she was a true, absolute pleasure to work with during the entire planning process.

Most perfect wedding in every way because of Donna and the rest of the crew at Eagle Ridge! My wedding couldn't have been more perfect! The service was incredible all around with all my guests. Eagle Ridge Golf Club was our 1st and last stop when we looking for a wedding venue. The venue is stunning and we can't begin to tell you how many compliments we received from our guests. Donna Bonjovi & her staff were a pleasure to work with and they made the entire wedding planning process as least stressful as possible. Eagle Ridge is a very beautiful place to have a wedding. We had our ceremony outside which was very nice. The inside is beautiful as well. The staff are very nice and will do anything to suit your needs. For example, we chose gelato before the main course and we had two different flavors so my dad could have what he liked. They also found out that my husband and I are non drinkers so they made sure we had diet soda. Eagle Ridge is also very flexible. They have different wedding packages so if you bought one package you could substitute things from another package if you need to. The food is delicious as well and Eagle Ridge is affordable.

What to say about Eagle Ridge. First, what a terrific group of people to be responsible for the greatest day of our lives. Donna, Sharon and Wedding office were awesome. Their knowledge, experience and support was easily provided to us in a manner which went beyond professional. It felt like Donna was a family member managing our wedding.

The venue is stunning and on the night with the right lighting and entertainment it felt like the 1920s ballroom we envisioned.

It is also worth sharing that we planned our wedding at Eagle Ridge from overseas and the assistance and knowledge that Donna and her team provided was invaluable. We adore Donna and her team!!!!

I wish I can have another wedding at Eagle Ridge...it was incredible! From start to finish, everyone at Eagle Ridge put in 150%. The venue is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. Their attention to detail is impecable. Donna is my girl! I feel like I've made a friend for life. She answered every phone call, every email and every question. I think just meeting her made us definately sure we wanted to book Eagle Ridge and we did-2 years in advance. But even though we booked so early and had some crazy life events between then and now, she would just make us feel like we spoke to her the day before. Anything I wanted to do she made happen down to a last minute table change or appetizer substitution. Any want or need I had, she was right there throughout the entire planning process and during the entire wedding day. Her and the staff went COMPLETELY over and above before and during the wedding. Caroline was our personal server but it felt like she was our personal assistant-she did way more than just get us drinks! The food was amazing and our guests were raving. Our cocktail hour was so impressive and the sit down dinners came out hot and beautiful. We were constantly attended to to make sure everything was perfect. I cannot wait to plan another event at Eagle Ridge! There are just not enough words to describe how amazing this place is!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Eagle Ridge, Lakewood,NJ on 9/7/2012. Overall I would like to say that I would not change a thing about the event we had and it would not happen without the high service quality of Eagle Ridge personnel. This place has amazing people. We had Donna as a venue coordinator and it s so great to realize that there are professionals like her. She was there for us starting from setting up the first look and ending with calling the taxi to bring the parents home. It seemed she worked for us that day. It came out beautiful without any rehearsals. Donna also helped us out with finding a baker who would bake us a traditional Russian wedding bread. The food was simply amazing! We are so happy we have chosen this venue and would highly recommend it to everybody!

My wedding was on July 14, 2012 at Eagle Ridge Golf Club, words cannot express the beautiful reception that my husband and I had.. from beginning to end! We worked with an amazing woman named Donna, she was there with us from when we booked at Eagle Ridge until we walked out the doors at the end of our reception. Donna did an amazing job, and we were so grateful to have such a hardworking, caring, dedicated person by our side on the most important night of our lives. She made sure that nothing went wrong, and everything went perfectly! The food at Eagle Ridge Golf Club is phenomenal!! From the cocktail hour, to the dinner, to the dessert.. simply amazing! Our guests are still raving over the amount of food that was given and how delicious it all was! I highly recommend Eagle Ridge Golf Club to anyone getting married, and overall it was an amazing day for my husband and I. The staff, especially Donna were a pleasure to work with; they truly made our night one that we would never forget!

Eagle Ridge was an AMAZING venue - not only is it gorgeous, with great food, but the service that we recieved was beyond compare. We worked with Courissa, and I can't even tell you how great it was to not have to worry about a single thing when it came to our venue. She is so professional, and is truly amazing at what she does. Our planning process went very smoothly - we met with her several times after we booked Eagle Ridge, and every time she was so accomodating and helpful. I sent her a lot of e-mails with questions, and I got a quick, thorough response every time. If Courissa wasn't in the office, I was able to talk to one of the other staff members, who were just as courteous and responsive.

My husband and I were amazed at how flexible Eagle Ridge was! We were shocked that every request we made, no matter how crazy it seemed, we never heard anything but "Of course!" or "No problem!". We dropped everything off for our reception a week before the wedding, and I can't even tell you how awesome it was to not have to think about any of those details again. I had complete confidence that everything would be perfect - and it was! Because of Courissa's experience, some of the things that I had envisioned were even better that I expected! We had wanted a lot of personalized details, and Courissa was able to suggest even more options for us to make our wedding perfect.

On the day of our wedding, everything went ridiculously well. By the time we arrived after the ceremony, the servers brought some food and drinks out so that our bridal party would be comfortable while my husband and I took some photos on the gorgeous grounds. The weather was a little chilly for the end of April, so we had made a last minute decision to move cocktail hour inside and you never would have known that there had been a change. Courissa worked with all of our vendors to make sure that they had what they needed, and we really never had to worry about a thing. Talk about flexible - we decided that we wanted to take the mirror over the fireplace down in order to have our DJ project our monogram gobo, but it didn't look right so we decided we wanted the mirror hung back up. Once again, we heard "No problem!" from Courissa, and a few minutes later the mirror was back in it's place. Amazing! Everything was perfect - including our wedding cake, which was even more beautiful than I expected, and our awesome ice sculpture!

The food was great, and my husband and I were so happy that we actually got to sit down and enjoy our meal. We had our own server for the night, who also took care of our parents, and she ensured that we were never without a drink or whatever we needed. Halfway through dinner, the bustle on my dress snapped - once again, "No problem!". Courissa took our her giant emergency kit, pinned my dress back up, and less than five minutes later I was back to my food. She is seriously prepared for everything, and always has a smile on her face... you can't buy that kind of service! At the end of the night, I turned around to go look for Courissa to see what we needed to do to clean up, but she was right there - and had already carefully boxed up all of our things, including extra food and the top layer of our wedding cake, so we didn't have to worry about a thing!

Eagle Ridge was a wonderful place to have a wedding. It was the first venue we looked at, and ended up being a great choice. Our guests were all impressed at how beautiful the ballroom is, how friendly the staff was, and how great the food and drinks were - and the taylor ham & cheese sandwiches at the end of the night were a huge hit! It was a great value for the money - we looked at other places that were far more expensive, and wouldn't have been able to give us the wonderful experience we had at Eagle Ridge. I can't thank them enough for making our wedding perfect and for making the day run so smoothly and worry-free!

Courissa, was AMAZING she coordinating everything the way I wanted and needed. My husband and I had spoken with her in December of 2010 and we were planning for a May 2012 wedding and she kept in touch with me the entire time in between. When it came to the big day she was a GOD. She was always checking on me, I was cold so she turned the air up, it got hot she turned the air back up. She set up everything perfect. From adjusting the room temperature to fluffing my train she was there the WHOLE time. Do not look anywhere else. Eagle Ridge is the place to be.

I can not say how happy i am with Eagle Ridge and how wonderful my wedding went. We have been getting calls about how beautiful everything was and that the food was amazing. They really treated us like kings and queens. they let us on the property early for pictures and feed us some of the cocktail hour. Perfection! My husband and I can't say enough! Eagle Ridge rolled the red carpet out for us and just treated us like a king and queen! The service was unbelievable... the food came right to us, and drinks were constantly refreshed... even on the dance floor! The coordinator Carissa decorated the venue exactly how I wanted it! It looked stunning! The food was incredible... guests are still talking about it!
I also love that my husband and I can come back for years to come and celebrate our anniversary with a beautiful dinner in their dining room, and always remember the beautiful memories!

There are not enough words to explain what an amazing wedding my husband and I had at Eagle Ridge. Donna is absolutely amazing as well as the rest of the staff that helped to make this wedding all come together! They are very focused on you during the whole process and when they tell you all you need to do is show up for the reception, they truly mean it. From arriving Donna was right there with a refreshing drink and some finger foods so we didn't pass out! The staff even went to the Bridal Suite to get my slippers when they noticed I was getting up and asked what I needed. Usually the wedding reception is stressful and you are stressed about things, going to greet people and such; my husband and I can truly say it was the most relaxed night we had in a long time. Thank you Donna and the staff at Eagle Ridge for making our wedding truly the time of our lives!

After attending a wedding at Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Lakewood, NJ a year ago, we quickly realized there was only place to have our own wedding one year later. We didn't even look anywhere else. Our wedding coordinator Donna Bongiovi was committed to making sure our wedding day was the most special event in our lives. Even though she may have another wedding to plan the next day, she made ours seem like it was the most important event of the year. Eagle Ridge Golf Club truly made every dream for our wedding come true and more. Donna Bongiovi and staff went above and beyond to make every one of our guests feel welcomed and catered to. The food was ABSOLUTELY amazing. As every bride knows, you go into your wedding planning on not eating because your busy entertaining. Well, my husband had a different agenda, he sat down and ate everything at the cocktail hour...and he still can't say enough about it. After dinner we walked around to our guests to personally thank them, and there was not one plate on any table that had food on it. Our guests could not stop complimenting the food!! The chateau briand was so tender our guests did not even need a knife! We, as a bride and groom and our parents never wanted for anything, we were catered to like kings and queens. Our guests still are talking about our wedding that was a month ago. We have been told it was the most classy wedding ever, the wedding of a lifetime. If you are looking for a place that will make your guests feel invited and truly cared for with the most amazing food and gorgeous view, Eagle Ridge Golf Club is the place. Eagle Ridge was amazing from the first day I stepped in. I looked around at the beautiful ballroom the amazing view, and feel in love. The staff at Eagle Ridge always made each phone call upbringing and stress less to me and my family! Courissa is a top TEN! She has an ease about her that calms you. On my wedding day it poured alll day, good luck right! We she made me feel like it was bright and sunning out because of her cheerful, soothing nature. I was made a princess thought out this whole process and what more could anyone want . And the food...WOW it was out of this world. I received more complements on my food than my dress lol. We viewed probably 30+ reception venues before deciding on Eagle Ridge Golf Club. Courissa was fantastic to work with and helped us achieve the exact vision we wanted. Our guests raved, the cocktail hour was gorgeous! The food amazing, and the ballroom is unbeatable, the pictures our beautiful, we couldn't be happier with our choice!

The staff were AMAZING the day of our wedding! Every single guest raved about how wonderful the food was, how courteous the staff was, and how beautiful the ballroom and grounds were. We could not have asked for a better coordinator than Donna B. She truly became a friend to us, and is the most hard working and friendly woman I have EVER encountered in the customer service business! We cannot say enough about Donna or the staff at Eagle Ridge--truly the best wedding we could have asked for!

We were absolutely blown away by the great service you and your staff at Eagle Ridge provided during our wedding. People were awed by the beautiful décor of the facility; both indoor and outdoor. Even though we weren’t able to take full advantage of the greens due to the weather, the ornate fireplace served as a great backdrop for our posed photos.

You made my wedding planning easy because I was able to rely on your expertise 100%. From your little advice of where to purchase table overlays to the design of the cake, you were the best maître d’ and we couldn’t have asked for more. Your warm and friendly personality was the driving factor in booking the facility for our wedding.

I was so blown away with how the staff was able to transform the room with all the materials provided. It was absolutely breath taking and gave me goose bumps. I couldn’t stop admiring how well the silk floral centerpieces provided by Eagle Ridge blended so well with our floral arrangements on the mantle and the table decorations.

My goal was to feel like a princess and have my guest catered to and it was all accomplished mostly in part to Eagle Ridge staff. The food, the ice sculpture, the wait-staff and the facility all receive an A+ from us!

My husband and I would absolutely recommend Eagle Ridge Golf Club to anyone looking for a fabulous location for the wedding of their dreams! We chose to have our wedding ceremony on site and the view of the golf course was the perfect setting. The main ballroom was decorated just as I'd pictured it in my mind. The wait staff did a tremendous job tending to our every need.
Lisa, our maitre'd was attentive and such a pleasure to work with. I could ask her anything and she always took the time to make sure everything was going to be perfect.
We chose to have a buffet and the food was delicious. My guests still rave about how beautiful everything was.
Just a gorgeous place! Have your wedding here... it is worth it!!

As soon as I walked into Eagle Ridge I fell in love with it. We saw a lot of venue sites and none measured up to the beautiful ballroom! The staff was wonderful and so helpful! I can't begin to describe how amazing our wedding was. Courissa and Lisa did a spectacular job - they were wonderful to work with! The food was awesome and everything that we wanted to do for our day, was never an issue. We didn't stress at all the entire day! Eagle Ridge truly made our wedding absolutely perfect!

My husband & I were married at the Eagle's Ridge Golf Club in Lakewood, NJ. The moment we walked in to see the place we knew it was the perfect venue for our winter wedding. The ambience was beautiful! The wedding consultants extreamly porfessional & helpful every step of the way. We can't thank them enough for making our day special! They paid attention to every detail that we had requested. I really can't say enough about the staff they were excellent to say the least.
The food was exceptional our guest are still raving about the food. We did not attend the cocktail hour but our guest we absoultely impressed.
I would definatly recomend the Eagle's Ridge to ANYONE looking for a wonderful venue for wedding or special event.

Lisa @ Eagle Ridge is by far the BEST event planner on the Jersey Shore. The facility, food, atmosphere...everything was top notch! We would not hesitate to recommend Eagle Ridge and have done so numerous times already.

Eagle Ridge Golf Club was the perfect venue for my husband and me to get married for our May 2016 wedding. Sharon helped make our wedding day special and worked with us from beginning until end. She was very accommodating, especially since my husband and I live in PA. Our guests still talk about how great the food was and how beautiful the ballroom and views were.
Eagle Ridge definitely helped create an unforgettable evening that we will never forget

We could not have picked a better location for our wedding ceremony and reception. Eagle Ridge is a beautiful golf club with a home like atmosphere. Donna and her team helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect. They took great care of us before and during the wedding, and got everyone to where they needed to be efficiently. My only con was that our cake did not come out like anything we had asked for. Our cake looked very poorly put-together and tacky.

We booked our wedding at eagle ridge after only hearing good things from friends but never experiencing it ourselves. We took a chance by booking there but it was a chance we were willing to take. We must of visited eagle ridge 10 times during our 14 month engagement and every time they were welcoming and accommodating. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. It was amazing and eagle ridge now holds a place in my heart.

I am so glad I chose to have our wedding and reception at Eagle Ridge. When visiting venues, Eagle Ridge stood out to me because it was clear that the place is classy. A lot of NJ Shore locations have tacky light fixtures or fake flowers, but everything looks great at Eagle Ridge.

After meeting with Lisa and Michelle, I was confident that Eagle Ridge would take care of my wedding day details. If you have the time to find vendors you love, you do not need a wedding planner at Eagle Ridge. Everything was taken care of for us.

Our guests still talk about how much they loved the cocktail hour food. At first I thought that the package we got (I think it might have been called "The Hawthorne" - it was 2 tiers up from the most basic one) was too expensive, but it was worth it. The food was amazing and they were able to make an ice sculpture I had found in a magazine. They made my cake from a magazine photo as well.

The only thing we were unhappy with was that the Maitre D (sp?) Michelle came off as a bit rude at the ceremony. She was very nice at our initial meeting, and we went through all the details of how the ceremony would go. Apparently when the ceremony was about begin, she yelled something to the effect of "everyone sit down and turn off your cell phones." And then as my father and I turned the corner, she yelled "stand up for the bride," stealing the officiant's thunder. Then when I reached the front of the isle, she came up and rearranged my dress, even though we had discussed that my MOH would do that. My MOH came up to do it, but ended up standing there awkwardly. Several guests on both sides of the family commented about the crazy woman who kept yelling at them.

This is not to say that I regret choosing Eagle Ridge - I would do it again in a heart beat. Just make sure to be very clear about how you would like things to go on your big day!

Shore Catering at Eagle Ridge

We had such a great wedding off about 160 people through Shore Catering at Eagle Ridge Golf Club. The food was awesome and the venue was beautiful. Summer, their coordinator, was super easy to work with and always tried to accommodate our requests.

our wedding was almost a year ago ( 9.17.16 ) and everyone is STILL raving about it - Sharon and the Eagle Ridge team did such a great job from start to finish .. not to mention the food was AMAZING! We recently hosted our rehearsal dinner at Eagle Ridge Golf Club and could not be happier with the service and food. The staff made the evening very relaxing and enjoyable. The food was incredible and the room was beautiful. What a great setting for any event.

My wedding was approximately three yrs ago, when Eagle Ridge was just redone .... and even then the execution of our weddng day was absolutely perfect. Lisa is unbelievable and knows how to get you what you want while also giving her input/opinion based on what she knows. I wouldnt have changed a thing about our entire cocktail/reception.

Overall Eagle Ridge Golf Course was the perfect place for my May Wedding. Lisa and Courissa were fabulous attending to all of my needs. They were able to offer suggestions was i couldn't make a decison and they were great to work with. Knowing they were handling the day of details i knew it would be flawless. The food was amazing as i got many compliments from my guests and couldn't of asked for a prettier venue. The room and ground of the golf course are beautiful. Plus, the fact there is only one wedding there, you feel extra special!! I would highly recommend Eagle Ridge for your wedding!

My wife and I had our wedding here in August. We dealt with Jen Lucas when planning, and she was a pleasure. Jen was extremely accommodating, patient, creative, and helpful beyond words. We had the entire itinerary worked out the day before, and the wedding day went off (almost) without a single issue. Jen was on top of any issues throughout the day and she took care of us the entire time. The venue itself was beautiful, the outdoor patio was perfect for cocktail hour, and the food was amazing. I was a bit concerned that the food during the tasting would be much better than the food sitting in the chafing dishes on the day of the wedding, but I couldn't be more wrong. Thanks to Jen and her help with choosing the menu, our guests were all STUFFED by the time they left. The to-go pork roll, egg and cheese sandwiches at the end of the night certainly helped. All in all, we had an amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eagle Ridge to our friends and family.

There were two cons that I can remember. One would be one of the bartenders. She was extremely rude to our guests unless tipped, which was unbelievably inappropriate. I made this clear to Jen the day after our wedding and presumably something was done about her behavior. But having guests tell me in the days following how rude the bartender was made us very unhappy.

The second con was that even though we had paid for a four hour, top shelf open bar, we only received three hours of top shelf service. This was most likely an oversight, but annoying nonetheless. Regardless, I notified Jen to this fact a few days after the wedding, and she graciously refunded us for the service we didn't receive, which was the professionally appropriate thing to do. Thanks again for your utmost professionalism.

All in all, despite those minor bumps, our wedding was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better venue and planner.

We began working with Donna, who sadly is no longer with Eagle Ridge. Throughout the process Donna was wonderful. As we got closer to our date we worked with Sharon and Jennifer. Both were lovely and our day was great.

A little pricey but absolutely gorgeous venue. My coordinator was changed a week before the wedding. Which was a little disappointing, but everything was great. No problems. Made my day perfect and stress free.

I am glad the see that the wedding one week prior to us went so amazing. We chose this venue because of excellent reviews, the food tasting was phenominal. However, on our wedding day... we got nothing that we expected! Courissa, was NOT dressed professionally at all! She wore a blue and white striped shirt with gray pants! She looked horrible! Our photographer could not even find her in time to catch the sun setting outside for pictures! We might have seen her 2 times that night, and that was when she said hello some time into cocktail hour, and for the cake cutting. Let's talk about the cocktail hour...my guests wanted to be serviced at the barat 6pm, at the start of my cocktail hour, and they were denied until 6:30pm! the cocktail hour food was not great, and my sushi display was barely there! When the reception started as we were saying hello to our guests and taking pics with them Courissa was nowhere to be found, and before we knew it food just kept coming out one after the other! we didn't even get to start our dancing until 2 hours in, because the food came out so fast! We paid for the highest package, and got better food on our honeymoon! we paid for surf and turf, and got lobster that my guests couldn't even get out of the shell! the mashed potatoes where dry and bland! the veg. were just about the only good things on the dinner plate! The seabass was discusting! my maid of honor and I couldn't even eat it! My husband was supposed to be supplied with endless drinks, and he got maybe 2! We were promised a server that would be exculsive to just us, and she was serving 3 other tables! Because of Courissa's lack of doing her job and running my wedding like she was supposed to, i was forced to pay my photographer and videographer and hour overtime! when it came time for dessert, we had gotten a beautiful cake from the cake boss. Eagle ridge, instead of serving a chocolate dipped strawberry that they promised to with our cake, they massacared our beautiful 3,500.00 cake, by giving every guest the hand crafted flowers and butterflies off of our cake! we were left with a slab of white fondant to remember our day by! We also had a dessert hour, that we never even saw! because everything was so rushed for boquet, and garter tossing! We also has a second cake, that they never even cut and served until the last minute, when no one wanted any! then, at the end of the night we asked eagle ridge to wrap up that cake which cost 1,000.00....and they threw it away! Only a few of our guests were offered coffee, and expresso, and the favors were not put out when they were supposed to be, and our guests were leaving without favors! My husband and I hate to even think of our wedding day that we worked so hard to pay for because of eagle ridge! Despite the great reviews that this place gets... our day was hell!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone, they made our special day a nightmare that we don't even wanna talk about!
